If you haven't heard Digimon turned 10 2 days ago.


Thread is about how ****ing awesome all Digi-related things are. Yes even season 4.

This belongs in the Cartoon section, so I'll move it there.

Also, I loved Digimon. Only the first two seasons though. I couldn't get into it anymore after that, to be honest. I only like the Digidestineds from the first two, and the final episode from the second season was bomb.

Tamers, and Frontiers was kind of lame.

I used to watch Digimon when i was little, but i kinda stoped watching it when i was 6 or 7.

Anyway, I still love season 4 the most, despite how much everyone everywhere hates it. I watched that entire **** the other day, talk about nostalgia. I'll always look back on this show with rosy memories

Tamer's was pretty awesome once you really got into it. It had some of the best Digimon.

The first two seasons or so of this show was actually really well-made and plotted programming. Shockingly good, actually, in comparison with the company it kept/got compared to a lot.

Never watched past that because once the cast switched I stopped caring, because the new characters were not nearly as interesting.

I think i watched the third season, and it wasn't near as good as the first two. It started getting too weird.

I really enjoyed the first 2 seasons or so. but after that I lost all interest in it.

Season three was the best, why so much hate on season three ;_;

Ah, the second cartoon I followed with any real attention. (The first being Pokemon).

Well, I followed the first season. The second I caught most of, but since it was in re-runs for far less time I never did see all of it.

The third one I, alas, caught even less of, though I've heard many people say it was the best season in terms of plot, drama, and characters.

Never saw the fourth one.

Hard to believe that the show is a decade old. It's one of the defining aspects of my childhood, and now I feel old.

Hold on. What was the second and third seasons? I think I may be getting a few of them mixed up.

I watched the first season (almost par with pokemon), and about half of the second one. The third was ok, but only got as far as 5 episodes.

The second Season was the one a few years after the events of season 2, with Davis and the like. Season three was the first with a brand new cast of Characters.

The fourth was horrible.

I never knew there was a fourth one.

I remember Machindramon for some reason. THAT thing was a beast.

anyone also remember collecting Digimon Cards? I still got the guide for it!

Four big bads, really.

Devimon (Very much the "Night on Bald Mountain"-thing from Phantasia.)
Etemon (Elvis as a monkey. Stupid on many levels.)
Myotismon (Awesome vampire guy, first villain to seem to be a real, serious, threat.)
Dark Masters (Metal Seadramon, Machinedramon, Puppetmon, Piedmon)


Of course, the first "series" ran for two seasons (or so says Wikipedia) so that's a bit confusing.
