Unexpected Alliances (Sakume, Godsmack'd, Avyuir)
OoC: Okay, because the honor *Coughnotreallycough* of starting this battle has been dumped upon, I guess I'll do it. Using Zorlo, link in Sig.
BiC: The fencer looked upon the map that the old man had given him and sighed, finding himself hopelessly lost. "And Rex told me that old man made good maps," the green haired man said as he slammed the map against the ground. "Now I'm hopelessly lost in some forest somewhere," the aura master said as he crossed his arms. The fencer looked about in his surroundings, taking in where he had found himself. The forest was vast, stretching far as the eye could see, and the fencer stood, utterly lost, and the vast changing colors of the tree's told that autumn was coming, and that soon winter would be upon the world. It will be winter soon... And I have yet to return to her... My lady... My love, the fencer sorrowfully told himself as he continued to walk through the woodland, resting his right palm upon the pommel of Apollo. I wonder... How soon will it be before I see her? I hope it is soon, the emerald eyed man told himself as he sighed quickly and stopped quickly. After all that has happened, I still have yet to see my love. I shall see her soon, the green haired man assured himself as he continued to walk through the forest in utter silence. The emptiness of the forest felt strange to the swordsman, namely because the forest was supposed to be full of life, but hibernation season had set in. The emptiness of the forest was ill for a person who loved life, but who knows, he told himself. Today could turn out to be really interesting, the green haired man said as he found an answer to his questions. Several wolf howls could be heard from several different directions, sounding both near and far. "Wolves..." The swordsman whispered to himself as he looked around. "I have no business bothering them," the green haired man said as he looked upon the sun as it was just about to set. The fencer had no time to admire the beauty of the sun though, because before long, the wind changed and he felt something odd was going to happen... And normally does when he has one of said feelings. OoC: Crappy intro, but I'm not all that good at them. Let us have fun all!

Re: Unexpected Alliances (Sakume, Godsmack'd, Avyuir)
Sakume's sharp ears twitched as she heard her fellow wolves howling in the distance. There were also a few of them close. Lifting her head to the heavens, she echoed the lonely call, somewhat pleasing herself by her perfect tone. This forest seemed larger than most she had been to before, and she peered over the woodland creatures from her perch high above the ground. Damn this infernal fall season... she thought in bitterness. I had his scent, but now I've gone and lost it!
A sudden breeze stirred the leaves above her, and she blinked, tentively taking in the scents it brought her delicate nose. What was the moon's current position? She didn't know. Oh well. It wasn't that important. She stood to her full height, stretching to get a good look at the surrounding environment. She would have to spend the night in this miserable wood. Better than being around humans, though. Yet, I used to be one...how I wish this had never- She snorted, and bent down in a crouch, a new scent floating to her nose. Whoo...what? Someone in her forest? And a human, too. She peered closer at the man walking below her, her ears ever twitching. A cutie, wasn't he? Oh, and look...green hair. She despised him already. He reminded her too much of her brother. A few leaves cascaded about her form as they floated to the ground, reminding her that she would need more covering clothes. Right now, her stomach was exposed to the cool breeze, as she hardly wore anything. Even what she did have on was clawed up, making it semi-useless. The wolves responded to her howl, and she saw him glance up. Even though he whispered, her ears caught the words. "Wolves..." Oh, so he had a problem with wolves, did he? He probably planned to kill her friends. "I have no business bothering them." Sakume blinked in an almost startled state. Huh...well, what do you know...she lept to another tree branch in a fluent move, following him from above, hidding within the shadows of the trees. He was somewhat interesting for a human, not wanting to kill her brethren. Suddenly, she paused in place. The wind had changed. |

Re: Unexpected Alliances (Sakume, Godsmack'd, Avyuir)
OoC: Yes, I am here. Sorry if it seems as though it took forever to reply, but some stuff happened. But I'm here, so let the games begin! I am using Trigoon (man, I'm always using that guy).
BiC: Trigoon meditated in the forest, that he found suited for such an occasion. It was quiet and peaceful, easy to relax and concentrate on his mental training. It was a pretty long while since he did such a thing, seeing as how God's demand of Trigoon's services to him was at a high peak. Too many deaths had happened, and all because there is nothing that is called redemption. God wanted Trigoon to kill those who go against God's will, that takes another man's life away. He still does not know why, but sadly, he will never recieve the answer. No matter how many times he may ask God, God will never reply, but only with silence. Trigoon decided to meditate on this, for there was nothing else to meditate on. Fall has come, sooner than expected, but it is a good time to relax, for Autumn always soothed Trigoon's spirit, even in times that he is troubled; such times as this. Just suddenly, however, Trigoon sensed trouble in the wind. His senses told him that there were two enemies, one is a fine warrior, and another was a demon, or monster, of some sort. He became cautious, for he did not want to battle anyone today, nor did he expect to do so on such short notice. Trigoon picked up his arsenal, and tried to avoid the encounter with the two enemies. He quickly dashed through the thick forest, trying to keep a low profile, not to let the enemies know of another person in the forest. Unfortunately, that did not do so well. From the sky above Trigoon, or what it appeared to have happened, a humanoid being showed itself infront of Trigoon. It stopped him from escaping, so he thought that this person was also an enemy. "Who are you?" Trigoon asked, holding the hilt of his sword, ready to strike. OoC: Well, my head isn't working so well, so I can't come up with much. Just to let you know, Avyuir, the "humanoid figure" is your character. Didn't say if it was a he or she because I have no idea ![]() |

Re: Unexpected Alliances (Sakume, Godsmack'd, Avyuir)
OoC: well know, you just got lucky cause I am using Emir. Link in the sig.
BiC: Emir flew non chalantly on Valakas. She enjoyed Autumn, a time of peace, and a time for the Earth to begin its cold journey to new life. How I wish Autumn was also this beautiful. Giroh always showed freezing cold winters ahead. Emir remebered the harsh winters that always plagued Giroh. As Emir looked back on her banishment, a few movements caught her eye. "What do we have here?" Emir looked closer at the movements, and one looked familiar. "Valakas, fly down there!" Valakas easily obeyed and flew down, not noticing the fact, that he almost landed on someone! Emir jumped off and noticed a guy standing in front of Valakas. "Umm hi?"

Re: Unexpected Alliances (Sakume, Godsmack'd, Avyuir)
The aura master kept walking through the forest, keeping his eyes out for anything out of the ordinary. The warrior had not seen anything, but he knew enough was going on in this forest to weary, mostly because there were things much scarier then wolves out here. Suddenly, the fencer stopped and closed his eyes, allowing his mind to see see what was in this forest with him. He could feel strange energies, and could partially identify each, although he could not place how powerful they were. He had felt a human, Lycan and angel aura's nearby, but where and how strong they were, he could not determine.
Suddenly, the fencer heard a noise above and behind him, but as he turned to look, there was nothing there. Something was watching him, and he had no idea what it was that kept a close eye upon him, nor did he fully wish to know, for if it had hostile intentions, that would not prove to be something he wanted to know coming. As the aura master walked through the forest nonchalantly, he examined the trees and the movement of the wind, trying to see what it was that was truly happening in this forest. Suddenly, he heard another movement of branches, this time to his right. He looked, but again saw nothing as the sounds suddenly rang all around him. He was either surrounded, or something was moving around him, watching him closely. The aura master moved his right hand from Apollo and readied to draw it. His left hand lightly grasping the hilt of the sword, he was ready to used the blade at any second should the need arise. Suddenly, the noise stopped. The fencer still looked around, searching for the source of the noise that had emanated around him for a short while and was now simply gone. The swordsman paid this no heed and returned to his stroll through the forest, simply trying to find his way back to his beloved; and all of the things that kept stopping him were being a nuisance. The fencer continued to walk in the dense forest, trying to find a way towards where he was heading, but being hopelessly lost did not help him from not feeling he was headed in the right direction. "I'm sure I must be drawing near where milady is," he whispered to himself as he continued walking through the unmoving forest. Hopefully, he would find her soon.

Re: Unexpected Alliances (Sakume, Godsmack'd, Avyuir)
Sakume fluidly leaped from branch to branch, her heart thumping wildly. It was such a rush, almost like stalking prey. That deer she caught yesterday was especially delicious. Thinking on such matters, her foot caught in a branch and made a snapping sound as she broke it. Cursing inwardly, she jumping behind the nearest tree, watching as he turned around below, but kept walking. Surely he knew of her presence by now. She was good at sneaking, yes, but it was not her strongest suit.
Perhaps she coudl have a bit of fun with him...she leaped across his head to his right, purposely making some noise and then making back to the left. Her keen eyes noticed a hand alight on his sword hilt. Hm...a fighter, wasn't he? How interesting. She halted the branches rustling by placing a food on it, absorbing the rustling herself. He stilll tried to walk forward with no idea. Pft...yeah right. He knows I'm here, and I know he's here... "I'm sure I must be drawing near where milady is." She heard him whisper lightly, and straightened. Oh, so he was in love, was he? Figured. Love...horrible thing, wasn't it? She snatched a pine cone, and thoughtfully threw it towards his head, just to see what would happen after she ducked out of sight. The wind also brought her news of some newer scents upon it, that of things she had never smelled before. She sniffed lightly, wrapping her legs about the branch and swinging under it, a lot like an acrobat in the circus. |

Re: Unexpected Alliances (Sakume, Godsmack'd, Avyuir)
BiC: "Who are you?" Trigoon asked, holding the hilt of his sword, ready to strike. Never has he acted so cautiously. Anyone who trains their mind would not be so alerted, but only calm. Maybe the subject he mdeitated on was bothering him, supposedly.
"Look, I was only here for a flight through the forest on my dragon, Valakas," the female warrior replied. "It was autumn, and I always enjoyed the season. I just came to experience the joys of autumn. I did not come here to fight you." "I apologize, then," Trigoon said, letting go of his sword. "However, you must go now." He looked back, and explained, "There are others in this forest, who I believe are dangerous. I do not wish to fight anyone today, so I am on my way. You should be on your way, as well." "You seem like a warrior," Emir stated. "Why not fight them?" "I do not want to fight today, nor do I ever want to fight. But unfortunately, that is why I am here, today..." Emir looked at Trigoon, confused. She then spoke out, "Well, if what you say is true, then I might as well..." Just then, Trigoon heard something from a far distance. Emir noticed that he was alarmed by something. "What did you hear?" Emir asked, wondering what might be the trouble. "I heard a twig snap off a tree," Trigoon replied, disturbed by the fact that the enemies behind him are still here inside the forest. "I didn't hear anything," Emir told Trigoon. "Are you some sort of animal or something? Because I don't know any humans who could listen to something so soft from a great distance." "Who said I was human?" Trigoon asked, with a calm voice. "If you are not human, then what are you?" "Let's just say that I was sent by a 'higher diety.' " The trees were shaking heavily, as if someone was leaping from tree branch to tree branch. Trigoon felt the disturbance he had felt before, and he felt that it was the demon he felt, who was supposedly pursuing him. "Show yourself, demon!" Trigoon shouted out. "I know you are here, you cannot hide from me!" |

Re: Unexpected Alliances (Sakume, Godsmack'd, Avyuir)
OoC: Damn, you guys post fast.
BiC: Their is someone here. But is it truly a demon. And what does this guy mean by "higher diety"? Emir pulled out her bow and arrows. She figured since the "demon" was in the trees, it would need to be shot down. But what if its just a human, like us? God, I hate having doubts. But I must try to atleast aim for it! Emir pulled and arrow out of its quiver and prepared her arrow. She tried to focuse as easily as she could, but the trees were dense, and this "demon" was very quiet. "There!" Emir fired her arrow straight at a tree. A cry was heard but nothing fell. It was obviously hit, but it must be stronger than most demons to have not fallen out of the tree. OoC: srry for the shortness, nothing really came to my mind.

Re: Unexpected Alliances (Sakume, Godsmack'd, Avyuir)
The aura master turned slightly to see a pine cone coming at him as he ducked from it and looked up where it had come from. "I know you are there," he said nonchalantly as he kept walking, but something was telling him that another force was drawing near. The swordsman kept walking along the path, slowly moving towards wherever this road would take him, and hopefully that would be to his love, but fate had chosen a different fate for him this day. The sounds of something moving towards him, mixed with the sounds of whatever was watching him from the forest were slightly annoying, mostly because they would not be shaken.
Suddenly, the sound of a bowstring snapping as an arrow was released echoed through the forest, followed by a muffled cry of either pain or annoyance. The aura master ran towards where the arrow had come from and looked upon who was there. The thing that had been shot did not fall from the trees; however, its presence was already known, so it made sense for it to hide anymore. As the fencer ran through the forest, he suddenly found two figures: an angel with a katana strapped to his back and Emir, the warlord. Zorlo moved his left hand towards the hilt of his rapier, but did not draw it, being prepared to strike if he needed to. Zorlo moved his eyes to Emir again and smiled at her, knowing all to well who she was and not wanting to fight her if he could avoid it. Standing up straight, although still keeping himself ready to unsheathe his sword if need arose, the fencer stated, "Emir, it is good to see you again. How have you been?" He inquired, not really wanting to start any trouble. "Zorlo, what are you doing here?" The warlord asked. "I bought a crappie map and I'm now very lost; now, I'm lost in this forest whilst I search for milady." "Milady?! Do you mean Selene?! She's dead though Zorlo." "Its a long story Emir, I'll tell you it later, but for now, I must return to getting out of here." The angel that stood near the warlord was slightly edgy, still clasping the handle of his katana. "Who are you?!" He asked in an annoyed tone. "I am Zorlo, fencer to Tasogare, and I must get back to traveling," he told them as he turned to leave. Suddenly, after hearing the sound of a sword drawing and the fencer turned, drawing his rapier and guarding the katana of the angel; the two starring each other down. "Why did you attack me?!" The aura master asked in an annoyed tone. "Are you the demonic essence I sense?!" Trigoon asked, trying to overpower the fencer.

OoC: I know it is not my turn yet, which is why I am not going to go, but I would like to state that this battle, in my opinion, is getting rather interesting. I wonder what will happen later...
By the way, Sakume, it is your turn. |

Re: Unexpected Alliances (Sakume, Godsmack'd, Avyuir)
OOC: Oh, I know. I'm just busy. Please be patient as I'm always rather busy.
BIC: Sakume did not expect the arrow whatsoever, and therefore taken by complete surprise when the arrow whizzed past her face and pierced her hand. "Arowwww!" she howled in pain, ripping the arrow out of her wound and baring her teeth. She bit down on her lip to muffle the cry, her dark angry eyes snapping towards the fencer, who was looking straight towards her. Most likely he did not see her right away, for he ran with full speed out of the forest. Sakume dawdled behind for a moment. Whatever or whoever it was that had taken a shot with her hand, they were incredibly good at aiming. She was not entirely comfortable with that...they were so good at what they did. "You will all die..." she whispered in a hiss, snarling. "I have done nothing to harm you, yet you attack me without questioning. I was only having a bit of fun..." Her corners of her mouth twisted downwards as she shook her hair wildly in the breeze. Stepping out on the exposed branch, she glowered at the company down below. "What do you want of me?" she asked loudly, a growl in her tone. "And who was it that dares to have shot me?!" No one answered right away, so she turned to Zorlo. "Was it you?! The one who lacks so much intelligence as to keep silent in the forest?! You breathe so loudly, I could have struck you down in the middle of the night!" she snarled. |

Re: Unexpected Alliances (Sakume, Godsmack'd, Avyuir)
BiC: "Please, do not hurt him," Emir pleaded Trigoon. "He is a friend of mine. He means us no harm."
"That may be true, but then why does he have that monster following him?" Trigoon looked at Sakume. Sakume turned away from Zorolo, and looked at Trigoon. She snarled at him, ready to pounce on him without a second thought. "She was following me," Zorolo answered. "I knew someone was following me, but I wasn't sure enough to be so eager to attack blindly. "I know that you knew where she was, do not lie!" Trigoon pointed his sword towards him. "Move out of my way, she is to die." "Hold on, now," Zorolo told him. "Sure, she isn't human, nor may she be good-hearted, but there is no need to attack someone who hasn't done harm to anyone." "I did not do anything to you, so why do you want to kill me?" Sakume stared into Trigoon's eyes, and Trigoon did the same. Sakume had this uncomfortable feeling inside her, as if she wasn't controlling herself. She growled at Trigoon, and closed her eyes, turning her head away from him. "She has done harm to people in the past," Trigoon explained. "I can sense in her much death, which she has caused." "Didn't you hear of redemption?!" Zorolo asked. "She is no monster by her own decision, I can tell. Why not give her a chance to become good?" Trigoon paused for a moment. Redemption... something Trigoon wishes for everyone. Those who are good and bad, and maybe even worse. Something he hasn't known for so long, that he does not understand the meaning of the word. It was meaningless to him. Ever since the One who sent him has ordered him to rid the world of the evil that inhabits it, it's all he ever knew to do. He couldn't change his mind, not if he wanted to... "Move aside," Trigoon ordered Zorolo. "I do not wish to fight you." "Sorry to say," Zorolo started to speak. He grabbed the hilt of his rapier, and pulled it out slowly, as the sound of the blade being unsheathed was heard throughout the forest. "I cannot let you hurt her." Zorolo looked at Sakume, who stood beside him. She had a look of gratitude on her face. "I thank you, sir, for doing this for me." Emir stepped forward, toward her friend. "Zorolo, please do not get in his way. He isn't human, he has unquestionable strength." "I can tell he isn't human," Zorolo explained. "A man who knows no forgiveness is no man." "We are all warriors," Emir stated. "We all kill, but we all do not forgive." She put out her hand, as if trying to reach for Zorolo's. "Do not fight him, please." "I am sorry, my friend," Zorolo said softly. He looked at Trigoon, who as well looked at him. He had his sword above his head, both hands tightly holding the hilt of the sword. Zorolo had his sword beside him, ready to strike his foe. They both stepped forward, ready to leap towards each other, and strike each other down with their weapons, but as they did, Emir stepped in between the two. "Emir, what are you doing?" Zorolo asked confused. "Please, do not interfere," Trigoon pleaded. "This does not concern you." "Maybe so, but I cannot let him fight you." Emir looked at Trigoon, as she took out her Wing Duel Blades. "I'm doing this to protect him, but do not think I am helping you. I also do not like the idea of you hurting the so-called "demon.' I know what you are pretty much capable of, and I do not want him to get hurt." "If this is what you wish to do," Zorolo said, surprised that his friend would help such a person, "Then I will have no choice but to hurt you." "As so would I," Emir replied. "I just do not want you to get hurt as much as you would if you were to fight him." "But either way," Zorolo said, "You or me will get hurt." "I know," Emir stated. "I am so sorry, my friend..." OoC: This should pretty much start the battle. Sorry if I'm making you guys look like enemies to each other, when you are supposed to be friends, but the battle had to start somehow, and since it was my turn, I took the opportunity. |

Re: Unexpected Alliances (Sakume, Godsmack'd, Avyuir)
OoC: Damn, and I really wish it wouldn't have turned so haywire so fast but W/E. Lets get this started! And GS, you spelt ZORLO wrong. You put ZOROLO. And Sakume, I'm going to put
BiC: Emir pointed her blades at both men. Her right blade in front of Zorlo, and her left in front of Trigoon. "I will say this once more Emir, stand aside." "And I shall say it once more aswell. I will not do such a thing." Trigoon had seemed to relaxe and stand down, but as Emir let her left blade slide down, Trigoon pushed past her and begun to fight with Zorlo! As Emir recovered from the push, the other human had attacked her! Luckily for Emir, her weapons had not been knocked out of her hands. Emir blocked the attack from the girl. "Ugh, such fools!" Emir whipsered under her breath. Emir jumped into the air. As she was coming down, she twisted and started to come down head first. As she was coming down, she started to spin using her blades as the point. She crashed down onto the girl, knocking her over. The girl easily got up however and started to attack Emir once more. Emir easily blocked these attacks, for they were choppy and predictable. Lets see if this girl will be any match for me!

Re: Unexpected Alliances (Sakume, Godsmack'd, Avyuir)
The aura master now stood on one side of Emir's blade and starred at it as the angel readied to fight him. Suddenly, the angel pushed the warlord and struck, causing the fencer to leap backwards as the katana cut into the ground. Zorlo landed on the ground and slid back, never moving his eyes from Trigoon. The angel slashed at the fencer furiously, ever trying to stop him from evading, but the swordsman was a hard person to pin down for any amount of time and the warrior dropped down and swept at the angel's feet, knocking him off balance and causing him to fall. After Trigoon hit the ground, Zorlo quickly moved backwards and kept a close eye on him, cautiously watching what the man was doing.
This guy's pretty strong, but he seems distracted, that could be used as an advantage. As the swordsman watched the angel rise, he slowly drew his rapier and readied it for combat; the angel recovered his blade and charged again at the aura master, who was ready to fight this time. The angel swung his sword down upon the fencer, who blocked the attack, but was pushed slightly down by the force of his foes attack, but the fencer pushed back and repelled his foe's sword and threw the angel off balance; the fencer wasted no time and rushed the man, delivering a quick kick in the gut and throwing the man away from where the fencer stood. The angel held his stomach in one hand and caught his breath slowly, showing no signs of wanting to stop fighting at all. The angel moved his sword to his right side and charged, making a quick horizontal slash at the fencer, who jumped back, narrowly avoiding the attack; the fencer stepped back and counterattacked, quickly diagonally slashing at this angel, who quickly moved his sword and guarded, causing the two swordsmen to lock blades. The two stood there, swords locked, ready to fight to with everything they had; but for what reason were they fighting? that is right, Trigoon had attacked Zorlo, thinking he was a demon, but since the fencer was not a demon, then why did this angel attack him? There were many questions to be answered in this battle, and the fencer would make sure he had answer to each at the end. The aura master pushed his sword forwards, as did the angel, the two blades sparking as they slid along the surface of the other; and then, the fencer made a skilled move, quickly rolling to the left, freeing both blades and then ducking down and kicking his foe in the gut, causing Trigoon to move back some, again grasping his stomach. The angel held up his sword in two hands, the blade pointing at the sky, as the angel charged. The fencer held his sword out and readied to attack as the angel moved quickly, making a quick vertical slash that the fencer rolled to the side, but soon found a foot in his own chest, but luckily for Zorlo, his foe connected with his armor instead of the man. The aura master looked at the angel as the angel's foot drove itself into his armor, causing little damage to the fencer. Zorlo quickly grabbed Trigoon's foot and pushed it away, but the angel quickly struck, cutting the fencer's jacket with his katana, scraping along the titanium his armor was made of. As the sparks ran from the cut as it expanded, the fencer stumbled back slightly, pushed back by his foes quick attack. The angel jumped back, standing with his blade pointing at the sky; he quickly charged again, making a quick diagonal arc at the swordsman, who swung his rapier the reverse of his foe's katana and the two blades shook in their owners' hands after they clashed and the force from the attacks caused the blades to vibrate. Quickly, Zorlo thrust his sword at the angel, who moved as best he could around the quick thrusts his foe was throwing and finally counterattacked with a swift horizontal slash that forced the fencer to jump back, starting the battle over. "Before we continue, I must know, what is your name? I am called Zorlo, fencer of Tasogare and I am merely a traveler, trying to get back to where my lover is. Who are you and what are you doing here?!" The fencer asked, starring down the angel before him.

Re: Unexpected Alliances (Sakume, Godsmack'd, Avyuir)
Sakume's normal attack patterns were not working on this girl, and she knew she had to relax a bit if her attacks were going to start hitting at all. "You're all the same.." she sniffed, jumping to an unnatural height before coming down with a smack against Emir's weapons, knocking her back a bit. Her dark eyes snapped like two traps, cold and unfeeling on the outside, yet evidencing remorse and guilt on the inside.
"Excuse me? All the same?" Emir retorted as she countered back. "I have no need to fight you, why do you hate me?" "I hate all who love true goodness and kindness." Sakume stated in a hiss. "You all assume I'm an unholy demon...a creature from the underworld...just because that happened, now I'm no longer a human girl with feeling and capabilities in your eyes...well so be it!" She retreated a bit away from the two men fighting and unsheathed her blades, allowing them to release the three long claws with the correct pressure. She stabbed one into a tree, and with a complete fluidity, clambered up the tall pine. "I never said that!" Emir protested, watching as the girl climbed up the tree, wary for the next attack that she predicted would be harder to dodge. Sakume was beginning to think... "No? Well find it out now!" Sakume roared, pushing off the tree in a backflip as she came soaring down for a complicated attack pattern of one claw-like blade spinning and the other simply coming down with a precision course for the girl's head. |

Re: Unexpected Alliances (Sakume, Godsmack'd, Avyuir)
OoC: Before I add my detail to the story, I would like to point out a few things. First off, I was only paying attention to Zorolo's name, instead of his character's. They seemed a bit too similar, so I just assumed it was the same. Secondly, My character wasn't attacking Zorlo because he thought he was the demon, but because Zorlo was protecting Sakume from Trigoon, and he wouldn't get out of his way. I just had to point that out.
BiC: Who are you?" Zorlo asked once more, standing with his rapier at his side. Trigoon Was fighting randomly, just swinging his sword aimlessly around, trying to hit his opponent. It was not how he fights his battles. "I cannot tell you," Trigoon replied. "I cannot tell you why I am here... what my purpose is in this world..." "Why the hell not?" Zorlo asked. "I told you who I was, it is only fair that you tell me who you are." "Then all I can tell you is this," Trigoon began to explain. "I am Trigoon, a soldier of Heaven, sent by the One who is all holy and loving. He has sent me to rid the world of evil, sent by Satan to destroy all that is the Lord's. In doing so, I am to kill those who defy the Lord, and who disobey him, by taking another man's life away... which is what I am sent to do..." Which is what I am sent to do... What does he mean by that. Zorlo did not fully understand the angel's explanation. Who is this "One?" "Who is this One?" Zorlo asked curiously. "Who is the Lord, you speak of?" "He has no true name, because he is everything that was made by him." Trigoon continued to explain. "All I can say is that 'I am who I am' has sent me here." I am who I am? What does that mean? It made no sense to Zorlo, but now it didn't seem important as it did a moment ago. "Forget telling me about you, tell me why you are so eager to kill that human." "She is no human!" Trigoon exclaimed. "She is a demon, a monster. She has killed many, and for that she is to pay with her life... If only it wasn't so..." Again with the nonsense! Zorlo was annoyed by Trigoon's explanations that seem to give him more questions to ask him. He did not care who he was, but all he did care about was trying to stop him from killing someone who did not ask for the life she now lives. Zorlo held the hilt of his rapier tightly, ready to continue the battle without any further delays. Trigoon did the same, as he had his left hand behind him. Zorlo did not notice this, so he darted forward, feeling very confident about this fight, seeing as how Trigoon hasn't dealt any severe blows to Zorlo. Trigoon did not move an inch, and Zorlo jumped at Trigoon, with his rapier held above his head, ready to be driven down. However, Trigoon threw out his left hand from behind him, and threw 3 shurikens at Zorlo. The shurikens did not hit him directly, but sliced his skin on his arms and his left leg. Zorlo fell to the ground, rolling along the ground as he held his leg in pain. Trigoon moved to the side, and just watched him lying on the ground. He walked up, and looked down at him. Zorlo looked at Trigoon, who stood over him. Looks like he's not distracted, anymore, Zorlo told himself. It seems as though he's not kidding, either. Trigoon took out his gun from its holstler (sp?), and pointed it to Zorlo's head. Zorlo look at the gun, and was a bit frightened by the site of the weapon. However, he would not let it interfere with stopping this angel from harming the girl. "I truely am sorry about this," Trigoon said. "I do not wish this for you." Zorlo only replied with a grin... |

Re: Unexpected Alliances (Sakume, Godsmack'd, Avyuir)
OoC: Hmm, interesting posts dearests. And I have a feeling, this battle may turn a bit bloody.
BiC: Emir had seen this same type of move before. One aims for the head, in hopes of killing the opponent with instant death. Emir knew there was no way to actually block this with another weapon, she would have to manuvere out of the way of the attack. Emir easily did a backflip out of the way of the girl and watched as she crashed down into the ground. Although, as the dust cleared, she could see that the girl was unscathed. What is this girl? Emir glanced over to the angel and Zorlo. To her horror, the angel had pulled a gun on Zorlo. "What are you doing! Aren't you supposed to be an angel?!?" "Stay out of this!" OoC: sry guys, but I've drained my head of ideas frm my new character!!

Re: Unexpected Alliances (Sakume, Godsmack'd, Avyuir)
OoC: Godsmack'd, I have only one complaint, and that being: STOP READING MY CHARACTERS MIND AND PORTRAYING HIS THOUGHTS! THAT BOUNDARY IS MINE AND MINE ALONE! Thank you and have a nice day.
BiC: The aura master looked at the gun the angel was pointing in his face, and glanced over the ninja stars, two stuck in the chain-mail sleeves of his jacket, and the other lodged in the chain-mail just over his thigh. The fencer knew that his foe had no idea that his whole upper body, save for his head, was protected by titanium chain-mail, but then again, how could he, for this foe had never fought anyone with armor forged by a God. The green haired man watched as the angel pulled the trigger and moved out of the way of the bullet that hit the ground; the fencer recovered his sword and thrust it into the angel's lower abdomen, and quickly pulled the sword out and jumped to the side. The angel held his side as the blood soaked his clothing; his eyes were slightly annoyed with what the swordsman had done. The fencer merely smiled as he pulled the throwing stars from his jacket and threw them to the ground and readied to strike again. "I'm not going to be stopped by you," the angel said as another shot rang from his pistol, but the fencer was ready and split the bullet with a quick shot as the swordsman took a step forwards. "You angels and your 'God', with the way you people talk about him, you'd think he was all the only power in the world. You and your people need to get over your God, for there are many Gods out there, not just your own. Impressing that he is the only true one is bearing false witness, and that is a form of blaspheme. The woman I love is an angel, and she can tell you from meeting other Gods the fact that there exist many Gods in this realm. Before spreading your Zionist crap, think for yourself!" The fencer spat at the angel, a flaring anger erupting from him at the angel's arrogance and blaspheme. "How dare you speak ill of the Lord, our God, who brought us from nothing to something," the angel said, getting angry at this and firing another bullet, only to watch the fencer slice it in half again. The angel twirled his pistol around his finger and returned it to its holster and reached his hand behind his back, and quickly launching a handful of shuriken at the fencer, who moved again with ease, deflecting the long range weapons in a fluid, dance like movement that would have astounded anyone watching. "You preach your God like he made everything, but there is no fact to prove this. I have met Gods before, so for you to say that one is superior to the rest is again, to bear false witness, which I know to be one of the teachings your God is opposed to. Before you make assumptions, make sure you have all the facts," the aura master said as he charged. The angel moved quickly and unsheathed his sword, stopping a quick slash horizontal slash from the fencer. The two warriors found their swords locked again, as they pushed their weapons against each other with the great force. Sparks erupted as the blades pushed against one another, the fencer the simply side stepped and caused the angel to fall forwards into the aura master's knee, knocking the wind from him as the fencer spun his leg around and kicked the angel in the back, forcing him to the ground. The aura master jumped back and reassumed his combat stance, keeping a close eye on Trigoon, who was slowly rising from where he had been knocked to. The angel held his sword ready to strike again, and the fencer was all to prepared to fight with the angel, and even with his guns and throwing stars, the angel was proving to be a challenge. "I'd best be careful if I were you," Zorlo said. "I'm not so weak as you assume either," he told the angel, ready to strike again.

Re: Unexpected Alliances (Sakume, Godsmack'd, Avyuir)
Sakume watched for a split second as Emir moved out of the way, unscathed. Her werewolf blood was strong today, it must have been close to a full moon. She bared her teeth, preparing to fight as she did not like her attacks missing. She charged, but stopped when she noticed Emir speaking to the angel-like being. "What are you doing? Aren't you supposed to be an angel?!"
Sakume listened to his response intently. "Stay out of this!" Sounded like her kind of guy. "Yes, this is our battle! You shot me without good reason, and now I'll do the same!" she cried in a screech, unleashing a claw and forcing it towards the girl's hand, inches away. "I will defeat you all if you dare to attack me, and the angel shall suffer the most. He assumes me...he's like all the rest." She continued her rush. Her eyes turned towards Zorlo in battle as she listened to him at the same time. He spoke the truth...in facts, but that was not the point of this religion. Her own family had been well-taught in the belief of God. But this was not the point...much of this religion did not make sense logically, but that was why it required so much faith. Faith...it was the basis...she snarled at the fencer's lack of thought. Perhaps he had no faith...sometimes...facts needed to be replaced by faith. Of course, even Sakume had her anger towards God...but she couldn't think of any of that now. She didn't have time. She had to continue to fight...with that, she slashed. |

Re: Unexpected Alliances (Sakume, Godsmack'd, Avyuir)
OoC: Ok, I'm back from my long absence from this battle, and now I am ready to continue.
BiC: "You do not know what you are saying, mortal," Trigoon told the fencer, holding his sword tightly in one hand, and his gun in his other. "I am a witness to his doings, I have seen what he has done. He has done great things, and you should be thankful that he has created you." "If he is as great as you say, then why do you speak of him, disgustingly?" Zorlo asked Trigoon, cautious of the angel's anger and ready to defend himself. Because you haven't seen as much as I have from him, is what Trigoon wanted to say as his answer, but it seemed that it would give away too much about the situation he has with God. It is true that Trigoon does not like what God has told him to do, nor what he has wanted to be done. To kill anyone, good or bad, is against the 6th Commandment: Thou shall not kill. What has ever hapopened to the 10 Commandments that God had given to Moses? "You are not to know, and neither do I," Trigoon explained. "Then that makes you very foolish, insulting your High Deity for no reason." Zorlo looked into rigoons eyes, and simply knew that what Trigoon said was not so. "But I guess that if you do not know why you are so angry, then I might as well be on my way, and you could let the girl be on her way, as well." "I will not let her live, for God does not want that!" Trigoon blurted out, not aware of the fact that he has given more than enough information on the conflict he has with God, and of God's demands of him. "So you do know why you are angry at God," Zorlo said, acting sarcastically. "Do you mind telling me why?" "Shut up, mortal!" Trigoon demanded of the fencer. He was angry now, nothing more. A great feeling of hatred built up in him, as if he wasn't himself anymore. As if he was possessed by something demonic. Trigoon pointed the gun at Zorlo, and started firing. Zorlo sliced a few bullets in half, but seeing that there was too many, he ran from the firing, and leaped behind a large rock. Trigoon continued firing, as if he thought he was going to hit Zorlo at any moment. Just then, Zorlo heard a clicking sound coming from Trigoon. It was the sound of a gun, empty of its ammunition. Knowing he had the chance, he stood up and was ready to dart at Trigoon, but at that split second the angel sliced the large rock Zorlo hid behind, and kicked the fencer in his stomach. The fencer had the wind knocked out of him, and did not see the next attack from Trigoon. The angel stabbed forward at the fencer, but luckily Zorlo moved out of the way. However, he did not move completely, and a scar was left on his left shoulder. Seeing the deep scar on his left, he couldn't help but grin. "Looks to me you aren't such a weak fighter as I thought you to be, from how you fought earlier. But seeing as how you want to go 'bloody' on me, I suppose that that could be arranged." OoC: Not my best, but I have too much things on my mind at this moment. At least I'm here to continue battling. |
