Convenient storage.
I decided to cram all my characters into one thread, for convenience. Characters that have been retired for some time, such as Harges, Darges, Eiro, and Khalid, aren’t included. Flamel and Dante are still included, though they have been killed off.
Characters are in order from oldest to newest, and the majority of the old chars haven’t been updated in a long while. Also, while the original Ziran and original Gorin were created before TDC, they’re listed further down because their current incarnations were made more recently. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Name: Unknown. (He was never given a name at birth, so he'll go by anything) Aliases: The dark child, Abomination, Monstrosity, The Thing, It, Beast, Evil Boy- By the villagers of his home town. Kid- Gorin, Tokumaru, and Nenet call him that. Age: 2, but looks to be 13. Height: 5 feet 8 inches. Weight: About 130 pounds. Sex: Male Race: Abomination. (Mix of three or more races) Weapon: Two spirit orbs. They can change into any weapon he needs at the time, excluding bombs and projectile weapons. Armor: None. Appearence: He has short white hair. One eye is brown, the other is green. He isn't very muscular, which hides the fact that he is as strong as a dodongo. He wears rags usually. His teeth are normal except for his canines, which are slightly larger and sharper than usual. Magic/Abilities: When has grown angered and badly damaged, he will turn into a wrath demon form. In this form his eyes glow red and his strength and speed double. He also grows regenerative abilities in this form. Personality: Usually very quiet, though he isn't afraid to speak his mind when he feels strongly about something. TDC has incredibly low self-esteem, and, save for when he is with Kawaii, he is almost never happy. TDC could be considered the oblivious, and at the same time, gullible hero. He believes things fairly easily, but at the same time is oblivious to obvious facts. Despite all the evidence, TDC is still completely unaware that Kawaii is a doll, as well as the fact that Gorin is his father. (Despite the numerous times that Slag very bluntly pointed it out to him) Strengths: He cannot be possessed due to the small amount of angel blood that runs through his veins. Being part demon god means that he can't die from injuries. He also has the strength of a dodongo. Weaknesses: He isn't as skilled with weaponry as his father was, and has a low opinion of himself. He angers fairly easily, and never asks for help. Also unlike his father, he is unable to control himself in wrath demon form. Bio: Shortly before Gorin was accidentally slain at the hands of Tokumaru, Grasthos possessed him and forced him to rape a female peasant by the name of Amanda. Amanda gave birth to a demonic litter of eight children before dying. The children grew quickly, seven of them joining Gorin's army as the Dera mages. They died of old age due to the overly quick growing process. The eighth child was no different. He aged much quicker than most other species, and by the time he was a year old he looked to be six. The remaining child grew up in slums, just barely managing to scrap food. He found out about his fighting abilities when he killed a man he caught trying to take a blind girl into his home. The villagers, finding him with his hands covered in blood and what turned out to be the father of the blind girl's corpse, beat the child with sticks and nailed him to a wall. He was stuck hanging from the wall, the villagers insulting him and throwing things at him for days. They stopped when Gorin found them. The then wrath god was appalled at what they were doing to a mere child. After chasing them off, Gorin helped the teen down. After giving the child food and healing his wounds, Gorin went off to return to the Dome. With Gorin gone, the villagers resumed trying to beat the child. He fled, following the same path that he remembered Gorin taking. His first sight upon entering the Dome was the fatal blow that went through Gorin's chest. The god had never known that it was his own accidental child, whom he didn't know even existed, that he had helped that day. The child lashed out at Tokumaru when the Heavenflame Samurai realised the teen had seen Gorin's slaying. Tokumaru took him in for a time, letting him see Gorin's funeral. The child couldn't bear it. He had seen enough murder. He stole Gorin's spirit orbs from the coffin so that he could remember the kind man who saved him from the villagers, and fled. He went back to living in the slums, changing towns from time to time. At one town, he accidentally killed a drunk. The child was surrounded by villagers, all ready to kill him. A female charged through the group and chased them off with a large sword. The female’s name was Nenet, and she turned out to be just as kind as Gorin and Tokumaru were. She gave him food, protected him whenever an angry villager tried to kill him, and talked to him more than anybody else had ever done before. During one of these conversations, Nenet mentioned somebody named Gorin. The child remembered the name from Gorin’s funeral, and went off to try and find Gorin. He's still looking for Gorin, whom he still doesn't know is his father. He still lives in slums, but moves from town to town more quickly, looking for Gorin. He also wishes to find Tokumaru and Nenet, both for the reason of leaving their care without properly thanking them. He only realised this days after he left Nenet to search for Gorin. Recently he met the dollgirl Kawaii, and has developed a crush on her. Around the same time that he made a new friend, however, he also met Chovex, Gorin's reanimated corpse. After Chovex badly damaged Kawaii, TDC swore revenge upon him. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Name: Flamel Creed. Age: 26 Gender: Male Race: Human. Height: Flamel is five feet, eleven and a half inches tall. Weight: About 170 pounds. Personality: A sadistic madman, Flamel enjoys watching things blow up. Whether it is an inanimate object or a living person, he doesn’t care. Creed lives for fun, and can often be found drinking just for the heck of it. One of his favorite pastimes is drinking all of the liquor in a bar, then blowing it up when asked to pay. He is a bit of a ladies man, and actually prefers killing men to killing women. Despite his sadistic and psychopathic nature, Flamel is actually quite intelligent. His intelligence is rarely noticed however, as he prefers to blow things up while laughing like a madman. At times he can be slightly childish. If an ally or temporary ally scolds him for something, he will playfully stick his tongue out at an angle and cross his eyes at them when their back is turned. After which he will resume his normal behavior. He never looses his temper. If somebody angers him to the point of a normal person growing angered, he will hold it in and unleash it on some poor civilian later. Flamel has only four goals in life. 1: To become immortal so that he can enjoy his gift for eternity. 2: To see an entire town blown to bits with a single explosion, preferably by his own hand. 3: To find a woman to fall in love with. 4: To find and kill his father. He is unafraid of the prospect of death, and at times seems to embrace it. Although he rarely feels remorse for killing somebody, he admits that he deserves to die for all of the things he has done. Appearance: Flamel’s eyes are yellow. His hair is black, medium length. Most of the time he doesn’t comb his hair, although he will slick it back if he’s trying to woo a woman. For some unexplainable reason Creed’s skin remains lightly tanned no matter how long he stays in the sun or indoors. During a moment of boredom Flamel used a nail filer to sharpen his cuspids, more commonly known as the canines, to make them seem more sharklike. Creed’s physical build is rather skinny, although slightly muscular. Under his shirt he has a six pack. Creed wears a black leather jacket, the back of which flows down to his ankles. The jacket is useful for covering up items such as his shortsword. Under the jacket he wears a black T-Shirt and brown jeans. His shoes are polished black formal shoes, although he does get good traction in them. He occasionally wears black sunglasses. ![]() ![]() Great pictures of Flamel, done by Riku's_girl. Weapons: Although his powers are usually enough to win a fight, Flamel keeps a single shortsword with him in case his opponents manage to get close enough to cut him down. The shortsword is roughly two and a half feet long and usually remains in a sheath that is tucked into his jacket. The sheath itself can sometimes be used as a blunt weapon. It is fairly hard, and is decorated with a blue diamond pattern finely painted. Armor: He wears no armor at all. Skills/Magic: Flamel’s strength lies in his abilities. He is able to cause any inanimate object he gets a firm grip on to explode. He must concentrate to do this, so he never tries to perform it on an opponent's weapon or armor. His most commonly used ability is the ability to create explosives from a reserve of power inside him. The explosives appear wherever he intends them to within a seven yard radius. They appear as a ball of light, which promptly explodes after a set amount of time. Small: His most commonly used technique. A small explosion, this attack deals little damage to an opponent. The reason he uses this technique so much is because he can create these explosives fairly quickly, and they are harder to dodge than his more powerful explosions. They sit in their ball of light form for roughly half a second before detonating. The explosion itself is roughly the size of a basketball, and only deals about as much damage as a sturdy punch from a large human. Medium: A medium explosive can blow a five feet by five feet hole in a wooden wall or door. This explosive deals about as much damage to an opponent as the blow of a large hammer. Of course, it is slightly easy to avoid. It sits in its ball of light form for roughly two seconds before detonating. The flames from the explosion deal no damage at all. Large: An incredibly large explosive, Flamel rarely uses it in combat. It creates an explosion roughly ten feet high and seven feet wide. Because the explosion sits in its ball of light form for roughly five seconds before detonating, it is fairly easy to avoid. The problem with this explosive is the fact that he can only create one every five minutes. Being fairly easy to dodge, the explosive is usually used to simply damage a building or as an attempt to hold an opponent at bay. To use the explosives he must snap his fingers, and/or grab an inanimate object and focus on it. This means that he is unable to use explosives if his hands are somehow disabled, especially if he breaks them. He must also be able to see where the explision is supposed to end up. Strengths: His strength is slightly above that of an average human’s, and he is fairly skilled in both hand to hand and weapons techniques. Flamel knows the right place to blow up in order to bring a building down. Creed is quite cunning as well. He is fairly agile for a human male. Weaknesses: It takes him time between explosives to build up the energy for another. How long depends on how large the last one was and how large the next one will be. Being focused on his explosives, Flamel is not as skilled with a weapon as somebody who focuses on their weapon is. Creed's explosives damage him as much as his opponent, so he is unable to use them at all when fighting an opponent up close. He can also only use his explosions within his sight, meaning that he can't use them in bad visibility. If his hands are somehow immobilised he will be unable to use his explosives. His explosives are also fairly easy to dodge depending on the size. Most warriors can dodge almost every explosion, maybe being hit by a small one here and there. Bio: Flamel was a fairly normal child. He was born in the small town of Grageshk, and lived with his older brother Kang and mother Deb. He and his brother had different fathers but the same mother. Both siblings held a deep hatred for their fathers. Kang’s father had run off once he learned of Deb’s pregnancy, and was never seen in the surrounding area since. Flamel’s father was the complete opposite. He had stayed, but he had forced Deb to do all of the work around the house. Flamel’s father made Deb cook, clean, and work for their income while she was pregnant. Not only that but, even if she was tired from a day of working, he would make her walk three blocks just to grab him a beer. Deb eventually grew tired of it and left Flamel’s father. His father was a violent man, and had once threatened Deb into letting him see his son. Of course, he eventually left the town due to the fact that he had over fourteen kids in thirteen different families. Despite having no fathers both Flamel and Kang grew into great men. Kang was strong and kind, helping those of the town who were too old, young, or sick to do certain chores. He even helped those that didn’t need help. Flamel was an intelligent man whom was asked questions by many people his age. Despite the fact that he was only 19 at the time, Creed already had the respect of the entire town. He was also a handsome man, and many of the young women in the village adored him. When Flamel turned twenty however, his very structure changed. It was at the age of twenty that a dormant gene in his DNA suddenly awakened. The gene hadn't been present in his familyline for generations, why it suddenly reawakened with him was unexplainable. The gene gave him the ability to create explosives at will. He first discovered this when joining his brother in a tug of war. Both of them were helping the children of the town, and decided to join the game. Of course, neither of them actually pulled. They let the children have it out and pretended to pull. Flamel didn't like doing this as much as Kang did, and playfully imagined the rope exploding and sending smoke into everybody's faces. Much to his horror, the rope actually did explode. Rather than sending smoke into everybody's faces, the children and Kang lost their hands. Flamel had instinctively let go of the rope as the explosion began. The children's reactions were mixed. Several of them fell to the ground in tears as blood began to flow from where their hands used to be. Others stood staring at their wrists and crying. Creed quickly ran before anybody noticed that he still had his hands. The entire town was beginning to stir as the children were whisked off to the local hospital. Flamel ran until he reached his home, beginning to grow angry at himself. The reason he was growing angered was the fact that he had actually enjoyed the explosion. He felt sickened that he had taken several dozen children's, and his own brother's hands. At the same time however, he was delighted at how the blood had seemed to explode into the air. Flamel began to laugh like a mad man. It wasn't obvious to him at the time, but he indeed was a mad man now. Creed fled the town that night so that he wouldn't be tempted to destroy it with his newfound gift. The very next day he destroyed a town to the west, taking care to steal a short sword from the blacksmith of the town while he was at it. Thus began Flamel's addiction to blowing things up. A sudden realisation hit him as he sat at a campfire that night. He could use his ability to painfully kill his father if he ever met him. The thought of doing to his father what he had accidentally done to his brother made Flamel shiver with delight. He left shortly afterwards and began a rampage across the countryside. Sometimes he searches for his father, other times he simply destroys a town. The first time he ever had a real fight was a confrontation between him and two powerful warriors. The warriors, named TDC and Eiro, defeated Flamel despite his various attempts to outwit them. Ever since he lost to TDC and Eiro, Creed has been aware that there are powerful warriors out there. He has thus decided that he wishes to fight tough warriors and test his power out. Of course, he is still careful for any signs that his father is in any nearby towns.

Re: Convenient storage.
Name: Lament (The name appointed to her by The Master.)
Gender: Female. Race: Homunculus (See race explanation.) Age: Less than a year. Height: 5’8 Weight: 130lbs Race Explanation: Whether due to the loss of a loved one or simply foolish curiosity, human transmutations are attempted; that is to say, the attempted resurrection of a dead person. Unfortunately, when these attempts backfire, a separate life is created. That is how the damned are born. On initial creation, homunculi do not possess human features, but rather resemble hideous beings of decay; organ piles and bones jutting out at odd angles in a horrific display. If left alone, they would remain in this deformed yet helpless state. By feeding on Philosopher's Stones, complete or otherwise, they gain the ability to take human shape, specifically the appearance of the human whose attempted resurrection created them, as well as their regenerative and other special abilities. By consuming still more Philosopher's Stones, they can extend their lives indefinitely, though they are by no means immortal. Appearance: Having been created via an attempt to revive Eiro via alchemy, Lament looks exactly like the female warrior. She has dark black hair that goes halfway down her back, and crystal blue eyes. Also like Eiro, Lament could be considered beautiful. She wears a hooded black robe. Under the robe she wears a black T-Shirt and black pants. Like all homunculi, she bears the mark of the Ouroboros. Lament’s Ouroboros is on the back of her right hand. An Ouroboros is a red tattoe of a winged serpant eating its own tail, forming a circle. Inside the circle is a six sided star drawn in a way reminiscent of a pentagram. Personality: Lament usually prefers to keep to herself. When she does speak to others she is still rather quiet. She seems to be sad the majority of the time. Lament rarely looks anybody in the eye, nor does she show others very much respect. She could be considered unfeeling as well. Lament doesn’t feel any happiness or affection towards anything. In fact, her sole reason for even going near other people is the fact that her master demands it. Skills/Magic: Being a homunculus, Lament has the ability to quickly regenerate from mild to severe wounds. This regenerative power can even allows her to recover from utter annihilation. Her regenerative powers last as long as the incomplete Philosopher’s Stones inside of her do. She also has the ability to control soundwaves in her surroundings. This allows her to focus soundwaves as deadly attacks or to effectively mute everything around her. Strengths: Her regenerative powers mean that even the deadliest of attacks can only slow her down for a short time. Her power over soundwaves also allows her to make herself completely silent, something that can be very useful during stealth missions. She can also leap an excess of twelve feet into the air, and has above average strength. Weaknesses: She has no weapons or armor, so she can’t really block any blows from a blade up close. Another weakness is the fact that it takes her longer to regenerate from severe wounds than it does for her to regenerate from minor ones. She is also weakened when in the prescence of something that belonged to Eiro to the point that touching it causes paralysis. Bio: Yes, now, return to me my beloved. Kric thought. He poured all of the energy he could muster into the circle, and it glowed more intensely. Before he could do anything else, the castle around him began to change. Gone were the walls that had hemmed him in from all sides, and gone was the battle raged remains of the previous fight. Kric was now floating in a void of whiteness, with only one exception. Seemingly hovering in the air, was what looked like a gate. On the top ledge, stone creatures watched the alchemist. Before the youth had time to contemplate what his transmutation had to do with this, the stone door of the gate began to slowly slide open. In less than a second, black cords shot from the opened doorway, wrapping around the alchemist’s left arm. Instead of fighting what was about to happen, Kric did not move. If these things required something from him, he would give it, for without Eiro, his life would not be complete. The cords around his arm loosened for a moment, before becoming taught. A sickly sound burst from the man’s body as his arm was torn from him, being withdrawn into the gate by the cords. It was at this moment that the alchemist realized that they were not cords, but black arms. In his last moments, Kric saw the creatures of the Gate, black beings that took the severed arm as if in gratitude. In a flash, Kric was returned to Rize’s throne-room. At once, his sights fixed on Eiro body, his thoughts filled with happiness. It did not last long. Instead of his beloved lying on the floor, there was nothing more than a pile of flesh and bone, with organs planted everywhere. It took the last few moments of Kric’s consciousness to realize that the pile was exactly where Eiro had been. He had turned his lover into that. His eyes rolling to the back of his head, the alchemist passed out. His thoughts would be filled with horror’s beyond belief for his sin, which he would carry for the rest of his life. ~ Shortly after the alchemist passed out, a shadowy man entered the castle. He looked on Rize’s torn body with disgust and moved on. It wasn’t the dead god he had come for. Three others accompanied this man. Two of them were male, the third a small girl. All four of them rested their eyes on the pulsating mass of flesh on the floor. It hadn’t moved yet, it was in too much pain to move. The Master, as his faithful servants called him, knelt down beside the mess of organs. It took him a moment, but he found the creature’s head sticking out at an angle. He pulled out several red stones from his pocket and forced them into the thing’s mouth. He was always there when one of them was created. The Master needed them for his agenda. Every single one counted. Besides, he had enough stones to go around. The creature swallowed the stones after a moment. It felt a surge of energy and pleasure. It needed more! Fortunately, The Master pulled another handful of red stones from his pocket. This time the creature practically bit his hand off. With each handful of stones it ate the creature started to resemble a human more and more. After three handfuls it looked like a deformed human. After five it looked like a female with black hair. By six it passed out. The Master didn’t mind. Every new one always did this after it attained a human form. He motioned to Despair to pick up the female. The dead god’s castle was not the place to induct this one into his group. Besides, the female whom this homunculus was based on had left her spears nearby. Those spears would definitely be a problem should they have ever been used against the newborn. The Master decided against disposing of the spears however. The alchemist lying on the floor would probably want to keep the spears anyway. Without waking the Diamond Alchemist up, The Master and his minions left Rize’s castle and headed towards The Master’s headquarters. Once there they’d awake the newborn and teach her everything she needed to know. She was to do what The Master told her to do. That was her purpose for living, and she would die if she tried to find any other purpose. ~Misc~ Eiro ~Battles/Rps~ Liberation, the RP that lead to Eiro’s death and Lament’s creation. (Completed) Ambush on Redstar IV (Dropped due to CJ loss) Homunculi Hell in a Cell (Dropped) Apocalypse: Through Mortal Eyes (Finished) Finding a Life, Unintentionally (In Progress) At Least She's not the only One That's Crazy (In Progress) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Name: Abbadon Dante Kaja. (Referred to as Dante, formerly known as Gorin) Age: Less than a year. Gender: Male. Species: Pure Echo. Height: 6 feet even, although it changes if he uses his appearance changing ability to change form to somebody taller or shorter than six feet. Weight: Unknown. Weapons: No weapons. He materializes whatever weapon(s) he needs at the time out of thin air. Armor: None. His flesh and clothing are tough enough to prevent him from being slashed into pieces easily. He doesn't have any organs or blood, although he can still be gravely injured by being stabbed where major organs would have been. Personality: Cool and calculative, Dante is never one to underestimate an opponent more than once. He is also very devoted to his allies, willing to suffer a painful and potentially lethal blow to save an ally. Dante is strongly against hitting women, much like Flamel Creed. Although he puts on an air of confidence and partial laziness when around others, he contemplates suicide quite often. Kaja is ashamed of himself for being unable to kill Gorin upon his return, and his suicidal feelings have only increased since discovering that he's slowly wasting away. The only other thing that saddens him is the fact that he is only a third of a living being, which means that in a sense he is even lower than humans. Appearance: If one word were picked to describe Dante’s appearance, it would be “Dark”. His skin is black as midnight, with slightly long dark hair to match. He wears simple black clothing as well, preferring to stay away from the fancy stuff. Dante is partially muscular, with slightly above averaged sized muscles and a six pack. His eyes are completely yellow, with a narrow slit serving as his pupil. He also has the ability to morph his appearance to match that of somebody he has seen before, something he does quite often when trying to be inconspicuous. Skills/Magic: Dante is the embodiment of Echo Side itself now, and as such has complete mastery over Tainted Element. Tainted Element, used on its own, holds the appearance of crimson electricity, the damage of which varies depending on what its target is. He can use Tainted Element in a variety of ways, ranging from small to large blasts, to being able to empower his weapons with it. Tainted Element also has the ability to convert other elements into Tainted Element, thus making elemental attacks against him useless. Another power that doesn’t require the use of elements is the ability to create a temporary barrier. The barrier, a slightly transparent red dome, protects him from nearly any form of distance attack. Unfortunately, he can only hold the shield up for a few seconds. One power that the original Gorin had which has carried over to Dante is the Mind Scan ability. It allows Kaja to view his opponent’s thoughts for a few seconds, getting brief views of their memories as well as copying one of their abilities for duration of ten minutes. Dante can use this ability twice every ten minutes. Abbadon’s most commonly used ability is the power to create any type of weapon out of thin air, although he frequently uses his appearance changing ability as well. Dante also has limited control over his surroundings, although he can increase the amount of control by absorbing earth element. Strengths: Dante's overall power is nigh-limitless. He can fight at the strength of a human, or become powerful enough to destroy gods with a flick of his wrist. Weaknesses: The more Dante uses his power, the quicker he dissolves into Tainted Element. For this reason he is forced to limit himself to fighting at a level that will make him a direct equal for his opponent, so as to prevent using too much power in a fight. After using his powers, he'll occasionally go into a catatonic state. In this state he is utterly defenseless and, due to his immortality leaving with Gorin, he could possibly be killed in such a state. Bio: The original Gorin was a dark god, ruthless and powerful. He led a large army of demons into an attempted takeover of the world, with his nephew Jamenda at his side. Unfortunately, a mysterious disease took his immortality and what remained of his sanity away from him. Due to Grasthos’ machinations however, Gorin was torn into three separate entities. His soul was sent to Echo Side, where it was forced into physical form and became Dante. Gorin’s mind was stuck with the soul, becoming White Light. The Dealer of Death fused Gorin’s corpse with Tainted Element, turning it into Chovex. Thus the original Gorin’s mind, body, and soul were now three separate entities. For a while Dante was known as Gorin, as he could remember the brief times when the original Gorin showed kindness. Of course, there weren’t many times and thus he merely thought that he had memory problems. Dante started his own Oblivion Alliance, something he remembered Gorin being a part of. For a time he focused on revealing his past, as he was eager to learn who he was. It wasn’t long before he met Nenet Miniya, and fell in love with her. His relationship with her convinced him that the past didn’t matter, and he was his own person now. Unfortunately, a new problem emerged when White Light surfaced. After various adventures, including the death of Grasthos, the return of Toka, and the Nightmare Wheel fiasco, Gorin had access to all of the death dealer’s notes on Tainted Element. Tainted Element was the essence of everything. Whenever an element was used, an equal amount of Tainted Element was deposited in the ethereal world. If Dante had full control over Tainted Element he would be above the gods themselves. For a time he was oblivious to the love that Isis, the magi statue, felt for him. This was revealed during the Terror Wheel incident, although Dante hasn’t seemed to care much. He just wanted to become more powerful and protect those he cared about. After a brief return to the Dome, Dante started looking for ways in which he could rid himself of WL. Gorin's Mind had plans already set in motion however, which led to the events of, "A Dark God Reborn". It was in ADGR that Dante was finally rid of WL/Gorin, but at a heavy cost. His body is deteriorating, and he will eventually dissappear from existence. He is trying to find a way to prevent this, albeit half-heartedly. The possibility of death seems more alluring to him every day... Battles:The following is a list of the battles that Dante has participated in, as well as the status of the battles and whether they contributed to the character or not.
