This is my first character fiction and my character's second story in a post. This is to add depth to my character and change them. You can comment any time you want.This is for my first character( and only curently), Kratis. Now...... I introduce to you.....

The battleground set-- a prophecy foretold
The first epic story in a four series arc

The day was still young at noon. The day was windy as the tress leaned against the wind, with their leaves shaking and blowing away. The town of Grocnor was busy with people and merchants; hoping to make a day's wages and buy things for their everyday needs. People of all sorts were talking in the streets and saying the occasional hello to one another. However, that is not where our story takes place, but rather on a deserted road that led to an old women's home.

The road to the witch's home was deserted. She was a witch and nobody bothered to visit her. Nobody distubed the old women, who at one point turned the mayor into a frog for commenting on how dirty her clothes look. The road was dirty, unkept and it was no surprise. She had no visiters. However, on this particular day, a young man was walking down the road that led to her home. His cloak was black and so were his clothes. He wore a white mask with red stripes at the side. The cloak was held together by a necklace with a dagger on it. What was the most interesting thing, was that the man had a black sword with a ruby at the end. This man was known as Kratis. As he approached the crossroad, a sign creaked back and forth against the wind, struggling against years of erosion and torment of the elements. Kratis walked up to the sign and read it.
Note of the townspeople:

" Do not disturb the witch. She is demonic and insane. Repeat, do not disturb."

Kratis looked at the sign, and with a quick flick of the wrist, set the sign on fire. Kratis continued down the road as smoke rose into the sky. Walking, he was oblivious to the strange creatures that perched upon the branches of the dead trees; watching his every movement. He was ignorant of the warnings that came from the trees, telling him to go back. Finally, he spotted the wise one's home. He had heard rumors that she had met a number of different powerful people. These people included a cloaked figure that matched his descriptions. He had also heard she could make you stronger and wiser in the world. He reached for the door and gave it a knock with the hilt of his sword; the ruby glistening in the sunlight of a warm, windy afternoon.....

[K-Unit]

The wind suddenly blew at it's strongest, causing the little animals to abandon their efforts and to fly away. Kratis suddenly pulled out his sword and his sword glowed ruby red. Fire waves erupted from the sword and struke her house, but the house was unphased. Instead, the waves then came back at him, a counter attack from the house itself. Kratis leapt backwards and flipped, landing on a nearby tree. Kratis jumped down and crouched down and spun; striking the sword straight on the door. In return the door fired a blade at him as well. This time, Kratis rushed forward and shifted the sword to his left. He then spun the blade so that he held the blade like a dagger. Kratis slashed upward againts the blade and spun onto the roof. He lifted his sun towards the sky, and it shined crimson like a phoenix. Kratis jumped up and dived downward, his sword in a piercing position. With all his might, he thrust downward, at the top of the house. As soon as he did, he spun side ways and struck the door from the roof. The counter attacks of the house shot out and hit itself. The roof caved in and Kratis opened the door. As soon as he stepped in he heard a voice.

" My my, you just ruined a perfectly good house. You sure you couldn't have just waited for me?"

Kratis turned around and saw an old women. She looked to be in her 80's, but she was much older. She had white hairShe smiled at him and walked forward. As she walked inside she asked,

" Do you want a cup of tea?"

"Cut the games old women. Give me information on the cloaked man."

She smiled at Kratis," Nice fellow he was. Didn't go destroying my house."

" Enough is enough, now tell me whe......"
As Kratis stepped forward and the ground dissapeared.

" I wouldn't do that if I was you," she smiled.
They suddenly fell into an arena. The walls were black and purple, shifting from place to place. Each part of the wall had it's own picture.

" I've heard you are a good swordsmen. Better keep on your toes."

She threw away her cloak and ,under there, was a golden armor that looked liked any other armor. Then she unsheathed a sword that was as gold as her armor.

" Listen now, I was rough but I can't fight an ol.....,"
Kratis had no time to respond. She had dissapeared.

" I hope you are better than this," she said.

She was now behind Kratis and grinning like a child.

" Oh no, this is only the beginning," Kratis said as the two opponents rushed toward the center. The swords clashed sending sparks flying around the arena in suspended animation. Their swords locked in combat as the force sent each opponent flying backward to the end of the stage.
