Weapons: Uses a a cane which helps conduct his lighting, He will use it as a weapon only if the opponet approaches, or if his magic has no effect. The cane is about his Height and had a yellow gem at the top of it.

Skills/ Magic He is able to create lighting or manipulate it. He can shoot volts, summon up a sheild from his lighting and he can create huge flashes blinding the opponet for a short time.

Strength: Does excellant in areas such as the sea, because water conducts electricity, also he is most excellant against archers, or another type a shooter, because he can stop the shot with his lightning or block it. Also he is resistent to lighting based attacks.

Weakness: His magic does not affect ground or earth type moves, also he does not do well in dry areas, such as a desert, because his electricity will have nothing to conduct. He is extremly succebtible to fire, and cannot go blow to blow for very long.

Appearence: Volt wears a yellowish Kimono that has lighting patterns all over it. He also wears metal chains on his arms which conduct the electricity he summons. He has long gray hair as well as a beard that matches his hair.

Personality: Volt is very friendly to almost everyone, and will only be mean if he is in an intense fight. He also gets disturbed when asked about his past. But overall He's a good guy.

History: Few know of Volts history as he rarely speaks of it. But Volt was born in an ancient and now destroyed town called Javel. he was raised by his father a famed wizard named Shocker, It was a tradition for everyone in his family to be named after lighting. Volt was born and taught mostly everything he knows from his father. Bye the Volt was 18 years of age His father died in the war between the demons and humans. Many of the humans died in that war as well as Volts hometown Javel which was burned to the ground.After the war there were only a handful of humans left. Volt is one of the few humans who still walk amongst the hylians. Over time he learned from different places on how to get stronger with his spells. Now in the present day, of the Hylians he merely wanders around testing his strength against opponets who wish to battle him. He rarely speaks of his past because it hurts him knowing that his family is dead, and so is his hometown.

The appearance and personality could be longer, but the rest of him seems to be in order, so I'll let them go, seeing as they are acceptable.
