Elemental Style: Radiant Point – This fighting style, known only to Elementals, uses the body’s pressure points to attack. By attacking these pressure points, the user can inflict great damage without exerting too much force. However, Light Elementals can only use this style due to the nature of their Elemental energy. There are three different kinds of pressure points that inflict pain. Range of style: Close range.

Reflex Points – These points are located on the nervous system. When hit, a small shock is sent through the system and causes the body to move away from the shock. Note: these points do not cause much pain. The torso points can make a person back away or even fall down when hit. The leg points can make a person lose balance, step back or leap back when hit. The spine points can make a person move, step or jump forward when hit. Special reflex points can alter the body’s nervous system. For example, when hitting several special points at once, one can immobilize the system or disorient it.

Muscle Points – These points are located on the muscles. When hit, the muscle will contract and cause an even greater pain. The quad points, located on the outer thigh, can cause the leg to lose feeling and go numb when hit. The calf points, located on the lower back of the leg, can cause painful cramps when hit. The solar plexus points, located by the abs, can constrict the diaphragm and change one’s breathing when hit.

[I]Break Points[I/] – These points are located on the bones. When hit, the bone will break, fracture, or disjoint. This will cause an immense pain, greater than the other points. Several points than can cause break or fracture are located on the arms and legs. Several points that can cause disjointing are located on the ribs, wrists, shoulders, hips, and ankles. Unlike the other points, break points require much more force from them to succeed. Lumis can only use break points successfully 50% of the time.

Weapon: Lumis wields a Bo Staff named after his mother, Illumis. Illumis is at least 180 cm long and was created from the Elemental wood of planet Force. The staff is not decorated in any way. His mother gave this weapon to Lumis at the age of four. Several years later on Earth, he was able to extend its abilities. Illumis has a constant flow of light energy inside of it. Lumis can use this energy to attack or it can heal the user slowly throughout a battle.

Strengths: Lumis is the last Light Elemental. He can create and control all forms of Light. He cannot be hurt by any form of Light or light energy. Lumis has photographic memory, high attention to detail, and great deductive reasoning. Because of these, his I.Q. is in the high 200s and is profound in devising battles strategies.

Weakness: Through rigorous train, he has overcome his weakness of dark energy, but he still has a few weaknesses. He lacks in physical strength and endurance, but his high spiritual stamina makes up for it. While he is thinking heavily or devising strategies, he tends to forget about the current battle and, in turn, loses focus evading or blocking attacks. He can only strategize when standing still.

Skills/Magic: Throughout the years, Lumis has trained to strengthen his Elemental skills by enhancing older ones and developing new ones.

Shining Sphere – Lumis’ signature attack. He learned this technique with his twin brother, Shadow. He holds out his right hand and forms his hand like he is grasping a ball. He turns his hand sideways towards his body at grabs the back of his hand with the left hand. He then creates a ball of light energy that rests in his hand. This ball of pure light energy has a small outer layer that keeps the concentrated energy stable. Upon contact, Lumis can either release the outer layer, creating a large explosion of light energy or he can maintain the outer layer creating a continuous attack on the opponent’s body. The sphere must be in his hand the entire time to maintain the outer layer or the energy will be released.

Shining Blast – A variation of his Shining Sphere. By creating a Sphere and breaking off a small area of the outer layer, the concentrated light energy will expel out and damage anything in its range, which is about twenty to thirty meters.

Blind – Lumis releases a flash of light energy aimed at the opponent’s eyes. The light induces a temporary blindness on the opponents. The length of the blindness depends on the distance between the source and the victim’s eyes. Lumis can use this technique from his hands or his eyes.

Blend – By altering the light reflecting off of his body, Lumis can make it so he blends into the surroundings. This makes him invisible to his opponent. This technique will only work if he is in the light.

Illumis Strike – Lumis can launch waves of light energy from Illumis that lock on to the object of his choice.

Healing Light – A technique given to him by his mother right before he left the planet. Healing Light was a technique used by ancient Light Elementals to heal those wounded by the enemy. Using the positive attributes of light energy he can restore wounds to what they once were and revive physical and mental stamina. When used on an Elemental, the healing effects work faster since they are used to Elemental energy, but it takes longer on other species. For some reason, humans seem to reject the energy more than others. This causes the healing process to take much longer.

Elemental Forms: There are four forms an Elemental can reach. In each form, an Elemental’s appearance changes and their energy, speed, and physical strength increase. Also, depending on how strong their battle spirit is they can lose control of their mind in different forms. Meaning they will not have control of their body, all they will think about is destroying their opponent. At the moment, Lumis has a very strong battle spirit.

Elemental Base – This is an Elemental’s first form. In this form, they look like they regularly do. An Elemental can use their element and have the regular speed and strength they normally do in Base form. This is the form an Elemental starts out with. No matter how weak the user’s battle spirit is they will always maintain control of their mind.

Elemental Boost – This is an Elemental’s second form. In this form, their iris and hair changes to the color of their Elemental aura. In Lumis’ case, they turn white. In Boost form an Elemental’s energy, speed, and strength increase by quite a lot. In order to achieve this form, the user must be completely surrounded by their element. If the user has a weak battle spirit, then they will lose control of their mind.

Elemental Ascended - This is an Elemental’s third form. In this form, their hair turns into their element. In Lumis’ case, his hair turns to light energy. In Ascended form the user can summon or create their element anywhere they wish. In Base and Boost form they can only create their element near them. In this form, the user is in control of enough Elemental energy to destroy a city. In order to achieve this form, the user must be in Boost form and then insert their element inside their body. If the user has a medium battle spirit, then they will lose control of their mind. Lumis tends to use his Elemental energy to attack more and does not use his weapon in this form and in the next.

Elemental Hyper – This is an Elemental’s fourth and final form. In this form they turn completely into their element. In Lumis’ case, he turns completely into light energy. In Hyper form the user can disperse themselves and reform anytime they want. This is the most powerful of all the Elemental forms. In this form, the user is in control of enough Elemental energy to destroy the planet. Also, the user cannot be hurt by any type of physical attack. The only way to damage an Elemental in this form is to use their elemental weakness, in Lumis’ case, dark energy. In order to achieve this form, the user must be in Ascended form and then insert the stone from their necklace into the tattoo on their left arm. The user must have a very strong battle spirit to keep control of their mind. Lumis tries to end the fight as soon as possible as soon as he enters this form.

Personality: Lumis is very kind, generous, and always helping people. He will go out of his way to help someone in pain or even as trivial as helping a couple find the nearest hotel. During battles, he never loses his cool. He is always calm and able to assess the situation even when backed into a corner. Lumis always tries to keep emotions outside of a fight. This includes his and his opponent’s.

Appearance: Lumis wears a white undershirt with a white button down shirt over it. He has white pants and a black belt with a white buckle around his waist. His hair is short on all sides, except the front where it hangs off a little over his eyes. A special attachment on the back of his belt allows Illumis to rest diagonally on the belt. He sports black walking shoes with white laces. His shoes have been worn out deliberately for comfort and mobility. He has the Chinese symbol of light tattooed on his left arm and wears a steel necklace with a white colored Day Marble on it.

History: Lumis was born on the planet Force, but not like most Light Elementals. His parents were Southern Elementals who lived in the Northern city. To add to their exclusion from society they were not a normal couple, at least in Elemental terms. His Mother was a 25 year old Light Elemental named Illumis and his Father was a 25 year old Dark Elemental named Night. Lumis was born about ten minutes before his brother, Shadow. This would make them twins, but one thing separated them from being twins: Lumis was a Light Elemental and Shadow was a Dark Elemental. Giving birth to Light Elemental and a Dark Elemental was taboo on Force. So just imagine the reaction the city had when they heard of these twins.

Even at the young age of three, Lumis was already showing signs of high intelligence. He was already speaking in correct grammar and solving basic algebraic math problems. By giving him a private tutor, Lumis was able to learn geometry, interstellar navigation, and battle strategies by the age of four. Many were astonished that a boy like Lumis was capable of these things. He had become a local celebrity and soon enough, people disregarded the taboo.

In the same year, Lumis and Shadow were out in the city when they spotted four Elementals… Southern Elementals. They were about their age, perhaps a few years older. The Southern Elementals introduced themselves to Lumis and Shadow. Their names were: Alloy, Echo, Splinter, and Gravion. They asked for a tour of the city, which Lumis happily agreed to. Though Shadow did not want to do this, he agreed in order to learn more about the Elementals.

Throughout the tour, many people stared at the six children. The six Southern Elementals were all in one place inside the Northern City. Technically, there was no law that stated Southern Elementals could visit and live in the city, but most Southern Elementals choose the calm rural Southern Town. So, it was quite strange to see all six of them together.

Lumis and Shadow looked at their guests and noticed one was a bit uneasy. It was Alloy. Lumis spoke with Alloy and he said he was annoyed at all the stares they were getting. Lumis tried to calm him down, but to no avail. Alloy soon turned from annoyed to angry. He began to charge an attack. Shadow saw this and quickly grabbed his wrist as Echo grabbed him from behind.

“Please, Alloy. I do not want any destruction,” she said in a strange, almost robotic, voice. Alloy discharged his attack and Shadow released his grip.

“Very well, we’ll go now. Thanks for the tour, Lumis and Shadow,” Alloy said as he and his friends returned home.

A few months later, word had hit the street that the South had attacked the Northern troops. When the news updated on the story, it was known that the four Elementals who were attacking the troops were the four Lumis and Shadow had given the tour to. Unfortunately for the North, they were beat by four six-year-old kids who had apparently reached the Ascended Form. They were dubbed The Outcasts. As a desperation act, the North created an Elemental Barrier to keep the Outcasts at bay.

In order to prepare Lumis for battle, his mother gave him a bo staff to train with. He was able to master the basics and several advanced techniques in only one year. Coincidentally, in that same year, the Outcasts broke the barrier. The Outcasts approached the Northern City Capital and found the mayor. Alloy walked up to him very slowly. It was funny yet disturbing. Here is a 40-year-old man cowering in fear of a seven-year-old toddler. Alloy said he wanted to make the Northern City and Southern Town come together and eliminate all discrimination. The mayor stated that discrimination is something that will always exist. For people will always think what they believe is true. This angered Alloy. He turned to his comrades and they all nodded. Suddenly, the four children forced their hands through the floor and shot their energy towards the core. Then, with tremendous force, the Outcasts destroyed the core of planet Force.

“You have twelve hours to live. Make use of the time you have left,” said the deranged Outcast as he and the others walked out.

Lumis’ father and mother gather together with all the people in their neighborhood. It was a small neighborhood of twenty and six couples had children. Those six couples got together and decided to send their kids away so they can keep their race going strong. There were eight children chosen. A Fire Elemental named Blaze, an Earth Elemental named Lily, an Ice Elemental named Frost, a Wind Elemental named Zephia, a Water Elemental named Tidra, A Lightning Elemental named Flash, and of course Lumis and Shadow.

Illumis told Lumis to set all the escape pods to a deserted planet filled with resources. Lumis did what he was told and the eight Elementals fled from the planet. After a year of traveling through space, they arrived at their destination. Although the planet was not deserted, it was still filled with resources and the inhabitants were primitive. The planet was called Earth. As soon as they landed, Lumis checked to see if everyone was okay. However, only four pods were in the vicinity. He checked each pod. Shadow, Blaze, Lily, and Frost were inside the pods. This meant that Zephia, Tidra and Flash were somewhere else. They could have landed in a different area or on a different planet. Lumis told Shadow to watch over the three kids as he wandered around the unknown planet. He soon found a small abandoned house. It seemed someone just moved out. It was in great shape. Upon further inspection of the area, a small town was only a kilometer away.

Throughout the years, Lumis took care of the little ones as Shadow went into town stealing supplies and food. Lumis continued to practice with his staff and learn new techniques. When Blaze, Lily, and Frost reached the respective age of seven, Lumis and Shadow taught them each a different fighting style so they could defend themselves against strangers. Five years later, they each mastered their respective style. Not only that, but a year later, they were each able to use the Elemental abilities in combination with their styles.

Several years later, they were each able to reach Boost Form. With this newfound ability, Lumis suggested they all go and find the three lost Elementals. The pods were still able to track each other. Shadow checked the pods and he confirmed that the other pods were on a planet not too far from their solar system. They traveled through

They landed on a planet called Warlob. It was a barren and empty planet. Animals still lived on it, but hope began to grow thin that the three were still alive. The five began to wander around the desolate planet. Suddenly, a strong gust of wind blew them away and knocked them down. Lumis immediately got up and stated that must have been the Wind Elemental, Zephia. They continued waking when they saw a girl with brown hair and tattered clothing. This was Zephia. They began to approach her. When she saw them, she thought they were a threat and attacked. The others were knocked down by the windblast, but Lumis was able to dodge it. He ran up to Zephia and looked her in the eyes. She immediately stopped from attacking. She recognized it was Lumis and hugged him. Lumis asked her where Tidra and Flash were. Zephia pointed over the horizon and said she would lead him to them. Lumis woke the others up and they continued to walk with a reunited friend.

A few minutes passed of walking down the planet when Zephia turned to the others and told them to wait here. She continued on while Frost asked Lumis, “Why did she tell us to wait here?”

“Because she knows that Tidra, the Water Elemental, will attack us like she did. Zephia will consult her first and then come back, hopefully with Tidra.” Just as Lumis said this, Zephia returned with Tidra. When she saw Frost, she ran up to her and hugged her. At first, Frost and the others were very confused, but then Lumis said, “What Frost? You don’t remember that Tidra’s your sister?” When she heard this she burst into tears and held her long lost sister.

Shadow broke the reunion and said, “Sorry to break up this touching family get together, but there’s still one more Elemental to be found. Flash, the Lightning Elemental.” Zephia and Tidra warned the others that Flash has gotten much more aggressive over the years. Blaze confidently stated he could take him on.

The now seven Elementals continued to walk on when suddenly a bolt of lightning struck down and knocked out Lumis and Shadow. When he woke up, Lumis saw Blaze and Flash standing over him. “So I guess you are coming along?” asked Lumis. Flash nodded. Blaze asked Flash,

“Where are your pods?”

“Our pods were destroyed long ago.” Lumis said that they could share pods. That being said, Tidra went with Frost, Zephia went with Lily and Flash went with Blaze. Upon arrival on Earth, Shadow stated that Alloy travels the universe and is insanely powerful; eventually he will come to Earth. If they ever wanted to avenge their people, they would have to train hard. The other seven agreed and they set off in different directions.

For the most part, they all stayed within the same continent, but they traveled around in groups. Blaze was with Lily and Frost, Lumis was with Shadow, and Flash was with Tidra and Zephia. Occasionally, the groups crossed paths and even train together. Sometimes Lumis would contact them to meet at the place where they landed.

Lumis and Shadow trained mostly their energy through meditation. They would meditate at least three hours per day.

Five years of intense, and some not so intense, training had passed when Lumis contacted all the Elementals and told them to meet at the landing point. When they were all there he showed them a piece of paper with writing on it. It said: Use these stones. I will come to Earth when you have fully mastered their power, Alloy. Lumis opened his hand and revealed eight necklaces. Each one had a stone of a different color. Lumis gave them out to the corresponding Elemental. Shadow explained what these necklaces were. They were made from a mineral called Elemental Marble. There were eight forms of Elemental Marble: Volcano Marble, Flint Marble, Glacier Marble, Day Marble, Night Marble, Zephyr Marble, Beach Marble, and Surge Marble. These marbles were used to reach the final Elemental form.

The Elementals spent six months mastering the marble and they all were able to achieve Elemental Hyper form. They continued training and waited for Alloy so they could final put the people’s spirits to rest.
