Dark forest path (1 vs 1 - RavenX, Linkmastersword, Guardian of Ice or Shade)

OOC: Okay, this is my first fight, and I invite anyone from the title list to join. I'll be using Valdaria, link in my sig. Looking forward to a great fight. PM me please.

IC:

White mists cover the lone moon over the dim forest. A lonely figure walks among the dense undergrowth, its breath steaming in the cold night air. A gentle hooting distills the silence, accompanied by the whistling breeze.

An unseen shadow stalks the traveller. It jumps from tree to tree, lurks behind every bush, almost ethereal in presence. A grin spreads across its face, exposing two long canines, glinting in the moonlight.

The figure continues unaware. Suddenly, all is quiet. The owls are silent, the very air is stilled. Alarmed, the figure gazes around in suspicion, it now knows it is being preyed upon. It unsheathes its weapon and waits.

The black blade is drawn. In a swift movement, faster than the blink of an eye, Valdaria appears before her victim.

OoC: A pure evil vampire? Sounds like fun. I'll battle you, one on one. I'll use... Um? Furiae!

BiC: "Who are you? Why are you following me?" Furiae said, staff pointing straight at the stangers throat.

"I am Valdaria and I have come to kill you!" Furiae shout, "Fire!" and a ball of flmae was propelled forward at Valdaria. But the strange women jumped out of the way.

"My name is Furiae and I wil not let you touch me!" shouted Furiae, ready to shout 'fire' again if she needed to.

"We'll see about that!" replied Valdaria.

OoC: Okay, lets start this thing!

OOC: Sorry for taking a day to reply, but I had something to do. Anyway, here I go.

IC:

Furiae unfastened her cloak, and tossed it on the ground. The breeze began to pick up again, flowing through her golden hair. She looked at her opponent. It was apparent she would not yield easily, the fight was inevitable.

Valdaria began the attack, rushing at Furiae with her sword. As she swinged it, Furiae lifted her blade right in the nick of time, deflecting the strike. Before Valdaria could pull away, Furiae spun her stuff, hitting Valdaria in the stomach and tossing her to the ground.

"Fire!" she shouted again, sending another ball of flame at Valdaria, but she had jumped out of the way before the word was even finished.

"She is too fast for my spells," Furiae thought. "I'll have to trick her into staying put."

"Why do you want to kill me?" she asked Valdaria.

"Hahaha... I need to feed..." she replied with a grin on her face. "Your resistance is futile!"

Furiae lunged at Valdaria with her staff, but she quickly dodged, and swung at Furiae, barely missing her back as Furiae spun around. Valdaria faked another attack, and Furiae jumped back. Before she had landed, Valdaria grabbed her whip and struck at her, the whip coiling around the wooden staff, the metal barbs holding it tight. Furiae tried to pull away, but Valdaria held fast.

"What will you do now, human?" Valdaria sneered.
