Name: Jake Soul
Age: 16
Race: Human (surprised?)
Sex: Male
Hair: Brown
Eyes: dark blue
Height: 6'
Weapon: His arms are removable, as to allow for high variability in his weapons and ammunition.
Armor: The classic blue head to toe armor, very protective against physical assaults as well and missile attacks
Personality: Very friendly, always appreciates respect and the giving of it. Although he isn't fond of violence, he snt much of a saint and will fight when he feels like it or when he is forced to.
Apperance: Since he's a human, he's not as sleekly designed as his counterparts may be. His blue armor covers his arms, legs, torso and hands and feet as well, but they were built to keep joints and bending points natural and not clunky. While he is human, his arms and shins are bio mechanical in battle, although at leisure they are replaced with organic arms and legs: his own, thanks to superior technological advancements.
Bio: Jake Soul is the young man living an average life in a normal city. He went to school when he had to and hung out when he wanted to. However, his family was always in financial crisis. Because of this, he was forced to take up opportunities that offered high pays. Battling competitions were among the many activities he underwent. These competitions often paid high amounts to the winners, and the times he won were enough to keep his family well. Other activites included mining in the mountains nearby and searching the sea floor for treasures and bounties.
Now as normal a person he was, he really wasn't at all normal. He was half human and half machine. His only family, his grandfather who often built appliances and machinery for sale and his father who worked in a local powerplant never revealed why this had been. They only gave Jake a serious look whenever he asked, and so he felt he needn't ask anymore. But the question always crossed his mind everytime his arm was removed in the place of a drill or blaster. Nevertheless, he still thought it was cool to have all these weapons at his disposal.
His grandfather, Professor Hikari had come up with a wide variet of weapons and tools for him too use since he took on so many different battles and missions, because of this, he is almost always prepared for anything. His father, Doctor Soul, had devised a way for Jake to instantly switch between his various weapons and tools.
So his mission in life was to fight and search for his family's well being, but as a human being (more or less) he never enjoyed the act of killing. His morals always stood and he has never killed a living thing "unless you count the self toasting toaster Grandpa Hikari built" he would say.
Name: Navi Jake.EXE
Age: 16 years
Race: Net Navi
Sex: Male
Hair: Brown
Eyes: Aqua-Teal
Height: 5'8
Weapon: MegaBuster.exe, a cannon of extreme variability. Since it (as the rest of him) is composed of information, not wiring and metal, it's shape can change much easier than the others'. Normally, the buster may fire small shots or it can be charged to fire more powerful shots. But through the use of chips, styles and programs, the buster can change shape to become different weapons and fire different projectiles.
Armor: Jake's armor is not highly protective, it was designed to be able to change styles depending on the situation, thus it's weaknesses and resistances vary.
Personality: Jake.exe enjoys a good battle very much. He loves the excitement that comes with finding new challengers and tries hard to prove himself a worthy warrior. Mostly, he likes to bring out the fun of battling.
Appearance: Jake.exe looks least like a machine, because he is not made of parts and machinery. Since he is all programing, he was styled much more sleekly than the others. He's small and doesnt appear very powerful, but that is the assumption his foes make before they are beaten.
Bio: In what was known as the new world, there was an archeologist by the name of Dr. Trent. Her profession was manily in the area of making discoveries in the ancient caves that existed under the vast seas that covered this world. During one of her digs, she found a submerged lab. She also foud within the lab a disk containing some sort of data. She took the disk to the world renouned Dr. Hikari to take a look at the data. She was told that the data was surprisingly very similar to the data used to make a Net Navi. Knowing this, she asked him is the data could be turned into a Navi, the Navi could supply her with historical information that was lost under the sea.
Months later, Dr. Trent's P.E.T. (Personal Exploration Terminal) was mailed to her from Dr. Hikari. She loaded it up and the Navi that came in it was known as Jake.exe. He, however, knew nothing about where he came from or why he was found as data in the undersea labs. Dissappointed, Dr. Trent kept Jake.exe.
On his own, Jake often wandered the net in search of excitement and just to have fun during his life. He found that netbattles gave him the most joy. After a day of battling, he returned to his PET with Dr. Trent to help her with her studies and work. Life was always great.

Race: Android
Sex: Male
Hair: Brown
Eyes: Light Blue:
Height: 5'9''
Weapon: The Soul Buster, a powerful cannon capable of firing powerful shots or thin beams of plasma energy. The cannon is capable of changing forms to use different weapons previously acquired. Finally, he possesses the unusual ability to acquire his opponent's special ability if they are down and store it for later use.
Armor: Plain blue head to toe armor, very strong and protective, but nothing flashy.
Personality: Possibly the most responsible of the forms of Jake machines, as he is always respectful, cautious, and skillful of them. Like the rest, he struggles to keep from killing, and he has always found away around doing so.
Apperance: Soul Man is a very simple robot. He has 2 arms, 2 legs a torso and head. He wears a helmet atop his head and his arms from the wrist to the elbows are larger then the rest, these become the busters. Other than that, there is nothing unusual about his appearance whatsoever.
Bio: Back some 30 years before, an organization known as Omega had done what no others could ever imagine: They had destroyed net society, everything that had connections with the internet (which was most electronic equipment) was useless, the world had to adjust to the blow, as the people were forced to live without an internet.
Taking advantage of military weakness, the Omega clan struck, but how they did was a shock to the world. They were able to take the net's most notorious Net Navis and transfer them into actual robots. The robots struck in all of the world's highest places, demanding power to the Omega Clan. The world faced destruction.
Militaries across the globe had began to construct their own machines of war, new robots to fight off the ever growing Omegas. In one home, an aged Thomas Hikari had built no less that 500 machines. But they were no match to the resources of the Omegas. Dr. Hikari felt that only one force could stop the menaces, entering a Net Navi into a machine, bringing life to it.
But before he could carry such an idea out, the world was shocked again, as the machines had declared independance from the Omega Clan. Most of the clan had been killed, and the androids continued their reign of destruction. This struck fear into Dr. Hikari. Creating another Android Navi could wind up the same way. But there was no other choice.
Dr. Hikari's attempts at creating a Navi Machine had been a failure after another failure, with no hope for success in sight. The Navi's he used had not lived, the machines ended up being destroyed. He thought that his technology was just not as advanced as the Omega clan's was. But he continued just once more. He found the Net Navi data of NaviJake.exe, the data was half destoyed as was most of the Navi data he had used before. He entered it into the machine and ran the final tests. To his surprise and delight, the machine sprang to life. Soul Man was born.
Since most of the Navi data was lost, he had no clue he had existed in a "life" prior to the one he existed in now. But the true inner characteristics showed within Soul Man: honor and morals. His actions were almost human. Dr. Hikari told Soul Man all of what had been happening, he had told him everything truthfully, only leaving out that he had been a net Navi himself, in hopes he would not rebel as the others did.
Now that he knew of his mission, he set out to destroy the machines and save lives. Every machine he destroyed granted him a ne special weapon. This was his most facinating ability, the ability to acquire an opponent's weapons while they were down, with that and his Soul Buster, he would prevail.
Name: X
Age: appears to be 21, exists for an unknown amount of time
Race: Reploid
Sex: Male
Hair: Brown
Eyes: deep blue
Height: 6'1''
Weapon: His X-Buster is just about the most powerful buster ever known, and it's ability to manipulate energy to form other weapons grants a great variety of attacks.
Armor: His normal armor is very heavy, but very plain as well. However, he has 5 known back up armors, each with their own enhancing properties.
Personality: Although he is serious and focused, he never desires to kill. His morals are always at hand, but he will not hesitate to damage what gets in his way.
Apperance: X is highly armored and highly armed to boot. His X-Buster is much larger than the Mega and Soul busters and well as more powerful. He's also more streamlined, with pointed shoulder pads rounded leg armor. His face always seems to be focused on one thing or another, as he never lets his guard down.
Bio: Some 50 years after the strike of the Omega clan, a world renouned seer had forewarned the world that the Omega Clan would return, and that they would show no mercy. Although skeptical, the most of the world took necessary precautions. Dr. Xaveir Light, son of Dr. Hikari made it his project to create the ultimate machine. More than an android, the replica of a living human: a Reploid. His work had been carried out all his life, until one horrible day, the Omegas had returned.
The Clan had returned with the very thing Dr. Light tried to create, an army of Reploids. Or so they appeared to be. The world accused Dr. Light that he had been the cause of this attack, and so he was forced to hide away, somewhere. Where that place was was not revealed. He continued work on his Reploid machine, now more than ever, in the hopes that he could do what his father had managed to do in creating Soul Man. But he could not finish his work in his lifetime, which had been cut short towards his natural end.
On his dying day, he was attacked by the Omega Reploids. It as there that their true identities were revealed. in order to prevent what had happened before from occuring again, the Omegas became the machines themselves. Dr. Light frantically transfered the capsule containing his work to the ancient lab of Dr. Hikari. What sort of procedure occured there was all a mystery.
100 years after that, the capsule had opened. From said capsule, X emerged. The labs were submerged, and the only evidence that someone have been there before was the body of an android. That android had evidently been transferring data from himself to the capsule X sat in. The water eroded most of the machine's features away, expect for the small markings on his helmet that read SO_L.
Although nothing informed X of what had happened in the last 150 years, he somehow knew what had to be done. He somehow knew that Reploids were at rule in this world. He somehow knew he could not kill anyone. He knew his mission and he set out to do it. To destroy without killing.
Maybe years afterward, when most of the Omega Reploids were gone. He found himself fighting one of the last in the midst of a prosperous city. The citizens evacuated except for only a handful. The Omega Reploid attempted to destroy those people. He held them hostage in order to defeat X. In that climactic struggle, X was forced to destroy the Reploid before he could destroy the city. But the blast that did so was too powerful, X could not control the anger within himself. The blast destroyed the enemy Reploid and the city and those left in it. He was shot from the inside. What he had done was not acceptable. He remained there to this very day, in the ruins of the city, his only escape from his guilt was the battles he waged there every few days, sometimes months or perhaps years. Soon though, he would leave that place and continue to live.
