Battle at a temple!(Anyone)

OoC: I'll be using my only character Dirk! Here's the scenario!

BiC: Dirk stopped by a bar in a town. He was seeking information and he had gotten a tip that he might be able to find what he was looking for if he went to the Foreboding Temple formally known as the Temple of Knowledge. Dirk quickly set out and made his way along the road to the Foreboding Temple. As he was walking he was ambushed by three vicious wolves. Dirk thought, "good timing. I could use some practice." Dirk quickly extended his fins and slashed the fisrt wolf and took it down. Dirk quickly turned to the other wolves who were running after him. Dirk used his barrier and knocked the wolves down. Dirk used this opportunity to throw his fin boomerangs. He nailed both wolves and defeated them.

Dirk continued along the path and spotted the temple. He stood at the door wondering how to get in. He then heard some noise coming from a nearby bush...

OoC: I will be your challenger. I will be using Xantez. Link in sig.

BiC: Xantez walked for hours, trying to find a place to stay. It was getting dark fast, so he knew there wasn't much time. Before he knew it, he came up to a crossroad in the trail he was walking along. He didn't know which direction to take, and was very confused, since there was no sign at all. He had no time to choose, so he just went straight.

As he continued walking, he heard footsteps coming his way. He jumped into the bushes, hiding from whoever was coming, and he saw that a blue-white creature was walking along the trail. It looked around, as Xantez knew that it was looking for him. Xantez drew out his long sword slowly from his sheath, and was ready for a fight if it had to come.

OoC: Your turn.

OoC: Alright here we go!

BiC: Dirk was looking around then he spotted some light reflecting off a blade. Dirk prepared for battle and extended his fins. He threw his fin boomerangs at the bush. Xantez jumped and rolled out of the way and grabbed one of his blasters and shot three shots at Dirk. Dirk had just enough time to activate he barrier spell to withstand the blow, but got knocked down and slid a few feet. Dirk got back up and ran towards Xantez through the smoke. Xantez thought he hit Dirk, but then saw the zora and was slashed across the face. Xantez shot his blaster at Dirk knocking Dirk away into a tree where Dirk smacked his head. Dirk got up holding his head thinking, "Ow, that hurt! I wish he didn't have those weird shooting things." Then Dirk spotted some water behind him. Dirk thought, "I'd be at an advantage in the water." As he thought this Xantez put away his blaster and charged at Dirk with his longest blade. Dirk moved to the side as Xantez slashed and missed. Dirk tripped Xantez right into the water and jumped in right after.

OoC: You're move now!

BiC: Xantez, as he was under water, looked for Dirk in the foggy water. "Where is he," Xantez asked himself. Dirk, however, was charging at Xantez from behind. Xantez turned around and saw Dirk, and was hit in the stomach very hard. Xantez was in terrible pain, but he tried to hold in the pain, as he was swimming up to the surface. Xantez then jumped up from the water, and landed onto the surface. As he laid down, he was coughing very much, and he was in pain. "What is he? He does not look human at all."

Just then, Xantez saw a shadow in the water becoming bigger, and darker. The blue creature came out, and threw its fins at Xantez. Lucky for him, he dodged them, and drew out both of his blasters. "If it's a long-range fight he wants, then that's what he'll get."

OoC: Contains some blood so be fore warned!

BiC:As Xantez shot his blasters Dirk activated his barrier at a higher level than usual and reflected the shots back at Xantez. Xantez having no time to dodge got bombarded by his own shot. Dirk was shocked that he did that and wondered if that could happen again. Dirk thought he should try practicing later after this battle. Dirk stupified by the power of his barrier got blasted by Xantez's blasters while not paying attention. Dirk got up staggering. Dirk threw his fins blindly and the fins flew in different directions all wildly. Xantez taking this opportunity got out his longest blade and sliced the zora's left arm off. Dirk was gushing blood from out of his left shoulder. Dirk knew he wasn't going to last much longer. The Dirk's fins came flying back and both fin boomerangs sliced off Xantez's left arm at elbow length. Both warriors gushing out blood were starting to lose consciousness. This fight dragged on too much. Dirk knew at this point that whatever he came here for was not going to be accomplished any time soon. Dirk lost too much blood that was still gushing out of his shoulder. Dirk was trying to hold on. He started to see red. His vision was fading. All that was left was to try to end this fight quickly.
