Second battle of the Oblivion war. (3 goodie two shoes)

OOC: Seeing as the first battle of the oblivion war pretty much died, we'll just say for the sake of argument that the evil side won that battle and moved on to one of the major strongholds of the foreign continent. The evil side has been reserved as follows: Gorin, God of shadows' character Jamenda, and Quark's character Sin.

BIC: Gorin stood on the flagship of the armada. The Hellbound, as it was called, was one of the greatest ships in the world. It could fire seven flaming ballista spears before another ship could even fire one.

Jamenda, who had been a general in the oblivion army since the day it was unleashed, was talking to one of the captains of the strike force. As the massive army of the oblivion forces attacked the fort from the front, Gorin and two of his top men would attack from the back.

OOC: I ended it at that because I don't know how Quark wants Sin joining the evil side. Whether Sin joins as soon as the battle begins, or was on the flagship with Gorin and Jamenda. I'll just leave it to Quark to decide.

Ooc: I will join, and use Rethor. Link in the sig.

Bic: The warrior Rethor had been summoned by a king of a foreign nation to defend a great stronghold. He had heard of the Oblivion War, and had no intentions of letting anyone get killed. He traveled a far distance, and finally made it to the stronghold they were paid to protect.

"Greeting Rethor!" said a servant. "This is the place you must defend. We have news that a ship called the Hellbound is headed this way."

"Great..." said Rethor. "Now there's a battleship I have to fight as well...but it's not like I'll fight this alone."

That said, he walked to the training grounds, and saw a massive army preparing for the fight.

That's a big army, but can I be sure it'll stop the Hellbound? thought Rethor. Look's like I'll just have to wait and see...

Ooc: Ready and waiting...

EDIT: There, only one character on my side...

OOC: Don't worry, it's not like it's going to be a three on one fight. Other people will join the goodie two shoes side.

BIC: Gorin stood on top of the crow's nest of the Hellbound. He could see that a massive army was waiting at by the coast. It was a large army by mortal standards, but was small compared to the army which had awaited them at the first major battle of the oblivion war. It had been at that battle that the king of the foreign continent's son, General Habastos, had been brutally beaten to death by an undead goblin.

Gorin had hoped to simply make an example of Habastos' stronghold, and threaten to do the same to the rest of the continent if the king didn't surender control over to the oblivion forces, but the death of Habastos was what made the king throw the idea of negotiation out the window.

Even though the king knew that his armies and strongholds weren't strong enough to thwart the oblivion forces, the stubborn man continued to resist. He hired numerous people with heroic reputations to help protect his top areas of power. Gorin knew that this time wouldn't be any different from the numerous villages that his forces had obliterated.

Gorin was suddenly forced out of his contemplation when a ballista shot at the Hellbound. The demonic god snapped his attention to where the ballista shot had come from, and yelled down the deck. "Dera mages! Use your magic to give us a clear area to land." A group of hooded mages started to concentrate their magic.

A forcefield appeard and extended around the ship. It continued to grow until it met the army on the mainland. Whenever the forcefield touched a living creature said creture was burned to ashes. The army realized that and fled until the forcefield stopped growing.

The forcefield had stopped so close to the stronghold that if somebody tried to step outside the back entrance, they would instantly be incinerated. The archers in the army were still able to shoot, although their arrows never reached far enough to hit the flagship. Gorin frowned. "This will be too easy, let three people through." he said to the Dera mages.

The three most powerful figures in the army were suddenly forced by a magical pull to the forcefield. Much to their surprise however, the forcefield didn't harm them. A few soldiers took this as a sign that the forcefield was an illusion, and tried to walk through. The soldiers were instantly burned and charred to death.

Before the rest of the army could even recoil in disgust, a demonic warcry was heard from the surrounding hills. The portion of the army that Gorin and the others had brought with them to the stronghold came flooding out from the hills. While the armies clashed Gorin and Jamenda leapt onto the shore of the beach.

OOC: I didn't add Sin in there because I still don't know if Quark wanted Sin to be on the flagship with Gorin and Jamenda, or if he would enter the fight at a later time.

Sin was watching from a distance. He chuckled. "Child's play." he thought to himself. "Still, I am getting a bit hungry." Then, as usual, he had to make a dramatic entrance.

The day suddenly turned to night as dark thunder clouds reeled in. Lightning began clashing insanly, not as an attack, but only for effect. A loud voice boomed through the sky, "SILENCE!"

The two armies stopped, even Gorin and Jamenda ceased fighting to see what this voice was. The silence hung in the air for a moment, confusion was amongst the soldiers.

"Dark clouds, dark water, dark nights. HA!" Sin laughed. "Most of you have seen all of these." he paused, pleased that he had everyone's attention, "But there is one thing you've never seen, that no one has seen and lived to tell about it. DARK FIRE!" He suddenly yelled, a black flame poured from the clouds, but before it colapsed upon the armies, it stopped in the air. "Who am I you guys ask?" He chuckled. As he spoke, the dark fire in the sky seemed to slowly start to move together into the same spot. "I'm sin... I'm death... I... am..." He paused again for a moment before uttering his name.

He said it, not in a loud yell like he had before, but a small whisper. "Sirius Amon Moris." The earth trembled in an earthquake. The thunder began clashing like crazy. The men were all in fear, even the dark mages. But Gorin and Jamenda, though slightly nervous, were able to remain confident.

"I am..." Sin said again, the dark fire was now almost completely gathered to one spot in the sky,
"SIRIUS AMON MORIS!"
He shouted it this time just as the dark fire connected. A large explosion erupted through the sky and the earthquake grew stronger. Then it stopped. It was all only fireworks, but they were very realistic. Where the explosion took place, there was now a dark cloaked figure floating in its place. The only things showing through the black were two small white eyes that pierced into the soul of each and every warrior.

"It's show time."

Ooc: And so it begins... Well, it realy begins when everyone else joins... but oh well.

Ooc: ok ok I got your back DD! IM usin Orama Darku (in sig.)

(before the battle) Bic: Orama was taveling for two weeks looking for a great stong hold that she was starting to think didnt even exist. Finally two scouts from the army were traveling down the road.

"Are you Orama Darku?" The one scout asked.

"I am indeed, im running late can I get a lift?" Orama said hopefully.

"Of coarse! Hop on." Said the second scout as he pulled her up on his horse.

The scouts took her back to the strong hold were she got food and drink. Orama met a warrior named Rethor and felt more at ease knowing that she was not alone. She crawled into a bed to get some rest.
************ Battle

Orama awoke and grabed her staff. She started to head out the back entrance but wasnt sure why. When her and her allies walked out the gate into a mysterious force field she finally knew what was going on. The evil was here she could feel it.

Ooc: Yay! An ally! Orama for this one huh? Oh well, let's get on with this.

Bic: Rethor had heard the noise of battle, and the rumble of Sin's entrance.

"Let's do this.." said Rethor, transmuting a spear of iron in his hand.

He walked alone to the strategy room, and saw the generals with in there.

"The army is coming by the hills is small, and can be pushed back..." said a general. "But it will cost some men..."

"The Hellbound is behind our stronghold, and will stop us from retreating to the sea." said another general.

"Give me your archers' cover, and i'll stop some of the soldiers from the hills..." said Rethor.

"Done..." said the leading general.

Rethor walked out of the room, and towards the gate of the stronghold. The archers opened the gate, and then fired arrows at the army from the hills.

Rethor put his hands together, and a high wall of stone came up from the ground, guarding a large portion of the stronghold.

Meanwhile...

Orama and her soldiers walked dangerously close to the barrier, and felt a strong prescence of evil. She scooted back from the barrier, barely missing it.

Looks like i'll have to think of another way of taking them down... she thought.

Back with Rethor...

The army was trying to break through the stone wall, but Rethor wasn't gonna let that happen. He put his hands together, and transmuted large spikes of stone to come from the ground the barrier, and impale creatures on the other side of the wall(gruesome isn't it?). Rethor then made a large fist of stone come from the ground, and knock the wall over, toppling it onto the army on the other side.

Luckily, Gorin and Jamenda weren't close to the wall, but were stunned by the abilities of this mysterious warrior. The gate behind Rethor opened, and a large army of soldiers came out, and ran at the remainder of the soldiers...

EDIT: Oh, he's dead? Okay then, changed it to any random general.

OOC: Habastos is dead.

BIC: Gorin thought about the battle that was about to take place fully. "The Dera mages seem to be weaker than before." He thought. The three warriors that had been pulled through the barrier had turned out to be very weak, and Gorin had let Jamenda kill them.

The dark god then looked over towards the dark being who had made such a dramatic entrance. "Hmmm, he looks like he's ready to kill anyone who comes near him." Thought the dark god. He then turned to his generals.

"How is our strike force faring?" he asked. One of the generals, an orc, turned to Gorin and replied, "Our strike force is being quickly diminished. Our morale is dwindling." The dark god turned his angry eyes to his other generals. "What do you suggest?" he asked. The generals flooded Gorin with numerous ideas as to how they could win, but a single voice shot up over the others.

"If you're so powerful, dear master, then why don't you enter the battle yourself? I'm sure that would really boost morale among the troops." Gorin turned to the general who had said that. The general was one of the lower ranking ones, and had never seen what Gorin did to those that dared to question his power.

Much to the surprise of the assembled generals, Gorin didn't kill the one who had questioned him. "Very well then. If you doubt my power, I will show you a demonstration." With that the dark god left went onto the deck of the flagship. "Jamenda." said Gorin. His ally looked over to him. "Yeah?" "It's time."

With that the two dark beings leapt off of the ship and flew towards the barrier. Orama and a portion of the defense forces were on the other side, and quickly started to fire at the supernatural beings. Jamenda launched several whirlwinds towards the assembled troops. Seeing their leaders entering the battle, the strike force of demons uttered loud battle cries and fought with renewed hope of sucess.

Gorin raised his hand and motioned for the reinforcements to attack. A large navy appeared on the horizon carrying many troops. With the safety of the barrier that the Dera mages were holding up, they were able to deposit large amounts of troops on the beach. The flagship moved to a safe area so that the Dera mages wouldn't be disturbed in holding up the shield.

From the navy that was waiting mere meters from the coast came a shower of ballista spears. Many soldiers were slain by the flaming spears but others retaliated with flaming arrows. Once a large attack force had been established on the beach, Gorin shot a fireball into the air. This was the sign for the trebuchets (big catapults) to fire at the stronghold.

With the stronghold surrounded by enemies on every side, Gorin made the final motion. He pumped his fist in the air and yelled "Lower the barrier!" The Dera mages did as they were told, and the barrier was lowered. The two armies clashed with amazing results. Golems, imps, demons, and zombies clashed with knights, archers, and cavalry.

Gorin went to the castle while Jamenda went for the apparent commander of the defenses. Sin did whatever he wanted to do, no matter what that was.

OOC: I'll get a link to Jamenda's profile really quick. Where the frick is God of shadows?

Sin flew in, he looked at one army, then looked at the other. "Why choose?" He chuckled and decided to begin damage. It looked like the knights and the soldiers were losing at the moment, so he decided to help them out first. With incredible speed the fallen one zipped through the army, both serrated swords gleaming in the light of fire. He weaved in and out of the army made up of kinghs untile he reached the meeting point of the two masses.

Right as he reached the dark army he punched forward with his fists, sending 2 great balls of black fire into the sinister legion. Many burst aflame, running and screeming in pain.

The knights and soldiers of Habastos' stronghold were shocked. They didn't expect this dark demon-like man to help them.

Gorin growled in distress, "Kill him!" He ordered his best mages.

The dark sorcerers fired random elemental blasts of fire, ice, and stone at the flying shadow. All of them missed and fell into the armies below save but one ice blast the knocked Sin from the sky into an awaiting group of lesser-demons. After he stood he found himself surrounded. He did nothing, which frightened the lesser-demons more than if he were to attack. He stood there, his white eyes ablaze. after several moments of silence, he beckoned with his hand, "Come."

Without hessitating, the beasts ran at the foe, growling angerly. Sin jumped at them and spinned around in a couple fancy slashes. six lesser-demons dropped dead. Then six more. One remained.

The last lesser-demon charged Sin head on. He thrusted a clawed hand forward to grab him, but felt nothing and kept running past. He turned around, sin was still there.

With little effort, Sirius tossed his massive blade at the awaiting fool. It fell dead.

Sin looked back at the armies, it looked like Gorin's troops were getting pushed back. "Time to switch sides."

Rethor stood on the battlefield, watching both demons and imps get slain by soldiers, archers, and calvary. It appeared that the soldiers of the stronghold were gaining the upper hand, but this was shortlived. It appeared that the leaders of the opposing army entered battle, and the morale of the enemy boosted.

"Darn them!" said Rethor. "Looks like i'll have to do this myself...again."

Rethor ran with his iron spear into the heat of battle, and launched it into the horde of demons. The spear impaled two demons together, and they fell to the ground. Rethor put his hands together, and large spikes came up from the ground, and tore apart many of the demons and imps. Many demons rushed at Rethor, but he put his hands together, and the ground under the beings wrapped around them, holding them in a stone prison from shoulder to toe. Rethor then transmuted a steel axe from the ground, and sliced the imprisoned demons in half. The battle raged on, and Rethor slowly moved into the rear of the batlefield. He went to the gate, when a group of high-ranked demons approached him.

"There he is!" said a demon.

"Mercenaries?" said Rethor. "I'll finish you quickly then..."

Rethor put his hands at the ground, and a wall of stone surrounded the demons. Rethor quickly transmuted iron spikes to come from the ground, and impale the demons inside. He quickly created a longsword, and waited to see if any suvived.

Two of the demons, which appeared the most powerful from the start, came out from the death-trap. One wielded an axe, and the other a spear and shield. The demons hadn't even been touched by the spikes, and seemed to like the excitement of the small fight.

"Well, looks like this is gonna take longer than thought..." smirked Rethor.

Ooc: These two demons are not Gorin or Jamenda if you guys are wondering.

OOC: Note to Quark: Habastos doesn't own the stronghold in this battle, and didn't have anything to do with it. He was just a minor character that was slain by an undead goblin during the first battle of the oblivion war.

BIC: As Rethor and the two demons battled in a flurry of swinging and spinning steel, Gorin reached the gate. "Heh, this is interesting." he thought. The two high ranked demons, Iruki and Shanz, were putting up a grand fight against Rethor. The alchemist was gaining momentum however, and started to force the demons back.

"Iruki, Shanz, go help the eastern assault force." said the demonic god. The demons leapt back from Rethor and looked at their master. "But sire, he is powerful." said Iruki. Gorin smirked. "The more powerful he is, the more fun this fight will be." he said. Shanz and Iruki instantly headed out to the eastern assault area.

"Before we fight, might I ask who you are?" said the demonic god. "I am Rethor, an alchemist." replied crimson armored alchemist. "Well well, we don't see many alchemists in these parts." said Gorin. "I was called by the king of this continent to help protect this stronghold." said Rethor. Gorin smiled. "So that fat ass is hiring more and more heroes to protect him eh?"

Rethor could tell that the conversation would be over soon, so he redied himself for battle. "Oh yes, I forgot to introduce myself. I am Gorin, god of wrath and leader of the oblivion army." said the dark god. With that, the two powerful warriors clashed.

The more powerful he is, the more fun this fight will me."

ooc: Funny typo, lol. I'll post later, I can't think of anything. I just posted to point out that funny typo.

OOC: Heh, thanks for pointing that out Quark. I usually don't catch misspellings because I type too quickly.

Orama and her troops were fighting dangerously close to this god like figure of darkness.

He is killing the evil soldiers? No, no, I sense evil within him, this could be a trap. Orama thought as she brought her staff down on an imp's head.

"FIGHT KNIGHTS FOR ALL THAT IS GOOD!" She screamed as light glowed from her body.

The soldiers answered with a battle cry as they advanced. Orama stood back. She realized that they were simply out numbered. With that, the mage returned to the stronghold and kicked open the doors to the general quarters.

"We need reinforcements! OR we will not survive this!" Orama shouted.

"There is no one else! dont you think we have thought of this!? Why dont you just use your magic and make us an army...witch!!!!" One general yelled and then looked at the floor, " I..I am sorry, Its just that we are fighting a battle that we have already lost. There are hundreds of men wounded, laying in the barracks. With thoes men down, and more comming in wounded,....we are done..." The general finished and turned around.

Orama got a great idea. She stormed out of the room disgusted by the general and excited at her idea. She crossed the courtyard and entered the barracks. Her jaw dropped, hundreds of knights and archers lay bloody and half dead. But then she smiled and headed toward the center of the room.

Orama climbed on top of a table, "Knights! Archers! and all followers of GOOD! Here me! You all lay wounded! And for what?! Some cheap shot from an imp or orc? Well I will give you all a chance to get up and take the lives of thoes who took your families!" The mage yelled as she raised her staff.

The army looked at her and forced a smile. Orama brought her staff down with great force. A bright light filled the room. Grace of the Gods....HELP US!!! When the light went back to normal hundreds of men got out of their beds and cheered holding up their weapons. They all flooded out of the stonghold and rejoined the battle.

"Damn it! Where did they come from!" yelled Jamenda as the knights overwhelmed the evil forces.

Orama was sitting on a bed tired and weak.

I never attempted such a task She thought as she reached for a near by bowl of water. I need to meditate

Ooc:Wow, im diggin this battle, wish i was in the first one!

Rethor stood at the front of the gate, standing his ground. Gorin created an axe from his orb, and got ready for battle.

"Hm..." said Rethor. "So you can fight with other weapons can you?" asked Rethor. "Allow me to show you what I can do as well!" shouted Rethor as he transmuted a longsword from the ground and into his hand.

"Fancy trick, but it won't help you in this fight!" said Gorin, trying to intimidate Rethor.

Rethor ran at Gorin and swung. Gorin blocked with his axe, and counter-attacked by kicking at Rethor. Rethor was pushed back, but not harmed. He then went for another strike, when Gorin attacked first. Rethor strafed, and put his hands together while behind him. A block of stone came out from behind Gorin, and knocked him forwards. Gorin flew into the air, preventing himself from getting in a vunerable state. Rethor put his hands together, and a hand of stone emerged from above Gorin, and grabbed him. It began to pull Gorin towards the ground, but Gorin broke free.

"Very clever alchemist..." said Gorin. "but like I said, your tricks can't help you here."

"We'll just see..." said Rethor while transmuting him longsword in a sword with blades at both ends of the handle...

"Ah, so it's naginatas is it?" said Gorin. Naginatas were rare weapons, so Rethor was surprised that Gorin knew what a naginata was. "One of my favorites." continued the dark god. He turned his axe into a naginata and attacked.

Both warriors exchanged blow for blow, niether one getting an advantage over the other. Rethor tried to strafe to the side and counter with one blade of his naginata while blocking with the other. Gorin spun his naginata and parried the attack, as well as forcing Rethor back a foot or two. The alchemist ducked down and swung at Gorin's leg, getting in a hit.

The dark god knelt down on one knee, his other leg bleeding horribely. "I've survived worse wounds than this." said Gorin. Rethor replied by stabbing Gorin in the shoulder, the blade going in so far that Rethor's hand was touching the demon. "Ha! You fell right into my trap!" shouted the demon.

Gorin turned into his flaming dark god form. The blaze that surrounded Gorin in this form burnt Rethor's hand. The alchemist let go of his weapon and jumped back, holding his burnt hand. The dark god laughed, and turned back into his normal form. "Ready for more?" said Gorin. Before Rethor could answer, Gorin's wounds started to spurt more blood. "So he's not invincible." thought the alchemist.

After a long time of fighting from one army to the next; Sin, believe it or not, became bored. "Hmm, I need something more interesting to do other than mindlessly attack one army and then the next." He thought about it for a moment and then finally came up with an idea, "Ha! I'll simply begin my own army and start war with these other two, I already have a bunch of workers at my temporary residence that I've been using to hunt the three brains."(To the three brains he was refering to Tayler, Jarek, and Dehel Rune) Sin closed his eyes and began his summon, he knew that what excuse for an army he has now wouldn't survive long, but it would bring him into this war. He only hoped he successfully summoned his army.

His small army consists mainly of anyone who though Sin's ways were wise and understood what he was trying to accomplish and decided to join him. Others were skeletons and zombies he summoned from the ground with the help of some conjerers. Also consisted in this army were mercenaries, assasins, ninjas, goblins, orcs, and power hungry dwarves with their machines of war.

They should be here soon.

Ooc: Meh, short but it's two paragraphs.

Bic: "So he's not invincible..." said Rethor, clutching his burnt hand. "so let's find his weakness then..."

Rethor put his hands together, and a spear of steel came up from the ground. Rethor clucthed it in his good hand, and ran at Gorin. He jabbed the spear at Gorin, but he parried the blow with his naginata. Rethor then transmuted a sword in his other hand, and sliced at Gorin. Gorin, blocked it with the other end of the naginata, and kicked Rethor back with his foot. Rethor slid back a foot, but didn't fall down.

Despite the pain brought to him, Rethor put his hands together again, and performed a rare transmutation. The ground under Gorin opened up, rose above him, and engulfed him.

Silence...

Just then, Gorin broke from under the ground with a large hammer.

"That was pretty good..." said Gorin. "I'd never expect you to continue doing alchemy with a burnt hand..."

"It's what I life for." said Rethor. "And, it's what you're going to die from!"

"Ooh, strong words..." said gorin. "You sure you can handle them?"

"Shut up!" shouted Rethor.

He put his hands together, and a wall of stone came in front of Gorin. Gorin flew over it, and saw Rethor jump at him with a large scimitar in hand...

As Gorin came down from jumping over the wall, he realised too late that Rethor had tricked him. The alchemist's scimitar sliced through the dark god's arm, as well as leaving a deep gash across his chest. As Gorin's arm fell to the ground, spewing blood, he roared in a mix of pain and anger. Before either of the combatants could do anything however, distant war horns were heard.

Both leaders looked towards the hills, and were amazed at what they saw. A large attack force, no bigger than a third of the defense forces, was coming from the hills. They included creatures of every major race, except for holy creatures. The dark being that had previously been killing off large amounts of soldiers on both sides flew over to the army.

He stood in front of it, seeming not to care that his army was going to surely loose. Gorin and Rethor retreated however, as they both used the appearence of a third army to treat their wounds. The army that Sin commanded suddenly lurched forward and attacked.

The demon reached the coastline, where pursuing troops were quickly slaughtered by a mix of ballista and arrow fire from the dark god's navy. Gorin flew to his flagship, and staggered to the Dera mages' quarters.

"Heal these wounds as quickly as you can. Then you must teleport the alchemist to this ship." said Gorin. The Dera mages, although unseen under their robes and ceremonial hoods, uttered a gasp. One of them, the eldest one, spoke what all of them were likely to be thinking. "But sir, doesn't that mean he will damage the ship?"

Gorin turned to them. "Use your magic to enforce the ship's hardness. That will make it indestructable, but still able to float. I will fight the alchemist on my own teritory this time. Not to mention the fact that his absense will leave his forces commanderless, and the attack of that dark creature's forces will only highten the feeling of dread."

The Dera mages nodded, and went right to work. Rethor was teleported mid-run to the ship. Before he could say or do anything, the Dera mages healed his burnt hand and ran below deck, closing the door behind them.

OOC: Don't have the Dera mages getting killed. They are a key part to the oblivion war in general, and I have a surprise that involves them coming up.

Ooc: So, you wanna finish the fight between Gorin and Rethor huh? Maybe they could be rivals in other fights...

Bic: "Where am I?" asked Rethor.

"You are on the Hellbound..." said Gorin, walking out from a shadow. "This is where you wil meet your doom!"

"Ha! Taking me from the battlefield is one big mistake!" said Rethor.

The soldiers of the stronghold saw Rethor on the Hellbound, and were filled with a sense of fear. The soldiers from Sin's army, and Gorin's army closed in on them.

"Ha! Looks like they cower with fear..." said Gorin.

"Just wait..." said Rethor while transmuting a longsword in his hand.

Gorin saw this as an opportunity to remind the people again about thse who resisted, so he made a longsword out of the orb. Rethor ran at Gorin, who blocked the strike. The soldiers made a loud battle cry, trying to encourage Rethor. Their fight was clean this time. Slice, block, parry, it raged for a while, and the soldiers of the stronghold watched, and fought simotaneously, and had a sense of victory in their hearts.

"There we go..." said Rethor. "Since they watch our fight...they can have more courage to win!"

"Hm!" muttered Gorin while jumping back from Rethor. Why didn't I consider that?! It's because the human heart acts differently towards this stuff! Darnit! thought Gorin in rage.

Rethor made his longsword into a staff of iron, and swung it at Gorin. Gorin blocked, but the sheer force of the blow pushed him back. Rethor put his hands together, and tried to transmute a piece of the ship's deck.

"What the? Why doesn't it transmute as fast?" said Rethor.

"Because, my mages made this ship stronger with magic!" said Gorin.

Orama felt much more powerful now that she meditated and drank some water. She heard cheers from outside but felt slightly sick which meant more evil has arrived.

No, another evil force? This means that the extra troops I healed wont be enough. Where is that Rethor warrior? She thought to herself as she grabbed her staff and headed out of the barracks.

She entered the courtyard and seen one of Rethor's men wounded and sitting on a bench.

"Where is your leader?" Orama asked as she quickly healed his wounds.

"Oh, uh, Rethor is on the hellbound. Im not sure how but he is in battle with their leader. Uh,...and another force came and is attacking us and them." The soldier replied as he drew his sword, nodded, and headed back out to the battle.

The hellbound? Who is leading the troops? They need inspiration! Orama thought as she headed up the stairs to the top of the greatest wall.

From up there the sight was amazing. She could see three different armies colliding with each other. The good forces smaller than the evil's but not as small as the unknown force. She turned and looked at the hellbound. It seemed Gorin and Rethor were in a stalemate. She turned back to the armies.

The light must gide them and give them stength. She thought

Orama held her staff high and created a great ball of light. It grew almost as bright as the sun. All of the armies stopped fighting for a minute. No one knew what was going on.

"Fly Maru." Orama said quietly as she activated her ring.

A loud screech pierced the armies ears. Everyone looked up, the evil forces having trouble in such light, a shape of a great eagle flew over the troops and screeched again. The light faded a little and the good army yelled and attacked with great might at the other stunned armies. Maru kept circling the troops, inspiring their attack.

"What the?" Gorin exclaimed.

"Well, seems like the troops are doing rather well against your armies. Did you forget about the mage?" Rethor said with a smile.

Orama ran back down the stairs and out onto the beach. She stopped and stared at the hellbound watching the battle.
