Crimson and Clover
Honor.
Abel stood at the threshold of Eden, where Paradise used to dwell. It was now a place of stain and ruin, and quenched only a thirst for blood. Abel looked about it sadly and relived his memories of sin, ripping it apart. It was a long journey to its gates of ebony and ivory; it required passage through the Shifting Zone, a place of dreamstuff where radom matter appeared anywhere at any given moment, and one could easily find himself trapped within a solid and left to die, or to be intstantly killed by plasma. It was not uncommon for a man to step into the Shifting Zone to be impaled upon a tree or other random matter. It took a strong will to journey through that place. But, the fruits of that journey used to be Paradise. Now it was wreckage. So why had Abel come? Hunger. Abel had come for the Etrigan: a demonic weapon whose power was equal to that of his blade, Excaliber. Now that he had the blade, he could destroy its counterpart. The battle would be fierce, but he still looked for its fight, looking to get rid of the sprit within. The last time someone had come here, the blade was plunged into the Spring of Life, killing off eternal longevity. But the sword could have changed since then. Hell. Abel put his foot forward and was instantly thrown forward, as if a great force pounded into the back of his skull. He landed in what seemed like water, only thicker and salty to the taste... Blood. He coughed out the stuff and rose to it's surface. He was at the center of the vast Spring of Life, it's waters turned red. It was huge, at least 3 miles in size. And at its center was a marble island, decorated with pillars and figures of old. The water was once holy, but had been stained red by a force unknown. In the center of the marble centerpiece stood a shadowed figure, kneeling. A purple glow eminated from his body, and a thin, long blade was visible. He was drawing its power, but he was not visible. Abel climbed up the marbe stairway and looked at him. He was young, with flowing red hair and orange eyes. He was a demon, and the left side of his body was horribly scarred. His left arm appeared to be a claw. Abel knew him. He was Azeal, the most powerful of warrior demons. Abel was in for more than he bargained for. He had walked into Eden expecting a battle of swords; but now he faced an even worse clash of souls. OOC: Must be someone willing to play as Azeal and wield the Etrigan.

Re: Crimson and Clover
ooc: Mute in the begginng I was totally sure I was going to do this. I knew the perfect character for this fight, then you go, and throw in a twist at the end. =P if you took that out I could make a grand intro post for ya. Otherwise I won't be able to because A.) I don't know what this Azeal character is, what he acts like. What the limitations of this sword is. I don't know anything about Azeal.

Re: Crimson and Clover
OOC: Kishin, that's all up to you. This sword has awesome power, and its owner is a sinful demon. It's all your choice. And I was really hoping you'd do this, too.

Re: Crimson and Clover
"Have you come to claim my sword. Like so many others I doubt you have the power to do so." He raised the sword, and summoned the powers of hell as Eden was torn appart in a flame of illusions. Not a real flame of course, mearly an illusion, but our warrior Abel knew not of this trickery.
"See your fate like the flame... you shall to burn away." Azeal spoke closing his eyes locking the sword infront of him. "I shall turn though heels so we can see your shame of defeat by your limping."
