Strengths: She’s very lithe. As in, she can move quickly, quietly, and with grace. She’s very charming. She has general cat-like qualities. Like good hearing, heightened reflexes, and enhanced senses. Her Kiseru is used not only for smoking, but as a bludgeoning weapon as well.
Weakness: She tends to believe what anyone tells her, unless it’s an obvious lie. She has a very short build to anger. She doesn’t like large bodies of water. Whenever Chakra is consumed, her movements are hampered for a short period after the Jutsu wears off. While the Nekokotsu slows her down for a few seconds, the Rifurira slows her down for a few minutes.
Skills/Magic: Ninjutsu is a way of focusing Chakra (Spirit) into various techniques called Jutsu. Her most basic Jutsu is the Nekokotsu Jutsu, which momentarily increases speed, flexibility, and reaction time. Normally, this Jutsu must be performed several times in succession before there is any significant Chakra drain. Next is Rifurira, which uses a lot of Chakra to heal wounds on herself and others. It takes about a fourth of her usable Chakra to perform this Jutsu. Finally there’s the Enkoukiseru Jutsu, which lights the end of her Kiseru on fire, that releases a lot of heat when it strikes something. Uses less Chakra than Rifurira, but more than the Nekokotsu.
Personality: She’s a very up-beat, care free person. She’s fun loving and is quite free in the way she thinks. But it’s not like she’s hyperactive or anything, she just has a lot of personality. And even though she’s energetic around people, she’s very calm and drawn back when she’s alone or just with Sukoshi. In battle she’s very arrogant and taunting. Not to the point where she would be bragging, but to where she would be irritating.
Appearance: Starting from the top. Her hair is big, long, and black, and it comes down to cover her back. Instead of regular ears, she has fuzzy cat ears. She has a beautiful face that would look perfectly normal if her teeth were less fang like and her eyes were less cat like. She’s very well made, with the exception of her hands and feet, which are slightly larger than normal. She wears a blue vest and a loose fitting pair of blue pants with a hole cut in them for her tail. Under those, she wears that see-thru material inlaid with nets that you see ninja wearing every so often. She has a black belt tied around her waist. Her hands, wrists, ankles, and feet are fur covered. She has five fingers and four toes on each hand and foot, with a dull, pointed claw/nail at the end of each. And with the exception of her rear, fur covers all of her private areas.
History: Hi, my name’s Neko, but you already know that. My story is an unusually positive one. First off, you’re probably wondering: Cat-Girl? Well, it’s simple, my dad was an oversized cat. I know, it’s creepy. Anyways, I was born in a middle class village not too far from the middle of nowhere. It was a tradition there, that everyone was taught Ninjutsu at a young age. And I just happened to be the daughter of the greatest master there: My mother. She was also the person who also liked cats so much that she had sex with one. I know, it’s CREEPY. Anyways again, that’s pretty much how I grew up, practicing Ninjutsu. I didn’t have many friends, because you can guess who’s appearance can scare kids. But when I grew up, oh ho, it was a totally different story. The amount of horny guys that followed me around was quite disturbing. The only downside to all of this, was the pussy jokes. Like those never got old. I was around sixteen when I met my best friend. He didn’t have a name when he first came to the village, so I called him Sukoshi. I doubt there’s more of a gentleman out there. It was also around this age, that my mom taught me how to mix catnip. Yes, because passing out and waking up next to someone in a house I’ve never been in, was really something I needed to induce myself. But no, that stuff’s great, just don’t smoke too much of it at once. Skip ahead a few years, I’m eighteen. Despite every able bodied man in the village trying to take me to bed, I eventually got bored with the tedium of village life. So I set out to see the world. When I offered, Sukoshi actually decided to come with me. And that’s pretty much what I’ve been doing up until now. And I guess this is where you join me.

Strengths: He’s small, so he can escape easily.
Weakness: He’s a cat.
Skills/Magic: Does pretty much anything Neko tells him to do.
Personality: He only speaks in soliloquy form because his normal speech is meowing. He’s very stern, with a strong sense of duty. He has a soft spot for Neko, so even though he’s often critical of her, he finds he can look past most of her quirks. He’s come to terms with being a cat and is happy to act like one. Concurrently, he finds it extremely irritating that Neko talks to him like he’s normal, and gets angry whenever she does it.
Appearance: He’s a black cat with a few brown patches. Most notably on his chest and paws. One side of his face is black, the other is brown. Besides that, there’s a few splashes of brown here and there on his fur.
History: Sukoshi, originally known as Kyo, was once a powerful warrior. His signature wooden armor and power over the elements, gave him the nickname, the Earth and Water Samurai. A keeper of the peace, he traveled from region to region wiping out the troubles that bothered the people. But one day, he went on a mission that he never came back from. He had been turned into a cat by the evil he had went up against. Unfortunately for him, no one knows how to change him back, or that he is even still alive. Because he was a Ronin, he had no home or family to take care of him. He’s continued to age at the normal rate, and essentially he’s doomed to be a cat the rest of his life. On an occasion two years after his transformation, he was captured by a crazy woman, and held with a whole bunch of other cats. It was during this time that he learned how to act like a cat. What was apparently the crazy woman’s daughter, a half breed named Neko, seemed to tell that he used to be normal though. She talked to him and treated him like he was normal. And when she left the crazy woman’s house, she practically dragged him along with her. Finally, when Neko left for the final time, he got away from the crazy woman. So Sukoshi, as he’s now called, has been traveling with Neko since then.
