It rains diamonds... (2 people)

ooc: The two people can be on a team or against eachother, or one can be on Darges' team. So free for all, or two on one. Anyways, heres the basis of this battle. Somehow the two people other than Darges end up going to a hidden town that is said to be blessed with a rain of diamonds every night however, Darges has possessed everybody in the town. The people/person against Darges has to kill the body of the village chief (no, it's not native american style), which is the body that Darges is using centraly in order to beat Darges.

BIC: The chief of the village stood in terror. The entire village had turned against him during the night, and they were trying to break into his small palace in order to kill him. The large man, dressed in his white armor, grabbed his spear from the wall and prepared to fight.

"Hmmm, a good body to serve as my central body for a while." said a mysterious voice. The chief turned to where the voice had come from, and saw nothing. Before he could turn back to the entrance of the throne room the chief fealt something forcing its way into his mind. In mere seconds the chief was under Darges' control.

Kika looked into the village. She walked to it. This town may have supplies I need She looked around as she entered the clearing. Suddenly she felt like a power was here. She didn't take any action to it though. She entered the town market. Then she noticed something familiar about the town. She grinned selfishly. This is the town of dimonds. She walked up and looked at the shopkeeper. He looked a bit pale. Thinking of the dimonds didn't let her pay attention to that.

"Excuse me, how much are these?" she said as she held up some food and other supplies. The shopkeeper remained silent.

"Um....hello?" He remained silent "Okay....." Kika laid some ruppies on the desk and walked out. The inn was attached with the cheiftans office. As she walked in and stole a look at the cheif, he was grinning a toothy grin that looked evil. She set it aside as the Innkeeper was also silent and she just took a room key. Such a strange town she thought as she drifted to sleep on the bed in the room, unaware of the evil surrounding her.

OoC: *Hopes DD or Graceful Shiek comes* I'll use Latio.

BiC: Latio heard screams. He had been sleeping in a tent out on his favorite training grounds, the plains, and quickly ran to the source of the screams. "It's coming from the village." he said to himself. When he approached the town gate he felt a strange presence enter his mind. Death. Destruction. Evil. I will consume your mind... The foxfolk ran back, covering his ears, and a few minutes later it stopped.

OoC: Gotta get someone else to help me in.

Darges decided that he needed some sleep. How he slept was very peculiar. Many would expect that the body he was possessing would fall asleep, but it was quite the opposite. While Darges slept, the body he possessed functioned as if he were still awake. The only major differences were that Darges couldn't possess another person, although those he possessed remained under the control of his main body.

The chief stood up. "Master wants lady looked at. Master wants lady checked to see if threat." said the large man. Two soldiers suddenly stopped patrolling the gates and went to the inn. The inn keeper handed them a spare key to Kika's room without saying anything, as Darges minions all had the exact same mind.

The two soldiers walked up the stairs to Kika's room and unlocked the door...

Kika awoke from foot steps around her. She could see 2 figures standing above her. She turned pale and started to quiver. She looked at the weapons they had. Those looked like swords she could not carry. She looked for her staff, it was in her luggage. She was still quivering. Then the figures creeped over her. One of them noticed she was awake and hit something on her head, hard. All started to go dark......

OoC: Damn, what if Darges possesses Kika as a main body?

BiC: Latio still couldn't get in the village without the voice going in his head. Day changed to night, and at 11:26 pm, the 'barrier' surrounding the village disippated, letting Latio in. Suddenly he heard a shriek from the heart of the village. He rushed to the source and found himself at the inn. He charged at a locked door to find a group of men draping over a lone woman. "What are you doing?!" the foxfolk shouted to the group. He shoved them away from the fine woman. She was bounded by the wrists and ankles, and had bruises and cuts all over her. "What did they dom to you , m'lady?" She was outcold. The kind foxfolk cut her bounds and carried her to a place where she could heal, outside the village.

A half hour passed, and Latio had attended to Kika's wounds. She woke up with a start, weak from the battering at the inn, but suprised that she was almost fully healed. "Who- Who saved me?" she said, looking around. Latio was standing guard outside, but he popped his head in when he heard the voice.

"Ah, you're awake!" he said. Kika gave a startled look to the strange looking creature. She tried to get up and run, but Latio settled her down, and told her not to move.

"Sorry if my appearance startled you, m'lady. Do you know what those men were doing to you?"

"No, I-I just went in my room, and then they attacked. They all had pale skin, and they looked like they haven't eaten in weeks."

"Do you know the cause, m'lady?"

"No."

OoC: Whoa, that's like my longest so far!

"Lady, escape. Other, found." said one of the soldiers. The other soldier turned to it. "Get them we must. Master will be displeased if they escape." It was strange that they were talking to eachother due to the fact that they all had the same mind, but that didn't matter to the soldiers.

"Others....needed...must...get...others." muttered the first soldier. They both left the inn and met a small force of soldiers at the gate. "Master wants girl. Better body than one he has. Maybe other as well." muttered all of the soldiers. With that, they set off to try and capture Kika and Latio.

"Get. Get. They must be taken for the masterrrr..." muttered the chief. He was sitting on his throne with his golden spear in hand. The large man didn't go with the soldiers, as he was the body that was supposed to be protecting Darges while he slept.

Kika stared at the village, her books and staff were there. She couldn't really do anything without those. She couldn't even transform. Those people there tryed to hurt and kiddnap me, why did they do that, the diamond village folk were kind and peaceful who never went to violance she thought. That fox/man had saved her, he may know what had happened. Or, at least what to do without her staff.

"Excuse me, sir?" she asked. The fox being faced the source of the voice, since he was blind. "I am a black mage from Termina, my staff is still in the village and I can't cast my spells without it, can you help me in this pardiciment?"

OoC: Ugh, I'm editing Latio's profile. HE IS NOT A CROSSBREED!!!

BiC: "Anything for such a kind lady" Latio responded. "But there seems to be some sort of aura around the village that tries to take control over you. It disipated last night. I'll go see if it's still there, you wait here, all right?"

"Um, ok. By the way, what is your name?"

"Latio. and yours, m'lady?"

The Terminian mage responded with "My name is Kika."

Latio walked towards the castle gate and walked under the diamond-encrusted archway. The voices didn't come this time. I guess it's safe to go in then. He walked back to the tent, helped Kika to the town, and when he went through the archway, he was instantly ambushed by a mob of zombie-like villagers!

Kika was with Latio in the archway one moment. Then a bunch of villagers attacked the next moment. They piled over Latio, who had just went past the gates. She longed to help him, but she couldn't do that without her staff. She then saw a deadly look in the villagers eyes. Yet she was too worried for the fox to care. She counted, Those must be the enire village, I may have a chance to get to the inn. She darted past the gate and headed for the inn. Some village took notice and ran with inhuman speed to her. Kika then entered the inn. Nones here, not even those guards. She ran as fast as she could and went to her room. Her staff lay on its side. She grabbed it and immediatley transformed to a phoenix.

The villagers entered the room of the lady. She was gone.

"Lady......gone......tell master" one said. Another walked in a weird way to the cheiftans room. Darges looked up in the cheifs body. The villager peeped out a noise.

"Lady.....gone"

Kika flew to the villager pile. She transformed back and looked at the pile, many cast dazed looks at her and ran to her. She cast a spell and all of them fell to the ground. She draged Latio out of the village to the tent. He had bad injuries.

Darges sighed. "I assumed that the chief wasn't the only one with combat prowess, I was wrong." he thought. "I will get them myself." he said to the villagers. Darges tried to exit the village chief's body, but found that he couldn't.

"It must be the long time I've spent resting in this body." muttered Darges. "If this body dies, I will be free albiet weakened. If those two are dead at the time that I kill this body, I will be able to rest in a more powerful body." he continued.

The dark being sent a telepathic message to all of the villagers, soldiers, and unfortunate tourists that he had control over. "Fan out around the village. If you find them then you must surround them. Don't let them escape."

BiC: Kika quickly started to panic once she had draged Latio to the tent. The unconcious foxfolk's fur was stained red with blood, and he was hardly breathing. I can't do anything to help him with my magic. I'll just have to defend him, and myself. She heard footsteps outside. The villagers were back...

OoC: soory it's short, I don't like typing other people's characters.

Kika looked up to see the villagers, solders, and some tourists come near. She cast a spell called 'forest fire' and put a fire wall over the camp. Soon she got too tired to hold up the spell and the wall disapered. Now she saw that the villagers had surrounded the fire wall, now they surrounded the camp. Kika held her staff tightly. The solders closed in, having rope. Kika thought it was to tie her and Latio as captives. She felt the need to give up. Kika always had never given up, but in the circumstances, she couldn't stay free. She was too tired to cast a spell, Latio was too badly wounded, and they were surrounded. Suddenly a solder talcked her and bound her wrists and ankles together. Alo he tied extra rope around her torso and arms. Another did the same to Latio. They were being draged to the village.

Darges had gotten a message from a villager that the lady and other being. Soon after, 2 solders put the lady and other fox being bound on the floor. The lady was very much awake while the other was unconsious and weak from blood loss.The woman welded a staff and the other had a scimitar. The lady saw him and wiggled to break free. Darges stood and walked over each body, observing how strong they were.

"Hmmm." thought Darges. "These two seem to be pretty powerful, but the fox is greatly wounded." He sent a telepathic message to the village mage, who quickly came and healed any and all wounds on both prisoners.

"Now I can observe you fully." said Darges. The large man walked back and forth, looking at every detail of his captives that the human body could see. When he was finished, Darges spoke. "I will commit the ritual suicide so that I may be free of this body, then I will need to recover before possessing one of them. However, I shall wait to commit the suicide until I know which one I want."

The guards nodded, and moved to drag the prisonders to the jail. Latio had woken up by now, and although he was slightly confused as to where he was, he quickly spun around and sliced Kika's bonds. Kika then cast a small fire spell to burn off Latio's, and the two of them began to fight the guards.

Although they were the eight toughest warriors in the village, second only to the chief himself, the guards were quickly defeated. Kika and Latio turned to Darges after defeating the guards. "Who are you, and why did you capture us?!" they shouted.

Kika did not wait for an answer. She used a spell, light ray, at Darges, which would easily kill a mortal. Smoke surrounded them. Kika smiled as she didn't see Darges anywhere. She looked at Latio, who had just made out what had happened and looked grumpy. He had wanted to know why the chief had captured them. He had also been saying of possesing.

"Kika, why did you do that" questioned Latio.

"I just wanted to kill the crazy man" she answered.

"I wanted to know why he thinks he can possess"

"Sorry Latio, but I think that attacking first was better, if he would be explaining he might have sneak attacked" Latio just fell silent and went deep in thought. Kika started to walk through the smoke and pase around. She didn't know the smoke was forming into something.

BiC: The smoke crept under Kika's feet, sending a chill down her spine, but nothing more. She saw the dark fog climb up Latio's slim leg, and plunge into his back. "Latio, something just went inside you!"

"What do you mean, Kik-" Latio's dull, grey eyes suddenly glew a bright red, and he turned. "So this is what it feels like to be blind, interesting." Darges immediately caught on to the blindness thing, due to his mind reading abilities. "Neither of us are leaving, prepare to fight, mage!"

OoC: Sorry it's short, I needed to start up the battle again.

OOC: Hehe, you didn't think I'd let this battle die now, did you?

BIC: Latio/Darges swung his claymore at Kika. The possessing creature was not only able to use Latio's currently existing senses, but was seeing through the eyes of various inanimate objects in the room. He had possessed them a long time ago so that he could have the perfect view of his foes.

Kika dodged Latio/Darges' attack. She didn't want to harm the kind foxfolk who had helped her earlier. She dodged several more slashes. It was then that Latio/Darges stopped for a moment. "Ahh, the mob of villagers is right outside-"

As if on cue, which it probably was, the mob of villagers burst through the large oak double doors which served as the front entrance to the chief's home. Latio/Darges began to laugh maniacally.

OoC: Um, I think we started this battle before 'The Sheath of many blades' so Latio doesn't have his rapier... I'll edit this in a few minutes, I gotta read my bro bedtime stories...

OoC:Wait, if Gorin=Harges son and Harges=Din's Wrath, then what's Darges?

BiC: The mob of villagers behind Latio/Darges closed in on Kika, and she started firing spells at the Resident Evil-like army (lol). A few of them burst into flames, others froze in place, and some simply stopped breathing due to poison. Eventually, she was overrun and a knife-wielding villager cleaved her brittle staff in half, causing magical sparks to fly out the ends. "M-My staff!" the mage whimpered.

"Aww, did the little toy brake?" Latio/Darges mocked.

OoC: Bedtime. Got. To. Go. Fast.

OOC: When Harges was created, Nayru and Farore did the same thing that Din did. Harges turned on and killed his siblings, as they weren't as powerful as he was at the time. The three godesses fused the souls of Harges' siblings to make the fabric of reality needed to keep Harges in his death orb. When Gorin unknowedly unleashed Harges by openeing the orb, the want for vengeance against the world by Harges' siblings caused the remains of the orb to morph into Darges.

Thus: Darges=Harges brother, which makes Darges=Gorin's uncle.

BIC: Latio could hear the villagers gathering around Kika. They were going to do some pretty horrible things to her if he couldn't get a grip. The foxfolk searched through his memories to try and find something that would make Darges let go.

After awhile, he did find something. He replayed the memory in his head countless times. Darges was unable to control Latio's mind, only his body. The memory replayed in Darges vision, which was annoying the possesser.

"Hmmph, the villagers can take care of both of them! I don't want this body anymore..." thought Darges. He left Latio's body. The foxfolk had a feeling that Darges had left utterly, but was unsure. For now however, he needed to escape with Kika from the villagers...

OoC: No, I mean is he Nayru's Anger, or Farore's Vengence? Also, what memory is this, I can't continue without knowing.
