The Fighting pit (Anyone, four people,no weapons)

OoC:No weapons means staves, swords, axes, gems, anything that you can cast magic with or is actually considered a weapon. Link to Latio is in my signature

BiC: Latio had been searching for the main entrance to the Dome for at least a week. Already he had been in a rose bush maze, an arctic wasteland, and a vast desert. He'd been in at least four private rooms, and now he has been caught in the woman's washroom, too! "That's it, little foxfolk! The Dome has it's rules, NO SNOOPING!" A guard was holding Latio by the scruff of the neck, carrying him to "detention"

"I really didn't know, I can't read your signs!"

"Learn." the gargantuan guard grunted.

"I can't, I'm blind."

"Oh, I guess we gotta put braille on ALL the signs then."

"That would help..."

"Guess what, it's not happinin'." The guard threw open a door with "Fighting Pit/ Detention room" inscribed on a metal plaque. The walking armoury droped Latio into a circular arena, styled like a coliseum, as several similarily dressed guards each dropped Dome residents who got "detention" as well.

The foxfolk stood up and walked over to the individual to the right. He politely reached out his hand to help the rule-breaker when the P.A system turned on. The announcer spoke into the mic. "Attention citizens of the Dome! A battle is about to start in the Fighting Pit! Come quick for best seats!"

OoC: First person to post is the person Latio is reaching for.

The scent of flowers and fruits flowed through the air. This garden is a beautiful place, Kai thought as she moved through various foreign plants. The dragoon spied a luscious red fruit. It was small and round with seeds on the outside yet juicy ripe looking. As she went to pick the fruit from the tree branch, the branch suddenly whack her on the head. What the...!, the totally confused female thought. The speedy branched hit her again on the head. Kai, now very agitated, grabbed the branch when it came again. Using her lightning magic, the electric dragoon turned the vicious branch into ashes. "Ha! That'll teach you to hit me!" she said trimuphantly.

Suddenly, someone was poking a spear in her back. Kai tensed up and turned around to meet face-to-chest with a huge guard. "Damaging the Dome plants is not allowed," he said in a deep voice.

"But it attacked me!" the frightened warrior said, realizing that it sounded very weird.

The god-like soldier siezed Kai by the arm and started to drag her somewhere, "That's it, detention!" The guard led the stuggling fighter into a room with the title "Fighting Pit/ Detention room" and then took her scimitar.

"Hey! That's mine!" the furious dragoon shouted and tried to snatch it back.

"You'll get it back after the battle," the soldier said then shoved her into the detention pit. That's so not fair, she complained, that plant really did attack me.

"Need a hand?" a very familiar voice asked as they held out their hand. The dragoon accepted their hand and when she had gotten to her feet, she took a look a the kind person. It was the foxfolk, Latio Scaptur.

"Fancy meeting you here, Latio," she said with a smile.

"Kai?" Scaptur asked in disbelief. "How'd you get here?"

"I fried a tree that attacked me. What about you?"

"You fried a tree? I got caught in the women's washroom. It was and accident, honest!"

Kai laughed. It seemed they both got captured in strange situations. "Well, let's check out who the other detentionees are."

OoC: No point waiting for two more people, we'll leave them knocked out on the ground, for now... On another note, Kai doesn't know Latio is blind yet, right? She only noticed the ear twitching and air smelling last battle.

BiC: "The other two look out cold" Kai mentioned.

"They have the pulse to match it." Latio answered

The crowd started yelling "FIGHT! FIGHT! FIGHT" and Latio heared people betting on the winner "I bet five-hundred gold on the dragoon" a crowdgoer said. "I'll meet your bet, and raise you a hundred" a shadowy figure whispered.

"They're betting on us!" Latio exclaimed.

"Quiet down, they'll hear us plotting."

"So, we gotta fake this battle?" the foxfolk asked.

"Seems so, friend. Insults, battlecries, anything barbaric helps"

"Right, barbaric. Got it."

OoC: Wait a while before you post again, we need two more players.

OoC: Okay, looks like no one else likes us so we'll just continue this on our own. *shouts really loudly* EVERYBODY ELSE SUCKS!! And, yes, Kai doesn't know Latio is blind. She only noticed that he fought strangly.

BiC:

Shouts started erupting from the impatient crowd. "Get the fight started!" one spectator yelled. Similar other crude replies were made.

"Looks like we better start doing something," Latio said to the dragoon.

"Yeah. Just remember, fake it."

The foxfolk nodded and swiftly bent over, grabbed dirt off the floor, and threw it at Kai. The female warrior blocked the dirt with her wing and, using the same appendage, swept more dirt off the the floor at Scaptur. The dirt completely missed the fox, however, for he was already to the left side of Kai. Using his agility and the curved wall of the arena, Latio tackled the fighter to the ground. Though the quick foxfolk was bigger then the dragoon, Kai used her arms and wings to propel Scaptur off her. He easily landed on his feet and watched as Kai scampered to her feet.

The crowd was in an uproar now, chanting, "Fight! Fight! Fight!"

Looks like they're enjoying this 'fight.' To make things more interesting for the barbarians, the electric female said loudly to Latio, "Well, fox, it looks like you couldn't defeat a little girl, let alone me!"

For a second, Scaptur looked confused. Then remembering the fakeness of the fight countered back with, "Hah! You think I'm even trying!? I could take down a hundred of you!" The crowd exploded into cheers and roars. Keeping them entertain is easy. I just hope we don't have to fight for too long.

"Hmmm... a fight you say?" asked Dark Kenjin, swirling his shadow self at the guard.

"Yes sir, we feel it would be interesting to see them fight you," the guard responded, bowing for the Master of Darkness. "If you win, you will be rewarded."

"My power is great as it is, you will need to give me and my brother a true challenge to get me down there."

"You may not use weapons, is that challenge enough?" asked the guard.

"I already use the Demon Staff very little, so why not?" Kenjin answered. "If there are two, it should be fair for them, as we are two as well."

"I'm glad you think so," replied the guard, who showed him downstairs to where the two prisoners were fighting like gladiators.

"Stop the fight!" shouted the people in the stands. "Kenjin is here to play!"

Kenjin entered in his own dramatic way, swirling the shadows around him as he materialized into the fight. "I am the Master of Darkness, are you ready to play?" asked the shadow master, preparing to harm.

OoC: Oh, you're up against my two members of the advanced class, Yang Kenjin and Dark Kenjin. A rule you should follow, I choose when to switch bodies, and not you guys.

OoC: I'm supposing Kenjin is in dark form? Because thats how I'm typing him. Also, does he do that thing that Gollum does, like refering to himself as "us"?

BiC:Latio and Kai were thinking the exact same thing. This guy looks tough, we gotta work together.

"So you two think you can take us?" Kenjin challenged.

The foxfolk and dragoon decided to cut the acting and team up. "Your goin' down" they said simoutaniously. Latio ran off in front of Kai and tackled the shadowy being in the stomach. The foxfolk was supposed to hit him, but instead went right throught, like a ghost.

"Ha! You think you and your weak, physical forms can hurt us?!"

"Maybe it can't" Kai stated "but this can!" She tried to draw her sword, when she remembered that the guard took it "Latio, I don't have my sword!"

"I tried that already."

"No, not that, I can't cast spells!"

"What does that have to do with your sword?"

"My sword let's me cast spells!"

"Oh."

"You two, stop sheming and fight!" Kenjin was tired of waiting...

OoC: Your turn, Lady Grace.

OoC: Wait a second, Latio, I thought this was a battle without weapons so why do you have yours? Also, thanks for joining, Power Shot.

BiC:

This is going well, the dragoon sarcasticly thought. Physical attacks were useless, as Latio demonstrated, and she couldn't use her magic. Well, she could, but her scimitar allowed her to focus her magic. Without it, she had a better chance of hitting the spectators than the ethreal demon that stood before them.

"Well," Kenjin suddenly said, "if you won't fight, then I will." Shadow began to swirl around him and he transformed into an orb of darkness. "Since you pitiful beings won't attack me, I'll make you attack each other," the evil shadow punctuated the sentence with a laugh and flew toward the female warrior. The nimble dragoon dodged his first pass but wasn't able to his second. As soon as he hit her, the electric fighter felt the evilness flow into her.

Stop! What are you doing!?

I'm possessing you. As I said, I will make you fight each other. Kai's body turned towards Latio and she felt the demon's glee in tearing him apart.

"Kai...?" the fox quietly asked.

OoC: Whoops! I'll edit that.

OoC: That had little point, so let's break in Kenjin.

BiC:

Kenjin expulsed himself from inside the warrior's body, his brother was losing power. "You are lucky," he muttered, "my brother has compassion for life. Wait until I return."

"BODY SWAP!" shouted not one but two voices, filling the room with blinding light. Latio could not see, but Kai was overwelmed by the power unleashed by the shadow demon. When the light cleared, there was a new figure standing in place of the shadow.

"I am Yang Kenjin, the Master of Light," said the robed figure. "Expulsion of Dark Matter!" he shouted, draining the possessed warrior of the darkness that allowed Dark reign over her form.

"Let us dance," Yang muttered, allowing his opponents to make their first moves.

Kai breathed a sigh of relief. That possession was the most terrifing event she ever experienced. But now they had a new foe before them. Yang Kenjin's body glowed with a soft, pure light. For a second, the dragoon didn't wish to fight him. But beating him is our ticket out of here. She started for the Master of Light but Latio was there first.

The fox's scimitar gleamed in the air as he slashed at Kenjin. To Scaptur's surprise, his scimitar contacted but made to mark on the sorcerer. "I do not go without defence," Kenjin simply replied and punch Latio in the face before he had a chance to recover.

Kai lunged at his back, using only her fists for her scimitar was in the hands of the Dome guards. Her target quickly whirled around and used his palm to block her attack. The dragoon attacked a couple more times only to have them stopped, then suddenly flailed her dragon wings. The flash of purple surprised the Master of Light long enough for Kai to land a punch on his cheek. The strike didn't faze him, instead, he punched the female in the stomache and then knocked her away. Man, what does it take to win against this guy?

Darkness the dragoon thought. "Latio, cast a shadow on him!"

"What's a shadow?"

"Y'know, light and shadow?"

"Kai, I think you're getting a little, um, crazy?"

"Ugh" she put her wing into the light. "See how my wing blocks the light?"

"What's light?"

"ARE YOU BLIND?!"

"Umm" Latio paused "Yes, I admit it, will you still be my friend?"

"Oh!" Kai gasped, as the widard-like demigod punched at the foxfolk, who narrowly dodged the blow.

OoC: Well, now Kai knows the truth.

I can't believe Latio is blind, Kai thought as Kenjin resumed his attack. The swift sorcerer first punched at Latio, who swiftly dodged. Then he swung at the dragoon, who wasn't paying attention and took it right in the jaw. She stumbled backwards and was almost hit again if Scaptur didn't intercept with his scimitar. The Master of Light easily sidestepped the fox's slash. But when he tried to attack Latio, the cunning warrior quickly dodged Kenjin's punch.

He fights as well as anybody who can see, even better, the female observed. She shook her head, Okay, time to get my head out of the clouds and help Latio. The dragoon had already thought of a plan, which she unsuccessfully tried to explain to the fox. Since Kenjin was in his light form, he should be weak to darkness. Kai rose into the air and cast a large shadow on the ground. Then she flew over the area where the sorcerer and the foxfolk were dueling. The effect, though slight, was immediate. Kenjin suddenly slow down a little and Latio was able to land a strike, leaving a cut on the master's robe.

"Hmm, it seems you have figured out my weakness," Kenjin replied after Scaptur's attack. "However, that doesn't mean you will win."

"You both seem powerful, but you are nowhere near the powers I have achieved!" the Master of Light shouted, jumping away from the weakness. He clamped his arms together.

"What the-"

"KENJIN CHAOS FUSION!" roared two voices. Light and darkness spewed forth from the Masters, transforming into the ultimate fused warrior.

"Kenjin, Master of Sorcery!" bellowed a fused form, with mutilated hands of both masters. He looked at them through white eyes, with the Master of Light's old face, but shadows for hair. "Element of Light- Kenjin Chaos Burner!"

The master vanished utterly, moving at the speed of light. "Kenjin Chaos Gunner!" he shouted from behind them, firing at such speeds light energy at them that they could never hope to dodge.

"Element of Darkness!" he shouted. "Hades Nightmare!" he shouted, shrouding the field in darkness. "Expulsion of Light Matter!" he roared, blasting them with the dark beam, both unable to sence its coming through the fog.

"Now feel your inner evil, and fight me," Kenjin muttered in a mutilated voice, as the nightmare lifted, and both warroirs were removed of their light energy, feeling the dormant evil coursing through them awaken.

OoC: Make up for not posting, Latios made me feel bad.

OoC: Dang, Typing two battles simoultaniously is pretty damned hard! And sorry for making you feel bad...

BiC: Suddenly, Kai and Latio became relentless killing machines. "Kai! I-I can't stop it! Fly away to somewhere safe!"

The dragoon shot a bolt aimed at the fused god-like, but forced towards Latio. He heard the lightning crackling and tried to dodge, but the lightning was too random to dodge very well. The distorted shadow and light being laughed mockingly as the two friends unwillingly fought to the death.

"Latio, run!"

"No, I'm not letting this... beast of hell kill you!"

"Then you do it!"

"No, I'll just..." oppisites are its weaknesses, oppisite of hate, love... The swift fox jumped up and tackled the now flying dragoon to the ground, and kissed her on the lips. The dragoon looked shocked, then decided to embrace the moment...

OoC: It's bedtime for me, how'd ya feel about that, Lady Grace?

OoC: Our characters just...KISSED!?

BiC:

Kai felt the furry lips of Latio against her own. For a second, the dragoon panicked. She then felt the light that Kenjin had expelled come back to her. So, that was Latio's plan., she figured. But as the light returned to her, their kiss began to feel as one of the best experiences Kai ever had...

The two suddenly pulled apart and jumped to their feet. "Looks like my idea worked," the fox said with a smile.

"Uh, yeah," the dragoon meekly replied.

"Aww, what a cute moment," mocked the dark side of Kenjin's Chaos Fusion. "Perhaps you won't underestimate me now that you know what I can do."

Latio readied his Horizon Scar while Kai put up her fists, ready to begin the battle anew.

"Swords of Balance!" he shouted, creating the dual weapons formed from the Goddess Staff and the Demon Staff. "Element of Life!" he shouted, drawing strength from his surroudings. "Let us fight."

Both charged, but Kenjin vanished again at light speed. A kick from Latios' left sent him spinning at Kai, but before he could another kick sent Kai slamming at him.

Both fighters collided in midair, sending them sprawling. "I'm not even tring yet," the Master of Sorcery muttered. "You're up against Advance classmembers, not rookie fighters off the street."

OoC: Sorry, I was watching a highly emotional movie on T.V. Also, NO WEAPONS!

BiC: Kai got up first and, with Latio dazed, she had to fend for herself. The dragoon jumped up into the air, which flowed into a kick aiming straght for the living shadow's face. He lifted his hand and grabed Kai's leg, hurling her into the nearest wall. The sound of the crash awoke Latio, who jumped over Kenjin, kicking it in the back. The god-like being hardly felt the blow, but he wanted the foxfolk gone anyway. He knows my weaknesses, I can't let him live. Besides, it'll be fun! he thought to himself as his "good side" tried to protest, failing. "Ha! You two lovebirds should forfeit while you can!"

"Not a chance." Kai said. She jumped onto the being's back and serged a bolt of lightning through him.

"Agghhhh!" the black and white screeched as he reverted to his defensive form.

OoC: I'm outta creative juice, plus I'm hungry. Sorry for the short post

OoC: Uh, I feel I should properly explain how the fused Kenjin works. He's both of them, they aren't fighting for control. Thus, neither side is fighting against the other. Also, Kenjin is using his Element of Life, meaning he has a lot more endurance than he normally does, and you guys haven't put a dent in him yet.

This guy is too strong, Kai thought depressingly. Still, Latio and her weren't going to give up without trying their hardest. At least she knew that her lighting magic was effective against Dark Kenjin. The dragoon and fox began to circle around the Master of Sorcery in defensive positions.

"As I said, you should give up. I would rather not hurt you more than I have to," the light side said in a calm voice.

"We're not giving up," Latio responded stubbornly. Together, the younger warriors willed their battered bodies to attack Kenjin.

"As you wish," was the simple reply. Kai swung with her fists and Latio struck with his feet. The beings didn't even flinch, easily dodged the strikes, and retaliated with his own melee. A kick sent the female flying and a punch forced the foxfolk into the ground. Latio. She saw him on the ground at the mercy of Kenjin. She commanded herself off the dirt floor. But she barely managed to stand as her body was drained of energy. We've already lost.

EDIT: Woah, sorry about that Latio. I swear in one post your character had his weapon, but I was wrong. Sorry about that. :embrsd:
