Hayao Nakaki, Lord of Tesla

NAME: Hayao A.(Alva) Nakaki (Entitled as Lord/Deity of Tesla, and the Steampunk Region)

AGE: (Exact Age Uncertain) Hayao, holding the title of Deity is granted a great span of life (The Title also signifies Position) it is difficult to gauge this age, as he wears a mask and his features are not quite as clear as others, but it is a safe estimate that like the others, he is over 100, and possibly far beyond.

RACE: Deity, serving as a Position and Title, it is debatable if Deity itself can be considered a seperate race. To be a Deity, it is considered an enlightened state of being human, with it coming a varying amount of abilities and feats. There are currently three classes of Deities: Low Deities are the most numerous but often hold small positions as warriors and administrators. High Deities are grand warriors, considered enlightened individuals and serving adminstrative functions in their respective cities, there are only four who hold the position of which Hayao is amongst them. The Writer is the final deity, considered the leader and the most enlightened of all; the name 'Writer' refers to the current Deities position as a Cronicler. There is only one Writer, and he is known to have been a teacher to the High Deities. (Sorry For The Lengthy Description)

<It is also worth noting that Hayao while being both Human and a Deity, is also quite mechanical, having outfitted himself in advanced gears and weapon, some for life support, others for battle, others just for improvement, so he also counts as a machine of sorts>

SEX: Male, that is, if Man-Divinty-Machines have genders, then Hayao is most certainly of the male variety.

HAIR: While most of his hair and head is hidden under a mask (explained later) what is visibly is dark red, almost maroon color. Some would comment it has the color of spilt blood.

EYES: Unseen, hidden beneath mask, used a Turrent Lens (Three Lens') to see, has great sight with multitudes of ranges and night vision.

WEIGHT: 353 lbs. (Much of which comes from his heavy gear, clothing and mechanical workings)

HEIGHT: 6'5'' (Holds an aura of intimidation)

WEAPONS: Hayao is capable of great feats of brute strength, but of even greater intelligence. His wit will save him more often then his weapons, but of course he has a nice arsenal to which he calls his own.

- - - CONSTRICTOR CHAINS - - -

Able to manipulate this weapon, the chains are attached to his flesh but his well as they are wrapped around him, acting also as a layer of armor. The chains can be whipped about, used to strangle and crush, and come in a multitue of sorts. Some chain links are barbed, other links can open and snap down like a vice, others can end in hooks and all off them hold the capacity to deal a great deal of damage.

- - - ACID MIXTURES - - -

Acid is no longer a problem for this powerful lord, as he claims to have advanced beyond the pain of its burns and as such weilds it as weapon, though such hasn't always been the case. Hayao uses acid not only as weapon, but also to instill terror and frighten an opponent; he will drizzle the corrosive liquid onto his flesh, smoke streaming upward and the flesh melting away, his metal armor remaining intact and he bellows a dark laughter, enough to unnerve an opponent of a weak stomach.

- - - BLAST SHELL - - -

Serving just as much as armor as it does a weapon, the Blast Shell is a complex peice of machinery worn upon the back, meant to protect from strikes from the rear, but also to strike back at the attacker. When set off, from the shell several small projectiles are fired off, using steam stored in the shell as a propelant, the results can be deadly, and even if the wild shots miss the escaping steam can cause a vicious burn. Due to the heat of this weapon, its also guessed Hayao has an indurance for heat.

ARMOR: Besides some of the weapons, Hayao's armor is mostly the bits and advancements of machinery made to his body. This includes but is not limited to:

- - - TURRENT LENS MASK - - -

(This mask was inspired from the mask worn by Wyborn in the film Coraline, I was impressed by its design but dismayed that it was so underused) The Turrent Lens Mask is basically a large welder's mask, fixed with a rotating turrent (like an old camera) with three lens and a crank. The mask is also decorated with a painted design of a skull. The mask allows for zooming on distances, night vision, and overall a tough, hardy protection of the face. Hayao hints of other uses but doesn't reveal them.

- - - MECHANICAL FITTINGS - - -

Across his body Hayao sports many fixings and improvements, some of these for life support, others for spare weapons, others meant to actually be a thin layer of armor. None of it is really specific but it all has its uses.

STRENGTHS: Hayao is durable, and he claims that to a degree, he is near immortal. His flesh can take massive damage but he will continue to tick, he can have major organs removed or blown apart but keep going, his blood could drain and heart stop but he will get back up. How is this possible, not even the other deities can manage such feats. Perhaps some of his improvements have something to do with it? What bit of metal could turn the flesh and preserve though even after the body fails?

Besides his durability, Hayao also has his intelligence which is responsible for his durability. He is brilliant in the art of engineering, and in battle shows himself a capable strategist. As lord of Tesla, the most advanced city in the world. Hayao has access to not only his own wit, but that of his people.

Finally, in batle Hayao is powerful, brute like in conflict but orefers not to engage in battle, and instead relies on intimidation and terror to avoid bloodletting. He will take advantage of his abilities and tear at his own flesh and let flow his own blood while holding a dry laugh, even the crank on his mask, all rusted up, has a creak that can send shivers down a spine. He prefers his enemies to take flight rather then remain and fight. But should it come down to battle, Hayao will defiantly make for a deadly opponent.

WEAKNESSES: Perhaps his greatest weakness stems from his own strengths. Firstly, his weight from his weapons and gear are massive, making it so he can stand his ground, but not keep up should he face a speedy opponent.

While his gear is well protected, should it be penetrated and shut off and damaged, a real threat can be posed to Hayao as it becomes useless junk, adding to weight but serving no purpose. The metal is thick but not indestructable, and his flesh is durable but only so long as he remains in one peice can it work fully.

One final weakness tems from his intimidation techniques. While he doesn't feel pain from it, tearing at his own flesh can weigh in during battle should the enemy remain, meaning that a bad cut could serve as a chopping point, or an acid burn could mark red for a target.

SKILLS/MAGIC: Hayao is a man of science and machines, he does not work with magic despite his position amongst the divine but his skills in science and such make up for that.

- - - STEAMPUNK ENGINEER - - -

Many works of the Steampunk region, but not all, rely on steam, and as such Hayao is noted as an engineer, working with machines that run off steam, giving him an understandings of the comolexity of the mechanical world and other factors present.

- - - BIOPUNK ENGINEER - - -

Not as popular as Steampunk, Biopunk works adhere to the flesh and genetic factor more then the mechanical one. His durability may be acredited to his abilities in this feild, however, his full knowledge to this variationg is not completly know.

- - - NON-STEAM MECHANICS - - -

Showing once more that he is not refined to working with steam, Hayao is versed in all sorts of constructive projects, showing that he is truly an industrious individual capable of many great feats.

APPEARANCE: Another picture, this one being quite old and outdated, but generally is pretty accurate, though I wish I could have redrawn it to be more up to date with my current style:



He wears a long, dark green jacket with emblems and lines and such. While the one of the jacket is skulls, the actual current one is meant to be a Toxic Symbol, with the center rather then being a plain dot is actually a Yin-Yang Symbol. In this picture he has a blade but I've dropped that since.

For the most part this is it, not much else, if I ever manage a redraw I will post it in this ones place.

PERSONALITY: Hayao, though intimidating is actually a good person, as that is how he managed to become a Deity. However, he does show signs of maddness and inabilities to control himself. Also, he is sometimes refered to as the sadistic Deity, on part of his tendancy in battle for self mutilation.

He maintains a vicious personality even off the battlefeild, capable of humor but his voice, warpped by machinery and tech. lacks some hints of emotion, making him sound cold and detached.

Ultimately he is noted to care for his people, and people in general. He maintains a Steampunk attitude of isolation but has opened up his land to the world around, entering into trade and foreign relations.

It can be concluded that Hayao is a capable warrior, administrator, and possible tactician, if not being a bit mad while at it.

BIOGRAPHY: Like with the other Deities, not much is known of Hayao's early life. It is known he grew-up in the City of Tesla, became a well known engineer and industrialist, and also a fine warrior.

But the Steampunk Region has had an effect on him. The Region is in chaos, maddness, mixed with supernatural and instabilty. The dead walk! The towns are in rebellion and blood is in the air. Murderers rampage about claiming victims, and it would be protecting his people from the worst of the worst, that he would prove himself a warrior.

Acid Bath Taigh, claiming over 100 victims, if not twice as many was known for working with acid in his sadistic work. In Tesla alone he claimed many lifes and was poised to claim many more, but when Hayao set on the path of the murderer, it wasn't long before the two faced eachother.

The battle was feirce but Hayao came through victorious, Taigh was killed in a vat of his own acid and Hayao would have a respect for it as a weapon from there on out. But alas the battle left Hayao in critical condition, that he survived is miraculous... An acid spray to the face left him near death, and other wounds didnt help. It was from here that he began working with engineering to repair his damaged being. All the things he has done though, are mostly hidden.

Following much repair, Hayao was confronted by a stranger, from there this stranger, The Writer, admited Hayao amongst the deities and awarded him the title of Lord of Tesla. Perhaps maddened from acid to the brain, or just worn down by the stress of his chaotic region, Hayao remains a madman but nonetheless intent upon helping his people build a better tomorrow.

I truly do hate to double post but I beg someone to give acceptance or tell me I need to change something, or something else, but please could I get the OK or the FU?

Hmmm, Actually i find this character very interesting and a breath of fresh air against a wave of mediocrity. Frankly he's very original, I like the steampunk references and just cliche enough to work without making me want to tear out my hair. A few spelling mistakes, though they are not to numerous to take notice. Well done.
