New Idea

I had an idea about characters. As it has been brought to my notice. Some characters are stronger then others. that leads to unfair battles. so I thought of a Class system.

Each fighter will have thier own class to make sure that characters can have an equal fight.

Such as the folloing.

Master Oni: A
Tenshi: A +
Jin: D-
Shadow: D-
Vahn: C
Kieta: F

And such. This is to keep it that you know what your up agianst, and you can easly pair up two fighters to make things equal. I'd like to see what you think.

Right now I'm a little less motivated tonight to get it done, but maybe later when I feel more up to it.

Sounds like a good idea if you ask me. If you need any help, I'd be glad to lend a hand.

I thought that this was going to be about the Magic School idea that I PMed you about. :p

This system sounds pretty cool, as long as it's not impossible to change your class ala the caste system.

Haha... unfortunately I know all too well what you mean.

Hmm, sounds like it could be ok, but how would you go about giving ranks?

So I'd either give him an A or an A+. I think that's what he means.

Is it just me or did you just make up a Triforce peice? The Triforce has Widom, Courage and Power because they are the three forces that keep the world intact, Justice has nothing to do with any of the things the triforce is related to. Just your daily Mercutio rant for ya.

It's a good idea! But will you hand out the ranks or can you give them to your aown chars yourself.


Oh and then Sigve might need several ranks because well.....He usually adapts to the strenght he feels in his opponent. He can block part of his power to eaven things out with other words.

Oh and what with chars that constantly gets improoved?

I think it is a great idéa! But It can be hard trying to give the chracters the right grade.. I think ehum, there will be a lot of A+.. *smile* But there are not only the character that determinds how hard a fight will be, the writer behind the character is more imortand than a strong char!

Yeah, you're right Malony, it's the same with cars, hehe, if you have a Ferrari but can't press the speeder,
and your friend has some old rusty bucket but can press the speeder, who'll drive the fastest?, j/k.

Well does this system mean that one with A+ are not allowed to fight F's?
If it does i think it's a bad idea cuz maybe some people that has an F character would like to fight one of his friends that has an A+ character

I don't think it should be on a grading scale of A+, A, B, C, D, F. If you are rated F, how is that going to make you feel? Those grades are usually associated with school and not power. It should be more like Tier I, II, III, IV, and V. Makes more sense to me, I like things that make sense.

Ok, nevermind.

I don't think the grades are there to judge how good the guy/girl controlling the character are more to tell out from the info you've given about it how good the character is, i mean, if one character has super magic skills and can blast anyone apart and a guy with no magic powers or weapons battle, who do you think'll win?

Its just to say windwaker that you don't pick that character who can't use magic or something before the battle begins, and that is a smart move Mute.
