The Fate of a Princess (Zorolo, Sakume and Puck)
OoC: The Aot quest I'm using one of the oldest member characters of the Aot. I'm using Nikudemon and this is taking place right after he gets back home from Under the blue sky.
BiC: The sound of heavy armored soldier was heard coming down the long marble floor corridor. In the room at the end of the hall a female Zoger maids and a young princess sat in the room with two guards at the door. The third eye that the Zoger have; opened at the sound of the armored men coming down the hall. The maid quickly looked at the princess. “Princess you must hid.” The old Zoger said quickly. “What’s going on Miss. Cheri!?” she sounded very worried as she asked. She gripped the sheet in her hand tighter and held in up closer to her body. The young princess had never seen the third eye of a Zoger open. She couldn‘t help, but to stare into the fire red eye with fear. Cheri stepped forward only for the young girl to move back. “Please. Don’t be afraid of me princess. It’s the men that are coming that you need to fear.” the maid said softly reaching out her hand. Outside the door, death screams from the guards where heard. The door slid open and a headless solider fell in the room. A man dressed in a green cloak and black pants walked into the white door. Blood foot pints left behind him, his face coved by the cloak. “The princess is coming with me.” *** Nikudemon sat at the edge of the cliff looking over at the village just below him. The winds breeze blew calm; his sword laid by his side. Protecting the world is getting harder as I keep going on. The battles are getting harder and more people are being put into danger. He sighed at his thought and looked up at the blue sky. I wonder what the rest of my friends are doing. I thought I might have met up with them again by now, but I haven’t even heard any news of them. Nikudemon glanced down at his new sword and tried to touch it only to be burned on the tip of his finger. I still can’t touch this other sword. My name is growing around the planet and it’s making it hard to wander Earth. *** Later in the night the two men walked down the long path to a big house. One had on a big white robe with a sword by his side. On the back of the robe was the royal bloodline symbol of Yaour. The other man by his side wore a block shirt with a white cross across his face. There didn’t seem to be any weapons on him but he looked like to be a great fighter. They both walked up to the door and the king waved his hand across the door lock pad. Both men could see right away as the white door opened showing the dead guards on the ground. Blood followed down from their lifeless body through the hall. Foot pints made from the blood of the dead man showed the killers path. The king’s face turned red with anger as he looked at his men dead in the house. The man by his side walked in first, calmly checking the bodies. He looked back at the king, shook his head getting back up from the floor. “They are long gone king. My guess is that the bodies have been dead for three hours now. “ “What about the princess?” “I don’t sense her anywhere in the house. Should I get the army ready to attack back and get her?” “No. No, I don’t want her to get hurt. That’s what they want us to do. I know it. No, I got a better plan we need some unknowns not for this side of universe.” “You don’t mean you want to pull people for the low level plant that rides a long us in a different universe! King that could kill them if they aren’t strong enough to save her!” “Yes, but I heard of this group that is strong on Earth zero. Prepare to have them be sent to this world right away. I’ll locate where they are now!” the king command walking down the hall. He was piss, angry and wanted nothing but then to be killed, who ever did this. His robe left a trail of blood showing the path he went. *** Nikudemon stood up from the side of the mountain, grabbed his weapon putting it to his side. The swordsman closed his eyes and leapt over the cliffs edge. The air rushed pass his face and the gold sacred pendent that he wore around his neck flapped around the air. It glowed, letting off a sparkling light and big white wings formed on the swordsman back. Nikudemon slowed his fall and landed on ground below with no problems. His wings disappear as fast as they appeared. He was now in the front gate of the village that was below the mountain. He walked through the village following the dirt road. He could hear the villagers speaking about him, but lucky nobody realize it was him. It wasn’t that Nikudemon mind hearing his name being talked about but that he still didn’t feel he earned it. He thought about the friends that he has made and all the women that wants him dead. He kept moving through the village watching the farmers turned the dirt. He finally found a place in the world with no fighting. Then in front of him and small black hole formed. It quickly pulled Nikudemon it before he could get away. The swordsman scream out in pain as his body felt as if it was being ripped away. He never felt so much pain at once it quickly knocked him out. The man body landed on an edge of an ocean beach in the sand. The shore tide went up to his body touching his swords at his side. Zica the Soul of Shadows sword turned the water into steam. Nikudemon was breathing very light, knocked out from the block hole travel he just went through. OoC: Finally I got this post done. A note you might want to know about this place. Zoger: Is a race very close to elf but they have a third eye. This eye is the source of their magic powers. The eye opens where they feel danger is near them.

Re: The Fate of a Princess (Zorolo, Sakume and Puck)
OoC: I’m expected to post in this next, or so I hear. I suppose I might as well deliver before I get beat up on. Hope it's acceptable.
BiC: A small sigh escaped from her lips. She crossed and uncrossed her legs repeatedly with the need to stay unsettled. Something made her somewhat nervous about the night. She wondered why, but only slightly. Mostly, she felt bland, mixed, and confused. Since the angel’s darker personality had escaped, she didn’t know who she was any longer. “I’ll be back.” She whispered, repeating the last words heard from her unknown side. “Zorlo knows how I feel, and I know how he feels. Why can’t I just live a normal life, a quiet life? Will he ever settle down?” She paused for a moment, answering her own question. “Probably not. That doesn’t mean that I can’t be there to support him, of course. I’m just not longing for anymore adventure. He worries me sick every time he leaves. I can’t sleep because of the nightmares I have of him dying.” She pursed her lips, swinging her feet ever so gently. “I don’t think he could stop moving around if he wanted to. He’s just not like that. We’re two very different people. He tries to make me happy, I know. He’d do anything just to make me happy.” She paused in thought. “I don’t think he knows, though. How much I just want to settle down with him. That depresses me. We really are two very different people.” She remained silent for a few moments. “I think he should know how I feel.” She pushed off the branch that served as her recliner and spread her crimson wings, thudding on the ground after stopping herself. She wanted to return to the cabin, her temporary home, but she didn’t want to at the same time. She knew he wouldn’t be there. He was never there. Always busy, always giving her the same kiss on the cheek, the same wave goodbye. She wallowed in her self-pity, feeling generally sad. A lot of it came from the fact of her not wanting to return to the throne. Part of her knew she eventually needed to go back. She could not hide forever from her responsibility. “If only I were sure. If only I knew. If I go back, though… Things will never be the same.” Selene shook her head a little, her long silky hair flowing about her shoulders as she walked. “I need some help with this. I need a sign.” As if granting her wish, her mind numbed in shock as a dark oval-shaped mass of shadow appeared. The first thought that occurred in her mind did not give her pleasure. Though she thought it to be impossible, Xiaver must have returned. She turned to run, but her legs did not heed her commands. She began to be pulled towards the blackened mass of air. “Let me go!” The portal, of course, did not listen. She felt as if it had enclosed an icy hand about her body, and she fought against it with all her might. It didn’t help her at all, for in short time, the angel felt herself sinking through. “Zorlo!” Even if he wasn’t anywhere near her, she managed to take off one glove, letting it fall as her body sank through. Before long, no sign of the angel ever existed, albeit one lone white glove sitting dejectedly on the ground. The intense pain almost caused her heart to stop in shock. She screamed, but no one heard. Finally, she arrived at her destination, lying unconscious, though very much alive. Unlike the previous warped man, Selene ended up far from him, upon a rocky outlook of the water. Small waves crashed against the rocks, splashing the angel, mixing the trickle of blood that came from her lip with the salty water. |

Re: The Fate of a Princess (Zorolo, Sakume and Puck)
Night had overcome the light, as the entire land was forced into an inky blackness. The only thing cutting through the black velvet where the almost diamond like stars, and the pale full moon. Below on the shadow-covered earth, all but one slept, in the presence of darkness.
The man plagued by iron sat crossed legged on top a giant cliff, over looking a vast valley. His cold gray eyes where closed as he meditated. He didn’t know what to do next, he had a mission, however vague it was, but he had a feeling, there was something he was supposed to do. As if he forgot something incredibly important. Mumbling something inaudible beneath his breath he opened his eyes, and stared into the horizon. The sun was starting to come out, spreading a pale light across the plains, and setting the sky on fire. He didn’t know why, but he thought back to that boy he met in the underground sewer. So alive so full of energy, they made a pact that day, they became friends, even if Aegis knew nothing of the word, he remembered that by doing so he joined an alliance, it was so long ago he had almost forgot about the alliance of Tasogare. “Hmmm,” he mumbled, why now of all times he had he remembered about that. It seemed strange, but he knew it was no accident, he had a feeling something was about to happen. He didn’t know why at that instant, but he felt something. Standing up quickly he turned his head to see a glob of shadows behind him, it seemed like it was trying to suck him in. Running forward towards the edge of the cliff, he looked at his metal arm, and closed his eyes. Focusing his energy he ran forward, and by placing a foot on the edge of the cliff leapt up, and off it into a dive. He spiraled fast towards the ground, though it seemed to go slow, each second was an hour as he fell. Finally he let out a scream of intense agony, as two thin metal wings opened on his back spreading out. Using the momentum of the fall he ended up swooping down low to the ground, then flying high into the air. Flying to an equal height of the cliff he turned around seeing what had chased him. His eye’s grew in amazement for as soon as he turned around the shadow was already right in front of him. Before the metal man could react he had already found himself being swallowed up by the mass of shadow. He felt the world fade around him, as he passed out. It had been several hour since he traveled to that strange place, but he was still laying silent on the ground. He muffled a groan, and without opening his eyes, used his hands to push himself up, finally he was awake. Standing to his feet he opened his eyes carefully, and with a simple scan of the area he had concluded he had never seen that place before in his life. He was somewhere in a dense forest filled with large purpled leaved trees. Shrugging his shoulders he checked his equipment to see everything was there, making careful note that he still had wings he took a single step into the brave new world. OoC: Sorry for the shortness, and suckieness I havn't written Aegis in a while so I'm rusty.

Re: The Fate of a Princess (Zorolo, Sakume and Puck)
The fencer sat in the Dome, watching life unfold outside of the place where warriors were trained. The green haired man took a strange feeling of happiness at his ability to sift through the auras of the inter-dimentional building, even if it had taken a while. He could move between the strongest, the weakest, and everything in-between. The power of his ability to sense aura grew as he used it, so why not continue to put it to good use?
Suddenly, an idea came to the Aura Master. Could he sense auras outside of the Dome? Was it possible he could find his friends and lover? Twould be tricky, but it should be possible. The green haired warrior focused his mind, scanning the world about him, and farther, moving his mind into the reaches of space itself. The fencer sensed the warrior's home planet, but not one of the Alliance could be found there, save for the ones that had gone into intensive training. The fencer expanded his search, though out the very cosmos if necessary, for wherever everyone had gone, there was bound to be trouble. Selene, Aegis and Niku are missing... where could they be? he asked himself as he used his minds eye to search for his allies and beloved. Slowly, the Aura Master sifted through the endlessness of existence, and finally, he came across a planet that may hold what the green haired man searched for. Far out, in the outer reaches of existence, a planet held the energies of the three people the green haired man looked for, but they were scattered about the land, not quite where the fencer expected them. How did the three of them wind up way out there? I wonder what is going on? Suddenly, a powerful energy appeared near the fencer, and something he couldn't explain pulled him back to where he was. Almost the instant the green haired man's eyes opened, he saw the black blob that had been sent to capture him. "Damn!" the swordsman muttered, jumping back as the blob struck at him. The green haired man quickly unsheathed his sword and pointed it at the black creature. "What is your business here?" the Aura Master asked in an annoyed tone. The blob said nothing, only moving towards the fencer slowly, hoping to capture the musketeer, whom was wholly ready to attack. Suddenly, the black creature struck, lunging at the green haired fighter again. The golden bladed fencer wasted no time and slashed though the creature, spinning his sword around quickly and sheathing it after his attack. "Much to easy," the warrior told himself, slowly turning around to see that the monster was unharmed, and fell atop the green haired man. A green flame emanated from the fencer, fighting back against the blob, but it was soon swallowed up by the mass, knocking the fencer out. Slowly, the fencer awakened, stumbling a bit and looking around. Where had he found himself this time? The fencer held his head, trying to locate the auras of his friends, but his senses were foggy, making it hard for him to find what he searched for. Something is damaging my sense ability. This is not good, the green haired man told himself glumly. "Well, better get to looking around," the Aura Master told himself, looking around at the town he had been dropped off in.

Re: The Fate of a Princess (Zorolo, Sakume and Puck)
Is this what death feels like?
Nikudemon felt as if his soul was being drifted away from his body. The stream of life covered his soul in its cold hands. Guilt flooded his mind with thought of failure and sadness. His failure to save his father, and failure to control his power. Sadness at the sight of seeming them die in front of him. He could see his father in front of him as he drifted closer to the bright light ahead. Father did I fail you? Did I death finally after so many battles? The white angel his mother appeared next to the swordsman father. Her soft wings covered Niku’s father body pulling him farther away. The two disappeared off in the bright light and the swordsman woke in the new world. The ocean waves splashing on the side of his body. The black flames of Zica steamed the water around it. The warm sand that covered half his body was the finest shore sand he’d ever felt. The swordsman glimpsed around him only to see a thick forest to one side of him and the vast blue sea on the other. What am I doing here? Why was I brought here? What is this place? Who is behind this? All questions the young man couldn’t answer as he walked down the shoreline. There was no sign of life that he could see. He felt like he had been walking for days yet night hadn’t broke. He soon saw the sight of a young lady off in the distant. Before the swordsman knew it he ran off to save her. His body moved on it only without thinking. He reached her and pulled the body out the water path. “Zorlo…” She faintly said in her unconscious state. “She knows Zorlo?” the swordsman asked wondering if the fencer was around. “Wake up miss!” he yelled, shaking her body. The sunlight coming out as Selene’s ocean blue eyes slowly opened with the sunlight. OoC: And I'll answer those question when my turn comes back around. Sakume can take it from her.

I can’t be dead… I’ve died once, and it wasn’t like this. This isn’t heaven, hell, or that other place. I must be somewhere else. Why is it these things keep happening to me? Why not someone else? All I want is some peace and quiet. I’m tired of wandering around everywhere. I just want to settle down and relax for once… Slowly, it seemed like the black void she saw began to clear, sifting through as if it were sands in a grated grill. I wonder… What would Zorlo think? If he knew I were here… Is there a reason I met him? I wonder… What will happen when I take the throne? I can’t stay with him, but he certainly won’t be willing or able to take the role of the king of angels… He’s much too busy. Hm. Zorlo… Zorlo… “Zorlo…” She murmured, her thoughts taking the form of words from her shapely, red lips. “Wake up, miss!” She felt a tremor run through her numb body and slowly her eyelids flickered open. She immediately shut them again to the bright sunrise, having to pry them open forcibly. “Who…” She coughed up a little blood, sitting up, bending over with a slight tremor running through her body. “Nikudemon. Are you alright, miss? You said you knew Zorlo, is this the fencer Zorlo?” He seemed friendly enough. Selene gazed into the stranger’s eyes. “Don’t tell me he’s here.” “I don’t even know where ‘here’ is, miss…” “Selene. Selene Vlaxen. So… Did you end up here by accident? I hope he isn’t here. If he is, it’s going to be tough finding him. I could…” She stood to her feet, slowly stretching her wings and wiping away the bit of blood that came on her chin from her coughing. “I could find him by flying, perhaps. If that’s a good idea. But I don’t know. I don’t think I should. Who knows what may happen, and you, good sir, have some explaining to do.” She firmly seated herself upon a nearby rock, crossing her arms and sighing heavily. “I’m tired of this. I really am.” |

Re: The Fate of a Princess (Zorolo, Sakume and Puck)
“Crude…”Aegis said inaudibly. “The trees…’ He groaned forcing himself to his feet, “Are lighter here,” Closing his eyes he pointed his face to the strange sunlight, and leapt into the air, his wings catching the strong wind granting him flight. He hovered high above the tree tops he once laid beneath, searching the vast landscape for any sign life.
“Am I but a sunken rock, do no feet tread these lands,” Blasting forward at an incredible speed he still found nothing in the strange land, flying higher he hoped to find some sign of life in the barren landscape, and to hid luck he spotted what looked to be several towns in the distance, shrugging his shoulder the metal man figured it was better then nothing, and dove towards that spot on the distant horizon. About an hour he was walking through the small town, his right arm had returned to its usual metallic state. He had stopped in a clearing in the forest, and after returning his arm to normal took foot the rest of the way, deciding it was better then to attract more attention then needed in this strange place. He saw the peoples faces, as he trudged along the small town, all but about two looked depressed, and saddened beyond belief, as if the same suffering was placed on all, and not just one. Though as all humans do, he wanted to help them, but figured it was not his place to do such, so instead he just walked, eventually finding himself in a bar. It was one of those dank depressing bars you always here about, where grown men go to mope about there problems, even though no one is ever really listing. Inside he saw, well little, most had turned to look when the large man entered the room, but then turned back to their disease, feeling that if they where to die, then it would only satisfy their desire. A sad state of affair really, but not one unlike he had ever seen. “The fly purposely into the spiders web, have they no sense,” he mumbled to himself before taking a seat at the front bar. “Whaddayawant,” The short chunky bartender said, his bald head gleaming in the dim light. “Anything to take me out of these affairs,” “Uhh, whatever,” the bartender mused, pouring the large half metal man a glass of questions brown substance. Sniffing it questionably, he took a sip, and held the desirable urge to gag, as the bartender looked on a strange look on his face. “So mac, whats wit dat arm o’yurs?” “Crude…”Aegis said inaudibly. “it really made o’tat metal stuff,” “Yes,” Aegis gruffly said pushing a long metal braid out of his face before finishing, “The ant should not ask the rodent of his business,” “What’ar’yur talkin bout mac,” The obviously stupid bartender could not seem to grasp the analogy. “I mean, I don’t feel like talking about it,” Aegis said coldly, causing aggravation in the nameless bartender. “Hey there, no need to be actin like that, we don’t take kindly to mean folks round here,” “Then my presence here will cause an uproar by your class of citizens here, I must be on my way,” Standing to his feet Aegis turned to walk away, and clear his head, it just wasn’t his day. But, of course that could not be had, as the nameless fat bartender grabbed Aegis by his metal shoulder. Big mistake. Before the bartender could register what happened he was standing with his hands up looking towards the dangerous blade arm of the half metal man. Sweating profusely the bald man started stuttering wildly about not killing him, or calming down mac. Without a hint of a smile the half metal man spoke strongly, and slowly, “If you get to close to the sun you are going to get burnt,” Aegis’s arm did not waver, and his eyes failed to notice a man get up from his seat. “You are no sun Aegis Irona,” “Huh?” that voice, so familiar, he knew he had heard it before, turning around he looked upon a green haired man, and at last a smile crossed the metal mans face, "Zorlo, what is it you are in a place like this?” OoC: Feh it will do. Sorry pour la wait, as well.
