Let's try comparing Vash, Wolfwood, and Ike on something different now, though. Who's had the rougher life?

Comparing stats between FE games is pointless, as the stat growths vary wildly. FE1's stat growths are low, while 9 and 10 have abnormally high stat growths.

Still, I doubt Ike could take on a man with that cross gun and someone with the Angel Arm.

Well, I'm taking into account that Nino is supposedly godly, while the all I've played as Ike makes him out to be powerful and... that's about it.

Oh, and Dread, Vash definitely had the worst life. Having to live for so many years being hunted down, being torn up like that, and then putting on that masquerade that he shows everybody in the beginning.

Indeed. Ike can also use axes though, but that's after he classes up in RD. He can use his father's god-awesome axe too.

As for who has had the rougher life, let me recall Ike's...ah yes, he witnessed both his parents being murdered as well as his father going insane and murdering bunches of other people, had the task of leadership thrust onto his shoulders suddenly enough to give him a hard time, and Shinon has held a big grudge against him no matter what.

Oh wait, I forgot to mention Ike's memory was sealed away after he saw his father commit the crimes that he did after going insane. He also was looked down upon by the other members of the Greil Mercenaries as a noob before he gained leadership of the company.

I'll do Wolfwood before Vash as Vash's is more complicated.

Nick's parents where killed when he was very young, and he was sent to an orphanage outside December city. He stayed in the orphanage until he was seven, when he killed the murderer of his parent's by shooting him. After leaving the orphanage, he meets Chapel the Evergreen, who is a Gung-Ho Gun. Chapel teaches Nick how to be a gunfighter, and leads him to become a Gung-Ho Gun himself.

When he is old enough, Nick is assigned to find Vash the Stampede and bring him alive to Knives (Vash's evil twin). He comes across Vash seemingly by accident in the middle of the desert. Vash spots him from far off, and saves his life.

Over time he and Vash develop a friendship, and he tags along with Vash just about everywhere. Whether this was his friendship or him being on a mission, it's hard to tell. He also bonds with Milly, who he seems to like from the first time he is seen in the anime.

As he stayed with Vash and the gang, he began to understand Vash's philosophy of Love and Peace. He no longer aimed to kill, just to stop. However, when the Gung-Ho Guns cross his path, he does not hesitate to kill.

For example, when he kills Zazie the Beast by shooting him in the head, Vash is dumbfounded. He can't believe Wolfwood would do that. Milly is also amazed and ashamed of Nick. He leaves for a short time after this only to return later when things cool down.

Finally, Wolfwood is forced into a duel with his mentor after rejoining Vash and company. He fights Chapel but does not kill him. Instead he walks away, but as he turns to leave, Legato takes control of Chapel's body and has him shoot Wolfwood. Nick then stumbles into a church, mortally wounded, and remember's his life. He thinks of Vash and Milly, then dies.

Vash comes across his body in the church, and takes his cross to avenge his death. Milly also carries the cross for some time, out of love for Nick. His cross is used as a fourth weapon with Vash, and it saves his life when he uses it in a duel with Knives.

Ha, Ike actually SAW both his parents get killed. What's more, the murderer of his mother is his father. Ike was only a young boy when he saw his father go mad and kill a bunch of people, with his mother last.

Wolfwood was never under anyone's control, though. He's killed people to protect his orphanage and others, and not all them were bad people. Did Ike ever kill a child, though, or go through the same childhood trauma? Ike was a teenager when he became an orphan, Wolfwood was a little kid and he had an abusive guardian that drove him to his first kill.

Don't bother arguing with Stony. Ike's cock is so far lodged into that that she can't think straight.

Another reason why Vash is awesome. He's voiced by the Black Power Ranger. Oh yeah.

The fact that you two are just arguing between Ike and Wolfwood just goes to show how much worse Vash had it. Not only was there the immense pain that he has had to go through, but there is the fact that his life is either super-long or endless, meaning he'll be forced to live through losing all those close to him. If his life isn't the roughest yet, it would eventually become so.

Ike not only became an orphan, but he had to care for his little sister too AS WELL AS command his father's mercenary company. He had a lot thrown on his young shoulders after watching the Black Knight stab Greil (Ike's father) to death.

Oh yeah, Ike and the mercenaries had to constantly hide for awhile in the beginning of RD to stay out of trouble.
