Strange Encounters (Anyone, Tag Team)

OoC: I haven't been here in awhile, so I might be a bit rusty. This will be a tag team battle, meaning that two characters may be used by each person. I always wondered how a tag team battle would work out. I will be using the only 2 characters I have, links are in sig.

BiC: Xantez, sitting near a warm fire, rested from the journey that he had from that day. Many things had happened to him today, some normal, others unusual. The most strangest thing was what he saw in the sky: a bright ball of golden light, that seemed to have falled from the heavens.

It was strange, indeed, Xantez thought to himself. What could that have been?

But he thought there was no need to be troubled by what will not bother him. He laid back, wondering of what tomorrow may bring for him on his journey, and began to fall in a peaceful sleep.

However, it did not go that way, for something seemed to have caught Xantez's attention. He looked up into the sky, and saw that same ball of golden light he saw earlier that day. He reached for his gun from under his jacket that laid beside him, and waited for the light to come closer. As it did, Xantez gripped the gun tighter, hoping to dodge from the fast, luminous object.

What happened was to Xantez's surprise. The ball of light did not fall to the ground, but stopped right above it, creating a very strong gust of wind. It blew back Xantez, ramming his back into a tree, and all his belongings were scattered all over the ground, and the fire was extinguished very quickly.

Xantez opened his eyes, feeling the great amount of pain that shot through his back, and saw a man, floating over the ground, with golden wings made from pure light. He knew that this was no mortal, for no mortal possesses such abilities.

The man stood on the solid earth, and walked towards Xantez. Being the cautious man he always was, Xantez pointed the gun at the man, but for some reason, he did not fire.

"Why do you not fire your weapon?" the man asked.

"For some reason," Xantez explained, "I do not think you are here to kill me. Am I right?"

"In fact, I came to help," the man replied back. "I sensed great danger, that is soon going to be here. I thought that since I was here, I could not let a man fight an unfair fight."

"So you mean to say that I'm going to be ganged up?" Xantez asked. "If I were to be ganged up on, I could still take them on."

"Even so, I would still come to aid you." He put his hand infront of Xantez to help im off the ground. "I am Trigoon, but my alias is Marcus Levith."

"Alias?" Xantez asked, as he got off the ground with Trigoon's aid. "Are you some sort of spy, or a secret agent or something?"

"You could say that..." Trigoon replied, with a grin on his face. Xantez grinned, as well.

All of a sudden, the bushes started to sway. There was no wind that could be felt passing by, so there could be only one explanation: the enemies are here.

Xantez picked up his guns and long sword that, luckily, were beside him after the knockout. He put the guns in his holster, and held his long sword in his hands. Trigoon took out his sword, and a gun in his other hand. With backs facing each other, the two warriors were ready for a fair fight.

OoC: Like I said, I wonder how this tag team battle will come out.

BiC:
“What is it this time?” Tantin spoke with growing aggression towards the endless tasks he was sent on.

“You must defeat a man in battle,” The master of time spoke without a seeable mouth.

“Name,”

“Xantez,”

“So I just have to tell him to get a better name then leave,”

“Funny, no he is well equipped with weapons greater then you have yet to see on your journeys,”

“Well that’s fine, he wont be able to hit me anyways,”

“Don’t be to sure of that,”

“Whatever lets just get this over with,” He said feeling a too familiar spinning sensation. His world went lank then light shown into his eyes. He found himself in some sort of shrubbery; he peeked out side to see two men, one looked to be a celestial, standing weapons ready. The time traveler knew it could only mean this was the one he was to battle, yet there was only supposed to be one. “Great,’ he muttered to himself getting ready for yet another battle.

OoC: Short so sue me I couldn't think of anything.

OoC: well since I only have 2 characters I'll use them!!! Emir: Valakas, Duel blades, and sword. Armour: Dark crystal. Ryoko: Biconne, sword, dagger Armour: Tallum's Tunic

BiC: Ryoko easily glided Biconne near the forest's edge. It was only midday but she felt like taking a rest from flying. Also, she saw a familiar red dragon near the forest's edge too. Hmm, I wonder if that is Emir. As she glided down closer, her prediction was right. It was her best friend Emir. As she crept up silently she noticed that Valakas had looked directly at her. She put her finger to her mouth signaling Valakas to stay quiet. Right when she got behind Emir, she whistled, very loudly.

"What the hell!!!" Emir yelped. As she drew out her blade, she noticed a familiar mischevious dark elf grinning. "Ryoko, you so getting your but kicked!!!" Emir started to chase Ryoko but she knew that she would never catch her. After quiet a while they finally stopped. They both were breathing heavily."So, what brings you here Ryoko"

"Nothing, I just saw Valakas. He isn't that hard to miss."

"Well, let us set up camp and then get some rest." They both agreed to that.

"Hey Emir, look at that giant ball of gold on the horizon."

"Interesting, what could it be? Let's go check it out Ryoko. Come on Valakas."

"Biconne, lets go see something!"

As they followed the golden light, they heard people talking. They thought they weren't close to them, Ryoko and Emir were wrong!

OoC: Sorry, but Puck got here first it seems. Better luck next time, I guess.

Ehh, you won't allow another team. Plz ohh plz ohh plz.

Wait I thought it was for two people, Avyuir actually asked me to join with her so let her go i will just delete my post.

Edit: Actually that means its your turn seeing how you posted first.

OoC: Alright, then. Now that everything has worked out amongst us, let us continue. My turn.

BiC: From the rustling bushes, came three people. One was a silver-haired human, looking to be in his late 20s. He had one yellow and one blue eye, and he seemed very dangerous, as if he wasn't human, Trigoon thought to himself. He had tanned white skin, which he wore a tan tunic, and black cloth pants over. The man also had some black markings on his face, which seemed more like burns to the two warriors standing back-to-back.

There were two more opponents that greeted Xantez and Trigoon. One of the two was an elf, but judging by her greyish skin, she seemed to be a Dark Elf. To Xantez, it seemed strange that a Dark Elf would have white hair; it just doesn't seem normal, in his opinion. She wore some sort of armor, or tunic, whichever she would prefer. The other one, that accompanied her was a human, and wore some sort of blue armour. She had blonde hair, tied in braids, and her eyes were a crystal blue.

"So..." Xantez started to speak. "Who do you want to take on first?"

"This is no game, Xantez," Trigoon replied.

"We have to do this somehow," Xantez explained. "I mean, three on two? That is not an even match."

"Whoever makes the move, is whoever you will attack first," Trigoon explained to Xantez. "Understood?"

"If you say so," Xantez replied back.

These guys are too full of themselves, thought the silver-haired man. This should be easy.

He charged at Xantez, for he was the one he was told to kill. Xantez noticed this, and took evasive actions. Trigoon and Xantez both leaped away from each other, and Xantez lunged at the white-haired man. Both clashed their blades on each other's, and both fought hard to push the other man down.

At the same time, Trigoon, lunged at the two female warriors, but the two women jumped away, and the human took out her dual blades, and charged at Trigoon. Trigoon fired a few shots from his gun, only giving the woman a bit of minor flesh wounds. Trigoon moved away from the woman once she landed both her feet onto the ground. The other one, with her dual blades, swiped her swords at Trigoon, as Trigoon used his sword with his one arm, which held it, to defend himself against her.

"Before I kill you, whoever you are," Xantez spoke to the man, as their blades were crossed over each other's, "Would you care to tell me your name, so I can write it on your tombstone?"

"Since you asked so nicely," the man replied, "My name is Tantin, and I was sent to kill you, for reasons unknown."

"Sure it's unknown, they always are." Xantez sweeped his leg to trip Tantin, but failed miserably. Tantin swiped his sword to hit Xantez, but as well missed, and was hit in the face with the hilt of Xantez's sword because of it. He turned his head from the impact, and spat out blood.

"How are you holdin' up, Trigoon?" Xantez asked, looking towards him.

"Pretty well," Trigoon replied, ducking from a sword swipe from the human warrior. "I suppose."

"Well, I'll come in a sec to help out, but I first gotta..." And just then, Tantin knocked Xantez in the head with his fist. Xantez fell to the ground, from the awesome amount of impact that he recieved. Looks like he isn't as weak as I thought, Xantez told himself. Looks like extreme caution is needed.

OoC: Uhh... can someone please post? I'm growing a bit impatient (sorry for the impatience).

OoC: haha yea, I'll post!!

BiC: Emir had a flew minor wounds but they wouldn't slow her down. She quickly ran up to her opponent.

"Dance of Fire"

Emir easily heard Ryoko's words and was not shocked when her blades became engulfed in fire. She swung her blades at her opponent who leaped away.

"What, you don't like fire! Come on, learn to play with fire!" Ryoko's blades also were engulfed in flames.

"Dance of Fury"

Emir too knew what happened with this dance. Her speed greatly increased. She easily had her opponent overwhelmed.

"Like the feel of cold steel on your neck" she whispered as she easily ran behind him and touched his neck with both her blades.


Ryoko knew her dances would help.

"Dance of Fire!" As the words passed her lips, Emir's blades aswell as her own caught ablaze. "Dance of Fury" Her speed had greatly increased as had Emir's. She noticed that Emir had her opponent trapped between 2 blades on his neck. She quickly spotted the other opponent trying to swing at her. She easily evaded with her speed.

"Fool, don't think were that easy to hit!"

"Good, then this should be an interesting fight."

"Bring it on!!"

OoC: ohh, i hope that was okay, this is my first team tag match with both of my characters!

OoC: No, it's fine, you're doing great. I just wonder what happened to Puck. I haven't seen him on in awhile. But then again, I wasn't on for long to know.

I remeber now, Puck said that he was going to drop this one cause he's kinda busy right now and he can't concentrate!! Its sad, I was hoping for a tag team battle with Puck.

OoC: If that's the case, then how are we gonna do this without him, and with his character still here?

Well, I can ask him when he gets on. Or we could just RP as if they were never there?
