Drity dealing: A fight to the death? (Beh77)

The beautiful sun light shrouded the earth below the young demons feet as she jetted across the open fields. She couldn’t help, but to enjoy herself as she felt the fresh breeze rush across her face. The gentle legs of the winds made her dress seem as if it was dancing with the wind. Her body stayed cool; it was the kind of day that she could run the whole day. Her little friend followed closely behind her as she made her way to another city in search for her brother.

She didn’t know how long it was now that she had begun her hunt for him, but he didn’t seem to want to be found. He hadn’t heard any stories of a great man fighting good that sounded like him. Though, she did hear more story of the fencer and another swordsman that been fighting evil it didn’t help her. She wondered how long it been since she last saw the green hair man and when she was going to meet the rest of the team.

Her body suddenly fell forward as she felt a blow to the back of her neck. A gust of wind spun her body around to kick her attack, but she saw no one. She landed on the ground wondering what happen when she felt a needle enter the back of her neck. She spun around to see a hazy form of her attacker as her body crashed into the dirt.

***

Rika eyes slowly opened up to find herself on bare ground. She moved her hand along the dirt to find it was loose and soft as if it had just been laid. She glanced around noticing she was now in the middle of a ring and a hug crowd of people around her. Heavy guard man and protective electrify glass surround the walls of the place.

She got up from the ground still a little woozy from the drug they had given her. The young demon rubbed the back of her neck staring at the wall in her wall. It seemed simple to her as she dashed up the wall using the wind to keep her up. As she reached the glass a shock from the electrified glass flowed through her body letting her fall down to the ground. Just before crashing to the ground, she spun around and landed softly on the dirt. Letting the cloud of dirt spread across the field.

Re: Drity dealing: A fight to the death? (Beh77)

The loud noises of the tavern pounded at Crackle's ears. It was the point where had he not been drunk he would get a headache. There was a man in the middle of the bar challenging people to arm wrestles. The man had red hair and piercing blue eyes. From what Crackle could tell he won by intimidation more than strength. Crackle was bored and decided to take a turn.

"Mind if I take a shot guys?" he said slightly wearily because of the alcohol.

The red-haired man laughed and said, "Don't be crying if I break your arm now kid."

Crackle frowned and sat down. The two men looked in each others eyes to intimidate the other. They locked hands. The red-haired man squeezed Crackle's tightly, it felt like he was trying to break it.

"Readah, shet, go!" said a man who was going to regret drinking so much later..

Crackle started out by sending small aura to his arm. This had both of their hands in the same place with just a bit of shaking. As the red-haired man got more frustrated he squeezed Crackle's hand harder and made Crackle use more aura to keep his hand from suffering too much damage. Crackle's ring was slowly turning purple.

Too much more of this and I'll either be out of aura or this guy will break my hand. He decided to finish it quick and sent a large amount of aura to his arm. The red-haired man's hand hit the table immediately. His hand hit the table so hard there was a small dent in the wood. There were a few gasps and some scattered applause from people in the back. (No one in the front wanted to be on the man's angry side.)

The man stood up and shook Crackle's hand."You're good. A bit too good," he said.

Crackle was worn out. His ring was at purple which told him he needed to recharge. He looked at his palm. There was his own sweat and some brownish liquid. Crackle was weary and curious. He sniffed the substance. His vision began to cloud and his head drooped.

What Crackle didn't see was a man slip the red-haired man some money and drag him out saying, "This guy had too many drinks."

***

There was a gliding sensation on his knees. The fabric of his jeans was rubbing against his knees. His feet tingled because his shoes were knocking against his toes and heel. Crackle wearily opened his eyes and understood. Two men in white clothes were dragging him down a pure white hallway. His sight was still blurry and his body was tingling. He caught a brief glimpse of his aura ring at purple.

"We're gonna put you in an elevator. Just walk out when the doors open. O.K.?" said the man on Crackle's right.

Crackle mumbled something incoherent which the man must have taken as an insult because he threw Crackle into the elevator very hard.

Ding.

The elevator's ding was very soft but to Crackle it sounded like an explosion. The doors opened and revealed a large circular field with gray walls and glass towards the top. He saw someone on the other side of the field.

"Helloooo! Who are you?" he shouted. He instantly regretted it because it sounded like things were exploding all around him. He sent a bit of aura throughout his body for a bit of a pick-me-up. With his vision less cloudy he saw the person appeared to be a girl. She slowly turned around.

OoC: I looked through it only for a few seconds, please excuse any glaring errors.

Re: Drity dealing: A fight to the death? (Beh77)

Her light legs pushed off the ground, dashing towards the young man or was it the door that had finally open. The young demon couldn’t stay here on the stage she found herself on. The dust from the dirt kicked up leaving her trail clearly marked. She didn’t have much to get across the ring, she knew this, but her small legs wouldn’t move any faster than they were.

“Sorry,” she said to the man with a cute smile, as her body grew ever so closer. She could only guess that the man was confused by her remark, but she guessed he would soon understand. Her body soared into the air, feeling a blanket of air coughing her body letting it rise even higher. As she changed the flow of air her body twisted letting her foot find it spot in the back of his neck.

“Later,” she uttered as the wind lifted her body up and her foot twirled around his neck. She moved in the air so beautify it was like watching a ballerina dancing in the air. Kicking off his neck, reaching for the door only to fail. Her body crushed to the ground felting the smooth metal of the door.

Her hair now covering her face letting her body rest in the dirt. She was suck with no way out and no clue why. “Well, it seemed the girl is quick to start things folks,” a strange voice spoke, “you two have been chosen to fight in this underground ring. Only the winner will be allowed to leave in the end.”

Rika glared up at the man thinking about what the voice said. It seemed simple enough to her, beat him and leave. “I just got to beat him?” she asked in a low voice. Fighting seemed to be something she couldn’t get away from in her life as she got up from the floor.

Re: Drity dealing: A fight to the death? (Beh77)

Fight? She's just a little kid. He looked at the girl now that she was closer. She wore a white dress with a wavy pink stripe around the bottom. The dress went down to her knees. The sleeves were oddly sized, covering her hands. She also had a pair of beat up white shoes. Her skin was light brown.

"What happens if we don't fight?" Crackle called to the ceiling where the voice seemed to be coming from.

There was a light chuckle and than the person said, "We torture you. This little girl will already know how we do it."

The girl looked at the glass and muttered what sounded like, "Electrocution."

"And if we continue to refuse?" he asked.

There was another chuckle but now the man sounded angry. "One of you will decide to fight. Trust me. However, if by some miracle you both decided not to fight put you in our testing facility to see what's wrong with your heads." There was another laugh then he whispered, "Or we could kill you."

Crackle sighed and said, "I really don't want to fight you. We probably will though. First I'd like to introduce myself. My name is Crackle. What's yours?" He extended his hand for a handshake.

OoC: Sorry at the shortness. D:
