Battle at a lake (anyone)

OoC- This is my first battle, but anyone can join in. I'll be using my character Raenef and the link in my sig will take you to his description. ^_^

BiC- The moons reflection appeared in the waters of the lake as it slowly came up into the sky. The light of the stars brightened the area with the mystic glow that is around them. A gentle breeze came around the lake area and the bushes russtled because of the wind. Everything was quiet and peaceful and a young boy seemed to be enjoying it.

He had icy blue hair that had fire red highlights in it and icy blue eyes with a tint of fire red in them. But his hair was worn up like a girls would and wore a pure white tunic with a black belt and a black shaggy shirt and black baggy pants. He also had on a small pair of silver and black gauntlets with one having blue gems and the other one had red gems.

He sighed to himself, "Aw... this is what I call relaxing." He said to himself with a cheerful smile playing on his face. His innocent looking eyes glanced up at the sky, staring at the bright full moon.

He then glanced at the bushes as he heard someone walk. He stood up and got into a fighting stance. "Who goes there?" He asked.

Ooc - I'll take a go at this. I'll be using my character at my sig if you want to see for reference and such. You seem pretty good anyway, so don't be nervous about your first battle. ^_^

A shadowy figure emerged from the bushes that were clustered about the lake and as light illuminated the the stranger, it gave way to a young man with untidy hazel brown hair and deep and mourning green eyes that spoke of some hostility. A seath lay at his back and he was silent as he approched the boy, who looked as if he was no more than sixteen of age. And upon closer inspection, he looked as if he were some sort of mercenary or soldier ready for armed combat. The mean eyes stared into the deep blue hue of the teenager and he remained put at his spot as if he wanted to carefully examine the boy for a second. And then his gloved hands gave way to his seath and a crude sliding of metal gave way to a cold steel brand being drawn.

His cruel eyes did not falter as he came forward to the stationary boy as he deeply said in a cold drawl, "You are a demon boy and you have a large bounty on your head by default. I feel lucky that I found you first. You must be eliminated now. I don't know who you are, but my mission must be acomplished, regardless that you are but a boy," he clenched the pommel of his sword tighter as he prepared to strike. "Pray. I will give you that long."

OoC- ^_^ thanks, this is gonna be fun too...

BiC- The the boy was shocked from what he heared but he quickly moved to the side to dodge the attack. He then gave a confused, innocent look. "But I did nothing wrong!" He claimed. "You must have my mistaken for someone else! My name is Raenef and I'm a innocent demon!" He told the one who seemed like he wouldn't care.

"Fire fists!" He called out as he smashed his gauntlets together, the gauntlet with the blue gems changed to red, long with his hair and eyes changing to a fire red only and the crystal His tunic now was red with a silver belt and the black pants and shirt stayed the same.

"Take this!" He called out as he made an attempt to punch the mercenary.

The hard eyed mercenary swerved out of the way as the boy bolted forward. He scowled hard with a slight annoyance present on his face. Several thoughts begin to race through his mind though. He did not expect the boy to retailate in such an outburst or would even be so rash to take that action at his age. And although all of his previous victims had done the same, they were far older and experienced but this one was just a youngling. But something else prevailed in his sea of thoughts-- this boy had so much power and it had exceeded everything he had encountered before. He had underestimated him greatly and he took the situation with little light as he spoke, "So you have taken that path. You must not be aware that I am not a rookie warrior. I am well seasoned and you have relinquished all chance of having a fast and relatively painless death. But the decision is yours and let it stand firm. And let it be known that is nothing personal. I merely have a mouth to feed. En garde!" he shouted and he charged.

Raenef then quickly took out a longish dagger that had a golden hilt and on it had a strange insritpion on it. He was able to block the first sword attack but when he accidently moved to the side, the mercenary had stabbed his side. He gave a slight scream from the hurting pain. When another attack was about to come, Raenef had quickly jumped out of the way. When he landed he winced and grabbed his side and put the dagger away.

He slightly glared at him, and still had a lot of fight still in him.

Ooc: You mind if I control your character for a tad bit? Just to make the battle full sprited?

The knight gave a obnoxious smirk as the boy got himself up, now with eyes of a glare. He raised his claymore again and manuvered in a sweep motion that nearly caught the demon off guard. But the boy was quick witted and he immedietely slammed the knife into the mercenary's exposed back. He gave a quiet yelp as he fell towards the ground, but he quickly rebounded his falling frame and lashed back his sword. Again, the boy dodged and the man groaned with his patience faltering. The boy was putting up much more of a fight he had expected and with none of his demon powers.

OoC- I wouldn't mind at all... I think that's what's both people are suppose to do. ^^

BiC- Raenef snickered slightly, "I'm stronger than I look!" He said to the man as he jumped to a slight distance. He then placed one of his hands in front of him, his palm facing the man. "Fire arrow!" He called out and arrows of pure fire came out from his palm and at the man.

The man was rather surprised of how fast the arrows came at him, but he mananged to dodge the arrows, but only was to be caught off guard.

Raenef had came at him with his fists up in fire again and Raenef had tired to punch him a few times.

A cry of pain escaped the hunter's lips as the boy thrusted a flurry of flaming fists into his chest. He grimaced and quickly kicked the boy back with a swift kick as his surrvival gear began to sizzle and he noticed that it had penetrated well into his undercloth. He groaned with annoyance as he raised his sword again, irritated with the fact that the boy was lasting this long and even managed to counterattack well enough to leave a blister or two in his flesh. Pain still throbed as he lunged forward and caught the boy by his baggy clothed legs, sending both of them to the floor with a loud thud. The mercenary gave a growl as he raised himself forward above the boy as he began to throw a scuffle, but it was promptly stopped when the man struck the heavy claymore forward.

Raenef moves out of the way, but it was a little late, the red gems on his gauntlets shattered and his outfit, hair eyes and pendent went to normal and the gauntlet with the blue gems went back to normal.

"Shoot..." He whispered under his breath. When the hunter struck his claymore forward again, Raenef dodged the attack.

"Ice fists!" He called out and did the same thing he did for his fire fists but everything change to a icy blue instead of a fire red color. And a strage icy aura was around his gauntlets.

A frigd blast sent an arrow straight into the mans shoulder and his mouth gaped at the burning feeling at his guard. He paused as the boy kept unleashing the cold blue beams and leapt to the side, barely able to duck out of the way but he was resilent. The mercenary stormed forward with a roar and launched another swing of his broad sword. The boy ducked and thrusted forward with his dagger but a clang sounded as the man blocked the attack with a scowl emerging on his hardened face. The boy shouted loudly as he unleashed another fury of blows and the hunter blocked every one of them. The man gave a shout and then began to counter the assault and the two hammered away into the night.
