Skills/Magic:
Skills
Parasitic Blood- If Dais gets a droplet of his blood into an open wound of his opponent, by the way of his stingers or manual smearing with his hands, The parasite eggs, which hatch soon after entering the bloodstream, head for the vessels that distribute blood to the limbs of the victim. After they reach the vessels, they self-destruct, releasing a kind of numbing poison which weakens the opponent. A few of the parasites, ones that are blue in color under a microscope, head for the brain and release chemicals that create rage and slight hallucinations. This condition is called “Rage of the Beholder” syndrome. Eventually the one infected will kill themselves, if they receive enough of the blood.
Stretch- They both have the ability to stretch their arms an extra two feet, which can be useful for dodging the attacks aimed at Dais, by raising him upwards, since when Dais is in control Shiver's arms function as the legs. Dais is usuallly the one standing on top.
Hand/Foot transmutation- Shivers has the ability to turn their hands into feet, and the warrior who functions as the legs must use this. Daiscannot perform this move, so Shivers walks on Dais's steel gauntlets.
Magic
They share the same magic.
Kaleido-Rush – A technique that Dais uses by covering himself in multicolored lights, distorting his opponent’s view of him, and then he darts left and right, swinging his spiked gauntlets to get as many cheap blows in as possible.
Demonic tempest- a beam of pure demonic energy strikes the opponent with the force of a small hurricane. It uses a large amount of strength to perform.
Appearance: both of the warriors are nothing but upper halves most of the time, and the dominating personality will be on top, while the other functions as the legs. Separating the two of them is a long, skirt-like piece of clothing that covers up the warrior that is on bottom, and touches the floor. The skirt’s color is black on one the side that shows shivers, and white on the side that shows Dais. (Both)
He wears a baggy, thin, blue and white shirt with sleeves that go past his hands, covering his large gauntlets. There is half of Yin-Yang symbol on his back, Yin, and its pure whiteness stands out the most on his outfit. The aura of darkness from Shivers’s influence is clearly visible on his body. His unusually sharp teeth and the stingers on his elbows add to his mystery. (Dais)
He wears a black and jade sleeveless shirt made of silk. The sign of Yang appears on the back of his shirt. His muscles bulge unnaturally, and his fangs are even longer than Dais's. An aura of strange, translucent, pulsing energy surrounds him at all times, making ripples in the air. His muscles bulge with every movement. He has a long pair of silver horns that stick out of his forehead, capable of impaling unwary enemies.(Shivers)
Personality: Arrogant and cruel in his actions, but believes justice is inevitable. Cooperates and occasionally argues with the other personality, Shivers. Dais chooses to talk often, and always speak his mind. (Dais)
A cold-hearted and mentally disturbed killer, Shivers cooperates and occasionally argues with the other personality, Dais. He usually stays quiet, and if he says something, it's usually meaningful and frightening. (Shivers)
Biography born in Japan, Dais is a rather odd fellow. He loves a good challenge, and always attempts to spare the lives of innocents whenever possible. He never talks about himself, and always focuses on others. When terror struck his village long ago, he swore to seek vengeance on the one who was responsible. Although he wears a kimono, in a style of Japan’s past, the stingers and the odd blackness that spreads across his skin suggests he is a demon. His mother insists, along with the elders of his village that he is totally human; that they saw his birth, and that he was perfectly normal. No peers of Dais ever attempted to befriend him, even after he saved half of them from a fire that blazed in one of the temples during a ceremony. He eventually left them, in search of the scourge that attacked his home. He encountered a gang of vile thieves on his journey, and they left him badly wounded after ambushing him, leaving him for dead. One of them had left a recently plundered treasure behind, a pair of beautiful gauntlets. They had fallen out of a hole in the side of the thieves’ ragged bag. Dais lay there for many hours, until a strange creature with a hollow head full of water crawled over to him, out of a nearby stream. The Kappa handed him a bottle, and told him the contents would save his life. He drank it, and went unconscious. When he awoke, he heard an unfamiliar voice within his head, one that cackled and befriended him. Sometimes, Dais has black periods where his mind drifts, and when he awakes, he is in a new place. This is when the “blemishes” of dark energy and the stingers and fangs began to appear. Dais eventually was informed by the voice within his mind that it was now a part of him, as it owed him this because Jy-Kin's influence caused him to heal quicker. Also, after his first blank period, he found the gauntlets stuffed into his kimono. His mother said his father abandoned him, but didn’t say that he was a snake demon. (Dais)
A demon spirit of great might, Shivers was originally Jy-Kin Ryuu. He was renamed shivers by Dais, because of the shaking he goes through when Shivers takes over, shifting his body as well as his mind. Jy forced a Kappa who had found his badly wounded person near the stream, after fighting a legion of other demons. Jy-Kin mustered enough power to threaten the Kappa with his katana that if he didn’t find a human that was a suitable to carry his essence, then he would kill the odd thing. It obliged, and was lucky enough to find Dais, and after he drank it, Jy was able to slowly transform his new body’s lower half into a likeness of his torso, and he retrieved his katana from his old corpse. Little did he know that his strong presence within Dais had triggered dormant demon traits within him, which came from his TRUE father, a snake demon. He secretly plans for a complete takeover. Shivers had to pass on his parasite ability to Dais, making sure that the weaker personality that inhabited this body was able to hold his own in battle if Shivers wasn't in control. (Shivers)
Edited: Major revision. I had a great idea, and went with it.
Is that better?
