Name: Emperor Saurus
Age: 65 million years.
Race: Tyrannosaurus rex

Hair: Dinosaurs don't have hair.
Eyes: Red, with a hint of yellow.
Weight: 5.6 metric tons.
Height: 20 feet.
Weapon: His claws, teeth, feet, and tail. He is known to use a laser rifle from time to time. The laser rifle is specifically designed for his usage, and is adorned with several scopes. However, in the unlikely situation an enemy carries a weapon that fits his size, he will find a way to steal the weapon and use it himself (If it proves to be more efficient than just physically pummeling or devouring the enemy).
Armor: His protective hide; due to the alien experimentation conducted on his body, his skin is more durable and resistant than most reptiles. He also wears a few bags and utility belts that carry a wide variety of tools, engineering components and portable droids (Which is further detailed below, in the Skills section).
Strengths: He's really big and strong. He's faster than most organisms. He's extremely intelligent.
Weakness: His size could be taken advantage of by agile characters; in addition, it isn't very practical. Saurus doesn't take well to cold temperatures, what with being a reptile and all.
Skills/Magic: Although he mostly resorts to his physical abilities (Which are quite effective, what with being a dinosaur and all), he is very skilled when it comes to machine guns or laser weaponry, and can construct weapons before battle or steal the weapons of enemies and use them himself (If they fit his small T. Rex arms, that is). Due to his enhanced intelligence and general scientific genius, he can hack in to the most powerful super-computers and disable enemy robots with ease.
In addition to his hacking skills, due to his intelligence and resourcefulness, he can quickly construct robotic assistants out of nearby sources of scrap metal. Usually, he carries a few necessary tools and components with him, as well as a few pre-made robotic assistants to help him complete his creations.
Appearance: He is covered in light-green and dark-blue scales.
Personality: He is easily angered, what with being a dinosaur and all. He is extremely intelligent and considers himself a scientist; of course, this comes with the price of him holding a vast amount of arrogance. He considers most other beings inferior to him, and for good reasons: he's larger than them, smarter than them, and he's often a dangerous predator of them.
Biography: Millions of years ago during the late Cretaceous period, the apex predators commonly known as
Tyrannosaurus rex roamed the lands. However, there was one particular specimen who, unknowingly, would become the ruler of them all. Born as a simple, unintelligent beast, he lived his life as a normal dinosaur would until he reached maturity. It was then that he would experience a night that would change his life… forever.
One night, while he was roaming across the grasslands searching for some smaller animal to feast upon, an emerald light flashed across the sky. A simple animal, he did not know what to make of this; the only method of action his instincts allowed him was to run in fear from this green light. However, he, a simple organism, could not outrun this green light, and was engulfed by it.
Where did this green light originate from? Simple:
aliens.
The T. rex that was abducted was experimented on for many weeks by the extraterrestrials, perpetually stuck in comatose. Eventually, when the extraterrestrials decided that they were through with the beast, they released it back in to the wild and allowed it to re-awaken. However, when the beast awakened, it noticed that something was different.
It could think clearly. Not only that, it could reason. The extraterrestrials, for whatever reason, gave the beast sentience. The beast quickly decided to apply his newfound intelligence to instilling order upon the Earth, and became the king of all dinosaurs. Naming himself Emperor Saurus, the beast ruled over his dim-witted brethren for many months: until the extraterrestrials returned.
Saurus tried with all of his might to fend off the extraterrestrials that wished to abduct him yet again, but without success. The aliens placed him in cold storage on a distant planet, where he would remain for 65 million years.
After that period of time passed, the dinosaur was taken out of cold storage by the alien scientists, ready to use him for further experimentation. However, to the shock of the aliens, he was not in a completely comatose state as had been expected; Saurus quickly devoured the scientists that wished to experiment on him.
Wreaking havoc across the alien facility, he eventually hijacked a cargo ship and escaped from the planet. Plotting a course for Earth, he now had a newfound goal: reclaim the world in his name and build an army capable of stopping his alien enemies once and for all.
