OoC: Alright, I think I have a plan, may not come into action for a little though. *snicker*

IC: Kyzer snickered as he heard the gears of a thousand plus reploids. "You came to destroy nature," he said. "I won't let that happen. Not as long as there is something I can do to stop you. This boy, if he gets in my way... I won't hesitate to tear him apart."

Ruby looked at him. "Kyzer..."

"This is what I have to do, to protect this world, and time itself," the black reploid said. "Ruby, you stay with the settlement."

"What do you mean?" The red reploid asked.

Kyzer ran forward. "Just do it!" He shouted as he dashed off into the battlefield. He was ready for what he had to do, even if it meant what it could mean. Everything Zero did... Everything he gave for this world, his life. Even if I must die, I won't let anyone mess with nature. There's finally a place in the world for nature to regain strength, I won't let Neo Arcadia destroy that, the reploid thought.

"That's right," Ruby said into the communicator.

"So that chip he wanted?" Cerveau asked.

"Yes," the red reploid replied. "I guess you gave him the Elf chip?"

"Correct, what does he plan to use it for?" He replied.

"I don't know... But we'll find out," the red reploid answered.

Kyzer... So you've decided...? Your final choice? A voice called.

Yes... I do not know how I am able to speak to you... Jackie... But I've made my choice. Neo Arcadia, has to be stopped. The world needs peace once more, the reploid replied.

I understand... Go, Kyzer. Give the world what it needs most.

OoC: Interesting, no?

Linda looked at the black Reploid that charged on. This boy, if he gets in my way... I won't hesitate to tear him apart. She cringed at those words. She had to get to DZX first before Kyzer did. Although now she was very nervous. The master of reality itself was watching this intently. It could interfere whenever it wished and do whatever it pleased. The Time Keeper looked out at the evil programmed into those shells. The greatest was in her own family. It messed with her family like guinea pigs, wanting only a good show and decided to extinguish humanity through this very process of using her family to do it. She felt a tear fall, and wiped it off her sadness replaced with enraged anger. She took out the dagger she had received from Valion during the mission of creation. They had all almost been killed to protect a fabrication of reality. The master would get his pay, and she knew he knew that. She held onto the dagger tightly, but knew she was never to use it. The fray was beginning and she needed in to save her family.

The thing within the shell of DZX looked on with Weil. The beast respected Weil and acknowledge him as its master. He had seen the three insurgents at the other end, but two entered the fray in a desperate attmept to defeat the two. The beast moved the shell's head towards Weil.

"How long must I wait, master?" he asked, "I've been locked away for a while and I want to destroy and see the blood of these humans."

"In a while, my accomplice," Weil said, "Just gauge them for now. You'll get your chance. Right now, my Numbers are finishing up the task required of them. Soon, these thousand will meet with tens of thousands and this force will help you with the eradication of humans."

"I thank you humbly, master." the beast thanked.

Then, the shell moved its hand to its head.

"I must attend to buisness, master." the beast informed and the shell was left in that position.

Damn it! He's fast asleep. Wake up! Wake up you fool!
"You're interfering with my plans!" an evil voice shouted.
Are you mad? If you do this, you'll have no shell to live in. You'll disappear!
"Like I care!" the beast shouted, a grin on its face,
What about Weil? Why do you follow a human?
"He's a nice pawn prone to compliments like a fly to a dead carcass!" it shouted.
You've used everyone to get here?
"How perceptive?" it complimented, "However, the boy won't wake up and I have to thank his chump of a friend Aristo for dying! When I find his killer, I'll thank him before killing him."
You fiend! I'll-
"What?" the beast dared, "Come and attack me. You forget that even though the shell has given you mind, you lack a body while I have one in this plane and in the real realm. Do what you wish, but the boy is mine!"

The beast left the plane, leaving the subconscious alone with the mind of DZX.

"I don't have time for this!" Linda shouted, ripping through the evil Reploids.

She never knew she could actually cause damage to robots with her bare hands, which gave her some confidence. However, she had to think of something. A communicator was on her wrist. Ciel had recommended it before she left to meet Ruby and Kyzer. Suddenly, a transmission went through to it.

"What is it, Rouge?" she asked.
"Who are you?" the operator asked.
"Explain the situation now before he dies!" the Time Keeper shouted as another Reploid was left in pieces.

The black reploid tore through the reploids. Nothing would get in his way, as much as he wouldn't want to harm the boy. There was something he had to do, something he swore to protect. Saving nature, and the human race, was made his top priority. Jackie... I'm making this choice, for Diana, Ruby, even this boy... Because I want them all, you, Ciel, the whole Resistance, and Neo Arcadia, to be at peace.


So... You are willing to pay this price? The girl's voice asked.

If that is what it takes to bring peace to the world, than that is what I will do, the black reploid respended. For a better world... For human kind... For Zero.

This... Why does the flame in the mind of this reploid, feel so familiar? It reminds me allot of Zero... There was an entity in an open space, thinking to himself.

Ruby was standing outside of Area Zero still, she saw the reploids coming, and was ready for them. "So, protecting nature... Zero, didn't you take care of this then?"

Neige and the settlement recieved word from Ciel, they were already getting the trailers loaded, but they had numerous reploids that stood watch.

"That black reploid's a pure menace to our plans Lord Weil," the shell reported, "Also, that annoying human is ripping through our forces and is heading this way. Neither have used their powers and the possibilities of them using their powers here is very low. However, the two of us will cause them to bring out their full power in vain."

"I see," the evil said, "I suppose I could give them a challenge. Two of my guardians will take care of them while the third causes damage to Area Zero."
"Lord Weil!" the beast shouted in surprise, "You have them under your control?"
"Of course," he responded with a broad smile, "I am Lord Weil after all."

The three guardians kneeled before the two. In a short time, the beast had risen to Weil's equal. Only a little more, he thought.

"Fefnir! Intercept the human girl!" The red Reploid with a grappler moved off into the distance.
"Leviathan! Stop the Area Zero residents from leaving!" The blue spear wielder moved off as well.
"Harpuia, my strongest guardian! Stop the black Reploid!" The green sword wielder moved off towards Kyzer.

"Are you defended, my lord?" the beast asked.
"I have you at my side, don't I?" Weil asked back, "Besides, the elves are almost awakening."
"Excellent!" the beast said, bringing out his blade.
"Soon, I will r-"

Weil found himself speechless. Something had gone through him. It was green and glowing. Something had begun coming from his mouth. A crimson substance to him, but black to everyone else. The object continued its journey up towards the cone, then to Weil's right and off one of his arms. He tried to raise his left hand to regenerate himself, but an arm grabbed it and cut that. He turned his head to see that the shell had done it.

"Wh-wh-what?" he stuttered, eyes wide.
"I can't have a human interfering with my plans, now can I?" the beast smirked, "Besides, you've served your purpose. With your spinal cord severed as well as your arms and some other vital systems that were keeping you up now severed from the main CPU in your head, you'll soon fall. Maybe I'll bring you back as a henchman, Lord Weil."

"Wh-wh-what have I done?" Weil asked, realizing what his foolishness had accomplished.
"You've ended the very race you tried to perserve with Omega. However, I am your new Omega. How ironic! It tastes..."

He broke the cone open and swiped a finger in the old man's crimson liquid. He looked at it and smiled even wider.

"It tastes so good." he said, only looking at the liquid fall down to the floor. The evil scientist's shell did the same.

"I know you'll be back fool," he whispered as he looked at the ongoing battle, "You always do come back."

He watched the three guardians fulfill Weil's last order, knowing that soon, that control Weil placed over them would break and they'd come to the beast, but he was ready. The beast flicked the blood on the finger away and readied his saber.

"That human girl's death will taste so good on this blade."

Linda had just seen the actions of mutiny. She didn't know if it was actually mutiny or an act from her actual grandson. Her hope was the mutiny, even though that would make things worse. The P. Hunters were now obnoxious. She wanted to beat Kyzer to the shell of DZX. She had ended the transmission before it began because of a sneak attack from behind her. Now, she could quickly take her time.

"Now, explain yourself." Rouge shouted from the communicator.
"Linda," she said, "Time Keeper."
"Forgive me," Rouge pleaded.
"Just tell me what you called for." Linda said.
"I got a message from DZX, but it claimed that it was his subconcious," Rouge explained, "Anyway, it said that some beast had taken him over and the humans would e-"
"I know that. Did he say anything else?" Linda asked.
"It said something about trying to wake him up or something." Rouge explained.

Before Linda could say anything, a fireball hit the communicator, burning it on the ground. A red reploid with a grappler had appeared on the field. Linda knew who it was. His name was Fefnir, of the Four Guardians. What confused her was that the Guardians never followed Weil. They opposed him during the Omega incident and after that, they disapeared.

"Why are you helping Weil?!" she asked, wanting to get this over with.
"He has given me power." he said, beginning to glow a bright red.
"I don't have time for this!" she shouted, readying her stance.

If Weil's dead... Do they even know?

"Did you know Weil's dead?" Linda asked.
"Don't toy with me, woman!" Fefnir shouted.

Linda was ticked now. She rushed him, grabbed his arm, twisted it into the grappler, and then held that together with her arms, forcing his head to look at the direction he came. There laid the dead body of his master, which caused something in him to rejoice a bit. He looked at Linda, asking why he was in this hold and Linda told him everything she knew. The red Guardian was furious at first, but then knew what he needed to do, let the others know of the turth.

"Thank you, Time keeper." he said before zooming off to intercept the others while Linda headed to the beast in the shell of her grandson.

Kyzer continued cutting through the enemy forces as he came to a stop, the boy was in sight. But the path between him and that boy, was more than he thought. The Green Lord, Harpuia, another reploid. Came in front of him. "If you want to get to Weil, you'll have to get through me first," he said.

Kyzer laughed. "Nothing is going to stop me from what I have to do," he said.

The Green Lord laughed. "Fine."

Kyzer realized Weil was lying there dead. What is Harpuia doing? Has he realized Weil is dead? Wait... I see... This is not the Harpuia I know, and that's not this world's Weil, I'm sure Weil died in the Ragnarok incident, the reploid thought.

The green reploid ran at him with his two crimson swords. Kyzer dashed through him, using his shadow dash technique. He then kicked him in the back as he pulled his saber. "There's one thing different between you and I. I am doing this for someone. You, have no reason to be fighting me off. Harpuia, stop this!"

"Harpuia!" A voice was heard. "You haven't noticed Weil is gone," the voice turned out to be the red reploid, Fafnir.

Kyzer took this distraction to head towards DZX's shell again. The reploids on his end, were pretty much gone now, all he had to do was rush through the plain and get to the shell.

Ruby, on the other hand. Was having her own trouble. "Pesky, Leviathan, what are you doing!?"

"Tee hee, what do you think? I came to attack the settlement," said the blue reploid.

Ruby and Leviathan both had their lances in a lock. "I'm not letting you pass," the red reploid said.

"I'll force my way through than!" The blue one exclaimed.

So... This flame of determination is the same... No... This is the flame of fulfilling a promise, no matter the cost, the entity in another space pondered. X, Zero, and now this reploid. Hmm... What!? This energy, that chip... I see... I know what I can do.

The red Reploid had departed to Kyzer's location and the pathway was cleared because of Fefnir. She looked down it and ran as fast as she could without manipulating time. Between charging robots, she saw Kyzer running towards the shell. The Time Keeper was bent on saving DZX from Kyzer. She knew that if DZX was not stopped, the darkness won. If Kyzer destroyed him, it won. However, if she could save DZX and the humans, then she'd win. It was now down to who could get there first... and she needed to win this race.

"I'm loved!" the shell shouted with sarcasm as he saw the Reploid and human run down the clear paths, "They have loved me enough to fight their way to kill me!"

The beast looked at the pale body of Weil that still lay in a pool of his own blood. He kneeled down and whispered into the body's ear, "How sweet."

He got back up and decided to pay his prisoners a nice little visit.

Wake up kid! I'm begging you.
"Still at it, you fool?" the beast growled as it entered again.
Stop this madness! The boy's done nothing to you!
"Like his mother," the beast snickered, "So, you've stored whatever's left of his childhood within you?"
I won't answer you! I don't answer to anyone!
"As if you had a choice." the beast said as he stomped the ground.

The darkness parted like earth and gave way to a bright light. The beast covered hikself with darkness as to look like a dark figure instead of its true nature. It jumped down into the light and looked at its new surroundings. The whole place was a large plain. A little boy was playing around on his own. He was about five years old and the terrified look on his face showed that he had never seen such a figure before. Even though no one could see it, the beast smiled.

What are you planning?
"Why do you ask if you already know?" the beast questioned.
You can't...
"That's right," it snarled, "I'm going to go all-out with this shell and this boy's the last defense towards my goal."

The dark figure grabbed the boy and smiled, taking in the screams of pain and fear from the little one before he, as midly as can be said, killed the boy. The subconscious witnessed the most brutal murder anyone had ever seen. The light began to fade at a rapid pace, leaving only a panel. The evil one stepped over to it and placed its hand on the screen.

"Now I have ultimate power!" the beast shouted, laughing as loud as he could.
What have you done?
"Destroyed these humans." it said before vanishing from the realm.

The mind of the young Reploid stirred and finally risen. The subonscious looked on from wherever it was, hoping the boy would stay away from the mess the beast had created out of the other boy.

Linda had covered much ground. However, she was taken by surprise when the shell was covered in a blue light. The light expanded towards the troops and then shot out into the sky. Pandora Hunters were being taken apart by this very light. Linda knew what it meant as Kyzer stood next to her, watchign the spectacle.

"The damn beast's taken over the shell completely." she said.
"What does that mean?" Kyzer asked, slightly confused.
"It means that the shell no longer has anything to hold the beast's true power back," Linda explained, "I've looked at some dimensions while researching and found that theoretically, there is a power within some that change their outer appearance and make them stronger for a limited amount of time. It seems DZX had the very same potential, but the beast got to it before he could."

The light soon faded, producing a new shell. It had black metallic wings, like that of a fallen angel. His outer colors changed from their vibrant colors to a shade of blue. At his hands and feet, the blue faded into black. The silver jewel remained intact and unchanged. The royal blue eyes had not changed in color, but a pure bloodthirst was placed in them. The saber and Shield Boomerang were still in the same places. Aristo's shield, however, was gone, probably absorbed by the light. However, Linda found where it had went to. The silver jewel shined in the light, revealing that the crystal from before had been placed inside the head's jewel. The new shell looked at the two and posed for a bit.

"Do you like it?" the beast asked after finishing a disco pose, "Took me a while, but I've finally achieved full power."

The two had faces of anger on them. The beast responded by stopping his poses and moving his arms up and down, as if telling them to calm down like dogs. In less than a second, he was patting their head.

"Don't worry," the beast mocked, speaking in a voice most dog owners spoke to their dogs, "You'll get to fight me first while I have this new shell. Yes you will. Yes you will."

Kyzer tried stabbing him, but the shell had retreated to its original spot.

"Now come you two," the beast invited, "I want to get on with destroying the humans. Please give me some entertainment before I have to kill you. Okay?"

A wicked smile was planted on the shell. Linda motioned to Kyzer.

"Please don't kill him." Linda pleaded.
"He's no longer the boy you knew!" Kyzer shouted.

The shell planted itself on the ground, looking at the two as if it were a husband-and-wife arguement. Linda played th emother, Kyzer the father. Right now, they argued on the phone. The father spotted his son helping the opposite nation and he had to kill the boy, but the mother pleaded him not to do it. The beast mouthed what they were going to say.

"He's in there though!" Linda shouted.
"If he's in there, then why hasn't he come out?!" Kyzer shouted.

The mother was speechless. The father was going to kill his son and not regret it.

"Well?" the Reploid asked.
"Because I'm not the son you once knew." the beast interrupted, "I'm better than I was before. I'm happy, mom. For the firsst time of my life, I did something without dad's permission and I'm happy. If dad killed me, I'd die happy. If I kill him, then he won't restrict me ever again.:

Linda began to cry, but Kyzer brought her back.

"Don't cry on the battlefield." he told her.

She looked at the beast and at Kyzer. One was pure evil; one was willing to do anything to protect his ideals. One killed for fun, the other for justice. She looked back at the beast, eyes of determination against eyes of blood.

"I swear on all of time," Linda said, holding up her dagger, "I'll kill you, save Dark Zero X, and save all of humanity. I swear it on my pride as a Roman and the Time Keeper!"

Kyzer and Linda rushed the shell. Linda knew that it would take everything to take down this evil that had arisen.

The darkness did not move as Linda swore to save everything. It only smiled.

"Foolish Linda," it muttered, "To do that, you'd need all the help you can get, and that's not coming anytime soon."

He laughed as loud as he could in the infinite void he called his palace.

OoC: Hope this makes up for the wait.

At the other end, Ruby was having her own problems. "Stupid," she mumbled as she blocked the blue reploids spear. "Leviathan, get out of here!"

Harpuia and Fefnir came just in time. Before long, they convinced the blue reploid to stop fighting.

Ruby thanked them. "You three stay here in front of Area Zero, please," she said. "I need to clear what reploids made it into the forest, before they get to the settlement."

The three nodded as they stood in place. "Heh, bring it on," Fefnir taunted.

Leviathan just chuckled as she stood in her place.

Harpuia grinned lightly and stood there with his two swords engaged.

I understand now, this is what this black reploid has planned, the entity thought to itself. There is another force... An entity, that seems to be spectating this as well...

Heroes aren't born, created, or manufactured, another entity said. It's what the heart, the mind, or just the life, of one. Seeks out to be. A 'Hero' is something, or somebody, that wishes to protect humanity, or just a small boy.

That is right, my friend, another entity added. As you and I, there will be many after us, as there most likely were many before us. This reploid, is only one. This reploid, is in need of assistance. He has the power to do this, but I sense. He is waiting for the right time to do it.

Kyzer snickered at the beast. "You're nothing to me, this world, or anything," he said. "I won't let you disrupt the peace that Zero brought this world. Child," he said as he pulled his saber. "You're nothing but a child to me, this beast, the mind of a child. You want everything your way," he added.

He turned to look at Linda. "You want me to spare his life?" He asked. "Alright, but I will go as far as I have to to take him down, if I have to, I will kill him. But most likely, I'll get him to break," he turned to look at the boy again. "Now..." He took the chip he'd gotten from Cerveau. "DZX, Beast, Entity, whatever you're called. I'm going to bring you down."

The reploid put the chip into a slot on his helmet, the slot closed back into his helmet. "X, Zero, The Mother Elf," he said. The reploid closed his eyes as he began to glow. The glow was a purplish black. His leg armor turned white, as his helmet turned red, the saber started to glow a luminous white color, as his eyes stayed the same. The crystal on his forehead went purple. He opened his eyes. His body was a glimmering white color, his eyes red, and his crystal purple. His beamsaber was white.

He smirked at the beast. He put his hand up as it turned into the X Buster. "Now, Child," he said. A light came from the buster as it started to charge. Energy glowing around him.

"Nice look," the beast mocked, "I wonder how it'll look with her blood on it."

The Reploid fired the energy, making direct contact with the shell. It was thrown a couple of feet back and gasped. What strength is this?, the beast thought.

The strength of the light.
"You're too late, fool!" the beast shouted into the open air, leaving the two confused.
Light never loses to you! DZX has worked hard to protect the light and you have to trick him into a memory to beat him?
"I can beat anyone who opposes me!" the beast shouted, anger on the shell's face from the insults he heard.

The beast charged Linda with incredible speed, but missed. Kyzer had moved the Time Keeper away in time to prevent contact. The Time Keeper grabbed the Reploid's hand and held up her blue glove.

"Slow Time!" she shouted, allowing the two to see time slow down.

The Time Keeper tried to get behind the shell, but when she got there, the shell had moved. She felt a presence behind her and, sure enough, the beast was ther, ready to impale her, but Kyzer knocked him away with his own saber while the beast blocked it with his own.

Landing, the beast announced, "Warping time is nothing to me!"
Weak one! Dark, weak one!
"I am not weak, you sentimental fool!" the beast exclaimed.
Prove it to me.
"Watch then, you fool!" the beast shouted, encasing the entire battlefield with light.
Perfect.

The Time Keeper opened her eyes to see a wide plain with a dark sky. Kyzer stood there, looking around at the scenery that made no sense. Linda followed suit in his actions, and scanned the area for the beast.

"He's not here?" Kyzer asked.

Linda gasped at the sight in front of her. There, on the grass, was a little boy of about five years old, or rather, the horrid remains of what may have been a boy. She could feel herself begin to lose consciousness, but Kyzer brought her back with a pat and a directional movement. The beast was sitting on a throne of complete darkness. It smiled at them.

"Welcome to the plane I was imprisoned in," the beast said, opening his arms, "I have been locked away here for years and it is here that the mind of that foolish child rests now, and I forgot to thank you Kyzer! If you hadn't said child, this would never have happened. When I kill you two, I'll tell everyone here that it was Kyzer who destroyed them! Maybe I'll start with Ciel?"

In a split second, Kyzer was about to strike him with his blade when Linda noticed something. There was an item arround the Reploid. It looked like a hand. It threw Kyzer back towards Linda and the beast laughed once more.

"This is my plane!" the beast shouted, "I can control it as much as I want! I am the creator here! You cannot defeat me in this place."

It laughed again as the darkness enveloped everything except one transparent figure. The Time Keeper looked at it, confused.

I'm glad you're here!
"Who are you?" the Time Keeper asked.
I'm DZX's subconscious. I have finally woken up, but we have to defeat the beast before DZX's mind can wander down here. I can lift some of the darkness around here, lowering the beast's power. That dagger you have. It seems to have some reaction to this plane. I can see it even though you can't. Use it against the beast to banish it from this plane.

"Thank you." Linda said, the darkness lighting up a bit, revealing the beast.

The Reploid was ready to fire when Linda began speaking again.

"Now you can go all-out." Linda replied, readying the dagger Valion had given her.

The black reploid gave the beast a glare. "So what if you control this plane, is not this plane in the boy's mind?" He asked. The reploid snickered lightly. "Hear this beast... I won't let you! Or anyone, get in my way of returning peace to my world!"

This? Ehh... I see, Zero, Mother Elf. Let's aid him! The X entity called.

For sure, this power is the same, X, Zero. Help this reploid give the world peace once more. The Mother Elf entity called.

Kyzer nodded in appreciation. "Thank you," he said as he closed his eyes. His most powerful, move sent a shockwave around him. "Protect the boy, Linda, the Time Keeper," he looked at her, opening his eyes as he smiled. "And protect Time, make peace throughout time, for my final request in this world."

Kyzer... This is your end? Is it?... A voice rang in his mind.

Kyzer looked at the beast. "I won't let you, destroy time. I'll seal you in this world, with nothing but justice. Every good deed, every human soul that has good in them. Will curse you and cling to you as you live in this plane. You, will now live, in the belly of the eternal beast!" The reploids eyes started glowing red, as the crystal on his forhead began to glow, brighter than ever before, as his saber fell to the ground, and his arm turned to the buster. He directed it straight for the beast.

He looked at Linda. "Leave... Get out, take the boy to the Resistance. I will break his hold on us. You are this boy's only hope, and the world as well."

"Heh, you are quite easier than I expected," the red reploid taunted. "You thought you could possibly beat me?" The red reploid asked, it was Ruby. The reploid was fighting off the rest of the reploids and mechaniloids.

Final request?Linda thought, grasping the concept.

"You're going to-?" she asked, while Kyzer nodded.

The beast was shocked at the energy surging through Kyzer, but something else was holding him down. He thought it was the subconscious, but he saw that an arm had grown from his darkness. It was something he could never destroy; the one thing that can defeat all evil: hope. It snarled and clawed at its own feet to try and escape, but the beast knew it was over.

The Time Keeper dashed towards the light that was the Reploids subconscious. There stood DZX, at least his conscious. She stopped, took a breath and spoke of the events that were to take place.

"Leave him," the subconscious ordered, "He'll end up back here anyway and the boy here cannot be locked away in his own mind plane, so Kyzer's attack will leave the boy unharmed. The beast, however, will not be so fortunate. I thank you, Linda, for saving this boy's life."

"Thank you for protecting him." she said as her being faded from his mind.

"I won't lose!" the beast shouted, "I can't lose!"

The dark figure angrily looked at the beast who was going to be obliterated. His plans had just begun and now they were to be ruined? Not on his watch! He lifted his hand, but when he waved it, nothing changed. The beast was still doomed to die.

"What's causing this?" the entity asked itself, "Could it be...? It must be! I can't believe it!"

The figure slammed the darkness, leaving a long, echoing sound that would haunt even him.

Linda awoke on the field where the Reploids were almost gone. Ruby must have done quite a job! The Time Keeper saw her grandson's shell on the very place she last saw it, but the beast's marks were still there. His appearance had not changed in the slightest bit. Actually, his eyes were closed, showing that the battle was still not over. She held the shell in her arms and went to Ruby, tears dropping on the face of the Reploid that was cursed within it for so long.

Kyzer looked at the beast, he was now glimmering a darkened light color. "It's over," he said in a stern voice. "Nothing you can do will stop me from destroying you, you make me sick. Your kind make me sick. Darkness, destruction, chaos. I know all of those," he said as he stared at it. His saber engaged as he pointed it straight at him.

Ruby saw Linda and rushed over to her. "Is he alright!?" She exclaimed questioningly. "Is he harmed?"

Fafnir, Harpuia. and Leviathan were standing behind her, they just all stood there together.

Kyzer continued to stare down the beast. "I've dealt with allot like you, none came to this power level. But the one thing that makes me sick, is someone that tries to disrupt peace. I hate you. I hate anything, or anyone like you. Inside this plane, this boy's mind. This must mean you're nothing more than a thought right now. Tell me, how does it feel to be near the end?"

The beast was fearful. Its life was to end here. There was nothing it could do. This Reploid was going to kill him. So... It began laughing hysterically. Every corner of darkness echoed the eerie laugh, leaving Kyzer a little confused.

"Why are you laughing?" Kyzer asked.
"We have a hypocrite!" the beast shouted, "A hypocrite amongst our mists! He preaches justice and truth. He preaches he hates those who kill for fun are evil and yet, he savors my pain as he waits. A hypocite amongst us! How I shall die happy that a hypocrite is my very killer!"

By the looks of it, the beast had pushed a button. The beast smiled and continued.

"You think yourself different?" it snarled, "You think yourself holy and upright? Fool! You have savored the death of many as have your 'heroes'. Zero killed for pleasure, not justice!"

The beast seemed to have gotten much closer towards death.

"Prove me wrong! I know you can't!" the beast finished.

Rouge, from Kyzer's time, had brought them back to the base where Cerveau began to survey any damage done to him. Linda paced back and forth, hoping that Kyzer would defeat the beast that tortured her. However, something else decided to disturb her. Ciel ran in, panting, and told Linda to follow her. Linda, a nervous wreck by this point, ran down into the maintenance room and found they had removed the Reploid's helmet to find that his hair had grown a considerable length. It was straight, black hair that reached the beginning of his legs. The beast seemed to have wanted to go on in this shell forever if it grew out the hair.

Linda let out her breath of worry, and began lecturing Ciel. However, this lecture was short lived when a voice echoed in her head. She went to the very spot DZX had gone to so he could relax and began the conference.

"You messed with my plans!" the dark figure yelled at the Time Keeper.
"Like I could let you kill my family!" Linda shouted back, "You have been manipulating everything for personal gain! Sooner or later, that would end! I'll report this to the higher council and they will not have this! Mark my words! They will have your head!"

"Like I care!" the figure childishly responded, "The higher ups can't subdue me! They've tried once and failed miserably! Foolish time Keeper! You have made an enemy of me and soon we shall fight and you'll see your place!"

The conference ended as Linda returned to the sight of the sea. She turned to see Ruby had arrived.

"Have the elves been stopped?" the Time Keepr asked the Reploid of flames.

Ruby nodded to the reploid. "Indeed, Fafnir, Harpuia, and Leviathan have all returned to their rightful place. And the elves have been dealt with. The remaining reploids are being wiped out, and the mechaniloids were scrapped... Where is Kyzer?"

"You're wrong, Zero did not kill for pleasure. When it came down to the final battle with Weil, did you see him run so he could kill more? Well? No matter what you say, no matter what you think. You will not stop me from destroying you."

The purple crystal on the reploid's forehead began to glow brighter.

Two enties formed beside him, X and Zero.
"I did not fight those many years alone for pleasure, Beast," the blue entity spoke.
"And I did not sacrifice myself, for pleasure, Evil," the red entity spoke.

"These two 'heroes' you see here. Are nothing more than two reploids that stood for what they believed in. What you see here, is true heroism. You, are the Evil that stalks the minds of innocent people. Or at least, you are like that," Kyzer stated. The buster formed on his arm as he pointed it at the Beast. "Justice, will be served."

The beast looked at the heroes beside Kyzer and smiled. Knowing that it would die soon, it looked back at his actions. What had it wanted to accomplish from killing all humans even though it would die after? Nothing.

"This boy's got himself a lucky life," the beast spoke, "A real hero to look at and friends who's die for him. You have a different goal, but to me it's the same. Come on! Shoot me! If you don't, then I'll make you!"

The beast broke free of the mysterious grip of hope and dashed at Kyzer and the two entities, wanting death for himself and the boy he had finally understood and was no longer willing to control.

Linda looked out at the sea and marveled at the beauty of the setting sun, then looked back at Ruby and began her story.

"So, he's now in DZX's mind, trying to get rid of this beast," Linda asked, "I know that they'll both be okay. Besides, are you really that worried about Kyzer?"

Linda eyed Ruby suspiciously and then announced, "Forget that."

The Time Keeper looked back at the setting sun. She knew what the future had asked of her: one more setting sun for all of humanity to see, and she was not going to deny the future that even she couldn't see that wish. Kyzer fought to preserve this land and future and now she had to preserve every single land. When the time came, she would know who to ask for help.

The stars had begun to rise everywhere. The threat of a complete annihalation was averted this very day. One Weil was forever defeated and peace can finally reign. Linda couldn't wait to tell DZX the good news. The possibility of peace was set and ready to go in motion. Hopefully, Ciel would call in and tell them about the peace that began.

That is... if Kyzer can fire the shot she saw him prepare as she departed. Do it Kyzer!, Linda thought as the stars began to settle into the hostile sky.

Kyzer looked at the beast. "There's something wrong about this," he said. He disengaged the charge and pulled his saber as he dashed out of the way. "You want me to kill you," he said, standing there in a defensive pose. "I'm not going to kill you because you want me to," he added. "However," he moved up to him and thrust the saber through the beast's gut, staring him in the eye.

Ruby looked at the Time Keeper. "Kyzer is like a little brother to me," she said as she walked up beside her, standing there as she watched the sunset. "But he acts like a big brother... So... How do you think I would feel if I lost him?" She asked.

Ciel was pacing for the boy laying there in Cerveau's lab. She looked down at him. "You'll make it through, Kyzer has never let me down before... You'll make it through," she whispered as she stood at the bed and looked down at him. "You have too... Too much suffering has come out of this foolishness... Wars and greed... The energy crisis... Ragnarok," she looked at the boy and gave him an assuring kiss on the forehead, but did not quite know why. "You'll be alright," she added as she stepped back and sat down in a seat.

The black reploid pulled the saber out of the Beast and stepped back, looking at him. The reploid was still ready for anything, however. "I will kill you, because this boy has done nothing wrong, and you are torturing him for it," he said. The reploid turned around to walk away as he engaged the buster and charged, stopping. The reploid turned to look at the Beast, and aimed the buster at him.

"I understand your worry," Linda responded, "Him being my grandson and all, I've been worried this whole escapade. That's kind of why I came in the first place, not because of the elf problem. There had been some odd fluxuations in time and it seems that this beast's existence threatened time itself along with humanity."

"What is a Time Keeper?" Ciel asked, having just arrived.

"Well, it's kind of hard to explain," Linda began, "But I can try. You see, there's a kind of hierarch in this thing. The lowest are some creature of sort. Humans would fall in this category. Then, there are magic users. I've actually met quite a few who are adept at their magical skills. Then, there's the Time Keeper who has to regulate the flow of time and make sure everything is happening the way it was meant to be. I'm the first human Time Keeper. Everyone else was just created by my higher-up, a Reality Master. He can take reality and with just a snap, change it to his will. He has incredible power. He probably created the beast within DZX. In fact, he admitted to this act. Basically, he can crush humanity with a snap of his fingers and is right no, probably watching us. There are some people higher in the chain, but I've never seen them. I hope they'll stop this madman."

"Woah! Stop!" Ciel shouted, "Can you repeat this?"
"Human to Time Keeper to Reality Master to higher council," Linda responded, "I've only heard the council and Reality Master in a quick mind conference, but the council seem to have some powers that check the Reality Master and vice-versa. A Time Keeper makes sure time flows correctly and is looked after by the Reality Master. Understand?"

"Okay," Ciel answered, "However, don't your powers also check the Reality Master?"
"No." the Roman answered.

"Damn it all!" the Reality Master shouted, "I know the council is doing nothing, so how are my powers not affecting anything?"
"Because I can hold it off," a voice defiantly answered.
"You?" the figure asked in sudden realization, "You shouldn't be here!"
"What kind of fool underestimates me so quickly?" the voice asked before leaving.

The figure walked around in frantic thought.

"It seems my plans will have to be expedited." he said as his patience settled again.

"Are you going to finally fire?" the beast asked in frustration, "Are you doubting my word? Can an evil not speak the truth once in a while? Potential always lies with all. Potential of good, evil, neutrality. I may have done evil, spoken evil, but I now speak of good and want to do good by making you do good. Please! If you don't do it, then I will!"

Without waiting for a response, he staggered back and gathered his energy so that it was visible as an aura. He looked at the wandering mind of the boy and launched himself towards it. However, a hand grabbed him from the darkness and held him back. The beast felt its arms getting crushed by these hands. They were at their limit.

"Tell those outside that Creation and Reality are intermixed. To defeat reality, one must use the power of creation. I speak truth even now. Farewell, Kyzer. You've taught me the most important lesson anyone can learn." the beast said.

The darkness held him upright.

"Fire now Kyzer!" the subconscious shouted, "I can't hold him for much longer. Just do it!"

Ciel looked at the Time Keeper. "Being able to control time, couldn't you save lives, and stop things that happened... From happening?" She asked her, holding a hand to her heart.

Kyzer let out all of the energy he'd charge, heading straight for the Beast. "I see," he said as he turned around, changing back to his original form as the entities around him vanished with a simple thumbs up, the blue entity left, with a nod, the red one left. And the dark one just smiled as she vanished away. Kyzer turned around and looked. "Perhaps that Time Keeper, will be able to tell me what that meant.

A beep came from the communicator. "Ciel, I will fade with this plain in the boy's mind. I am sure, if I am not out. Teleport me to the Resistance base, but don't make a hasty teleportation, I don't want to chance harming him."

Ciel nodded. "Alright, Kyzer, is..."

"The job is done."

Ciel rushed to the command room. "Rouge, locate Kyzer's code, and teleport him back here. Don't be hasty."

The operator nodded. "Teleporting, now!"

Kyzer was standing in the middle of the command room, a few minutes later. He looked around. "Take me to the boy, and the Time Keeper, if she is still here. I have a question I want to ask her."

The Time Keeper was surprised that Ciel left without having her question answered. There seemed to be an air of urgency since Ruby followed out with her. Linda was on her own and decided to visit the young boy in the lab. Cerveau must have been working the whole time on any repairs. The room was empty, except for the boy. He must be taking a small break, she thought as she went towards the still shell whose eyes were closed. She pulled up a chair and sat down in it next to DZX.

The helmet was back in place, but the hair that grew was now outside of the helmet. It seemed that the shell would not change back. Does this mean... No! He'll pull through!, the Roman thought. However, something stirred in the deep reaches of reality... and she knew where it happened...

"Foolish ones!" the master shouted in his palace, "War shall soon begin!"

After the echo died down, three figures kneeled before the master. One figure had two daggers and a large amount of throwing knives on the dark brown vest it wore. It wore a black hat and some tight, brown pants for agile movement as well as a white t-shirt below the vest. The figure removed the hat to show its long hair which was a black as the night and hit the floor. The white skin was one of the few contrasts against her dark clothes.

The next figure wore heavy, rusty armor. An axe was in its hand and it was drenched in crimson liquid that seemed to scream out loud. The face was hidden by the mask it wore. The final figure wore all black and was also concealing its face with a black mask, but the red eyes of bloodthirst were still there. A large amount of shurikens surrounded the clothes and a katana was sheathed on his back.

"Vanessa!" the master shouted, causing the girl to rise, "Deliver to me the Relploid boy."

She turned to leave, but stopped her, and then continued.

"Ritius!" he continued, as the armored one rose, "Kill the young boy lost in the plains!"

The armored one threw his axe down and sat.

"Lawrence!" he yelled, while the ninja did not move, "Bring me the angel and her fire-using friend."

The ninja stayed still, but the master knew it understood the command.

"What about you?" the female rogue asked, "You're unprotected."
"I am here," a voice projected, "You need not worry."

A female wearing a long blue robe tied at the waist with a black sash appeared. Underneath the robe was a white shirt and white shorts. A blade was sheathed into the sash. Her hair flowed in front of her face, covering her left eye, and the back of it hit the sash.

"Ah," the master said, "Melissa, you came."
"As I would, my lord." she answered.
"Excellent!" he continued, "When the time is right, attack them and tell them who you work for! Let them fear Danforth, Reality Master of this place!"

The four nodded and disappeared, knowing that he actually meant, Don't attack today becuase it'd be too damn boring a show.

The Time Keeper watched from the safety of a pillar, and now knew what she had to do to stop him.

"This is horrible!" a female voice shouted, "We must act now!"
"No!" a deep, male voice answered, "We must not interfere!"

"Then what do you want to do?!" another female voice yelled.
"We must attain one of our council members," the male voice answered, "This member will decide the fate of everyone else. I shall-"

"No way!" the first voice shouted, "I'll go! It's better to send someone who can help them understand the situation than our leader in times of trouble. No questions!"

The entity vanished, leaving all the others alone to ponder their next action, which immediately came.

"I'll set up the preparations to bring him into the situation." the male voice stated, disappearing from the plane as well.

Linda couldn't take it anymore. Her boss was going to kill her descendants and the higher council was going to do nothing. Not only that, but DZX was still not surfacing. Tears were in the process of shedding was her grip on his hand became incredibly tight.

"Let go of my hand!" the Reploid shouted in pain.

Linda let go as the young one sat up and looked around. The Roman began crying and hugged him. Confused, he tried to push her away. She's nuts!, the boy thought. She risked her life along with Kyzer's to bring you back!, the subconscious informed. However, he still pushed her away and walked back and then faced her.

"Thank you." he said, then faced a mirror.

He looked his image over, touched the hair that had grown, and then a wing. He nervously looked around for something. He took out his shield boomerang and saw the same green glow as before, but something happened. Its appearance changed to that of Aristo's shield. He looked at it with sadness as its image faded.

"So, my shield can look like Aristo's?" he asked himself in sadness.

His friend was still dead and he wanted to find his killer. Now, he didn't have the actual shield, but an image of it. He questioned not how the new look came, what happened, or where the shield went, but he smiled. The future had been given to him and now he wanted to find the killer and find his motives. Ciel, Kyzer, Ruby, and Cerveau entered the room just as DZX turned to leave.

"This isn't something I did is it?" he asked, "I didn't do it! It was... Timmy!"

Everyone was silent, but the Roman decided to fill in what happened.

"It seems he's no longer extremely serious," she informed, "And I'm glad. You were a pain when you were that serious."
"You'd say that anytime of the week." he replied.
"If you're done," Kyzer spoke, "I have a question for the Time Keeper."
"Fire away." Linda said, waiting for both Kyzer and Ciel to question her.

OoC: The four mentioned earlier are not to come in this battle, okay GD?

Kyzer looked at the woman. "Before I destroyed the Beast inside the boy, he told me to tell those outside, that Creation and Reality are intermixed, and do defeat reality, one must use the power of creation. I would like to know, everything you can tell me about this. I have the feeling it may have to do with this world, time, and reality. If Creation and Reality are intermixed, than that would have to mean that it has to do with all worlds. I would like to help," he explained.

Ruby stepped forward. "Me too, I don't want to stand back and watch anymore, I want to be able to help with upholding peace where it needs to be upheld. I want to help to keep life going in a safe direction."

Kyzer looked at the Time Keeper. "So will you tell us?"

OoC: Kinda short...

"I only have a guess," the Time Keeper answered, "That guess is very slim, but it might be what the beast meant."

She took out the dagger and placed it on the table for everyone to see. She looked around and continued.

"This is the Dagger of Creation," she continued, "If my guess is right, then this dagger is needed to kill the Reality Master. Also, your world really isn't affected as much, but it is very brave of you to volunteer. We're going to need all the help we can get to defeat him."

"Who's this we?" the Reploid asked suddenly.
"You and I." the Roman answered.
"No way! I will not-" he complained.
"Do you want revenge against the one who created the beast within you?!" Linda shouted.

His silence gave her the answer she wanted.

"Creation, according to the Reality Master, was something he made up, but it seems that this dagger was a way to defy reality itself, which would explain all the odd things that happened." Linda finished.

There was a moment of silence as Linda removed the blade from the table. It was then that everyone turned to leave except Ciel. The door closed behind her.

"About your earlier question," the Time Keeper said with a serious tone, "I can't prevent Zero's death from happening. Unfortunately, once things are written in stone, I'm not allowed to disrupt what is said or what just happened would happen again, only worse. By saving someone's life when they were destined to die is what I did and the wntire human race was going to pay for such a crime. If I would, I could, but I can't, so I won't. I'm sorry Ciel. I've wanted to keep my parents from dying, but doing that would mess with all of time that I had to fix. You have to move on."

The Time Keeper led Ciel to a chair to sit down and now the Roman was at the door waiting for an answer. She really didn't care whether she got one or not, but Ciel needed to be told that.

"These two have volunteered for a war that will shaoe the very fate of mankind," the Time Keeper muttered to herself, "When the time comes, I may have to-"

The winged Reploid rushed into the room.

"Come on!" he shouted, "You've gotta get back to your place."
