In other news, here is an explanation of just what the hell has been going on.

Dear ZeldaUniverse Amphitheatre,

As you all may or may not be aware, activity in the Council has dwindled to incredibly small amounts. It takes nearly a day to get perhaps three or four posts in, and nothing of great importance has been occurring. This, of course, needs to be stopped. So, what happened to change it?

Honor and I came up with the idea that every single member of the Council should be accountable for his or her duties. There used to be nearly fourteen Councilors, six of which did their work on a daily basis. So, Honor and I rigorously reviewed the problems with the Council, what was most problematic, what needed most improvement, etc. Eventually, we came up with a Proposal that was extended to the Council.

The results were staggering. All six of the Councilors who worked on a daily basis replied in support of the new changes, and many—if not all—of the Councilors who were failing to do their work stepped down to allow better-able people to take their place.

So, what does this proposal instate? Each Councilor will now be thoroughly graded by a series of questions and scores if two or more Councilors find there is a problem with him or her. Also, all new Councilors will go through a two week probation period upon being enlisted into the Council. If they pass with a score that is adequate, they will be made permanent members.

The changes this proposal made also changed the definition of Approver to Mediator. A mediator, as I’m sure you’re curious about, is someone who not only approves, but bridges the social gap between Councilors and members. They should be thought as more of friends to the members as opposed to overlords, for lack of a better word. They will RP with you, they will battle with you, they will learn and they will grow with you. They are also responsible for bringing problems to the attention of the Council, so if you have a problem, tell a Mediator!

One big change which I’m sure you all will like is the fact that now, to make new policies, a Councilor must first get a member to testify to agreeing with that Councilor’s idea before it will be considered by the Council. This means that you all have a much bigger hand in helping the Council come up with ideas. Got something cool on your mind? Tell us, please!

In conclusion, I would just like to say that Honor and I are very happy at the results of our little revolution. We feel that this has helped the Amphitheatre a great deal, and will make it so that the future of the Council and the Amphitheatre which it leads will be a bright and glorious one. My thanks go to all those who supported our ideas, gave opinions, and helped out!

There isn't really anyone in ZU that I could compare my characters to. However, Famulus is quite like myself in someways.

It's not possible that they would not be able to be found by any of my characters, as their void-portals take them to wherever they want to go. If they wanted to go to where the person was, then they'd just need to think about that person while they left the void. The only way that they could not be found is if their head was in more than one place, and thus they would be dead, not merely kidnapped.
