Great swordsmanship and spellcaster. Not too balanced at archery, only used as a last resort. Naturally quick, strong, focused senses, immunity to disease and capable to detect common poisons.
Doesn't fare well against many archers at once or many spellcasters at once, afraid of large conflict battles, refuses to fight female characters or friends at any cost. Will not harm or kill unless pushed or driven to. Fire is a fear as well. Plus, only wears robes guarded by lightweight armor, heavy blows that hit their target will hurt a lot, even might pierce the chainmail.

Can manipulate its form and have it evaporate, densify, narrow, constrict, and freeze providing many uses such as a whip of water, binds, frozen spears and arrows, and freezing the air around someone, freezing them in a block of ice for a limited amount of time.
Wind/Air Attacks: Can form gusts of wind, wirlwinds, updrapts, and a small tornado. Useful for sending opponents flying, warding of projectiles, and knocking back opponents.
Earth Attacks: Can send boulders and stones hurtling at opponents, can soften the ground into quicksand, can shape it into a sheild, and sharpen it to attack opponents.
Fire: Rorand rarely uses his fire elemental ability since he is afraid of it and cannot control it very well. If he HAS to use it, it's only when he is extremely angry and he loses control of it. An inferno will rage around him and fireballs will rocket around in every direction. Once Rorand regains control, he loses control of the fire.
Rorand's skills are adept wilderness survivavl. He can muster energy from the plant-animal life around him which sustains him without food, water, or sleep for at least two days only. He can blend ion only with a frested environment, speak telepathically with animals and have them do his bidding. Was taught to mix herbs by his mother. Able to make simple anti-poison remedies that heal minor wounds. His pet wolf, Wolven isn't just a pet. He is Rorand's best friend with a whole personality (received by being linked with Rorand for so long) and has his uses. He can catch and follow a scent very well, and is used as Rorand's scout and strategist, plus he gained the telepathic ability to read another's minds and emotions to extract a fear of weakness from their mind.
Tall, lean, fair complection, wears green and gold dress jerking over sturdy chainmail, dons the gold and blue cloak to appear unarmed, Hair is long, but only reaches shoulders, covering pointed ears at most times. Oakwood bow is stored without the ivory-encased quiver, slung over his right shoulder. His blade(s) is fastened to a belt around his waist on his left hip.
Mostly calm and easy going. Likes to joke, not too quick to anger and likes to be a pacifist. During a time of battle though, becomes very serious and tense. Doesn't like to be alone, but hides and flees whenever he becomes shy, but rarely. Rarely sad, always like to look on the bright side of life, but when his friends are threatened he again becomes tense and serious.
He was born in a now ruined elven city, Dormuid in the Warded Forest. His elven mother, Tera, was a great herbalist, alchemist, and spellweaver. She taught Rorand how to heal most wounds and detect some common poisons. His father, Hayden, a human hunter/warrior, taught him the ways of the blade and how to survive in the wilderness by communicating with the plants and animals as well. He also showed him the basics of archery. Rorand had no siblings and not many human/elf friends. He treats animals as regular people and hates when people slaughter them for their appetite therefore, Rorand's a vegetarian.
One fateful day, his father and Rorand were practicing hunting when they came across a bandit camp. The bandits spotted them and attacked, sending an arrow toward Rorand, but his father quickly jumped in the way, the arrow plunging itself in his chest. Rorand became so sad, yet overcome with the lust for vengeance, he cast a firebolt at the bandit's camp, engulfing it in flames. But it had conseqeunces, it lit the forest on fire aswell. The remaining bandits fled, but now they were stranded in a burning forest. He dragged his dying father outside, when a burning tree collapsed and was about to crush them both. Hayden, with a hard cost, stumbled at pushed his son out of the way, saving him again. Hayden gave him the Fate and Destiny blades before telling him in his final breathe, "Be strong... I believe in you son, don't let... down... Take these blades... make me proud...," Rorand didn't know what to do.
He ran. Far away. Ever since that day, he wandered from home training for his father's sake. One day wandering through the forest he ran into a pack of wolves. They were 5, but 4 of them were attacking the other. Rorand chased them away and healed the wounded wolf, bonding his energy with it. The wolf befriended him and over time, he began to develop his own thoughts and personality being linked to an intelligent being for so long. Rorand named him Wolven and taught him all he knew about other animals and the forest, teaching an old dog some new tricks. They've been traveling looking for their destiny..... He never wants to be responsible for another's death unless forced, but knows many ways to kill. Rorand believes that their lives are bound to destiny and bound for a certain fate that can't be changed. He will practice and guard his beliefs. He loves having friends who understand him and treats them with kindness and with respect. He likes anyone who respects, likes, has things in common with him, but he dislikes reckless brutes who only love battle and bloodlust. Rorand hasn't consider dying and he hasn't set any goals for himself except to settle make his late father proud of him and one day return to the ruined elven city to rebuild the forest which he destroyed setting his own destiny.

"It's a sense of touch. I think we all miss that touch so much, that we crash into each other, just to feel something."
The only thing that bothers me is in your strengths/magic you refer to dexterity, stamina, and such. This isn't a game character, man. In books, nobody refers to any of those things as actual traits for someone. "Temporarily increases" = blah.
