Crack of Rock, Sign of Weakness (For Two other people)

Ooc: Okay. Im might be a little rusty at this. I took leave from zu for a while. But Ill try my best. p.s. My editing needs work.

Okay. I will need two more characters. Perfurably bounty hunters. Or free lancers. Basic same thing.

Bic: A cold winter wind blew from the mountains. Two tracks blurred through the new winter snows showed their way across the mountains. The only cave that was said to have had warmth in the country of mountains, was the only mountain heated and vented by natural springs. But this had little meaning to the couple who arrived at this cave. They were not the type drawn in by warmth. Having survived many dangers together since they were young, frost bite no longer had a strong fear hold on them.

Faze looked at a large stone. He starred for several minutes before Jaxes looked back at him.

"Faze! We must keep moving." shouted Jaxes over the bellowing howl of the wind. Suddenly a tremendous crack rent the night air, even above the fridgid wind. The rock split in to. Thawed by the ice. Being a mobile rock himself, Faze sensed what was about to happen.

"To thaw is a sign of weakness." He yelled back. His barrelled voice having no trouble raising above the wind. Jaxes gave a slight chuckle. They moved on. Before dusk came up they had found camp. The single warm cave in the country. But Faze felt no heat or cold as a rock, he was nearly numb. But in human form he was different.

The infantry from Kind Siad had been following them for days. Hopefully this storm would kill them, or at least take them off track. God knows they deserved to die. After what they did to Sesous.

" Too bad Sesous wasnt here today." said faze in his deap gruff way.

"Why's that. Becuase we miss him? Becuase he trained us? Becuase he was like a father to us when no one else would take us in?" Jaxes asked seriously cursing Siad with every curse he knew.

" No." Faze said subtley. "He would have loved the weather."

Faze didnt laugh. He always deadpanned. But Jaxes did.

Just a little chilly, Tacheon thought to himself, trying to keep his thoughts positive. He had passed by infantrymen numbering in the thousands earlier, combing the craggy mountainsides for any signs of life, trying to smoke out the caves. He was convinced he would find the prize first.

The mountans were like swiss cheese, or something else filled with holes. It was cave, after cave, after cave, and none with the possibility of sustaining life. Then he passed one that was unusual. It gave off a kind of musky draft. He walked into it. He thought he sensed someone, or two someones there, but he couldn't be sure. He lingered in the warmth for maybe a tad longer than he should've, then he started to walk back out. He bumped into some sort of rock.

"Excuse me," the rock said.

"Quite all right," Tacheon muttered, stepping back out into the wintery bite. It was a shame, too, he thought he was onto something there for a moment. He plodded out and continued to search for his foes.

Wait a minute! he thought, getting whiplash at the speed with which he turned around, and started to march back into the cave.

Ooc: Your character doesnt say what weapons he uses. And when making a link, you should link it to the thread you created your character on. Justa heads up.

Ooc: Jaxes sat by the fire that they had managed to make as Faze thudded in and sat down beside him. Just then a man charged into the cave. In an instant Jaxes sword was out and Faze was standing up. Faze slowly drew his hammer out. They both looked at the man, then relaxed. He was not wearing the uniforms of the enemy. But still, he might be a bounty hunter. Oh well. He would have to be an extremly good one to handle both Faze and Jaxes.

"You two. You are wanted all around ... everywhere. Yet you sit there like nothing is happening!" he almost laughed incredously. " There are armies searching for you and a pretty good price on your head. You cant stop everyone you know." He stood there.

"We know. But we have faced armies of the enemy before and survived. We have nothing to fear from them, and besides each other nothing left to loose." Jaxes smiled. "But if you would like to try your hand, we will give you a few pointers in how to fight."

"You mock me." Smiled Tacheon. You fail to see what I have for you. In an instant he lept over them and landed behind them. Jaxes was already looking at him.

Suddenly soldiers shouts were heard. Twenty or so came into the cave and saw the situation. Tacheon was surprised. He thought he would get to them hours before the soldiers giving him plenty of time to kill them both. But that was not so. But he would still have his chance. Faze charged into the enemy. He was hacked at and slashed, but uninjured. He took one swing and half of the enemy flew from the cave to fall off the cliff behind. One more swing and the rest went.

"Are you ready now?" Laughed Jaxes. A gruff cracking noise wrung through the cave. Tacheon realized it was Faze laughing.
