The Official Duke of Clubs Badass Award would be a good one for both members and characters.

Best Anti-Hero for Characters, maybe.

Weakest and strongest shouldn't be awards, because it's not really an achievement.

Also, Most Retired Characters wouldn't work out either, because that's a question of fact, not opinion. Whoever has the most has the most, end of story. 'Tis a number that can be counted.
