Name: PhoenixFire Age: 25 Race: Human Sex: Male
Hair: Long red hair that goes to the middle of his back
Eyes: Yellow Weight: 215 pounds Height: 6 feet tall
Weapon: A sword with two intertwined blades, one red, one orange. Armor: Black and gold, good at repelling most attacks due to it's being made from dragon scales
Strengths: Expert swordsman, he uses the sword as a channel for his attacks. Lightning fast, he moves like the wind, making him harder to keep track of. Is a master of fires spells, can create shields out of fire to protect him when need be. Weakness: The sword is what he uses to channel his power through. Get rid of th sword, and he'll need to expend more energy conjuring the magic from nowhere. Even with the sword, his speed and the effort of using the magic can easily wear him down. Water can definitly hamper most of his attacks, and taking out the phoenix usually will result in PF having to rethink his strategy.
Skills/Magic: Ring of fire(Surrounds himself or the opponent in flames), flame tornado(spins huge whirlwinds of fire at the opponent), dome of fire(creates a protective dome around him), Flames of darkness(black fire envelopes the opponent, burning them from the inside out), phoenix of the Gods(Transforms into a great flaming bird)
Personality: A relatively nice guy, he's a little too arrogant for his own good, will usually think he's won a battle before it's truely over. Is tempermental, but usually doesn't resort to out and out pure violence unless necessary. But is forever haunted by the dark deeds he had committed in the past.
Appearance: Tall with red hair down to the middle of his back. Wears a black body suit with the dragon armor on over it. Has matching golden gloves and boots with fire patterns on it.
History: Born the single child in a small mountain kingdom to his two noble-class parents, Phoenix has been obsessed with the mythical birds he has named himself after since seeing one in flight while training under the tutelage of the village's head mage. The elder, getting old, had realized he was in need of passing his ways onto the next generation, and Phoenix had been the one with the most potential. The elder had seen something in the youth who was a bit of a rebel, and had gone ahead and trained him despite the fact that everyone else thought he was crazy. After learning the ways of the fire mage from the elder, he has been on a noble quest to track down all he can learn about the pheonix and it's mythical ways.
Phoenix had originally been a loner, until he had me Lorania. A woman who he had met during his travels, he had at first rejected all the advances she had put on him. But his heart had seen something his mind had not, and the two soon became a couple, and she joined him on his quest.
But fate can rear it's dark hand in the world. Especially when was briefly under the horrible tutelage of the Dark Pheonix, an evil lord that taught him the dark magic PF's uses now. Despite Lorania's pleas to not get himself mixed up in this, Phoenix had thought the Dark Phoenix could truley help him become more powerful. DP's methods were brutal, focusing more on the power than the spirit as the elder mage's had been. But this had come at a price, The Dark Phoenix hadn't liked the ideas Lorania had been putting in PF's head so he would give PF an ultamatem: PF had to either ruthlessly slaughter his home village or kill Lorania in order to get the power. Faced with this decision, PF mad the one choice he could, he fought the Dark Phoenix. But fate played it's hand again, for even though PF suprisingly won the hard fought death battle, it came at a horrible price. Sensing his death, the Dark Phoenix had at the last moment grabbed Lorenia and put her in front of him, so that when PF ran DP through with his sword, he also struck Lorenia. But the horror didn't end, for as he died he was dragged down to hell by his own dark magic, taking Lorenia with him.
PF has never recovered from this, forever seeing the horrified face of his love as she is sucked down into the endless abyss. This has plagued him forever, and he will not be truely happy until he dies and sees his love's face again. Now a loner, he never stays anywhere longer than he has to, but is willing to stop and help those in trouble as a small part he sees for redeeming himself of the cruel fate he had befallen.
