Reins arrival

Rein walked into a large crowded room filled with the sound of drunkern laughter and conversation, he walked in pushing his way through the crowds and headed for a smaller room where he could here himself think. He struggled to the door and entered a small empty room and brushed the dirt off his garb.

"ha, stongest warriors in all the land? here? they're all a bunch of drunken idiots"

he said with a smirk on his face

"I bet I could take all of them single handedly"

OoC: Ooh, I was just wondering if this was our battle. If so, pm me about it, until then I'll refrain.

OoC: yup, this is our battle, join in when you like

OoC: Ok then, let's crack

BiC: Luce was standing in the west end of the bar, raving with three young girls. He had already dranken several pints, but he was not in the least bit affected yet. He knew that nobody would really notice or remember, considering how hard everyone was partying. Nobody would know his secret.

"Well well, what have we here?" he laughed as he tickled the chin of a nearby girl who had been eyeing him for some time. "As grand general, I am not allowed here, and I am also not allowed to have pre-marital sex according to my religion. Pah! I'm a heathen," he chuckled as he grabbed hold of the goods and slipped into the back.

Meanwhile, Rein, who had been wandering around, entered the bar and sat sauntered through the bacchanalian orgy and through a door in the back. He had attempted to ignore the shame that surrounded him; he wanted a true warrior. It was then that he noticed something: two shadows passing at the end of the corridor. He quickly ran down to see who it was.

"Who's there?" Luce asled, noticing the presence of Rein.

"I am called Rein," the man answered, eyeing the impressive stalwart. "I would be honored if a man like you would do battle with me. I am new to these lands and I wish to seek out the greatest fighters that I can compare myself to.

"Rein? Have you any relation to Rein Aeria?" Luce asked, surprised at hearing the name.

"I have never heard of him."

"Well then, I suppose he would be the one you want if you are looking for the best in Silronia. Sadly, you would simply dissipate when you walked within a mile of him, as his power makes planets crumble just by beeing within a close distance of him. If that discourages you, than I would be happy to accept your challenge," the crusader joked, placing his hands on his spear that he carried everywhere.

"Well, I'll take you somewhere better than here to fight, because I don't think this thing hall would make a good battleground," Rein chuckled, turning and walking back to the door. "Oh, and I suggest that you get your gear, as I don't like to fight half-naked men."

Rein gripped his halberd tightly out of arage, he followed Luce through the door catchin up with him outside, he decided to ask some questions

"So, may I learn the name of the man I am about to defeat, or do you wish to remain anonymos to avoid shame"

he said with a cocky smirk on his face, Luce seemed unphased by this and just stood opposite him smiling, this annoyed Rein, he liked to be able to irritate his foes before the battle, it was his idea of fun

"well are we just gonna stand here all day or are we gonna fight"

he walked a few metres away from luce, turned around, and pulled his hood down to reveal his face. He then gripped his halberd tightly and posed ready for an attack

"oh, and this is my armor, the idea is that you dont get a hit in, so I dont waste my money on armor"

he gave another cocky smirk

"you first"

Luce said nothing, just charged right in, knocking Rein over. The warrior had a look of surprise on his face as he was taken down, but he was able to get back up again before he was struck at. Rein just stared blanly at Luce as he yawned heavily and let himself into a sloppy stance. Rein was pissed at this point and took the attack into his own hands, striking several times in random places at his opponent. Luce, half asleep dodged and blocked all the blows out of mere reflex from all the experience that he had on the battlefield.

"Wow... I really never thought I could sleep and fight at the same time," Luce chuckled, dodging a swing to the head. Rein made an annoyed face and shot his leg forward into Luce's stomach, doing pretty much nothing but leaving himself vulnerable to the backhand that Luce unleashed on his face. Rein was now completely in a rage and began striking at Luce from all sides. The flurry of strikes actually took Luce by surprise and his eyes opened when the halberd made contact with his arm and left a small cut.

"Finally, now you can take me seriously, and you'll see that you are outmatched!" Rein shouted as he quickly bent and unleashed a kick to Luce's heel that should have knocked him over, but only made him flinch. Rein looked up in surprise, oblivious to Luce's five-times power advantage over him. Luce knew that it would be better to hide the fact that his body worked at 100% efficiency and not 20% like every other human.

"If you are as powerful as you say you are, then this will have been the luckiest week of my life! Wood elf Avyuir, samurai Koganei, flame elf Tolge, and now champion Rein!" Luce laughed in disbelief of the amazing luck he had had the last few days when it came to challenging battles. "Let's make this one to remember."
