History: All that was left of the village was smoldering piles of ashes. Savion looked around at the scattered carcasses shouting the name of his loved one "Cecilia!" he roared through the dim light of day, the smoke that billowed from the chimneys choked him, he forced back a cough "Cecilia!"
He continued his chant through corpses, all eyes wide with terror. He had been here, he could've helped more than he had. Six bandits was all he killed, out of fifty-seven. Savion punched through a smoldering wall which broke effortlessly against his pummel. Tears began to well in his eyes, the smoke only made it worse. He gripped a dead brigand by his shirt collar and threw him through the wall "DAMN YOU ALL!" he said in a maniac tone "damn you all," he started to laugh, though it was more of a chuckle
His laughter grew until it even scared the crows from there perches, he stopped, hearing distant weeping. The sobs were coming from inside the broken barn, quickly he jumped over the debris and looked through the smoke. A familiar girl sat behind two barrels, arms around her legs nad her face was hidden within her arms, her body shook vigorously. Cecilia's daughter, Siri, sat with her back to him, slowly he approached, his voice dropped to a silky coo "Siri," the girl stopped her tears fro a moment "Siri, it's ok," Savion continued "I'm here,It's me Savion."
Siri turned around quickly, her hair whipped around revealing a smoke stained face "Is it you Savion?"
"Yes," Savion smiled "It is me. Now come here."
Her face stayed placid as she approached, when she was about an amrs length away, she swung at his face, face contorted with anger "You let them take my mother you vile cur, how could you!?"
Savion recovered, though he was still puzzeled "Listen Sir-"
"No, I won't listen!" she said her eyes began to well up with tears once more, and she continued to swing at him "You loved her and this is how you let her go? To some, some," she couldn't find the word, for her sobbing continued. She then rested on Savion's shoulder. Savion, in response, patted her back "Do not worry Siri, I shall find your mother and bring down every single cur that decided to even set foot on this village, you have...my oath."
She looked up at him now, smiling "As long as it is your power, Savion."
Siri then, fell asleep on Savion's shoulder, he lifted her up, carried her out of the barn and left the smoldering village behind.
