Unexpected Battle

OoC: For one more person, anyone can come. It can just be for fun if you wish, depends on what kind of character you want to use a little I guess. I suggest the battle starts after a couple posts each, or something if you want to wait a bit.

BiC: Snow flying around in the midnight sky, the feeling of Summer was such a delight, if only it was here rather than Winter. The dark red haired nineteen year-old girl by the name of Sakura was rushing through a field trying to get to the tree which once bared so many delicious fruits only a couple seasons ago. She took down the hood of her warm winter coat and sighed out of relief, finally there! But, there wasn't much of a reason to be there.

She sat down against the tree and looked up at the night sky. So many stars as would be expected at any night, the beauty of the moon and stars combining with the snowflakes falling from the sky and the snowflakes which were already there, laying on the ground made a clearly beautiful sight, though the stars hardly being shown through the clouds and the moon shining brightly in an open area, the sight was still as beautiful as it was any other night.

The white cat which was named Kyoko made her way to her loving owner, yet silly sometimes, as she purred as loud as she could, the snow not really making her feel that cold when Sakura was going to hug her as if she was a teddy bear. She slowly climbed up into her lap and began to knit her long coat, Sakura pet her slowly with a smile on her face. Though, the smile soon withered away when she heard footsteps through the snow, she wondered who or what it was, and paid close attention to the direction...

BiC:

The footsteps disappeared, and then after a quiet swish, returned to the snow-covered earth with a soft thud.

Sakura glanced nervously ahead, and then scanned the darkness. No sound.

"Must've been my imagination," she remarked to herself. Kyoko, however had a different opinion of the situation. She hissed and glared towards Sakura's left side, anticipating the intruder.

Another swish, and a tall, black-armored figure appeared before her. His white headpiece reflected the moon with a faint glimmer. He looked almost beautiful; his smooth armor glinting faintly in the moonlight against the snow.

But something sinister seemed to emanate from his frame...and why was he here?
