Well, whatever. it kicks ass anyways... I like, never watch anime except for once a week at school when we have club day, but i've seen Howl's Moving Castle, My Friend Totoro, and Kiki's Delivery Service. Howl's Moving Castle was the best.

^Watch Porco Rosso.

Whatever you'd like to label it, I'd say Avatar outclassed most animes/cartoons released in that time frame.

Re: Favourite Anime/Manga

Throughout my life I have really liked, Sailor Moon, Pokemon, Digimon & Beyblade. Nowadays I just stick to Yu-Gi-Oh. I'm really picky about my anime. When I was younger when Yu-Gi-Oh was just airing on YTV, I wanted to find a new game to play. Yu-Gi-Oh intrigued me enough to get my first pack & i've been a fan ever since. I have recently finishedthe English dub series. I jave no urge to watch the spin-off series. Has anyone seen Yu-Gi-Oh the Abridged Series? That whole series is full of win. SO funny. Dan you 4Kids!!
As for mange the ones I enjoy the most are Vampire Doll, Bloodsucker, Petshop of Horrors & the obvious favorite Legend of Zelda. I am a huge horror fan so I enjoy the more scary mangas. I've also always been a vampire fan (BEFORE Twilight) and finding select manga about them is quite nice.

Re: Favourite Anime/Manga

I just rented Castle in the Sky (haven't watched yet) and bought a copy of Nausica of the Valley of the Wind. Nausica kicked ass.
Oh, and i finally watched Spirited Away last weekend. Saw it three times already.

Re: Favourite Anime/Manga

I like the short series of Rozen Maiden, like, BEST ANIME EVER, in my opinion anyways. And Azumanga Daioh, even if it's incredibly slow and stupid, I adore the humour they have in it XDDD

I love Hayao Miyazaki films! Even though I haven't watched many.... At all.... Spirited Away, Howl's Moving Castle and Porco Rosso~ I'm planning on watching My Neighbour Totoro sometime.

Re: Favourite Anime/Manga

Hayao Miyazaki films are just...amazing. That's all I can say about them. Half of them don't make sense but they're all amazing and almost all extremely awesome.
Howl's Moving Castle, Castle in the Sky, Nausicaa, and Spirited Away are the best ones.

Re: Favourite Anime/Manga

Is Princess Monoke a Miyazaki film as well?? Just asking because the animation is so similar to Spirited Away and Howl's Moving Castle.

For me, it's a tie between Princess Mononoke, Avatar: The Last Airbener, and Full Metal Alchemist. They're all so friggen good =\.
