In Character Thread

Welcome to the brand new In Character Thread! The In Character thread is very similar to the Out of Character thread but is also different in many ways. Here you will be able to talk to each other but instead of talking as yourselves, you will be talking as one of your characters. You can talk about how your character's day was, if your character has a new boy/girl friend, anything you can think of.

This is strictly meant as building your writing skills and helping you get used to your character's personality. However, in order to post in the thread you must PM one of the council members to be added to the list below. It is a list of all the people participating and the characters they are using. If you submit your character, you are to use that character until we make a new thread. You cannot change because it might confuse others.

A new thread will be made when this thread hits 1000 posts and the process will start over again. At that point, you will be able to change your character if you would like to use a different one.

All right, some rules then:

• Posts must be at least two sentences with good spelling and grammar. No AIM speak.
• Smilies are allowed.
• You can only post once you have submitted your character.
• You must always talk In Character. Out of Character is not allowed even if you posted In Character in your post before hand.
• You must talk in the perspective of your character.
• In order to be added to the list PM a council member and you will be added as soon as possible.
• You cannot change characters until a new thread is made at 1000 posts.
• NEW RULE! Don't mention "Your creator" in your posts. This is completely in character as if you are your character in your world and you're all on the internet talking. (If internet doesn't exist in your character's world just pretend it does for this.)
• ANOTHER NEW RULE! Try your best to keep the thread fun. Try to pick interesting characters with personalities that consist mostly of good intentions. It is not required, but it is advised. The fun is required though. And not just fun for you, but for everyone.

Just have a good time and stay in character. I think I've said that four times now so it should be ingrained enough in your head. Have fun!

Well, my day sucked. I drove my ship all around the three planets because Spring lost her necklace on our trip yesterday. She drives me crazy sometimes, always misplacing things. We went to Calmar, where we got attacked by the Training Ground goons again (hardly need to mention that I kicked their asses), and then to Zajsk, where I looked at my empty house again, and then to The States, where I had a drink at Hairy's Bar in Harrisburg.

The trip was just pretty useless in general because a few minutes after leaving Harrisburg Jeremy found Spring's necklace under a seat in the TV room. I came very, very close to beating Spring to a pulp. Perhaps I should forget the "no hitting women" rule. I really want to.

So this is it, huh? It's not much, but it's something, I suppose.

*Puts a hand behind head and laughs.*

So, do we... spar, or something?

Hmm. How interesting... It appears my fellow Councilmates from the Dome are here. ....Interesting!

How have you all been? I've been out for an insanely long time... finishing up business with Miiazu and my unorganized feifdoms. I tell you what, I've been harping on Izukarugashi-baka to file my blasted paperwork since I attained the throne, Hephaestus-knows-when. Anyway, I'm rambling. I have a deep issue with that. ...>>

Why would we want to fight? I'm too tired anyway. Damn Spring, maybe I can put her in a box and she'll leave me alone forever. That would make me happy or maybe I can train her like a dog and put her on a leash. You know, if she reads this I will probably not survive the night.

Alright, took care of the goons. It's nice that they're much weaker then they look. In fact, it's very pathetic. Dunno how long I'm going to have to deal with them, though. They're like mosquitoes: They come, they attack, and I swat them and kill them, but then there is thousands more. Luckly, there is no mosquitoes on Zajsk. It was nice living there for so many years.

Soda? I seriously have no idea what the **** you're talking about. And to answer your question: Zajsk is a planet created by Calmar that is made completely out of synthetic substances; it is in the Andromeda System many light years from Earth. I lived there for most of my life until I left to go to the Training Grounds on Calmar.

You're a girl aren't you? Typical. *sighs* Spring is just like you. In fact, this man left her a few months ago. Ryne or something like that. She's been moping her ass off about it since then. I am still consitering that leash and dog idea. Might work.

Yes I am. I lived on Earth for only a few years until my father moved us to Zajsk. Nice planet other then it being sort of devoid of nature. Calmar was pretty but I also learned I had allergies while I was there. That was not fun. By the way, ever been more then just dead, as in, past dead? I knew someone like that. He was quite depressed.

I'd spar, but my creator seems to be too interested in his new fiction, blast it. Anyway, it's not raelly godly tastebuds, just godly taste. I've been around the neighbourhood long enough to know what these mysterious 23 flavors taste like.

Well, I'm sorry if I offend you in some way, but when the greatest thing that ever happened to you is suddenly stolen from you, you can't help but be at least a little shaken. And now, most of my self-esteem is pretty much shot to pieces. *sighs and picks a few notes on his guitar*

Past dead? Wow, I'd definitely be depressed if something like that happened. Well, more depressed then I tend to be. Sorry, I haven't met anyone like that. In fact, I've only met one other person here but my creator won't get off her butt and type up a paragraph post. >.> So, what's it like living on other planets? Have you met aliens?
