The Bombers Projects

I have decided that since this group is now formed, that we should take advantage of a great team of writers. So here, I will be posting any projects that will use the great writing abilities of The Bombers. I already have the first one planned but I think I'll let the group settle for a bit until I announce it. Just be looking for it in the next month or so.

A collaborative effort? I might be up for that. Watching this space.

This is gonna be fun. Can't wait. Will this be like a competition again where everyone writes something and the best is chosen or everyone writes a bit about it?

Hm... A group project? Sounds interesting. I really do need to get to work on something of my own, though...

Alright guys, first group project: Redo the whole front page's content. Yes, you heard me right. And the first thing we are going to do is work on each games' content. Here is a list of games and each section that will be required to be done:

- No idea what to put here yet. This is all up to you guys what you want to put.

First, I would like people who are willing to claim full responsibility over a game and all its sections to claim their game first. After those have been taken, anyone who would like to just work on one or two sections of a game can claim them. Also, you can make up sections to add to each game also that you might find benficial to the section (specificly PH.)

Once you claim a game, you take full responsibility of it and I expect you to get it all done. You don't need to get it done quickly but I would like it to take a reasonable amount of time. Also remember that some sections are reference sections where the reader will just be going over it in order to get help on a game (Items and Equipment for example) and others are information sections where people want interesting facts about certain things (characters for example.)

Also, try to keep it as user friendly as possible. Do not get too complicated on the formatting because I will need to be moving it all to HTML. Preferably, if you know HTML take advantage of that and write your content in HTML. That would help me greatly. Also, if you would like any images included you must put them all into a .zip file and send them to me somehow.

Also, this is again front page material so keep the quality as solid as you can and the information as obvious as possible. Do not get things bogged down by too much detail unless detail is required.

This is a community project, so I don't expect every Bombers to participate in it at first or ever, but if you do volunteer for it I do expect you to get it done. If you do not have the time to do it right now, feel free to wait until you do. I don't expect this to be done in 4 weeks or anything. This could be a good year long project. Either way, if you do volunteer and it does seem you are not keeping up to speed at all I will first verbally warn you and then I will give you a warning.

Thanks guys and hopefully this will greatly improve the quality of ZU's front page, which is greatly in need of improving.

Edit: Also, if anyone wants to actually take the time two write a walkthrough for any of these games (except TMC) I would have no problem with that. This is your option, though. If you volunteer to do it I would be as strict about getting it done.

Edit 2: Also, if you want to take a whole game and some of the game has been taken by people who want to do only seperate sections of it, just do the sections they aren't.

I claim TWW, and, later, PH.

I think we all know who wants ALTTP!

Hmmmm; decisions, decisions.
MM and LA are my primary areas of expertise (simply because of their glitch culture... which was a big thing for me... so what? You wanna fight about it?) but OoA is my primary focus at the moment.

I think I'll tackle the finer of the Oracles.

I'll take TMC, and if it's okay, TP as well. I know plenty of HTML, so this shouldn't be a problem for me.

I definately think we should leave ALttP for him, or else we might get a Zen/Black Mage fit .

so mmmmm_Pie is going to do OoA, than I take LA.

PIE's got claim on Ages, I think, actually.

^Indeed, Seasons is slice of pizza for lunch, while Ages is the steak dinner to follow. I'll take the steak...

yeah, small little mistake...doesn't matter. I recently beat LA so its still clearly in my head.
