Duel at Lon Lon Ranch.(Random)

ooc:I'm looking for a good fighter who'll accept my challenge.

Time:Morning.

biclademaster looked at the entrance to the stables. He saw the Ranchhand letting the horses out of the stable and leading them into the corral. as he sipped his Lon Lon Milk, he thought of his past battles he had fought recently. Blademaster visited Lon Lon Ranch from time to time to buy some of thier famous milk. As Blademaster was finishing his milk, he heard foosteps comming from the ranch entrance.

Lani fanned the flies from around her, the stench of feces was strong in the field at least to her senitive nose. "I'd advie you to never hide behind a cow." Her voice was broken by a series of gasp, she could swear that smell held a power all it's own.

Needless to say the master of blades heard her labored breathing, as well as her staggard footsteps. Lani quickly composed herself she would not allow for someone to see her in such disarray.

"I've been rather sedintary for too long, It's time to release some of this extra energy."

Blademaster stepped from behind the cow and saw Lani staggering to him. She seemed to be brething heavily because of the smell of the ranch. Blademaster was ready to fight his next opponent. "Since I gave the challenge you can attack first," Blademaster told his opponent kindly, "But I warn you I'll be really tough to beat." Blademaster drew his sword swiftly and went into a fighting position. "I'm ready for you Lani!"

Clentching the peridot hilt of the Ryu Soul, Lani withdrew it slowly from the scabbard mounted on her back, making sure Bladmaster caught an eyefull to the falchion that would bring his defeat.

She twirled it between her fingers, faster and faster, till it's motion blended an appeared to the eyes as a disc. She leaned forward and launched herself throught the air, propelled by a gale of energist, rearing the blade above her head then lashing it forward in a marrage of thrust. Most of which were intercepted or dodged by the opposition. Whisp of frost drifted from the wake of the falchion's thrust as the blade took on a bluish glow. As a final strike in the onslaught she quickly crounched down then shot back up with her blade outstreched, slashing him up the stomach, chest, and stopping just below the neck. A frigid trail of energist lined the gash. The blue of the ice contrasted the blood that trickled down his legs.

ooc: I wasn't able to post yesterday because I was out all day.
biclademaster looked at his wounds and smiled. "Lani, I'm not to be taken lightly," With that comment, Blademaster rushed forward and he and Lani had a furious swordfight. Blademaster jumped right over Lani head and did a downward thrust. Lani tried to dodgr that attack, but Blademaster still grazed her elbow badly. Lani yelled in pain and frustration as she charged at blademaster. He blocked her attacks and knocked her down with his shield. Blademaster attempted to stab Lani in the heart, but she blocked his attempt with her falchion. Lani smacked smacked Blademaster's sword as she got to her feet nimbly. Blademaster was able to stab Lani in the stomach before she could move out of the way.

With a clapsed hand covering her bloody wound, Lani relayed energist through her body, one of life and healing. For a moment light shown from her stomach, first radiant, then blinding. She removed her hand, the wound, having been healed, was no more, but the pain still lingered. Blademaster stood agasp by the feat.

"Angels have this thing with healing, it comes fairly easily to them." She said, as she parted her bangs from her lilac eyes.

Lani twirled the falchion between her nimble fingers once again. She grined, this battle would prove who the true blademaster was. She leapt forward, angeling her spinning blade in a downstrike. To her surprise however, Blademaster plunged his sword into the disc like blur, bringing its spin to an abrupt hault, and locking it with Lani's. She bore her full wieght against him, though not much, but with the added energist she proved a more than formatable adversary as her falchion neared his face.

A figure of light slithered up the Ryu Soul. It spread itself about the blade, the Dragon Soul of Light's power reined over the falchion. Lani was dangerously close to Blademater. Her falchion pressed hard against his cheek, a bead of red slide down her blade as blood highlighted the length of his cut.

Blademaster knew he was going to lose if this kept up, so he pulled his sword away from Lani's falchion and decided to charge his sword for a devastating spin attack. Lani saw what he was doing and attempted to stop him, but blademaster held up his shield and used it to defend himself as Lani tried to hit him with the Ryu Soul. Blademaster's sword charged up all the way to full power. "Lani, you're a powerful opponent, so I know this spin attack won't defeat you, but it may give me a chance of winning this fight." Blademaster spun his sword around, releasing the spin attack.

ooc: I take it you mean the secret sword spin in tww. And pardon my absence, kinda got into trouble...

bic: The fierce tornado of Blademaster careened towards Lani. Gaunulented by his sword, the tornado could be deadly to the touch if it struck in any vital areas. Swipe one, a near hit, Lani's leather scabbard strap fell to the ground having been cut by the storm slashes. Swipe two, in an amazing display of swordsmanship, Lani brandished her falchion in such a way that that it fenced the bladed tornado, reducing it to null.

"Touche" she said coyly as Blademaster steadied his balance.

With a fleet step, Lani wove pass Blademaster's defenses and spun her falchion so that she held the hilt offensively. She stood behind him, a cool breeze ruffled both warrior's hair, and then, the strike. Whipping her body around she drove the jeweled hilt of her blade into the midpoint of his spine. Several cracking sounds and a dolorous scream pierced the country air.

"What's this?" Lani said surprised, witnessing a droplet of blood surface on her chest where the scabbard strap had been. "Lucky shot. You just sort out rearranging your spine." She mused as she rolled her finger across her cut.

Blademaster doubled up in pain as he felt his rearranged spine.

"How can I defeat her in this condition?" Blademaster thought. "I don't have any potions with me and I've been almost crippled. Thats it, crippled. I've just found out how to beat Lani."

Blademaster slowly got up, Having his spine rearranged weakened him considerably. Wincing at the pain of his spine, he staggered behind Lani, who foolishly let her gurad down.

Blademaster slammed the hilt of his sword on the midpoint of Lani's spine, causing her to scream in pain as she fell.

ooc: Kinda sounds like the same thing I just did... Meh, don't mind me

bic: Lani grimaced, but did not falter. Her back radiant with the lights of many energist, she stood once again to her full height.

"For one so young to display such a force as to crack my spine..." She trailed off with a distant gaze in her eyes. The glow of her back intensed, streams of light seemed to cuff around her body. They spread and separated as two evangelical wings emerged from her back.

Her presence was majestic. She held tight to the sword that bore within it the souls of many elemental dragons. She wielded it with a sublime grace, the air she cut across enchanted with her angelic power binded with that of the swords.

It flared with a scorching fire. Lani's hair dance in the heat it protrude. She raised the blade, and in turn, raised herself. She hovered high above the country field though her wings barely flapped, it was the energist that kept her aloft. She held the blade in a horizontal fashion and swooped down bringing it across Blademaster's torso.

This searing torrent of pain she bestowed upon Blademaster was hardly imaginable. Only one strike, yes, but the speed of the delivery, the heat of the energist, and Blademaster's already wounded state left him lying weakly on grasses of the field.

Blademaster knew there was no way he could win in his condition.
He was wounded badly and his spine was cracked.

"Lani, I surrender you win"

Blademaster took out the rest of his milk, and drank it in one gulp.

"We'll meet again Lani." Blademaster said as he grabbed a big stick, propped himself on it, and walked off using it as a walking stick.

I'm off to Kakariko Town to get a potion." With those words, he left the ranch.
