Name: Shrukan Caelestis

Age: 16 (September 28th)

Race: Scalix (dragon-humans). This race is still being worked on right now. Shrukan's race is completely filled with dragon-humans, who every once in awhile go through a growth spurt. Some Scalix grow fangs, claws, and tail spikes, while others simply grow taller. Each Scalix comes in different color varieties and when they mate, the child has either the father's wing color, or the mother's (there is no mix).

Sex: Male.

Hair: Dark-red hair color. It is short and ends at the base of his head. He has two turfs (?) of hair on the front of his head that lie over his cheeks. The left turf only grows halfway between the roots and his chin. The right falls down all the way to his chin. There is a few turfs of hair that cover his forehead.

Eyes: Sky blue eyes. Normally they are sky blue, but if angered, they turn blood red. After he finds out of his powers, his eye color changes to red (left eye) and gold (right). In his dark form, they are blood red. In his light form, his eyes are normal sky blue.

Weight: 220 pounds.

Height: 6 feet 6 inches

Weapon:

Twin Dragon Fangs: Twin sword forged from the same metals and dragon fangs. They were made when he was a child, and he never used them till currently. These were the last memories he had of his stepfather and his mother. The hilt is golden with dragon designs in them.

Dragon Dagger: It's a simple 6 inch dagger made from metals and dragon fangs. The hilt is silver and looks like an opened mouth of a dragon.

Armor: None.

Strengths: He is an excellent flier. He can fly for hours, but then needs to rest. His tail is as hard as a club, so it can be used as a weapon or an attack.

Weakness: In normal form, he is weak against stronger fighters, although he boasts being the better fighter. He wears no armor, so he is completely opened to attacks. In dark form, he is weak against Holy Light. In his Light form, he is weak against darkness (not shadows, but darkness).

Skills/Magic:

His attacks vary with mood:

Dark Shrukan attacks:

Shadow Sphere: hurls a concentrated form of darkness.

Shadow Lightning: purple lightning that is hurled at the foe. It wastes a lot of energy.

Shadow Meld: Allows user to disappear into the Shadow Dimension in order to evade or teleport. The user can only use this 5 times a day, or he is sealed within the Dimension.

Shadow Clone: The user creates and exact copy of himself, only that it's skin is gray and it's eyes are blood red. Everything else is black.

Shadow Explosion: The user dares to sacrifice it's own life in order to engulf anything in a 50 feet radius in a large explosion caused by uncontrollable dark energy.

Light Shrukan's Attacks:

Light Sphere: Similar to the Shadow Sphere, only made out of holy energy.

Light Healing: His body glows golden to mend outside wounds. Inside wounds are still have to heal normally.

Light Shield: A force of light protects the user, but drains him of his energy.

Personality: He has multiple personalities. At times he's angry, others he's depressed, rarely smiles or laughs (depends on the situation). He can be cocky at times. To show his dominance, he snarls, but he already know his dominance is low compared to others. He hates being called a failure, and if anyone calls him weak, he'll easily snap and attack someone.

Biography:

He was born in a home in the southern edge of Ilidar, his mountain homeland. His father detested him and wanted to kill him at birth for being weak, so his mother took him and fled with him. Later on, nearly a few weeks later, his mother Misura met a young twenty year old Scalix named Argath Caelestis. Misura was only eighteen then, and she fell in love with Argath because of his kindness to her, taking care of her and Shrukan when she was hiding and even took the liberty of staying up all night and day to keep an eye on them. She married Argath a few weeks after meeting him, and took the last name of Caelestis.

Shrukan grew up to not know his father. He thought Argath was his birth father and grew very close to both his parents. As such he was rather timid of others, hiding behind the backs of both his mother and stepfather. By eight, his heart was completely shattered as his mother died in the kitchen by a heart attack. Since then, his personality took a complete turn around; he was no longer happy, but depressed every night and day.

By fifteen, he experienced more and more premonitions in his sleep, like a war between angels and demons, as well as the death of his stepfather and stepmother. He fled away from home after he and his stepmother, Nava Caelestis, had gave him the cold shoulder when he attempted to applogize for pushing her away the day previous. He found a temple in the middle of a dense forest in Ilidar and began to exploring in it. He accidently places his hand on a symbol in the temple, as new found energy swept through himself and caused himself to black out. Argath had found him later and brought him back home, slightly worried that Shrukan's premonitions were coming true again, just like how Shrukan foresaw his mother's death.

Days after the incident, the Plague, a vile Scalix who has been hunting for the Balance God, came and kidnapped Argath and Nava. Shrukan snarled in anger and tried to fight the Plague, but was simply too weak for the Plague currently. Before Shrukan got stabbed, Argath broke free of his prison and pushed Shrukan out of the way, only to be stabbed in his lower abdomen. His last wishes for Shrukan was to grow strong, even though Argath wasn't going to be there. Nava was killed after, and Shrukan had hid in the deepest areas of the capital Gaydr.

Days after, Shadow Beasts attacked Gaydr. Shrukan swore angrily and ran outside, flying up into the air. He fought only one beast, but he was so close to being killed. If it wasn't for his friend Tamior, he would have killed. Shrukan took the moment that Tamior had opened, and activated for the first time his fire powers. He punched the beast in the head, eyes blazing with revenge, and killed it on the spot. The battle took too much energy and he passed out.

The next few days after, There was a funeral for the Scalix who died when the Plague came. Argath, Nava, and twenty or so other males had died that day. Shrukan attended the funeral, and stood by the open caskets of his stepparents. He asked Tamior for more time with them, but snarled as Tamior told him that there was no more time. Walking away in disgust, he saw a familiar face behind a tree. It was Israf, a friend of Argath's and Tamior, who witnessed Shrukan's powers, and had been questioning him for the past few days. However, these were not friendly questions, and often him and Shrukan got into fist fights, since Shrukan had no recollection of how his powers worked. Eventually Shrukan awakened too much of his powers that fed on his anger that he killed Israf in a blind fury. Tamior snarled in distaste at Shrukan, and all the Scalixs turned their backs on Shrukan. He was later banished from Ilidar.

Shrukan left Ilidar and seeked shelter where the humans lived, however, he was also unwelcomed by the humans. He sighed as he began to feel his depression come back. Since being banished, his heart had become encased in thick ice.

Now he plans to kill the Plague in order to win back the trust of his own race.

Not bad, not bad. However, I would like to see some expansion on his personality. Why does he hate everyone? Is there anyone who he would like? And exactly how quiet is he? Does he never say a word or does he maybe only answer in one word sentences. What does he think about fighting? Does he enjoy it or detest it? What if he met another Scalix; would he hate them also? The Personality Section should be at least a paragraph long.

Also, you forgot to add the Strengths and Weaknesses Sections.

Add those three things and I'll take another look at him.

If it's bad to bump this, then sorry. Shrukan's been majorly updated. He still can be killed by weapons.
