OoC: Beginnner? Meh, oh well... Anyways...
BiC: Zeneth looked closer at the man... And then zoomed backwards. The man was fairly tall, looked old and wise. Much like the sages back on Hyrule. However, there were two distinct differences. One was the fact that He Had Wings! Honestly! What was he trying to prove with those bulky things. Great feathers protruding from his back! Zeneth shook his head slowly. There was a reason humans didn't have wings... Those were reserved for those who went to the afterlife. For those who didn't live a tortured life in the shadows! Why had the gods punished him? He'd done no wrong! Zeneth sighed, it was back to the old argument... He looked up to the man once more. He looked kind, yet there was a distinct kind of kindness. He seemed... Well... Light. His very opposite. If he happened to be younger, he very well could be his complete opposite! His very being seemed to emanate light. Not to mention the torches on the walls. He moved farther back. He couldn't think straight anymore... Suddenly a pain racked his mind. Zeneth couldn't take it! He closed his eyes, screamed loudly, and flew top speed into random directions, most often hitting walls. The man looked at him with a raised eyebrow, "Now, now, there's no need to-" "AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH" Zeneth interrupted, screaming. The man sighed and froze Zeneth to the spot. "As I was saying, welcome to the dome." He stopped, and waited for an answer. Zeneth sat there, then turned to stone, and fell over. The man looked at him. "Oh my..." He said, softly. Zeneth woke in a strange room. There was a small stone bed festooned with pillows and blankets, a few torches, a desk, and some kind of basin. His mind screamed at him to darken the room. He quickly got up and sped to each torch, lighting it with his lantern. Next he pushed the stone bed and made it vertical, so all the pillows and blankets fell off. He hammered it into the ground with his scythe and marked some runes on it. Just then, the man came in. Zeneth froze. "There, there, calm down now." The man said. Zeneth just sat there, inching away. "My name is Takumaru, what's yours?" "Zeneth. And do not act as though I'm a child. Your presence pains me. And so, I must leave." Zeneth dived for his new sanctuary under the bed. Takumaru looked at the markings, shrugged, and began chiseling more. Zeneth suddenly was shot back to the real world. He flinched, ready for pain. Yet it didn't come. "There, you shouldn't be hurt by my light, or small quantities of it. At least while you're in the dome." Takumaru said, as if it was a normal thing. "I see." Zeneth said, simply. "Anyway, welcome to the dome." "What is this 'dome'?" "Well, some would say it's a school, others a battleground, but I believe it is a school, as I'm the teacher." "I see." "You may explore the school as you like, I have other business." "I see." Said Zeneth once more. "Yes, I'm sure you do," said Tamumaru while chortling. The door squeaked open. Then Tamumaru left. Zeneth looked at his lantern. Where before had been a small flicker, it was now almost an inferno. He drifted back to his sanctuary and rested.
