The first of Many (One other)

OoC: Alright, this battle is for one other person, and only one other person. I wil be using my character Mirella (in my sig.) And it also takes place on an unhabited island where only Mirella and whoever comes along are on.

BiC: Mirella looked around, observing where exactly she was. It was her first real mission, and was very nervous. She had to find a specific plant that will help make a cure for an illness. Mirella still did not know anyone who had the illness from where she was from, as well as anything about the illness itself. But if Mentor asked her to do this, she will do it to prove to him that she can do more missions.

Snap!

"What was that!" She screamed as she heard something crack. Her heart was beeting faster than it has ever done before. "Calm yourself. It was probably just a twig." She reasured herself.

As Mirella continued walking, she replayed the moment Mentor had asked her to do this errand for him.

"Mirella, I think it's time you went on your first mission. I need you to get a special herb found only on and island on the planet earth for the castle's healers. Are you up for the task?"

"Of course! Anything to help around the castle."

At the time, of course, she did not know how nervous she would be during the mission itself.

OoC: A little short. The next will be better. I hope it's good enough though.

OoC: I'm going to join, all my battles have been moving slolwy either due to my part or theirs, and this looks like fun.

BiC:

The blond haired boy lay restfully on the beach, with his arms where behind his head, and his eyes closed as he enjoyed the peace, and tranquility of the deserted island. Letting out a deep sigh he sat up, and stared into the deep rolling blue ocean. It was a rare occasion he actually sat down, and enjoyed the scenery, very rare. That however was mostly due to the fact he got bored easily, but it was just one of those days he wanted to be alone.

“Huh…” He said quietly to himself, he could have sworn he heard a twig snap. Standing up he scanned the forest, his eyes could see nothing, and he could feel no power…”I don’t have true sight on do I?” Slapping himself on the forehead he turned again towards the dark endless sea.

“Twilight brings the edge of days, the sea will keep rolling, watch as all your fantasies come true, Twilight, true sight,’ He incanted suddenly he felt it like a wave had just rolled over him.

“High light magic frequency…powerful aura…but it seems to be rather new, a lot of potential thought,” He mumbled to himself. At this point he had already pin pointed the position of the intruder of his peace. Sighing he figured he might as well check it out, can’t be too difficult right.

Getting up he looked towards the forest, he hadn’t said his prima Incantatio yet so flying there would be impossible unless he wanted to give away his position. Walking slowly he followed the aura of the figure, it didn’t take him long to sneak up behind the intruder. Hiding from the bushes he caught a glimpse of the person. She’s really cute, he thought to himself absent mindedly, and from those wings I guess she must be an angel,. This rocks I meet a hot angel on a deserted island, I swear I read this somewhere before

Suddenly, the girl turned around with a worried expression on her face, “Who’s there?”

S**t! Kazaisu gulped, I might as well show myself,

Standing up Kazaisu smiled looking towards the young lady, “Well it seems you found me,” He said scratching the back of his head, “Well I should probably introduce myself, beautiful” As per usual the wind suddenly started moving faster, blowing Kaze’s long blue cape, “I am the Archmage of wind, the bringer of storms, the creator of the rain, Kazaisu, you can call me Kaze,”

“What are you doing here?”

“I could ask you the same question pretty lady,” Kaze smiled as the wind died down, “What are you doing here?”

OoC: A little short, but it'll do for an intro post.

Hey is this your first battle I don't think I've seen you around here

OoC: You caught me! This is my first.

Bic: Mirella gazed at the strange figure in front of her. She wasn't sure if she should tel the figure about her mission. She hesitated before she answered.

"Hello?"

"I'm trying to find something important."

Should I have said that? Mirella had a bad feeling about what was going to come.

"So, what are you trying to find?"

"Why do you want to know?"

"What, is it so bad for me to know?

Mirella wasn't sure what to say next. This Kaze person kept intimidating her everytime he told her something. What to do know? Her question gave her one answer, to run.

Without thinking, she turned and ran.

"Where are you going?" Kaze shouted after her.

Mirella did not even turn once to answer, instead she kept running. When Kaze saw that she didn't answer, he started to run after her. When she noticed Kaze following her, she started flying, avoiding obstacles along the way.

As Mirella continued to fly, she didn't notice that Kaze had stopped. When she finally turned around to see where he was, she couldn't see anyone. But she did notice that it was getting extremely windy.

"How did it suddenly get so windy?" she wondered. And then she remembered.

Kaze

She had to move fast, before Kaze's wind spell would push her to him.

OoC: I'm so pathetic today. >_<

BiC:
“Where are you going?” The caped teenager asked running after the girl. She was damn fast, as he could barely keep up, and he was bigger then she was. Kaze found himself gaining on the girl within minutes that is until she decided to take a literal flying leap in the air to escape him. Slowly to a stop Kaze looked up at the girl with surprise, as he stared to mumble something “ Cold rain pierces the soul, while chilling wind ravages the mind,” He felt the temperature go down, as a strong wind bustled thought the endless bushes.

Looking to the sky he raised his hand, and pointed it towards the ever-dieing figure in the distance. “Come here,” he muttered as a strong wind came down from atop her. He watched as the girl struggled with all her might to fight the ravaging wind’s but in time she was subdued, and brought back to a point in the forest right in front of the boy, “What are you running for?”

“What do you want with me?” She said still struggling to move under Kaze’s spell.

“Want with you? Nothing really I just figured you where up to something by the way you ran away like that,”

“Then why are you still holding me with your magic,”

“Oh sorry bout that,” He said slapping himself on the fore head, and dropping his other hand. The girl who was suspended about a foot above ground fell to her hands, and knees only to get back up quickly so not to look weak, “Anyways I don’t think you’ve properly introduced yourself. The younger girl put a look on her face that made her look like she was thinking about something, Kaze guessed it was whither he could be trusted or not, but this lapse in conversation gave Kaze a chance to finally take a good look at the young beauty.

Her long flowing blond hair stretched almost to her waist. Her long white, and blue dressed looked ripped from the brush, though Kaze figured it could just have been the style. She had a cute little green bandana on which made it look like she had green cat like ears. On her back two flowing white wings spread out, fluttering harmonically in the natural breeze. Her face caught the wind mages attention most of all, it was small, and roundish, with really deep blue eyes, with a tiny nose, and mouth. Kaze found himself staring till the cute figure decided to open her mouth.

“My name’s Mirella, nice to meet you I guess,”

“Now that, that is finally over I have to ask you something, are you here on some sort of quest for your master?” Girl said no words, and only nodded her head slowly, “Good! It is my knowledge that most time when a master or authority figure sends you on a quest it usually is a lot harder then it sounds, and involves some sort of trial, and an important lesson.”

“What’s your point?” The wide-eyed Mirella asked.

“That since no one else seems to be on this island I have to take matters into my own hands,” He smiled brightly, “I Kazaisu as the Archmage of Wind challenge you Mirella to a spell duel,”

“What, is a spell duel,”

“Basically it’s a battle,” Something struck a chord when he spoke those words, both figures just stood there staring at each other as a natural wind blew harmlessly at their hair, and clothing.

“Ok, if you want a battle then I accept,” She said gulping.

“Don’t worry though, it wont be till death, only till one of us admits defeat, and don’t expect me to take it easy on you because your so pretty,” he flashed his patent “cool’ smile, “Just so you know I am putting a barrier around this island so no one can disturb us till we finish, and so we don’t leave till we’re done,” He said supping his two hands together, as a gray energy formed inside. He shot the ball into the sky high enough so they could fly if need be, as it reached its limit it exploded casting blue, and gray lights around them, the lights twisted together, and became solid as a barrier around the island was formed.

“I wouldn’t expect you to take it easy on me,” She said putting her crystal lance in hand, "lets have some fun,”

BiC: Here's where the battle starts, have fun.

OoC: Sorry this took so long, really busy day yesterday.

BiC: Mirella stood tall with her crystal lance at hand. But, while standing, she kept wondering how she said those words. Normally, she would have declined the offer to battle, but something happened, and her words just came out.

Once the battle started, Kaze stood there, chanting something, and Mirella had the perfect idea to make him lose his concentration. She then dropped her lance next to her and kneeled, and deeply concentrating, made her mind forget everything else at the moment, and shot a sphere of light at Kaze, making him lose his concentration for a moment.

''I have to watch out for that next time!'' he whispered to himself.

Yes! I got him!

As she thought that she didn't notice Kaze had gone into the woods, so Mirella would have to hear hime chanting. She closed her eyes, and tried listnening carefully. Unfortunately, by the time she was able to hear Kaze, his speel had struck, but Mirella wasn't able to identify what the spell was since she was hit while having her eyes closed. She then was shot back around seven metres because of her lack of defence. As she got up she knew that she'll have to do the same as Kaze this time - camouflage herself in the woods.

As she camouflaged herself in the forest, she heard Kaze's chanting, so this time, as soon as it stopped, she'd use her self defence spell.

''How long does it take him to chant his spell?'' She whispered. She wanted to be ready for when he strikes.

But, the chanting suddenly stopped, and there she knew it was because he heard her. She had to move quickly, because if she didn't, Kaze will find her.

A she moved through the forest, she came across the plant she was looking for.

''I completely forgot about my mission! Oh, if Mentor knew, he would be so disapointed with me!''

''Well look who I found, trying to sneak around. You know, if you continued to run, you wouldn't have been exposed, at least, not yet.''

''But I had to find what my Mentor asked me to get for him.''

''So that's what you wanted to find. What was so bad about telling me you wanted a herb, eh?''

Mirella was speachless. Kaze kapt intimidating her, yet, she didn't know why.

She then decided to shock him by surprise, so she concentrated in the position she was in, which was difficult for Mirella to do since she was used to kneeling while casting a spell, and let out a ray of Rainbow colored magic. Kaze was too surprised to move, so instead he got hit.

I can't keep letting her hit me like that!

As soon as the spell she casted had hit Kaze, he decided to find a spot to counterattack in secret, but Mirella didn't stand to let him hit her again so she decided to go after him. She knew that running after him wouldn't help at all so she took flight. As soon as she caught up to Kaze, tried to grab her lance and hit him, but, she couldn't find it.

Oh no! I left my lance back where I cast my first spell!

OoC: Okay, so this wasn't to long, but to many things happened in this post, and I had to leave you with some fun.

OoC: Don't worry about the time it took you to post, I still have to write a post from three weeks ago XD

BiC:

“Forget something dear?” Kaze said noticing that his opponent tried to grab the air, “You should be more careful,” He smiled as Mirella hovered in the air in front of him. The blond haired beauty made a move to retreat, to get her weapon, but Kaze had another idea “The art of pure wind, Wind, Ventus Vesica,” With that chant a blade of pure wind formed in front of the blond haired warrior, and shot outwards towards the un-expecting angelic warrior.

The angelic warrior concentrated her soul, and formed a shield of light. The lethal blade of wind hit the shield, and dissipated into the air as Mirella let go a sigh of relief. She figured that if her lance where in her hand then she would have an advantage, but Kaze wouldn’t let her get it back. With a flash of white light te blond haired angel sent a blast of light energy towards the confident wind mage.

As the blast moved forward, Kaze brought his right hand forward, as if to stop the attack, then crossed his second perpindicular at the elbow, and finally brought the right parallel to his body making a “T” Shape. And as if by magic the light attack dispersed into air before it could reach the Archmage.

“That my friend is a dispel maneuver, crude yet effective,” The wind mage smiled, as he floated into the air the same level as the angel, “ Where were we?” He slithered. Mirella decided digression was the better part of valor, so she turned, and took flight with Kazaisu directly behind her. She was afraid, he could smell it, but she didn’t seem like the type to give up in mid battle, thus he figured that running wasn’t all she planed to do. Still he knew should would try to end the battle as blood less as possible, and that could be an advantage, however he also knew that some of his spells required lengthy time to use, and that was a bad thing. In any case he persisted the young girl through the air.

“A thousand frozen archers, let fly your mighty arrows, water, ten arrows of ice,’ he chanted as ten balls of water encircled him suddenly. The ten balls morphed, and mutated till they looked like mighty arrows, but still they enclosed him. With a flick of the wrist one arrow was sent flying towards the angel. The cautious angle noticed the change in temperature when the arrow flew near, and maneuvered herself upwards dodging the potential deadly blow. In return Kaze followed her.

“Now both warrior where flying directly up, at a incomprehensible speed, Kaze tried his attack again sending two more at either side of the blond haired beauty. The girl wise to her training turned her body sideways as both arrows went upward crashing into Kaze’s barrier above. Mirella just then realized that unlike other times, the sky wasn’t limitless; she could only travel up so far.

Below her Kazaisu gritted his teeth as he sent another two arrows upwards, the first grazed Mirella’s shoulder, while the other missed. Kaze now only had five arrows left before he had to call more, and their flight was gradually decreasing. Lost in thought he missed a pivotal moment in the battle, that would almost cost him it. Mirella had stopped, and pressed her back against the barrier, so that she was now facing downwards, with her hand’s outstretched towards Kaze. When he finally noticed this it was far to late, as he barely had time to gulp.

Seconds…maybe minutes later Kaze found himself laying face down in a crater in the ground that was far bellow. He put both hands on the dusty ground, and slowly pushed himself to a standing position. He looked at his body for any major injuries, it looked good, and minor cuts where already gone thanks to his healing ability, and he didn’t seem to have any broken bones, but he did hurt like the dickens.

She must have used that rainbow spell to blast me too the ground,

Groaning he looked upwards, to his luck the barrier was still there, so the battle wasn’t over. He groaned, and shifted his eyes to the dense forest, but he saw no signs of the female warrior.

“Oh your up,” A soft voice said from behind.

“You surprised me there, good job,”

“Uhh thanks, I guess,”

“Do not think it ends here, I have yet to admit defeat,”

OoC: Mirella ownd Kaze.

As soon as Kaze was ready to battle again, Mirella disapeered, making Kaze unable to attack her, yet.

A few minutes after Kaze got up, they were back to battling, but this time Mirella wasn't going to let her guard down, or her lance for that matter. She searched around the forest, trying not to encounter Kaze.

I have to find my lance!

Mirella then stopped in her tracks, she saw Kaze a few metres away, up in a tree.

Can he see me?

But, he then jumped to the next tree, looking for the angel. As soon as he got out of earshot, she continued to move, looking for her lance.

"Oh there you are!"

Mirella then turned, startled by the familiar voice.

"Trying to hide I see."

Without saying anything, Mirella started to cast a spell, but Kaze was way ahead of her and dodged the blow.

"You can't try that again, t simply won't wo-"

Mirella had disappered, back into the forest, running but at the same time thinking of a strategie.

He knows all of my attacks! What am I to do now?

She kept wondering about this until she tripped on something.

"What was that?"

She looked down to see her crystal lance in front of her. Without a scratch at that!

"Great! Now I can attack him in a different way!"

Since Mirella was happy that she found her lance, she than took flight, trying to find Kaze.

She felt wind, that meant that Kaze was close! But, because her hand was cold, she put it in her pocket, only to find the herb she picked up earlier.

Oh no! The mission, I completely forgot! Mentor will be furious when he finds out how long it took me to get the herb!

The wind was getting fiercer, and that meant that Kaze was near by. Mirella then landed on a branch. She closed her eyes to try and hear Kaze as she tried before, but this time she was ready.

"That's it! It's Kaze's chanting, coming from the left!"

Then she jumped from branch to branch, heading over to where Kaze was.

OoC: That's it for me today!

“A thousand frozen archers, let fly your mighty arrows, Water, five arrows of ice,” Kaze chanted in a sing song tone, as he mental searched for the girl. As usual five balls of water surrounded him, and formed into arrows of ice. Kaze smiled as he directed them all outwards, and with a flick of his wrist they where sent flying in ever direction. The arrows tore up the greenery [piece by piece, but none hit the girl who was safe, and sound in a tree.

Hmmm she’s hiding, I could always shake her out, but that doesn’t even require an incantation. Though I suppose if I added one it would sound cool.

“Let the giants walk the earth, causing the world to rumble,” He chanted as the ground started shaking with a violet roar. Mirella taken off guard found her self-falling backwards, clawing franticly she caught a small branch that just barely kept her steady. Crack, was the sound the snapping twig made as she stated to pummeled to the ground.

Kaze watched as the girl fell to the ground in a cloud of dust, and had to hold back her laughing, as she jumped right back to her feet, and pointed her lance threateningly, “You look so cute when your trying to be tough,” The blond haired beauty did not reply, but she stepped forward and lunged with her lance. Kaze easily dodged the attack, and jumped over the second attack which was more like a swipe. However, in the air as he was he could not dodge the stab that pierced his shoulder.

At that point something happened that Mirella did not expect, she found her self caught in a whirlwind, and thrown through the air till she smashed into a tree, while Kaze laughed from where he stood, clutching his wound. “I’m not that stupid, obviously I would create some sort of counter measure to physical attacks, if I lack a weapon, gosh,”

“So, I still hit you, worse then you did me,” Mirella said panting clutching her staff tightly.

“Did you now?”

”Yeah,”

“Then tell, where did this attack hit,” Kaze removed his hand to show that her attack that had barely even pierced his shoulder, was now all but gone.

“What…how…”

“I call it light support, it heals any minor wounds with time. Another percussion I took before heading out on my adventures.”

Mirella gulped as she tried to work out a plan in her head. She figured out two things thanks to his big mouth, one; His healing attack could only heal minor wounds, so inflicting a major wound would be the best idea, and two; his physical attack counter measure counter attacked whatever hit him, so if she through the weapon then it wouldn’t effect her. Mirella gripped her lance even tighter now, so much so her knuckles where starting to turn white. She had to finish the battle, and fast he master would not like her to be so late. Taking a fighting stance she prepared to attack again, hopefully for good.

OoC: A little short, but my CJ's are a little low.

OoC: Alright, here we go.

BiC: Alright, this one has to count!

Mirella had to think of a strategie. Something that Kaze would never think of.

After thinking as much a she could before Kaze would take a blow at her, she finally had a plan, and an effective one for sure.

To start things off, Mirella casted a spell. This one however was powerful than her other ones, but not because it's more advanced than her other ones but because of her determination. The spell she casted was a sphere of light magic but was so incredibly light it was blinding, meaning Kaze would have to take his eyes off Mirella. Because he was incapable of seing what was going on, the spell hit him with no was of him dodging it.

Now, Mirella had to move fast, she had to finish her strategie before Kaze would recover.

By the time Kaze got up Mirella was right behind him, ready to attack with her lance. And when he turned, she'd quickly move so that he wouldn't see her.

As expected, Kaze had turned to see what was behond him that he senced. But almost immediately after he turned, Mirella turned with him. Unfortunately, Kaze started to catch on what Mirella was doing after the third time he turned, so instead of turning in the same direction, he started to turn but twisted to other side.

"Wait, where did she go?"

"Up here!"

Kaze looked to see Mirella with her lance pointing down. Even though Kaze was one step ahead of Mirella, or so he thought, she was two steps ahead of him. Before he could do anything about what was going to come, Mirella stabbed Kaze in the arm with her lance.

“****!” Kaze cussed as the spar drove into his right arm. Now there where two things wrong with what happened that separated this from a normal physical strike 1; Mirella let go of the weapon so she wouldn’t be hit by the recoil effect, and two after she plunged it in, she turned it so when magic kicked in it would tear his arm even more.

As Mirella had hoped the blade plunged straight through his arm, and then flew outwards slashing even more, as blood spewed from the wound. The angelic warrior caught the weapon with her right hand, floating high above Kazaisu who looked to be in considerable pain. Unfortunately the barrier did not leave, so it meant the battle was yet over. Another surprise was the fact Kaze appeared to be…laughing.

“Well this is inconvenient,” He chuckled holding his arm. Using all his will he tried to move it, but it refused to budge, “If it weren’t for my healing magic I would never be able to move the arm again, you shot right through the nerve that connect my arm to my brain<” Still laughing.

“What is so funny then?”

“Well it just gave me the perfect opportunity to test out my new magic,” He said suddenly very serious, looking up with only his eyes he gave a twisted smile, “I call it ‘demented wind puppet’ would you like to see?”

“It doesn’t matter, without control of your arm you can’t win,”

“Do not be so sure,” he smiled, he just loved intense moments like this, its as if he thrived off them, “Son’s of rain, and thunder. Father of time, and wind, lord of the cloud-ridden sky, let it be heard through the world.” He started chanting. One thing that made Mirella worry was the sheer length of the incantation, it seemed that the long the incantation the more powerful the spell.

“It won’t work,”

The Archmage of wind merely ignored her cries, “Son of light, daughter of darkness, give us birth to a new light, five thousand mighty arms, bring you to battle now, all you owned by the lord of all, WIND,” He screamed as the wind suddenly found itself rushly fiercely, “DEMENTED WIND PUPPET!” The wind twirled within itself until it appeared in the shape of a gushing ball. The ball unwound to make a thing bright gray string, which wrapped itself around Kaze’s unusable arm. Then it wrapped itself around each one of his fingers individually, sinking into his very skin.

“There,” He sighed, It is done,”

“What that’s all, that’s nothing,”

“Oh,” he said leaping into the air, he caught her throat with his left hand. His right busted forward delivering an open palm strike right under her chest which sent her flying through the air till she crashed into a tree, leaving a sizeable dent in even the tree. “Demented wind puppet can only be used on an incapacitated body part, when used it can be up too ten times more powerful then without it. Seems you did me a favor with breaking my arm,”

“What!” She said shocked, slowly moving to a standing up position on the broken tree, limb.

“Let me show you,” He said punching the nearest tree straight on, the tree immediately snapped in two, and crashed hard on the ground in front of Kazaisu fluttering his face with the leaves.

This will be fun, unfortunately this means I can’t use any other wind magic till this spell is dismissed I can use others though. Oh well this is worth it.

“I am not called the Archmage of Wind because I am weak,” He said raising an eyebrow.

OoC: I forgot to mention, if you have any questions about my character or his powers just PM me.

OoC: I'm good!

BiC: Mirella got up from the intence fall. She sawa huge dent in the tree she hit. Yet, why didn't she feel tnoo much pain? It was a powerful blow after all.

At the same time as thinking that, she saw that she was at the edge of the island. The barrier was a light clear pale color, a sor of crystal white. She also saw that the barrier wasn't at the exact edge of the island.

Perfect!

"So, are you thinking of a way to test more of my spells?"

"I wouldn't be so sure!"

Mirella had a plan, but unfortunately, she had to make sure that Kaze woldn't heal with another spell.

"Oh, so you think that whatever you do will make you the winner?"

"Not exactly!"

Kaze smirked. He thought that a spell would be good right now. So he started to chant. Mirella heard a few words this time, bu still wasn't able to know what he was saying. While he chanted, Mirella knew a way to srop the spell from hitting her too much. When the chant was finally over, and the spell started to activate, Mirella started twisting her lance, which she's still holding.
She kept gowing faster and faster, untl the spell started to hit her, and, just as planned, didn't actually hit her too much.

"You think you won't get hurt if you do that? Hah!"

"Nice try, but you'll see what I'm doing."

Mirella kapt spinning her lance, until she was sure that the wind was almost gone. When she finally released her lance, she made her body feel lighter and let the wind push her into the water behind her.

What was she doing? Kaze thought. "I guess I win then!" he yelled, forgetting to check if the barrier was gone. Though, from behind, a big burst o water was getting closer to him! But Kaze was so happy that he won, that he was in such a shock when the water was about to hit him. Kaze thought though, since it was water it wouldn't do too much damage but what he didn't know was that there was a spell within the sphere of water.

When the attack hit, it did a lot of dammage. Not only was it more painful than Kaze thought it would be, but he got water in his eye, making it blurry and almost impossibe to see!

Mirella had noticed something when she was in the water, she saw that the barrier kept getting dimmer and dimmer with every attack the hit either Kaze or Mirella.

When she finally got out of the water, she saw Kaze walking very slowly. She wondered what he was doing, but figured that this was an opportunity to attack.

She approached Kaze quietly, so that he wouldn't hear her. Once she was behind him, she took the edge of her lance that didn't have a point, and oushed Kaze to the ground. Once he was on the ground, she decided to go with her newest spell. Once ot was cast, and hit kaze, it pushed him into the ground.

The barrier was almost invisible now.

OoC: Alright, I'm now done!

OoC;Sorry for la wait

biC:
Kaze looked around, sand, sand, sand, blood, yep the usual. Groaning heavily he pushed himself to his feet. Which probably would have been impossible if he hadn’t had demented wind puppet on. Grabbing his left should which seemed to hurt the most he turned around to see Mirella, dripping wet.

“Did I ever tell you, you would win a wet t-shirt competition,”

“Humph,” She stated folding her arms over her chest, “Are we done yet,”

Looking at his surrounding Kaze answered, “Well the barriers still up so that would be a negative,”

“Can we please hurry this up my…”

“Master is waiting, god I get it already. If you want to lose so badly you could have told me before hand.” Kaze said shrugging his shoulders, “that last attack really packed a punch,” He said rolling his shoulder, “But it might have been more effective if you did it like this,” Raising his right hand he swiped the air in front of him, and Mirella was sent flying before she had a chance to see what hit her.

Landing, and sliding along the beach she cam to a stop finally at the end of the forest as Kaze looked on, “That was actually a modified water rider attack, I used my magic to bring as much water together as I could, then blasted you with it, sorry,” He yelled over the length of the beach as Mirella got to her feet, luckily her lance still in hand, master would have gotten made if she lost that.

Mirella was now content on winning so much that her magic based attack took no time at all to conjure up. Blasting at Kaze’s feet, he leapt sideways, and rolled to dodge the first white blast. The second he ducked, while the third he jumped over by jumping forwards towards the angelic drenched beauty. Mirella shot two more blasts at the flying Kazaisu, both of which he dodged with the slightest of ease. Pointing his magically charged right fist towards the winged teenager he punched downwards. Reading her lance she prepared the attack, but remembering his words from earlier she thoughtfully jumped out of the way, as his fist created a crater in the ground. Leaping from his kneeling position he aimed his right fist at Mirella’s head, to have her shift her weight to the left to dodge it.

Mirella countered with an upward slash with her staff, only to have to bounce harmlessly off a thick ice shield. Jumping backwards both warrior stood at the edge of the forest, and beach ready to fight. Kaze needed no words to create five arrows of ice, which he shot at a remarkable speed at the light princess. And with a similar speed she turned each missile into shards before even the slightest bit of them could reach her.

”She’s still wet,” His inner voice spoke

So?

Oh he really did hate it when his inner voice seemed to know so much more then him. Sighing He looked towards the sky where a small black cloud formed over Mirella’s head. And with a yellow light a single bolt fell striking the already wet Mirella causing her to scream out in pain. Kaze turned his head he couldn’t bear to watch.

While usually that attack was fairly weak using it on a wet opponent would over triple the effectiveness, which was nothing to laugh at. Surprisingly enough she was still standing after the whole ordeal, though her clothes where slightly blacker then before the attack, and she was breathing heavily. In the distance the barrier was dimmed to the point one could hardly see it.
