OoC: Anybody can join! My character is
Vivi Wilder.
BiC:
A full moon hung over the Earth, shining its faint light into the ugly of the world. At least, that's what Vivi Wilder thought. Once the sun sets and the little ones fall into their dreams, the world begins to show what it really is. In the day, the town's people peacefully spoke to eachother with no anger or madness. While in the night, all you can hear are the screams of women, the yells of men, and the small whimpers of children. Everything was hidden in the day, and everything revealed in the night where most couldn't see their true colors.
The faint tappings of Vivi's worn shoes hitting the ground was in between these noises, not heard by anyone but those in close range. The woman looked around at the town, wondering to herself about this town. Was there any good bounties here, or even a bar to find some in? She had never been to this town, and didn't even know if there was a reliable source.
"Please! Miss! Help me! Oh god, help me!" a woman screamed from Vivi's side. A quick look to her side revealed nothing but darkness. However, a beam of light from the moon quickly revealed a topless woman helpless to a towering man. Vivi just stared for a minute, taking in the scene at her own pace. The woman gazed at her with hope glimmering in her eyes. However, she had chosen the wrong girl to ask.
"Not my problem. She shouldn't have been hanging around at night anyway," thought Vivi coldly to herself. Vivi began to walk away from the scene, returning to her watch for a local bar, or even an inn for that matter.
"No...no! Please! I'm begging you!" screamed the woman again in near hysteria. Vivi didn't even turn back around, except when she heard another voice.
"Hey, get back here!" a man's voice called. Vivi turned to see the man that had rendered the woman defenseless behind her, with the woman in tow. She turned, looking at the man straight in the eyes.
"What the hell do you want?" Vivi asked coldly. The man approached her slowly, the woman draging in the ground behind him. Vivi could feel the cold stare of the woman as she was draged closer to her.
"I'm afraid I can't let you go along after you saw that little scene back there," the man spoke in a poisonous voice. Vivi glared at the man, slightly annoyed at his paranoria. Even though it was justifyed, because if it were someone else, they may have told somebody about it.
"I'm not going to tell. Back off, or I'll kill you," Vivi retaliated, her right hand ready on the hilt of her sword.
"Should I kill this man?" Vivi contemplated,
"I'm not getting any money, but this was the kind of men I killed sometimes anyway. Maybe if he goes away, I'll leave him to his dirty work. But I want to go find a bar already, so maybe I'll kill him now to speed things up. I'll let the girl go, even though she's pretty stupid for being out anyway."
The man simply smirked at Vivi's last remark, "Are you that confident? You don't seriously think-."
Before the man could finish his statement, Vivi had the man pinned to a building wall, her sword out and at the man's neck. The woman, released to the man's grasp, didn't take the time to stay and watch, running away as fast as she could. The man looked down at Vivi, his face twisted in fear. Yet he struggled to keep his voice as menacing as his size.
"You little bit-" Vivi thrust her blade into the man's throat, silencing him before he could finish his last words. She let go of her hold on the man as his body fell limp, and walked away as the corpse collapsed onto the ground.
"Now...where's the bar...?" Vivi automatically began to think.
