Pumpkin Overlord

OoC: Alright this is a halloween quest. A giant pumpkin has been tainted with dark magic and is taking over. So basically we need to stop him, ideas for enemies are pumpkins, zombies, ghosts, witches, the classics. Try to have fun with this and happy halloween! (i know its not halloween yet) im using rayce, link in sig.

BiC: Rayce walked down the dirt path, his eyes flicking back and forth. Tonight is the night before halloween, and it feels like somthing is wrong. A man stumbled out of the mist that lay across the land like a blanket. Rayce helped him to his feet, and he saw the man had a gash across his chest.

"Please, we need to stop him" the man said, grasping for breath. On the edge of his vision, he thought he saw three shapes in the mist. Rayce drew his sword, this didn't feel right at all. The man collapsed, and suddenly the things lundged. Rayce stared in disbelief as three pumpkins leapt onto the man and started lashing at him. Rayce swung his sword, cleaving one in half, and the other two jumped at him, spiney vines reaching for him. They had jagged bloody mouthes and slanted slits for eyes. He conjured up a wave of ice, creating a shield, and the smacked into it, one turned to pulp, the other crashed to the ground. Rayce ran forward and cleaved it in two, pulp flying everywhere. A figure walked forward, and Rayce took a step forward, ready for anything. His face scrunched up as his boot made a slurping sound. He he stepped in pumpkin guts.

"Ah nasty" he said shaking his boot.

Bic:

Lothreian walked out of the woods and onto a trail, or a road. He had walked through a few squashed orange things and dicovered they were smashed pumpkins. On the road there were no signs of life. Except for one man standing on the side of the road, wiping something off his shirt. Lothreian thought that this man either smashed these pumpkins, because he was a lunitic, or that he slipped on the pumpkins.

"Are you... okay?" asked Lothreian questioningly.

"Your not going to believe this, but I was attacked by... pumpkins." laughed Rayce tentively. He lost it Lothreian thought. Well I guess that anwsers my question.

" You were attacked by... what, pumpinks?" asked Lothreian smirking. This man had obviously either had to much to drink, or was a complete cyco.

" Okay Then." Stated Lothreian still smirking. " I ll ust be on my way." The man saw the look on Lothreians face and went stern.

' I told you you wouldnt believe me." he spat. Lothreian turned around and was attacked by two pumpkins. He had his daggers in hand before the pumpkins could blink, and all that was left of the gushy faced pumpkins, was a pile of there insides.

" I think I believe you now." stated Lothreian deeply disturbed.

" Excuse me, what?" asked the man mockingly.

" I was just attacked by pumpkins." stated Lothreian.

" Come again?" laughed Rayce.

" Are you deaf? I said..." Lothreian turned and looked at the man. "Very funny. Ha ha ha. Were all laughing. But there really are pumpkins out there? so what do we do?" asked Lothreian.

" Idont know, but I really dont like it." replied Rayce all forms of mockery or laughter gone.

" We might be in trouble." answered Lothreian.

OoC: Man, BlueFox and I are apearing in every RP togeather it seems.
Anyways, I will join as Kate.

BiC: Kate looked at the ground as she flew over it, she noticed a field with two men, and some pumpkins that were moving.

Whats this all about? She thought as she slowly started to fly down.

She stopped when she was a foot over the ground, then she fell to it, and landed gracefully. One pumpkin attacked her, and she kicked it. Unfortunetly, that didn't stop it.

"Arrow Rain!" She shouted, and ten arrows apeared around it, then shot into it. few guts popped out, but enough to her descust.

"Hey again." Lothreian said, as he noticed Kate.

"Oh, hello." Kate said, while defending herself from the pumpkins. She was staying in good spirit durring it all, it amused her quite alot, the fact pumpkins were living.

OoC: It is a bit small, pleae excuse that fact... <.<

Ooc: Not a problem with me.

Bic:

Lothreian was enjoying this mini... skirmish and was happy to see his friend again. He slamed the flat of his broad sword into a pumpkin and squashed it. He looked around to see that the human was having j=no difficulty either. Soon all the pumpkins were gone.

The human looked at the half angel.

"Friend of yours? Is she non believing too?" asked the human.

" Yes, and no." replied Lothreian. Just then on zombie trudgd out of the woods. Two arrows were in it before it could move. I looked at the arrows and charged( limped) towards the company. The angel flewlow and hit the zombie with its wing. The head of the zombie flew off. Lothreian chopped it in half, then it stopped moving.

ooc: Mine wasnt that short. That time. Nice to hear from you again so soon. Saruna. Oh well, I like your characters.

OoC: Expect another one soon.

BiC: Kate smirked, it was a little fun the be battling pumpkins, she was acting a little childish this time, with no idea what was up ahead.

She picked one small pumpkin up, and swung it around, then flew up with it, and dropped it on the ground. This was nothing but a child's game to her, at the current moment.

She flew back to the ground, and landed gracefully yet again, before jump-kicking a zombie, and throwing it back quite a bit.

She flew up once again. "Wind!" She shouted, and forced a witch to the ground.

"A witch...too bad." She flew back down, and picked up a tiny pumpkin, and threw it at the witch.

OoC: She is acting childish now. <.<

Ooc: my character will soon too.

BiC: Lothreian watched with a intrest and picked up the attacking pumpkins, and started throwing them at trees, witches, and zombies, witch(get it witch,LOL, stop laughing it wasnt that funny,) then splatter, and knocks the creature over.

Lothreian was enjoying this batle alot. It was the funnest battle so far. He then leapt into the air and started jumping from one pumpkin to another. Squashing them as he wnet. Vines sprouted from the ground, andpicked up the pumpkins. Lothreian pulled out his broad sword, andstarted waping the pumpkins flat bladed, almost like a baseball bat.

OoC: Lol, okay, thats enough fun for me.

BiC: Kate picked one pumpkin up by it's grown arm, and looked at it oddly. The mouth was openning and closing, and it looked angry. She just chucked it back, rolling her eyes.

She looked behind her, and grabbed a zombie's hand, which was about to be around her neck. She flipped it over, it was as light as a feather due to it's lost fat, and such.

Turning back around, she noticed a glowing white figure. She looked at it blankly, to notice it was ghost. She sighed, most body-less creatures were effected most by magic, but she didn't think tha twind magic would be that effective.

OoC:REALLY SORRY!:embrsd: I have been in colorado and haven't been able to log on for a couple of days, again, really sorry:embrsd: Ok so basically the plot is that a giant pumpkin, twisted by dark magic is taking over the land. So right now, its the night before halloween, and we have until midnight ON halloween to stop him, so we have a day and some hours to stop him.

BiC: Rayce looked as the silvery white figure just hovered there, like it was watching them. Then it flew at the half angel. She jumped back, flapping her feathery white wings in distress. Rayce Swung his sword at the ghost, his blade going through the spirit, but an unearthly screech pierced their ears as the ghost bursted into black flames.

"Whoa" Rayce said surprised. The others looked at him as the remains of the ghost turned into orange smoke.

"I've never done that before" Rayce said. Just then they heard screams from up the path.

"We should go check that out, maybe we can find out what is going on" Lothreian said. Rayce and Kate agreed. They ran along the dirt path, the mist taking on a dark gray color. The screams got louder, and they could hear the crackling of fire. When came around the bend, they saw why everyone was screaming. A small village was being torched, and people were running everwhere. A giant spider landed on the gorund in front of them, the size of a horse. Acidic saliva dripping from its teeth.

Lothreian slashed the spider with his broad sword, and put two arrows in it before Rayce finished it off with His sworrd.

The trio charged for the village often glimpsing jumping orange balls. The three arrived and squashed a squad of pumpkins then saw a megally huge pumpkin.

" What the... is that?" shouted Lothreian.

" Its a... evl pumpkin." stated Rayce. The trio cracked up laughing.

" Whats so funny?" cackled the giant pumpkin laughing as well.
