Battle at the Port (open)
OoC: Whoever takes this fight, make sure you plan on sticking around for the entire bout, I thought this was a nice scenario and I hope someone good wants to take this one.
IC: Sage's travels brought him to port by the sea. The ocean breeze was very refreshing, the mist cooled his tired body. The port was half filled with ships of all sizes, next to him was a small private fishing boat, a bit farther down was an cruise ship, way by the end was a giant war ship, the cannons were being polished as he stared into them. "Must be an empirial ship, looks like they aren't letting their guard down too easily." He said to himself. He transformed into the Great Rebel form, his hair became straight and hung behind him in about 7 giant loose spikes. A few mignight blue stripes appeared on his face and arms. He walked over to the emperial ship and climbed aboard. He found himself on the deck of the vast ship, a few of the guards took notice of him, the form he took was obviously a Rebel transformation, Sage was obviously not trying to be stealthy. 5 guards charged at him at once. Sage formed a sabre sword in one hand and with one powerful swing he put all 5 of them out of commission. The rest of the guards fleed in fear, they were not equipped to handle a rebel of such power as Sage, so they ran. *Clank* Sage turned to see who had just jumped aboard. They stood on the opposite side of the deck, the mist was too thick to see exactly who it was, but Sage could tell it wasn't another weak guard. It was someone looking for a fight.

Re: Battle at the Port (open)
OOC: No problem, man. I'll definitely stick around for this one. My PC does break down sometimes but I should be able to get it back in shape.
IC: The sun rose high into the morning azure blue sky, Its rays of light breathing new life into the world over which it resided. It was a sphere of gold, A bearer of life, happiness and joy. Like a gifted artist baring his soul into his masterpiece so too did the sun's rays descend on the land like a soothing balm attempting to heal the burning wounds of the planet. The sunlight continued to seep through a dazzling sea of clouds, Its angling rays glittering brightly on the wondrous cerulean sea by the port town. The languid heat of the sun was countered by a slight breeze creating an enervating and quite relaxing atmosphere in the area. Reflected within the rays of light that seemed to blanket the area, The silhouette of a young figure traversing the port town. Despite the hustle and bustle that spread rampant in the area, The youthful figure had no trouble standing out for there was definitely something quite unusual about him. He seemed to exude an aura of sorts. That was the young Ayuvir, Rein, one of the few beings left in existance who bore the Ayuvir blood. Suddenly, the peaceful calm that envelopped the town was disrupted as the sounds of battle echoed through the air. Without wasting the slightest instant, The lad rushed through the docks, His silverish hair ruffling wildly behind him. Not longer than a couple of moments had passed before Rein reached the site of the battle. Yet, Even with such speed, The skirmish was already over by the time he got there as several guards stampeded away from a large ship just up ahead. It was becoming quite obvious that whatever they were running from was no ordinary enemy. The youth's assumption was confirmed the instant he set foot on the ship. The man lingering in the mist was most certainly far above the ranks of the average. Excitement coursed through his veins as he approached the other warrior. This was definitely going to be quite the challenge. The two warriors stood face to face, Rein's amethyst gaze locked tightly with the man's navy blue for a few infintismal moments in a silent challenge. His hands now playing with the hilts of the twins, Rein's eyes travelled the length and breadth of his opponent in an attempt to find any visible signs of any weaknesses but it was, as he had already guessed, to no avail. The silence was broken as the youthful Ayuvir, his curious nature getting the better of him. "I see you've dealt with these so called guards quite well. Who are you anyway?" "You may call me Sage. And who might you be, lad?"Answered the rebel general with a confident grin as he regarded his adversary. "I'm Rein." replied Rein as he slowly withdrew the twin blades. "Your weapons are quite impressive. I would certainly like to see how well they do in battle." "I believe you shall get that chance, my friend." Rein replied, The grin on his face now beaming with excitement. "Very well then. Let us begin." Sage answered, His booming voice signalling the beginning of a duel of titanic bouts. One quite unlike anything this port town had ever seen. It has begun.

Re: Battle at the Port (open)
OOC: Sorry it took so long for a response, my computer was acting up, I guess we share the same problem.
IC: Sage decided he would make the first strike. He gripped his sabre sword tightly in his right hand and made a dash for Rein, sword outstretched. He swung his sword powerfully, Rein easily leapt over Sage to dodge the sabre. Sage quickly formed a second sabre and sliced the air over his head at the peak of Rein's jump, but only to miss a second time. In a flash he turned around and blocked both of Rein's twin blades with the broad sabre's blade. The swords remained locked for a few seconds before they each backed away. "Stalemate," Sage said to himself. "You're quite the speedy one aren't you?" He yelled across the deck of the ship, they had left a good amount of space between themselves for the next assault. "You must be very quick yourself to keep up with me," was Rein's response. The ocean breeze soothed Sage's body, pulsing with energy. The mist from the sea cooled his warmed muscles. The atmosphere was perfect, the warriors would have a difficult time tiring in such a place. "Again!" Sage said as he ran at Rein a second time. Sage rushed towards Rein and Rein to Sage. Sage slashed at Rein's ankles, Rein leapt out of the way of the blades. Almost instantly Sage swung the second sabre in the path of Rein's jump. Rein guarded with one of his blades and swung for Sage's throat with the second. Sage pulled the first blade back around to stop that one as well. The warriors found themselves locked yet again. They each backed away again. "Perhaps it's time we should try something different." Rein said. "Perhaps," Sage agreed as the next assault would begin.

Re: Battle at the Port (open)
OOC: Sorry about the delay, man. I've been simply swampped with a lot of school work recently. The fact that the PC seemed to work only when it felt like it didn't help either. -_-'
Btw, I had forgotten to post my bio in the first post so here's the link. -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- IC: With an incredible speed worthy of recognition, The Rebel general made his way across the deck towards the young Ayuvir, His blades flying straight for the lad's chest. Through pure instinct, Rein lunged away at the last moment as the nameless blade struck the ground only a few feet from where he had been standing. But, He wasn't out of the woods. Far from it. Something which was soon confirmed for no sooner had his body began rolling along the battleground than he felt Sage's other blade shot towards the young Ayuvir with lethal intent. It was far too close to dodge. Only one option remained to the silver haired lad. A surge of light tore through the thin veil of mist envelopping the emperial ship as the Rebel General's blade collided with the twin Ayuvirian blades. They were locked in stalemate once more, Neither warrior able to overpower the other. "I thought we were going to try something different." Rein spoke, His voice filled with sarcasm. "Funny you should mention that. As a matter of fact,..." Came Sage's reply, Confident and amused, As he let the sentence hang in the air. Rein did not have to wait long to understand the air of confidence behind his opponent's words. Focusing all of his attention on Sage's blades, The silver haired youth failed to notice the muscular boot clad leg that shot straight into his side. A mistake that could very well be the lad's undoing. The blow was strong, Enough so as to send Rein smashing into one of the ship's masts with a painful thud. The silver haired lad began to pull his body upwards only to find that, With the experience of a true veteran at the art of combat, Sage was rushing straight towards him yet again, His indigo hair flowing wildly in the wind as he prepared to deliver the final blow. Upon seeing the indigo haired warrior rushing towards him, Rein immediately let go of his body, Leaving it to descend to the ground through the force of gravity. A manouevre that came just in the nick of time as the blades flew right above his mane of silver hair and straight into the wooden mast behind him. As Sage withdrew the two blades from the pillar of wood before him, His body arched forwards in pain as he felt the Ayuvir's fist colliding with his stomach. He moved backwards a few steps, Giving Rein just enough time to regain his balance. "Hmph. Not bad, kid. I might have slightly underestimated you, after all. That's enough warming up though. Now it's time to make things a little more exciting." The indigo haired rebel spoke, His eyes seeming to burn a scorching blue. "Fine with me. I'm glad to see I wasn't the only one holding back." Came Rein's swift reply, His eyes alight with excitement as his hands continued to grasp his two swords tightly still. This was turning out to be a far better fight than he had thought. "Now it gets interesting, kid. Better keep up." Sage's said as his blades suddenly began to radiate a light glow. The battle goes on.
