Name: Anna Meteran Lawson [An-na | Met-teran | Law-son]
Age: 17
Race: Hylian, with the pointy ears
Race description: Hylians are basically humans, but are taller than the normal human and are magically adept. The story/legend behind their pointy ears is that the Goddesses (Din, Nayru, and Farore) created the race with the ears, so that they were able to hear the higher beings speak to them. A couple of famous Hylians are the Hero of Time, Link, and Princess Zelda. Sex: Female
Hair: Anna's hair is a lighter shade of brown, and comes down to just past her shoulder blades. It still has the blonde streaks in it, but they are less visible, since she stays out in the sun more often.
Eyes: Since Anna is a bit older now, her eye color has changed from a pure ice blue, to a softer blue-green, almost turquoise color. Her eyes change color when she displays severe acts of her emotions.
Blue (any shade)/green/turquoise- Normal to no emotion
Red- Severe anger
Weight: 135lbs. 7oz.
Height: 5' (foot) 9" (inches)
Weapon(s): The fire mage carries with her a simple metal sword, from which she acquired from a small battle which left its previous owner knocked out, and almost dead. The sword is a standard longsword, the blade two and a half to three feet long, the hilt a little over seven inches in length. The hilt of the sword has an intertwined pattern of red and black ribbon, to help keep her hands steady, and to give it a nice touch. (The blade is shown in the pic in her appearance.)
She also carries with her a custom longbow, which is made out of metal, and can fold up, much to Anna's disatisfaction. She carries it with her in a pouch/bag at her side, which is also used to carry the arrows, and serves as the quiver.
Anna's shield is also used as a weapon. She can throw it, which it then becomes a fast flying piece of metal, capable of sticking in brick walls, and some weaker metals. The pointed tips give it an extra punch.
Armor: (look at profile picture for full view of her armor) Anna's armor is made out of a light and malleable metal material she forged herself. It bends the way she bends, and only has a few dents, most of which the mage has smoothed out. It covers a good bit of her, as seen in the profile picture.
Strengths: Anna Lawson has always learned that concentration and determination are two key elements in battle, for if you don't know one quality, the other is useless, and you'll be taken down faster than normal. She's taught herself to try and forget the past, but for some things, that has not become an option. Anna is able to withstand extreme temperatures of heat, as her main element is fire. She's also able to stand quite a bit of the strength from dark spells, as she used to be part Dark Hylian. the mage is physically and mentally strong, which leads people to believe that she has been this way all her life. Her will is not easily broken, and nobody would like to mess with her pride.
Weakness: For all the strengths come weaknesses. Concentration and determination are excellent, but when the young mage is stuck with something else on her mind, it becomes very hard to hit her opponent, which sometimes, could cost her her life. She can become focused on one thing one moment, but be absorbed in another the next. Anna is not one who is very partial to ice and water, nor can she stand too well against earth attacks. Only extreme ice attacks and spells can harm her; but the rest weaken her to levels she can't bear to fight at. Her physical strengths are very well tuned, but Anna can only do things about five times better than the average human girl her age. A barely known, but still half fatal weakness is her care for her closest friends and so-called 'family'.
Skills/Magic: The young mage has had years of training with the Twili Sorcerers of her time, making her powers in dark and fire attacks inept. She is capable of very well tuned feats of magic, like fire whips and shields. Anna is very tuned to the spirit realm, being able to see spirits and ghosts, as well as the occassional shinigami if they're around her. A simple chart below will explain her power and control over each element, 0 being no skill and 100 being mastered.
--------<><><><>--------
Fire: 100
Ice: 35
Water: 35
Dark: 100
Light: 90
Air/Wind: 65
Earth: 15
------------------------
The young mage is now learning how to do a basic form of telepathy, to speak to her allies and or friends without words. She draws her sword with her right arm, the blade and scabbard hanging from her left hip. Anna's quickdraw is easy to pull off, giving her the upper hand in sword battles. She is capable of running up to speeds of 60 and 70 miles per hour, and can jump into the air at a measured 8 feet from the ground without help. Anna's limber frame is also great for gymnastics, allowing the warrior mage to do flips and dodges without harm to herself. With the bow and arrow, Miss Lawson is an adept and master archer, hitting her target virtually every time. She can light her arrows with whatever element suits her style for the time being, and can start and extinguish any fire with a flick of her wrist.
--------<><><><>--------
Spells/Attacks: Burning Arrow: The multi-hit combo begins with Anna taking her bow out of the bag on her side, and preparing it, the whole process taking a few seconds [5sec.]. She places three arrows in the custom slots, and lights them with a white-hot fire, aiming and shooting the target. If the arrows pierce the target, the fire spreads rapidly, soon engulfing the person or object in the white embers, burning them til they're about dead, or the object in flame is a pile of ash.
Spirit Decoy: Using the friendly spirits and ghosts around her, Anna manipulates their form with her skill of dark and manipulation, making their energy/'bodies' look precisely like her. The only differance is that the spirits are darker in color, and their eyes are a pure grey in color. If somebody is able to detect aura, they'll be able to tell that it isn't her. The spirits are able to use dark attacks only, but the downside of the spell is that they keep their personalities, instead of mimicking her own.
Fate of the Goddesses: This is Anna's most powerful attack, which she uses for last resort only. It begins with unsheathing her sword, the tip of the blade burning with a blue flame. Murmuring the names of the Goddesses, she runs at the opponent, or multiple opponents, and slashes them, a symbol like this (==) appearing where nothing was a second ago. Yelling the following phrase, "Goddesses of the land of Hyrule, decide the fate of the marked enemy!" The mark will glow, indicating magic coursing through the opponent's veins, badly injuring what part the three second attack will allow it to injure. It is capable of killing humans, but only badly injures those of unnatural powers and abilities, or ones weak to fire spells.
More simple spells include her to make small throwing stars out of different elements, and throw them at people, causing immense pain.

Appearance: Anna Lawson looks like a typical Hylian; long, pointy ears, magical, and pretty tall. She was raised a bandit, and has stolen many of her weapons, the sword and bow in particular. Her hair is a lighter shade of brown, and comes down to just past her shoulder blades. It still has the blonde streaks in it, but they are less visible, since she stays out in the sun more often. Anna's eyes have changed color, as is normal for one of her age. They used to be a pure ice blue, but has recently changed to a softer blue-green, almost turquoise color. Her eyes change color when she displays severe acts of her emotions.

She normally wears a black cloak over her clothes, one, to conceal her weapons, and two, to keep dry and warm in storms. Her armor is always on, because of all the fights the mage has gotten into, and she keeps her sword on her left hip. The mage is a slender and athletic figure, and comes with the knowledge of many forms of self defense, all of them Hylian based.
Personality: Anna is considered by many people to be the most serious person ever. She rarely laughs at jokes and always smiles. If you battle Anna you are in for a shock. She looks very weak but is strong when she's angry. The happiest her friends have ever seen her is when she is training with her powers. Just recently she had met someone she really loves and cares about. To become her friend you have to battle and win or lose with honor. Some of her new found friends can describe her as mischievous, arrogant, emotional, and an easy to set off temper.
Biography: Anna Lawson was born in the Twilight Realm, an alternate dimension to the land of Hyrule where she says she was raised for most of her life. When Anna was two, the sorcerers that had traveled with her to Hyrule began her training in magic and the art of swordsmanship. Anna had learned quickly, and they continued teaching her until she was five, when the HBHS began recruiting. The sorcerers had trained Anna enough to enter in the recruiting, but the task leaders (a.k.a, the recruiters) thought the young mage to be too young and inexperienced.
The next few months, the mage began to train a little more, and when they came back to her town, she re-entered in the recruiting. The task leader, Niel (pronounced Ny-el), looked at her and smirked. "It looks like we have the little runt back to nip at our heels, wouldn't you say, Rus?" The other task leader smirked and laughed. "It'd seem that way, Niel." Niel turned to the young warrior and chuckled, seeing her standing there, a small smile placed on her small face. "You know, little lady, this job you want includes the fact that you need to kill, be merciless. That even means killing those innocent puppy dogs you like so much. And the fact we only hire young boys doesn't help your case, either." Anna didn't seem fazed at all by the last comment, and replied, "I know what it means, sir. And to let you know, I'm not a little girl. I know as much fighting as you teach your second year 'boy' students, by far." The two recruiters eyes widened when she said this, making the fire mage hug herself mentally. "So, you know as much, huh? Then let's see it."
The young girl's eyes widened, and a small smirk crossed her youthful looks, making her look three years older. "Gado, come on out!" Rus, shouted, still staring at Anna. A tent door behind the stand flapped open, and a burly man stomped out, sword in hand. "Humph, so, this is the little runt I'm fighting? Shouldn't you be in your room with oyour mommy, playing with your dollies?" Anna's eyes widened at the word 'mommy', and she drew her sword, hatred flaming in her turquoise eyes.
A few minutes later, Gado was on the ground, his face burnt to a point they couldn't recognize him. Niel and Rus turned to face the young warrior, their mouths agape and their faces twisted in awe. They went back into the tent behind he stand. "You think we should... hire the little runt?" Niel inquired, fear wrinkling his face. "Well," Rus started, "the boss wouldn't like that we hired... a girl. Much less a girl who could beat one of our good men. But..." he stopped, smiling to the second in command. "But, he'd also despise the fact that a little girl is better than our second year students, and we rejected her, wouldn't he?" Niel nodded, and motioned for them to move back outside.
The two walked out of the tent in complete silence, and up to the eager eyed mage. Both of them nodded, and Niel knelt down. "Well, little- I mean, miss. It would seem that our boss would like to add you to our team." Anna's face lit up, and she nodded, regaining her control. "What we want you to know is that you're the first woman on the team, and we need you to follow our rules like the guys do. You do not want to feel any emotion but determination. You don't want to think about mercy, or anything to do with sparing a wanted person's life. You got me?" The warrior-mage nodded, a straight line where a smile would have been.

Nothing had color. The beds, the walls, even the clothes were a dingy grayish brown. Anna looked around at the bunk she was now in. The paper said I had fourteen other roommates, and none of them are in here. She looked at the bunk number on the paper, and the number on the cabin door. I'm in bunk number twelve, the one for second year students. Oh, well. The warrior saw an empty bunk with no sheets or covers on it and sat down, opening the case with all of her new belongings. She walked over to the empty closet, and began to hang the tunics up, notcing some armor in the bottom. Anna pulled it out, curious.
Just then, the door swung open and a bunch of guys walked in, their ages a mixed combination. They were laughing about something, and as soon as the head boy spotted Anna, he stopped laughing and smirked at her, motioning the other boys quiet. "So, the rumors are true. A girl has joined our ranks, fellas." He walked up to her, and laughed, flicking her ear. "So, who the hell are you, and what business do you have in the second year cabin?"
Anna nodded, not letting her emotions show how mad she was at the boy. "My name is Anna. I'm here because I beat Gado, that sissy boy you call a second year graduate into the ground. And apparently, if you mess with me, I have all the permission in the world to take you out. Got me?" The other boys nodded, noting the tone in the mage's voice. She added, also with a smirk to match the lead boy's, "And might I ask, what the hell is your name as well?" He stared at her, shocked that a new person would talk back to him like that, much less the new person being a girl. "Lee. That's all you need to know."
--------<><><><>--------
Claaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaang. The sound of metal on metal could be heard throughout the grounds, the earth vibrating from the resounding crashes of the opponents feet on its surface. Red trickled in a steady stream around the opponents in the ring, signs of the defeated now resting in the infirmary. Lee's been on my back since this morning. I need to get him off! Anna thought as she brought her new sword up to parry Lee's oncoming blade. Lee ran at her, his blade trying desperately to get a cut in before the leaders called time. He swung at the mage, missing as she jumped on his head and off of it, sending him sprawling face first into the dirt.
"TIIIIIIIME!" The call from the loudspeaker caused Anna to flinch for a split second, her sword now on her back and walking to the front of the arena, sweat pouring over her skin. "GATHER AROUND, MAGGOTS! THE ONES THAT SURVIVED THE ORDEAL, COME UP ON THE STAGE AT ONCE!" All the participants covered their ears, the sound deafening. Fifteen of the students walked up onto the stage, their boots and outfits covered in dirt and blood from the ground and battle. "Congratulations, all of you." The boss stepped up to the combatants, his shaven face showing a scowl. "You know what this means? You fifteen are now ready for your first job as bounty hunters for the Hylian Bounty Hunter Squad, or HBHS. You will find your weapons and clothes already packed on your beds." He then turned back to the tired and beaten faces on the field and shouted, "HERE ARE THE FIFTEEN THAT HAVE PASSED THE FINAL TEST, AND WILL BE GETTING THEIR FIRST JOB! IT'D BETTER BE MORE THAN THAT NEXT TIME YOUR FINALS COME, OR THERE WILL BE MORE THAN JUST A FEW SCRATCHES ON YOU ALL"
The loudspeaker faltered for a second before he continued. "TAKE TIME TO CONGRATULATE THESE FIFTEEN, AND AS I CALL THEIR NAMES, HOLD YOUR APPLAUSE!" The boss, (a.k.a. Cole) began calling names. "THE TENTH PERSON TO GRADUATE IS LEE MORALE. THE ELEVENTH PERSON IS THE FIRST WOMAN TO EVER COME INTO OUR FACILITIES. ANNA LAWSON, PLEASE STEP UP TO RECEIVE YOUR MEDAL!" The loudspeakers echoed out into the empty and silent air, and Anna stepped forward, sweat drenching her clothing. Cole stepped forward as well, bowing out of respect; the fire mage bowing back. Both of them stood erect, the cool silver medal touching her burnt skin.

Anna was walking along the streets, her sword sheathed on her back, as well as a black cloak surrounding the mage's appearance. The person who was supposed to give me my job should have been here by now. The warrior's mind was racing, waiting to get her first job since completing training at the academy.
