Post Battle for the Platinum Gauntlets (2 vs. 2..anyone.)

The only rules are:

1. the first team is Me (Zolf) and Ace_at_Zelda64 (Salocin)
2. The battles take place in the ruins of the Kingdom of Tolaqrino. The Tolaqrians invaded the Gerudo at one point, and they had stolen the silver gauntlets. The Tolaqrians used the design and their superior crafting skills to build two even more advanced pair of gauntlets, the Gold gauntlets, and the Platinum gauntlets.
The Gerudo invaded them to take back the silver gauntlets, and they also took the golden gauntlets, which they offered as a gift to the Great Ganondorf. the Platinum Gauntlets remained hidden in a dark dungeon, under the Tolaqrian Kingdom, unbeknownest to the Gerudo. The Tolaqrians hid them away as far underground as they could. as the Tolaqrians believed they might fall into the wrong hands. The dungeon is built in a way where two paths branch out, and they can only be beaten with teamwork. that is where the two on two begins.
3. You will not beat this quickly. the people of Tolaqrino built this elaborate dungeon over a period of a year, to ensure no one gained their power.
4. there will be periods when the teams are placed in a battle against each other. then you may fight as normal. other than that, you may only control the characters in your team.
5. first post desribes how you got there, at the ruins.
Have fun.

Re: Battle for the Platinum Gauntlets (2 vs. 2..anyone.)

OOC: Sup Shade. Alright anyone wants to look at my character here's a link:
http://www.zeldauniverse.net/forums/...ad.php?t=22021 If you want to see the history between Salocin and Zolf check out "The Battle of Ocean Glass" By the way this is edited.

BIC: Salocin had followed Zolf from there last adventure in the Pit of Glass. He had stalked from a far distance, never losing track of Zolf. He wanted to know where the boy was going. He seemed to be on a quest of some sort. Never stoping to long in any one place. Zolf at last came to a large grassy plain. He knelt on the very edge of it and seemed to be counting on each side. He walked down the edge about 5 feet and started walking inward, carfully counting his steps. Then he stopped and knelt again in the dirt. From where Salocin was he could see the boy lifting something, then he...disapeared into the groud as if he was going down a latter. Salocin quickly followed, not wanting to lose him. But Zolf had gone down the latter and hid behind it in the shadows. As Salocin came down and started to walk forward Zolf came up behind him and put a knife to his throat.
"Salocin?!" he exclaimed.
"Yes it is me. Could you losen up a little you're about to decapitate me," he said calmly. Zolf quickly let go of him.
"How long have you been following me?" he asked still a little bewildered.
"The whole time since the woods," he said again in his calm soothing voice.
"Hm," said Zolf pondering a little. Salocin was excellent at following. He had not noticed him during his travels.
"So..what are you doing here?" asked Salocin, sitting down and waiting for a long response.

OOC: So are like, two other people going to pop their heads in the door. Say they followed us and ask if we need some help? And then take the opposite passage way so that there are two people going one way and two people going another and then a fight for the treasure? Shade in your next post explain the treasur and then- to the two other people you come in and say something like" Couldn't help over hearing that there are 2 tunnels and 2 people have to go down each. Will go down one and you go down the other."
Post soon by.

Re: Battle for the Platinum Gauntlets (2 vs. 2..anyone.)

OoC: I'll use my character: the Reality Nemsis Virus

Appearing from an inter-dimensional crack, Virus stepped out into the new dimension.
"So, you are after the Platinum Gauntlets?" asked Zolf.
"Not interested!" said Virus.
"Really? Then you are truly missing out!" said Zolf in amazement.
"Hmm... Maybe I can get these "Gauntlets" and take them with me when I take on Dago again!" said Virus, shaking his fist as he remembered the loss.
"We'll get there first!" said Salocin.
"Not before me you won't!" said Virus.
"Four people must enter," said Zolf, "or no-one will get in!"
"You need a team-mate," said Salocin simply.
"Fine, I'll just have to wait!" said Virus.

And so he did.

Re: Battle for the Platinum Gauntlets (2 vs. 2..anyone.)

OoC: Ok, my second character, Furiae, just got approved. Links in my sig. This is my first battle with Furiae but that dosn't mean you have to go easy!

BiC: Furiae had been looking for the Platinum Gauntlets for days now. She was begining to feel as though her search might of been in vain and just as she thought of giving up, she stumbled upon three warriors talking amongst themselves. Drawing her sword, Furiae shouted at the warroirs.

"What brings three mighty warriors to a deserted place like this?" she asked the men, allthough she already knew the answer.

"Don't pretend you don't know," replied Zolf. "We are all here for the gauntlets."

"Theres only one way to get them," said Salocin. "And thats with teamwork. You must team up with Virus and try and defeat the dungeon together."

"Then so be it," said Furiae putting her sword away. "I'll team with a memory demon for the day."

OoC: This is going to be fun!

Re: Battle for the Platinum Gauntlets (2 vs. 2..anyone.)

OOC: No King Dodongo you did fine but I'll acually start this thing.

BIC: In front of the four brave warriors were two large halls bracnching in different directions.

"We'll take the left one," said Zolf

"The right one is O.K. by us," said Virus. Furiae said nothing. She had an uneasy feeling about the right tunnle but didn't want to look bad among men. Salocin and Zolf said farwell to the other two and headed off.

OOC: From this point on we probably won't be controlling the other teams characters. So RavenX or King Dodongo won't control Salocin or Zolf and we won't control your guy's characters.

BIC: At first Zolf and Salocin had an easy time traversing through the tunnel. They were able to stand at full height all of the way. They were walking around a bend in the tunnel when they heard a huge BANG that echoed through the tunnel. Then a loud rolling sound. They looked behind them and saw a huge boulder rolling down the corridoor behind them. Salocin quickly looked down and saw that they had broken a trip wire.

"Go! Move NOW!" Salocin yelled to Zolf but he didn't need to. Zolf was already going. They ran throught the tunnel with the boulder gaining on them. Just then Salocin got and idea. He pulled a length of unicorn hair rope from his quiver and tied it to an arrow. He pulled his bow out and shot the arrow a little way ahead.

"Grab hold of my hand," he yelled to Zolf. Zolf grabbed his hand and they jumped. They swung up and grabbed a cross beam in the ceiling just as the arrow broke. Zolf held on next to him. The boulder rolled underneath them and they dropped to the ground.

"Wew," Zolf said," That was close. Thanks buddy." and he slapped Salocin on the back.

"Don't mention it," Salocin with affection in his voice. He was really begining to like Zolf.

Warning: Blood and Language.

OoC- Finally, I was beginning to think this would never get started. by the way...salocin is based on snake from metal gear, isn't he? I hope this doesn't make Zolf like Raiden. lol

BiC- As Zolf dropped to the ground he revealed the reason why he thought that teamwork would guide them through this forsaken place, and even how he knew of it's existence.

"I had heard of these ruins in Gerudo Fortress...I befriended one of the guards, and she fell in love with me, a feeling which was against the Gerudo code of honor...I asked her if she knew where I could find something to defend myself against the hordes of beasts, she said the exalted Nabooru had left to the Colossus a long time ago, before Ganondorf rose to power, in search of gauntlets, the silver ones. She told me the gauntlets had the power of a giant concealed within them. I went to the colossus, after scouring the wastelands for many days, almost costing me my life. I found that the gauntlets were no longer in the posession of the goddess of the sand. I had heard Ganondorf had been offered the golden gauntlets, and kept them as a treasure within the depths of his citadel, and never wore them because his arrogance led him to believe that with the triforce of power, he was invincible." Salocin listened intently.

"And the gauntlets we are searching for here?....."

"Tidae the Gerudo told me that the opposing desert clan, who supposedly stole the silver gauntlets to design the superior gold gauntlets and the legendary platinum gauntlets, were all destroyed in a war that took place here, leaving it in ruins. The Gerudo massacred them, and took their original gauntlets back, and the golden ones as well...but they left these...Tidae gave me a map, and told me the journey was too perilous for her, so I went on on a journey, met you in the Ocean of Glass, and ended up here, with you and the others. Strange, eh?"

Salocin was very interested as he heard all about these mysterious gauntlets, and he wanted them all the more, now.

"So, how did you know we need teamwork to get them?"

"Well, Tidae's map had an inscription on the back, which read: 'or those who desire the sacred gauntlets, you must work with the power of II to obtain...' The rest was too faded to read."

Salocin understood perfectly. He nodded, scratching the back of his neck. They began walking again, and saw the boulder had crashed at the dead end of the hallway farther down. the boulder had exerted monumental force on the wall, and caused it to fall flat, revealing a doorway. Zolf then noticed the spikes on the wall that had fallen.

we would have been crushed between a rock and a sharp place he thought, and gulped. They stood in front of the newly created doorway for a moment, wondering how they would get over the long, spiked covered "doormat." Zolf felt a tingling sensation go down his spine and his body shifted.

"Salocin! grab my arm!"

Salocin was suprised, but he trusted Zolf, and did as he was told. Zolf's body was shaking, and suddenly he burst forward off of the ground at incredible speed, and they entered the next room. A pile of bones lie all over the room, spattered with fresh blood. A loud, feral growl echoed throughout the passage, and holes in the ceiling began to leak sand. a new door behind Zolf and Salocin slammed down behind them, causing them both to jump.

"What the hell....?"

Talking Extreme Blood

OOC: Shade you were close. I did base Salocin on Sam Fisher. Nice sig and avy by the way.

BIC: Salocin wasn't sure what to do first. They needed to get to the other side of the room but he didn't like the sound of that growl. Then a huge Wolfos jumped from the shadows at the other side of the room. What have they been feeding this thing? Salocin thought. It was easily nine feet tall and had to be close to 180 pounds. It's claws were razor sharp and about half a foot long. It's teeth were like daggers hanging from it's mouth shining red with blood from a freshly killed thing. It's claws were also bloody from whatever it was it had been eating. Salocin knocked Shadow and prepared to shoot. Zolf took out a vile of thick green liquid. Zofl drank it and Salocin fired. The Wolfo was extremely fast but not trained to dodge things. Salocins arrow went through it's shoulder and dripped blood. It's yellow eyes flashed with pain. Salocin looked at his side, Zolf was now seven feet tall and very muscular. He grabbed a huge sword from the ground and charged at the beast. While Zolf furiously fought the beast hand to hand, Salocin fired arrows at it while Zolf left himself open. Soon the beast was loseing strength. It's blood was allover Zolf and the ground and there was barely any more move to manuver in with the sand pouring in.

"Finish it. NOW!" Salocin yelled at Zolf. Zolf brought back his sword and Salocin fired an arrow straight in the beasts eye. Zolf swiped it's head clean off with one blow.

"Let's go partner," Zolf yelled back. Zolf scrambeled over to the door an flung it open. The sand immeadatly started to retract through the floor.

"That was close," SAlocin said as they walked out the door.

Re: Battle for the Platinum Gauntlets (2 vs. 2..anyone.)

"After you," Furiae said to Virus, still untrusting of her team mate.

"Ladies first," replied Virus smiling and Furiae walked uneasily along the tunnel, closely followed by Virus. They both wanted the gauntlets but Furiae felt she deserved them more. After all, she was the 'good' out of the two of them. Virus is a Demon for crying out loud!

Furiae was starting to relax a bit. They had gone quite far without any trouble. But then, just as Furiae let go of the hilt of her sword, the floor in front of them crumbled and fell. They tried to turn around and go back but the floor behind them fell as well.

"What are we going to do?" asked Furiae.

"Relax," said Virus just crab hold of one of my legs and I'll jump over!"

"Oh yeah you'd like that wouldn't you," said Furiae. "Just as I grab your leg you'll throw me down there to my death!" She pointed towards the massive hole in the floor.

"If you don't," siad Virus, "Then we will both die. If I try to go on alone I will get killed. We have to work as a team!" Reluctantly, Furiae grabbed hold of Virus' leg and Virus jumped other to the other side of the hole. With one obsticle down, they both knew that the only way to go was forwards. So they carried on going.

Re: Battle for the Platinum Gauntlets (2 vs. 2..anyone.)

They continued walking. Eventually, they reached a room with a bunch of stone statues. There was a door, they walked over to it, but it was locked.

"Great, we took a wrong turn!" said Furiae.
"Hmm... Maybe not..." muttered virus.

Without noticing, Virus stepped on a tiny switch set into the floor.
There was a huge rumble, and dust began to fall from the ceiling!
"What did you do?" asked Furiae.
"How should I know?" retorted Virus.

Almost immediately, the statues sprang to life. They were all three foot tall, one carried a sword, the other an axe and another a spear.

"Oh nuts," said virus.

Re: Battle for the Platinum Gauntlets (2 vs. 2..anyone.)

OoC- Thanks, Ace. btw an upcoming enemy we shall meet later is extremely tough, our team won't be able to kill him at the moment.

BiC- Zolf looked in all directions, in hesitation. He and Salocin were now in a room completely filled with darkness. Salocin looked behind them and saw the door they came in had vanished. A low clanking noise echoed throughout the place, and Zolf squinted in the dark, and saw that the walls were covered in spikes, and closing in on them fast. Zolf and Salocin ran through the dark, the spikes closing in on them slowly. Suddenly, a huge spiked pillar shot down from the ceiling.

"Jump!" Salocin screamed, and he and Zolf jumped to the right, nearly touching the approaching spike wall and the pillar that fell from above.

"Get on the PILLAR!" Zolf shouted, and Salocin climbed on top of it, and hauled Zolf up. There were no spikes on this top side, as it had been the part holding the pillar to the ceiling, like a stalagtite. There was a hushed scratching noise and a ooze drippng downwards, and Zolf looked up, and his white eyes widened with suprise. Giant tektikes were crawling across the spikes on the ceiling, near an open hole. he also noticed that the spiked walls of the room weren't the actual walls, and they only rose to about half the size of the large room. He nudged Salocin's shoulder, and he looked up, nodded, and aimed shadow at one of the tektikes, but Zolf stopped him. Zolf was holding a chunk of his own flesh, still connected to his arm but with elastic, gooey properties. He stretched it into the shape of a long rope, and it hardened. Salocin tied the flesh-rope to his arrow, and fired it. It struck the largest Tektike on the ceiling, and stuck to it. Zolf swung his other arm in a long arc, and it stretched out and slapped onto another tektite above.

"Hold on." Salocin grabbed Zolf's leg, and Zolf swung his elastic body upwards, just as the spiked walls closed in on the area below, and became a solid floor for them to walk on, and Zolf's arms returned to their original shape, but still elastic. They only had a moment to rest, because the two tektikes fell down on top of them due to the force exerted on them from Zolf's swing. Salocin and Zolf were pinned to the ground, and the Tektikes were attempting to bite them. They held the huge cretures back with a flurry of punches, and Zolf hurled a vial at the larger, arrow struck one. It shattered in the creature's eyes, a horrifying screeching noise coming from it as it's body slowly melted into green fluid. It used it's last breath to leap at Salocin, who shot it in the face with a bow. As it was hit, it spun a spray of green fluid that hit his arm.

"Arghhhh!" Salocin reeled in pain. The tektike's blood was like acid, and seemed like a thousand ant bites on his arm, which now sizzled a burnt red. He took his anger out on the last Tektite by punching it in the back with his uninjured arm, as the creature was preoccupied with Zolf. It cringed and chittered, and turned to Salocin weakly. Zolf did a wind-up punch that caused his rubber-like arm to extend and smash the last Tektike into the wall.

"Nice." Zolf murmured.

Re: Battle for the Platinum Gauntlets (2 vs. 2..anyone.)

The three staues weilding their weapons slowly walked towards Furiae and Virus.

"Great," said Furiae. "Trust a demon!" She took out her staff and shouted the word "Electric!" A ball of electric was fired from her staff straight at the statue weilding the sword. It fell apart infront of the two warriors.

"Impesive!" said Virus. "But now its my turn." Virus jumped at the statue with the axe and, just as it swung its axe, swung his sythes. The sythes shattered the axe and pasted through into the statue, sliceing it in half. For the other statue both Furiae and Virus started running towards it. Furiae drew her sword and together, both warriors cut the statue in half. Furiae cutting vertically, Virus horizontaly.

"Very good," said Furiae putting away her sword. "For a Demon," she added. The statue had left a key behind so the two of them picked it up and walked over to the far door.

Re: Battle for the Platinum Gauntlets (2 vs. 2..anyone.)

OOC: Come on you guys, pick up the pace. And you can't write only a few sentences and your enemies are all deafted.

BIC: Salocin was still in pain as he and Zolf crossed the room.

"Here take this," Zolf said holding out a bottle of thick black liquid.

"No. When Tekkites blood is splashed on you once the pain goes away it forms something a little like armor on the spot where it was splashed," Salocin replied as Zolf put the potion back on his belt. They found the next door unlocked but jammed. So Salocin took a running leap at the door and busted through it. Bad idea. As Salocin flew through the door way he caught sight of a ledge with lava encircling it. Zolf, seeing the danger shot his elastic arm out and cought Salocin as he fell over the edge. Zolf pulled him back and they both looked over the edge. The lava was about 50 feet away swirling aroung and stewing.

"That was waaaaaaaaay to close," Salocin said."Thanks"

"Don't mention it. So how are we going to get across?" Zolf asked. Salocin looked over to the other side of the room. There was just a wall. He looked up and saw that there was a ledge up there. Salocin put his back up to one wall and his feet up against the other and started to shimmy upward.

"Ohh," Zolf said and started after him. After a little while and a few close calls they were at the top. But they immeadiatly wanted to be back down.

Re: Battle for the Platinum Gauntlets (2 vs. 2..anyone.)

They walked down another corridor. The tunnel was sloping slightly. "We must be going further underground," said Fruiae. Virus said nothing as they came into another room. This one was completely empty.

"Dead end?" asked Virus.
"Na, there'll be a secret passage here, there always is." muttered Furiae. Starting from the door, they began probing the wall, trying to find a switch. Eventually, they had searched all over, and nothing had happened.

"This MUST be a dead end!" said Virus.
"na, you'll probably activate another switch or something," muttered Furiae.
"Watch it, I don't HAVE to be here," said Virus.
They were so busy arguing, that they didn't notice a huge lumbering beast heading for them. It had three tusks, two on either side sticking up, and a centre, smaller one pointing down. it's mouth was leaking flames everywhere. On the front two feet (which resembled elephants) were two large whip-like structures. Its hind-legs resembled a bird's legs and feet. It has no tail. The tusks were a light golden-bronze, although its hind-quarters were a moss-like green.

It roared at them. "The gate to the cursed God must forever remain shut!" said the monster.
"What's it talking about?" asked Furiae.
"Dunno, considering this plot never had an evil-god." said Virus thoughtfully, "but we might be heading for a trap!"
"Behold, the wrath of Jungai!" cried the creature.

OoC: Couple of notes, firstly, I'm thinking about putting that monster into the Character List, so try not to die unless he really gets mad.

Re: Battle for the Platinum Gauntlets (2 vs. 2..anyone.)

OoC: Can't you use another one of these creatures to put in character approval?

BiC: Virus and Furiae had to jump out of the way to avoid the beast hitting them with its tusks.

"I supose your going to blame me for this," said Virus looking at Furiae.

"Why would I do that? If anyones to blame its that foul memory that I got stuck with in this Dungeon. Oh, wait a minute. Thats you!" The two of them carried on jumping out of the way of the until aventualy Furiae got trapped against a wall.

"Now you shall DIE!" roared the beast and it started charging at Furiae. In a small flash of light, Furiae disapeared and reapeared behind Jungai. The beast broke a hole in the wall revealing that the wall was only made of something that seemed like SAND!

"So," said Jungai. "You found the way out. But you will never get past me!" The elephant like creature got ready to charge as Virus got out his sythes.

OoC: I'll let you deal with this creature if you don't want it to die

OoC: Alright, fine, I'll deal with it. I just didn't want to double-post, you know how some people hate that.

BiC: "Now, time for you to get stomped, little bug!" cried Jungai, as he smashed down onto virus with his foot.

"No you don't!" said virus. he caught the foot, held it for a few seconds, then flung it to one side!
"Now what?" asked Furiae.
The beast got up, this time, it looked angry.

"Shall we run for our lives?" asked virus in the Queen's voice.
"Oh yes let's" answered Furiae in the same tone.
And with that, they turned and ran.

As they rushed down the corridor, giants axes swung at them and spears shot out of the walls. Miraculosly the beast was unharmed by any of it.
Eventually, they came to a large pit.
"I'm too tired, i can't jump across that!" cried Furiae.
"Grab hold!" yelled Virus.
"Can't... too... tired..." she said.
"Oh for crying out loud!" said Virus. Annoyed more then anything else, he grabbed the back of her shirt, lifted her up and LEAPT!

Luckily, they landed with plenty of floor between them and the pit. Jungai leapt over the pit, and fell just short of it, with the back legs dangling off the edge of the pit. Virus gave it a little shove, and down it went.

As they carried on, they heard the roar of the beast
"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO..."

Re: Battle for the Platinum Gauntlets (2 vs. 2..anyone.)

OOC: Have you guys seen how many people have looked at this thread? Tha''s pretty cool.

BIC: Two shadowy figures stood on the platform that Salocin and Zolf had just come up. One was the exact image of Salocin and one was the exact image of Zolf but they were both dark, like shadows in the night. The image of Salocin took out it's bow and fired . The real Salocin had just enough time to get to the side and the arrow bounced off the spot where the tektites blood had burned.

"See what I mean?" Salocin said and he and Zolf charged forward. Salocin unsheathed both his dagger and his sword and started a furious attack on his shadow. He couldn't see what Zolf was doing but he knew the boy could handle himself. when he struck with his knife he swung with his sword. His two blades were always moving whirling and blocking. He parried his opponents sword with both of his blades and kicked his opposite in the groin. His shadow reeled back ward. Salocin took a running leap, jumped over his shadow and buried the knife in the back of it's head. Then he turned around to see how Zolf was fairing.

Re: Battle for the Platinum Gauntlets (2 vs. 2..anyone.)

OoC- sorry I took so long.

BiC- Zolf placed a hand on his chest, and had a puzzled look on his face. He felt very strange, indeed. He leaned back, and placed his hands on the platform's cold floor. He ran on all fours at his shadow replicant, and sent a kick at it's face. It took the blow, and took a step back. It then drew a shadow bonesaber, a replica of the one that Zolf knew he had lost in the ocean of glass, accidentally dropping it into the Khronos wastepit. The shadow-Zolf jumped backwards, and send a stretching elastic fist at Zolf's face. He caught it with one hand, and used his elemental merge technique. Zolf body slowly changed until it looked exactly like the fake Zolf and the two battled for what seemed to be hours, shadow versus Shadow. Salocin couldn't help, because he couldn't tell the two apart. One of the Zolf-shadows tossed a vial of golden liquid at Salocin, and he caught it.

"Break it on him!" one of them shouted. "No, break it on him!" The other shouted. Salocin was confused, so he simply stood there, watching them fight. The two living silhouettes slid into the floor at one point, fighting like regular shadows of normal people fighting. One shadow eventually knocked the bonesaber out of the other's hand, and tossed them back onto the 3D plane. The one who had taken the bonesaber stabbed it in the other's back.

"Salocin, do it now!"

Salocin knew that the real Zolf knew his name, and the fake would not. He responded by breaking the vial of golden liquid over the shadow's head, and the light energy dissolved the fake into nothing. The real Zolf shook himself, and returned to normal.

"That was close, man. He was tough."

"Now what do we do?" Salocin pondered.

Zolf looked around, and saw a small hole open in the ceiling, and a long rope lowered down to them. The two adventurers climbed the rope up a narrow passage, into a huge, bright room. After their eyes adjusted, they saw they were in a room stylized like a giant birdcage, covered in thorned vines. A pool in the center of the room that appeared to be for a large bird to drink from, beckoned to them telepathically.

Come hither, I mean you no harm.

Zolf and Salocin cautiously approached the pool, and a frail-looking maiden made of water rose out of the water.

You must be searching for the sacred power of the great gauntlets? she inquired.

"What other reason could we have of beng here?" Zolf replied.

Well, In order to continue any further, you must solve the great puzzle of this room, and defeat it's guardian. Then you may pass.

"Who are you?" Salocin asked, rubbing his unshaven face.

I am the essence of the Tolaqrian Vizieress, Pikla. Pikla's physical body died during the war of the sacred hands.

Zolf looked around the room for the key to this puzzle. "Hmmm...."

Re: Battle for the Platinum Gauntlets (2 vs. 2..anyone.)

OOC: Sorry it took so long. :embrsd:

BIC: This is a...differen't room," Salocin said,"It's power is not draw from fear, all of the rest were. Hmm. This one draws it from...wisdom." Salocin walked up to the side of the fountain. "What tests await us here m'lady?" he asked in a voice he would only use with his mother.

"Why I thought it would be obvious. You must get the key to the door on the other side of the room," she said taken aback.

"Yes that part was obvious but the no-so-obvious part is how to get the key," Salocin said.

"You are very wise and quick with you're words. You must answer three questions," she said.

"Seems easy enough," said Zolf.

"Yes, to easy," said Salocin partly to himself.

"Are you ready for your first question?" she asked and without waiting for an answer said," What were the sisters that the Hero of Time battled to gain the Spirit medalion?" As soon as she said "medallion" she changed shape. She was now a thin but semi-muscular woman... and she pulled from sheath's two long slightly curved swords that refelcted the small amount of light in the room. She wore a veil... the same kind the Gerudo wore. The kingdom had protected the treasure with the very race that was trying to get it back. She smiled from behind the veil and said," Answer quickly or I will kill you." And she jumped into action. Her blades were only a blur as she attacked Zolf first. Salocin unsheathed his sword and threw it to Zolf who caught it and parried just in time.

"Salocin. Please hurry," Zolf said. While Zolf fought Salocin thought. I would only get in the way ,he thought. He knocked his bow and fired when he could, still thinking. The Hero of Time had battled the Twinrova Sisters when he got the Spirt Medalion.

"The Twinrova Sisters," Salocin shouted.

"Correct. The next question is..."

OOC: When she asks the next question she will attack again.

Re: Battle for the Platinum Gauntlets (2 vs. 2..anyone.)

OoC: Sorry I haven't posted for so long.

BiC: Now safe from the beast, Virus and Furiae started walking towards a door on the other side of the room they were now in. As they got closer to the door, Furiae stopped in her tracks. Virus had not noticed Furiae had stopped and carried on walking towards the door, talking as he went.

He said, "What kind of a partner are you? We get a little way through the dungeon and your complaining that your too tied. I mean, its bad enouth that your a pathetic human but a female human! So tell me this, if you can't go a little way into a dungeon without getting tied, how do you plan on getting to the gauntlets before the other two? Furiae? Furiae answer me!" But Furiae was still standing still. Her eyes had landed on something shinning on a platform near the ceilling. What it was she did not know but what she did know was that she wanted it. In a small flash of light Furiae disapeared and landed on the platform. Turning round, Virus saw that Furiae was gone and began looking for her franticly. The young woman had found what to her was a bigger price than the platinum gauntlets. She had found a shining sword laying on a table. Incripted on the sword were the words...

However takes this sword from this table will become all powerful and there might will have no limets!

Reading the word, Furiae instantly held her hand out to grab the sword and claim the power that the sword had spoke of.

"Get off!" said a voice from no where. "Leave that sword alone!" An small, weady creature jumped at Furiae. It carried a long spear and wore only a brown loin clouth. Hearing this, Virus imeadiatly jumped up to the platform useing his 9th leg. The two warriors knew they were going to have a fight on their hands.
