The Discussion of Haruhi Suzumiya

I like her. She reminds me of villains like say The Joker and Carnage in terms of killing people for the lulz and personal enjoyment.

I honestly wanna commission somebody to ****in' draw me a picture of Ryoko brutally torturing or stabbing the livin' hell outta Yuki and Yuki beggging for her life while Ryoko is laughing at her, enjoying what's she doing to her (Yuki).

Man, you're really good at scaring the **** out of me.

How are we meant to be able to explain what happens and what's wrong with it without spoiling anything? Isn't the "what happens" bit the bit which spoilers are made up of in anything?

Endless Eight revolves around the last two weeks of the SOS Brigade's summer vacation. At midnight on the final day, time resets and those two weeks start all over again because Haruhi subconsciously wants closure before summer vacation ends.

Because of this, each episode is a repeat of the last. So far there have been five nearly identical episodes.

So yeah I got around seeing like the first 10 mins of Haruhi Suzumiya the anime series on YouTube. I think I'm hook.

Also, A Lolita face with big breast and a slender small body for a girl is a major turn on! I mean what hte ****?

Well, the arc sounds... interesting. I loved the first season to bits, so I'll probably check it out.

IT'S REALLY NOT

So what I'm hearing, I'm better off not looking at Season 2 seeing some of the reviews I am seeing and some of the opinions expressed here.

While yes, the first season was better, this season isn't that bad. There's a lot of overreacting going around.

This season so far has consisted of one unique episode which was great, and the others are just repeats of the same.

TBH this isn't a "2nd season" its more like padding to the first season. The fact that its shown alongside the repeat of the 1st season alludes to that, and well, I'm waiting for a "true" 2nd season I guess.

Well, two episodes. (although, yes, only one was unique unless all of Endless Eight is counted as a single episode)

But otherwise I actually agree. I can't see them passing that rainy day episode from season one chronologically until next season (or at least, not entering the next real story arc until then), so this is really just season 1.5


Also note that what we're calling season two was actually marketed as a re-airing of season one, only over twice as many episodes as how long we knew season one.

So Haruhi Suzumiya may not be say...Fist of the North Star, Ghost in the Shell, Samurai Champoo, or Cowboy Bebop (four of the best damn anime...no,****in' cartoons ever) but hell, it was a hella series. Just got finish with the first season and it didn't disappoint.

A bit overrated and it still didn't change my views on anime but still, it's one hell of a show.

I give it a 8.7/10 Sure it was a great seasob but I feel it could had been better.

I hear there's another Endless Eight coming up. Bets on whether or not they'll stop at 8 episodes of Endless Eight?

Or are you talking about the show in general, and not just season 1.5? If so, I don't know. I don't think Australia gets it, and I obviously have no idea about anywhere else.

First season playlist but good luck finding the second season online for free.

I saw the dub of the entire first season on youtube. They have been since taken down. Also, that was before I knew how to exploit the dark corners of the internet.

Endless eight . . . will hopefully atleast go to 9. A lot of my enjoyment of it has been seeing the mass overreactions on other forums. Though I do sympathize, having this go past eight would make those other places implode.

As insane as it has been, there is the worry going around that they may not get into the more compelling stuff later on (the Disappearance arc).
