Battle in Town(1-on-1)

Ooc: I'm going to use my new character Dorushi. This'll be a 1-on-1 fight, and it'll take place in a very busy town. Link to Doruhsi in sig.

Dorushi had entered Central City, and was suprised the SWAT didn't jump on him instantly. He walked around a bit, and noticed people weren't even paying attention to him!

Finally, I can blend in with the crowd! thought Dorushi.

He walked to the central section of the city, and saw someone following him.

GMS! This was all a trap?! thought Dorushi while getting into a battle stance.

"Who are you...and what do you want?" asked Dorushi.

"I have a bounty on you." said the figure. "My name is..."

"Lazuli Capulet." smiled the girl. "There were not many spirits biting today, so I need some extra cash. This may hurt a little, but it's more likely to hurt a lot." With a wicked glint in her eye, Lazuli began to chant a mantra softly. Moonlight glimmered around her fingertips, spreading out towards Dorushi. "LUNAR GLINT!" she yelled.

The moonlight flew at Dorushi, and knocked him back. Dorushi quickly got up, and ran at Lazuli. She performed Lunar Glint again, but Dorushi fired an energy blast at it. The blast canceled out the spell, and Dorushi continued to run at Lazuli. He kicked at her, and easily knocked her back.

"This is too easy..." smirked Dorushi.

Lazuli managed to gain her balance, and she got up off the ground. Dorushi then began to go into endurance form, and began glowing yellow. He then began levitating(sp?), and he became stronger and faster.

"Alright mage, let's see what you got!" said Dorushi.

Lazuli was infuriated to see her target float away from her, and deflect her spell so easily.
"The best place for hedgehogs is under a car!" she shouted. "If you're hovering, two can play at that game!" Shaking her wings free, she flew into the air, hovering a distance away. It was time to try a different spell....
White hot sparks collected on her fist, and she prepared to attack.
"FLASH EMBER!" Lazuli roared, shooting the fireball straght at the opponent. It smacked him in the face, and he gave a yell of pain. Lazuli began to prepare her next attack.......

"Tougher than expected..." said Dorushi. "Let me show you what I can do!"

Dorushi flew straight at Lazuli, and kicked at her. Lazuli jumped back, and then shouted, "Zephyr Blow!" A spiral of wind appeared around Dorushi, and spun him around. Dorushi then became dizzy and fell to the ground.

"Nice move, but it still didn't hurt me." said Dorushi getting up. "It's going to take more than weak spells to take me on." said Dorushi while darting for Lazuli.

Just as Dorushi moved for the attack, Lazuli flew out of the way, and a heartbeat later, began preparing a spell. Dorushi's eyes followed her, and Lazuli gave an evil grin. Summoning stinging saltwater to her fist, she shouted:
"BRINE DANCER!"
The blistering jet shone straght into Dorushi's eyes. With a scream of rage, he began pawing at them in agony. The shield flickered, and went with his concentration.
"FLASH EMBER!" cried Lazuli. Without his aura, the white-hot flames struck him full on.
