The Last Stop For Linkulas

Linkulas had recieved some information about an evil slayer. He was a mass murderer, and he was tipped off that this person killed his family and his friends.

The surronding was bleak, no life resided there. Only broken twigs and dead leaves.

The rain started to pour down open Linkulas, the sky was dark but suddenly was lit up from the Lightning bolts. Linkulas felt his body for scars he had been left with. This Battle would not mean anything unless he killed his opponent. He needed to strike the person down. Spilling the body of the slanderous murderer.

"I'm so sorry." Said the fighter who randomly appeared infront of Linkulas.

"Yes, for the times you've made me grieve I will cut your sick and distasteful body. My sword and gun will be forever scared from the dirt that it hits." Linkulas exclaimed angrily.

Thunder and lightning clashed together in the grey sky.

"The End Has Come." The fighter said.

Linkulas withdrew his Sword from it's holder. And the lightning burst down onto the sword. It started to cause sparks and crackles of delight. Linkulas looked malificently at his enemy.

"Yes, the end has come. My chase for the villain who slain my daughter and wife. Yes, I think It's time to take the rubbish out." Linkulas replied malicously.

"I am so sorry for the pain and sorrow I've caused you. But only those with strong minds can continue on the path of destiny." The slayer said, his head hidden deep within the cowl of his cloak. "I go around, chosen by the Ancients of this land, to commit to the hardest job of all. Slaying innocent people so that the destinies of others will be met..." The shadow's voice drifted off into the distance.

"You will die. Scum like you does not belong in this world. I will take you down!" Linkulas exclaimed with disdainful spirit.

"Hero's of destiny are tried, and everything they love and have and ever will need is put on the line, and it all comes down to one final battle at the end of the road." The fighter said. "This is your last stop, Linkulas." He withdrew his sword, glimmering in the watery light of their dry surroundings.

The dead trees and marshes around them dissapeared in a wall of black haze. The beating of one another's hearts could be heard, as if each of the warriors were standing side by side. 50 yards seperated the two, but it seemed as if they were face to face.

"I will have vengence for my family! And I will strike down anyone who gets in my way, Bringer of Destiny or not!" Linkulas stated, getting into a battle stance.

"No, not vengence." The other said. "Vengence is the product of a grief stricken heart. The fulfillment of destiny will only come to those with an open heart and sound mind. Once destiny comes, there is no stopping it. Everything you could have possibly disired will be awaiting you at the end of this winding road..."

"You speak of winding roads and destiny..." Linkulas thought aloud. "You speak in riddles! What are you trying to say?!" The exasperation and despair in his voice was almost unbearable. It was the most pathetic and sad thing the Warrior of Destiny had seen.

"Defeat me, and your gratest and purest disires will come to pass. You must confront what you have sought out, and finish what you have sarted. There is no backing down now."

"Bring it!" Linkulas exclaimed, raising his gun.
