Like Suicide (Anyone, Any Number)

OoC: This is my first battle in like 7 months, but here it goes. (using Jabel)

BiC:
Walking through the ruins of an old village. Jabel ponders at what made this all happen. He feels sadness. Jabel sits on the porch of an old pub, looking at this scene. Small buildings still aflame, a wood to the east, and mountains to the north. The sun was setting. The sky's light was fading to a purple and amber dim. It was beautiful, yet disturbing.

Still looking to find the cause of the demise of this small town, Jabel knew he would never find it sitting on the stoop of a pub. He got up, and brushed himself off the ash and dirt from the small cloth he wore. He wondered around this small town. This village was but a square kilometer. Not big at all. He tried to find survivors but there was no one to be seen. The only person he saw was a small girl, face down in a puddle, and her dress severely burned along with the back of her head, which had no hair or skin. Jabel continued his search.

Jabel peered through a window, and thought he saw someone. But with the flames blocking his view it was difficult to tell. He ran into the home, and cut any burning wood or spare pieces of the house that was blocking his way with his katana. It was but another life-less body, but it wasn't caused by the fire, strangely. There apparently was a wound in this full grown man's chest. His skin hadn't rotten yet, so Jabel came to the conclusion that it had to have been recent. There was no one in this town who was alive. A completely life-less town set ablaze.

Jabel figured everyone who were to survive left to the mountains or the forest. There was nowhere else to go except to the desert in the south where Jabel himself made his way from, until he saw a burning village on the horizon. With knowing the hardships of the desert, he knew that no one would survive a week there. He was going into head to the mountains to the north. On his way out of the town he caught the sign:

Acultis
May our leader show us our way


This whole town used to be a cult. Possibly every death was planned, or the given, mandatory. But there was more at the bottom of the sign:

"Let your spirit wonder here forever, and help the tradition live on"

This was frightening, the spirits of the cult were still there. And they aid in the death of the current members. Jabel figured an anti-cult mob probably came and destroyed this community. Jabel looked up at the sky with his gleeming white eyes and saw it was beginning to thunder. He thought that if he stayed there longer, someone else would show up. But staying there with the spirits would be like suicide. He saw a silhouette of person off in the distance, and they were making there way towards him.

"Who are you?"

[Jeaulm]

"I am Faite, may I ask to your name and as to why you have come to my hiding spot?" Faite said, his voice whispering across the distance with a fierce, sharp tone in his voice. Faite raised his axe up from its place across his back and into his hands.

"Prepare to DIE!!"

"Huh? I haven't ... I just came here.... I didn't know that you were hiding..." Jabel said, worried about what this seemingly psycotic dwarf might do, pulled his own wepon out and faced the already rushing dwarf.

With Faite getting closer, Jabel did the first thing that cam to mind. He leaped. The axe Faite wielded came up, and missed Jabel barely when it went through his legs.

As Jabel landed on his feet, yet in a puddle, Faite now had his back turned to him. Jabel ran and jumped on his shoulders and back flipped off Faites head, putting Faite face first in the dirt. Yet in the process of Faite hitting the ground, his dropped his axe, it's handle hit a soft spot in the soil and was planted face up. And as Jabel landed, his chin it the blade; throwing him to the ground. Jabel yelled in agony and held his chin while Faite regrouped.

"Let just talk about this!" Jabel yelled. Faite replied, raising his face that now has all in it's facial hair. "There's no need! You're here, and I don't want you here. So prepare for you death!"

Faite jumped up and charged again. Jabel ran aside, into a burning building. With Faite on his tail, Jabel knocked aside and burning piece of debris he could with his katana, in the way of Faite. Yet Faite had an axe, it was nothing to him just to cut it in half or to the side. Jabel found a kerosine lamp on the staircase leading to the roof. Jabel grabbed it and threw it on the floor at Faite's feet. The flames aided in the explosion of the lamp and the combustion of Faite's beard and clothes.

Jabel ran up to the roof as rain started to fall from the sky.

"COWARD!" Faite shouted to Jabel, for no hounerable warrior would ever flee from a fight. Faite ran through the explosion, pulling out Nights Fury and kept the fire at bay, as soon as it had been extenguished enough to run through ,Faite did, Jumping onto a small section jutting out of the wall and running up it, landing on top of the building.

"We don't have to fight!" Jabel exclaimed.

"Faite, WHAT are you doing?" a female voice said from behind him.

"I am trying to kill this person. He came and found me, all I want to do is be left in peace! I don't want anymore fighting, I just want to live my own way!" Faite said, on the verge of tears.

"Huh?" Jable asked confused at what was going on.

"You had better sit down" Night said.
