Appearance:
Chronia has long, white, and straight hair that is worn undone and ends at about her waist, which is accompanied by her crystal blue eyes with no pupils. Chronia, due to being given the physique of a teenage girl and not having to cope with a stressful life, appears to be 17 to others. Not only does she look that age, but her body figure is also that of a slender girl that age - gracefully thin. Upon looking at her, she appears to be cool and confident, which is only helped by her calm and not too kind attitude.
Chronia's outfit consists of multiple articles of clothing:
The primary component to her outfit is her short, white, one piece dress. In the torso region of her dress, it is sleeveless and goes high enough to cover any potential cleavage, as she looks down upon such appearances and prefers to respect herself. In the lower region of the dress, the waist down area, it ends at about halfway down her thighs, is double layered, and is rather loose, allowing her to move freely without being restricted by any tight clothing. She also wears white, plain, three inch heels for her feet.
Along with this one piece dress is a clothing layer above her skirt. It starts at her waist and is held by a belt of crystal blue color with a white symbol of Chronos on the center of the front side of it. The piece of clothing is a sky blue, loose skirt that opens up in the front in an upside-down V formation. It can be described as a "skirt cape".
She also wears a white cloak (cape and hood) with a sky blue symbol of Chronos in the center, where the hood and cape meet. This "meeting part" is on the higher area of her chest, just about an inch or less above the top of her dress. She also wears light blue gloves that stop at her upper arms (at about halfway), along with a pair of blue earrings in the shape of Chronos's symbol.

Powers/Magic/Skills: Originally, she had full mastery over the manipulation of time and space. She could control time, travel through time, teleport, create and close portals, manipulate space, create force fields, and control gravity and wield it for telekinesis and flight. However, because the Greek gods are losing power and she is connected to one of them, she has lost some of her powers, while some others have been weakened. These are the powers that she currently has and the state that they are in:
Time Control/Travel: Chronia can now only manipulate time for a total of 30 minutes and can only do it once a day (a full 24 hours). She is able to accurately tell how much time manipulation she has "used up" due to her powerful perception of time received by spending millennia in the space-time continuum.
Teleportation: Chronia still retains her ability to teleport. However, not only has she lost her ability to open and close portals, but her teleportation cannot be "spammed". She must wait 5 seconds to teleport again or else she will receive severe, unbearable mental pain that will last for about an hour. This is because her physical body is no longer capable of handling (because of the gods weakening) instant traveling through the space time continuum, which is basically what she is doing with teleportation.
Knowledge: Chronia is capable of tapping into the god Chronos' knowledge. This pool of unlimited knowledge is free for her to use, with the only limit being that she cannot tap into knowledge that he was blocked access to. This includes, but is not limited to, personal information, information about her own history that she is unaware of, and secret information passed between the Greek deities. To tap into this pool of knowledge, Chronia must consciously create the desire to do so, and then she will receive the information that she is looking for.
Telekinesis: Chronia also wields telekinesis, which she can also apply onto herself for flight. Her maximum weight is approximately 3 tons.
Battle Strengths: Chronia is very intelligent - she was intelligent before becoming Chronos's servant, and is only even more intelligent with her millennia of experience and watching over the different timelines, dimensions, worlds, etc. She can come up with strategies, has both melee and long ranged abilities, and is just an all around, well balanced fighter. Battle Weaknesses: Chronia has no armor whatsoever. She is very vulnerable to attacks because of her lack of defense, so she relies much too heavily on her transportation abilities and force fields for defense (this can be a disadvantage, as not only can she not attack while being behind a force field, but she won't get any good hits if she moves around too much).
Other: She does not require food, water, sleep, or oxygen.
Personality: Chronia is very sophisticated, elegant, graceful, and intelligent. She is also mature, calm, and responsible. As the Guardian of Time, she has become an independent individual and has gained nearly omniscient knowledge. Unfortunately, though, she is very lonely and has forgotten how to feel affection and happiness, which is what led her to become a cold and emotionless individual.
Likes: Time, change, balance. Dislikes: Naivety, corruption, ignorance, unbalance. Fears: Eternal solitude. Virtues: She is very intelligent and sophisticated due to her experience and nearly omniscient knowledge. History: Chronia was born during the Ancient Greek Era, and was simply a young girl with caring parents (only child). However, a fire accident that killed her parents left her devastated, as her family had sacrificed themselves to save her. She ended up praying to the God of Time, Chronos, who granted her the ability to control time and space at her command with a heavy price. She happily and naively agreed without asking what the consequence/price was, and used this ability to go back in time and prevent the accident, allowing her family to live. However, she was told by Chronos that the price of her powers was to become the Guardian of Time, which devastated her. He then, out of sympathy, gave her the choice to either have everything back to normal before her powers, though her family would still be dead, or to let things be as they were and become his servant. She selflessly chose to let her family live, and became his servant. Chronia is unaware if her parents' memories of her were wiped, or if they lived their life knowing their daughter was taken from them by a deity.
As the Guardian of Time, Chronia traveled across different dimensions and timelines, making sure everything was in balance. She used her powers to keep space and time in balance, removing dark impurities that attempted to disrupt the balance. Along the way, unfortunately, she has forgotten how to feel affection and compassion, and is now completely independent and lonely. She misses her family very much, as she cannot go back in time and visit them because then that would disrupt the timeline in which they live in.

Her hair is long,white, and undone, which is accompanied by her very light blue eyes. She has light, clear skin and wears no make up.
Although she was always considered a very pretty girl during her regular life, her beauty was only increased upon becoming the Guardian of Time due to the divine energy entering her body.
Her body type is skinny.
She has no pupils.
She also has a modern, human form. She has brown hair (same style/length) and pupils in this form. She also wears a white t-shirt with a gray scarf, dark blue jeans, gray leather boots, and a gray checkered fedora. She is able to do this because she is capable of mystically changing clothes via her dimensional pocket.
Weapon(s):
The Staff of Time and Space. It is made of a silver, crystalline material and has a blue, crystalline outline of a clock (the circle and the hands are present, but that's it). resting on the top.
The staff allows her to channel her powers to a greater extent, removing all limits to her powers.
Her staff is indestructible.
Armor:
Her gown, although it does not look so, is made of a powerful material that will prevent it from being damaged. Even if a planet destroying attack is thrown at her, her dress will not be damaged at all, though things like dirt might be on it.
Also, as a Divine Servant, she is immune to magic, energy, explosions, etc., but can still be damaged by physical attacks (her physical durability is only that of a peak human)
Carried Possessions:
The Staff of Time and Space (listed and described above).
However, her staff can turn into a harp (it will bend into an arc-like shape, and strings of blue light will appear), allowing her to play it whenever she desires.
She can also summon items (and store items) from her dimensional pocket, such as a wallet, her staff, and many other possessions.
Powers/Magic/Skills: Chronia has the power to manipulate time and space. She can control time itself (freeze, reverse, slow down, speed up, etc.), travel through time and any other alternate timelines (she can choose to have a physical form when traveling or an ethereal form that is unnoticeable and intangible), teleport anywhere in the current dimension, create portals that can lead to other dimensions and anywhere in the current dimension (and close them), and control gravity (this technically grants her telekinesis). She can also create force fields and summon objects from her dimensional pocket (she can use this to change clothes mystically), along with having minor precognition.
She is also an amazing artist and musician.
Limits: Because she does not wish to disrupt the balance of time and space, Chronia chooses only to use her gravitational control/telekinesis, teleportation, portal control (portals are probably useless here since I don't think any other characters can travel through dimensions), and force fields in combat. However, if the situation is extremely dire (such as her/another's life being threatened), she will use her powers over time.
Therefore, the only limits she has are her own inner thoughts and feelings.
Side-Effects: The hands of her crytal clocks (earrings, necklace, staff) are always moving. Whenever she manipulates time, however, the clock's hands begin to change depending on what she is doing (if she is reversing it, they will move backwards, if she is slowing it down, they will move more slowly, etc.)
Also, when using stronger abilities, her eyes and clock of her staff will glow.
Battle Strengths: If she has her staff present, she can easily defeat many opponents even without the aid of her time control. Battle Weaknesses: Although she can normally summon her staff whenever she wishes to, if it is trapped by a source of magic (ie: dark, mystical chains holding it away), it is beyond her reach. This will make her significantly weaker (teleportation takes a second or two instead of being instant, her telekinesis/gravity control becomes weaker, her barriers become weaker, her time control uses tremendous amounts of energy, etc.). Also, she normally refuses to use her stronger abilities (time control) due to fear of disrupting time and space.

And her staff and powers together are pretty powerful, you have to tone it down a fair bit. She can pretty much control everything.

And that's why I made it that she chooses not to use time control. In combat, she'll end up only using teleportation, force fields, and telekinesis. Though, she won't really use teleportation as much.
EDIT: I added a picture and some more description, so that should take care of the appearance. I also hope what I said above will help with her being overpowered.
