Battle in maze (any 4 characters, all v all)

OoC: Ok, anyone can battle me if they wish. I'm useing Raven. Link in my sig.

In this battle each character starts at one side of the suare maze. There is a roof on the maze so you can not climb other the walls and the walls are unbreakible so don't bother typeing your character can break through them. There are different traps and monsters in the maze witch your character must get past BEFORE they get to the cantre of the maze where they can attack any other character. Your character can't attack another character before they get to the centre. Once you get to the centre, waitvuntil all other characters reach the centre. Then you can fight. Don't try to find a way around the rules I have put for this battle because we're just here to have fun. Once there are four characters in this battle (including myself) no one else may join.

I'll begin.

BiC: Raven walked forward into the maze. He drew his sword from his scabbord and looked around. The door to the maze suddenly closed behind him. The only way was forward.

Raven turned left round the first corner of the maze to find a small bag on the floor with a note attached to it. The note read; 50 peices of gold. Selfishly, Raven bent down to pick up the bag of gold but then, he stopped. Raven thought to himself what if this is a trap? Raven drew an arrow from his quiver and unslung his bow. He fired the arrow at the bag of gold. Just before the arrow hit the bag three spears shot out from the right wall of the narrow maze, hitting the arrow and cutting it in two. That could have been Raven! Instead of picking up the bag, Raven just jumped well over it, making sure that no more spears would shoot out from wall. Raven carried on walking until he came to a problem.

There were two different ways to go! One left through a red door and one right through a blue door. Raven pondered for a moment but came to the conclusion that he just had to guess what way to go. Raven looked at both doors. Finally, he chose the blue door. Raven carefully opened the door, sword in hand. When he poened the door he was in a big empty room with no other way out. Raven realised he had gone the wrong way and quickly turned around only to find that the door had been shut and locked behind him. When Raven looked back round at the room he noticed a very small door, even too small for the smallest of small creatures! Raven walked up to the door and bent down to open the door but before he could it opened by itself! Then out came a extreamly small creature that Raven had never seen before. It was just like a human only way smaller! But then, as it staired at Raven, it started to grow and grow until it was bigger then Raven.

"Ha Ha Ha," roared the creature, "perfetic human, you shall now fall by my hand." The creature pulled out from behind him a mighty axe and swung it down at Raven. Raven dived out the way of the axe and looked up at the creature. It had large red eyes and now resembled a monsterous ogre! Raven managed to roll in between the monsters legs and stood up behind him. Although large, the creature seemed very stupid and started looking around for Raven. Raven struck the monster in the back with his sword and after wondering around the room the great creature fell in the middle of the room dropping the key to the door Raven had just walked through. Raven went back through the door and walked other to the the red door.

OoC: You can not control anyone elsed characters until at least two characters reach the centre of the maze, then its just like a normal battle.

OoC: i'm going to join RavenX, you still ow me a battle. and i'm using Miro


BiC: "Damn, how the hell did i get here?" Miro looked around the place. He followd Raven for a day, which whas hard because he flied. He saw Raven entering this maze and Miro decieded to go whith him. But, there whas a small problem, after Raven enterd one of the four doors, that door closed. So Miro had to come in another door, and now he's lost... There whas no other option then to follow this maze. So, Miro walked futher, entering the maze.

Miro walked very carefully, who knows what kind of creatures haunted this place? But then he saw a bottle whit a paper on. There it said: Who ever drinks of this potion, will become almighty. "Yai!!" Miro shouted in joy. But when he took the potion, a arrow came out of the wall. Luckly for Miro, he whas very clumsy so he let the potion fall and duckd to get it at the right time. "What whas that?" Miro asked himself. But then he saw that the potion whas melting the floor. "Ok, that whas not a kind potion" said Miro. He continued his walk.

Then he came at two doors: a green and a white one. Miro chose for green because it seemed less dangerous. Inside, he saw his mistake. There whas no other door, he whas trapped! Miro tried to return to the door he came in but the green door did not open. "Crap!!" Miro shouted. Then he heared some thing behind him. It whas a green slimy creature whit one disgusting eye. The create whas 8 feet long and it eye, looked at Miro! The slime creature tried to get Miro whit one of his slime tentacles, but Miro jumped high above the floor, at the same height as the eye of the creature. "Electro ball!" Miro shouted, aiming his right hand at the eye. A electric ball came from nowere and Miro shooted it at the eye. The creature whas electruded and fell, dead. Miro saw a key in the belly of the slime creature and Miro, trying not to look, took it.He whas once again in the chamber whit the two doors and this time, Miro went through the white door.

OoC: theres still room left for 2 more characters so join if you will.

OoC:I'll join! I'm Randufel.
BiC:Randufel was walking along a trail,while hunting,and he saw a peculiar maze. He thought it seemed suspicious and went in the second door. He entered,and fell in a hole that seemed to be melted floor. He walked quite a ways and then he just wanted to leave. He tried smashing the walls,the ceiling,and tried digging himself out. It was no use. Then,he heard a running sound. It sounded like huge footsteps,and it was getting closer! Then,the lights turned out. Randufel made a light appear,and saw a small sillouette of a monster. Without thinking,he shot it with an Ice Arrow. It froze,and then he took out his daggers and struck it. It fell,stunned. Then he strung his bow,equipped
a Light Arrow,and shot it. Then it died. He was weary,and felt he needed a potion,which was in the monster's belly,along with a key. He thought he might need it,so he kept it,and moved on.
He felt replenished. He heard footsteps. He looked around,and caught a glimpse of someone's foot.
He knew he wasn't alone. He knew it was needed that he disgiuse himself. He used his magic,and made himself look like his former roommate,Mathew Hockasle.
OoC:One more spot.

OoC:My bad. Ok,let's add on to this.

OOC- I'll use Maj (see sig)

BIC- The Shaman's wild laughter echoed through the maze, as he had been here several weeks, hunting for unsuspecting warriors. He reached into his robes, and withdrew the mask of an old lady. He slid his larger mask down on his chest, and placed the other mask on his face, and a purplish glow emanated from his body. He released a high-pitched cackle, like that of a hag. He smiled through wrinkles, his eyes tinged with dark purple. He suddenly heard echoes of footsteps deep in the maze, due to his long hylian ears, which picked up sounds from even far away. "Perfecttttt..." His chains slid up into his robes, and he raised up his hood. He then began his hunt.

OoC: seemes like we have all the characters

BiC: Miro walked throught the white door, not knowing what kind of evil rested in this place. He seemed to be in somesort of chamber. He heard something... There whas a huge spider above and it landed now right before Miro. "What do you seek here, mortal?" The spider said against Miro at a very strange tone, like it wasn't used to speak. "I'm looking for an old friend," Miro replied. "Well, i think i can let you pass for this time..." The spider said. "Behind me there's the center of this maze but i must warn you, there's an ancient evil in this place" Whith these words the spider rose to the cieling. Miro saw a strange door, and he enterd it. He heard someone behind him...

BiC: sorry if this one is short, but i have to logoff soon.

BiC:Randufel,as Mathew Hockasle,was in the maze,trying to find out who he saw. He went around the corner where he went,and down came a huge spider. It said that it let one meal go,but the Randufel would not be so lucky. So it dropped down and stated to fight. The spider was not used to light,so Randufel put his light in it's face,and it was stunned,so he stabbed it. It screeched in pain,and then Randufel was stumbling around trying to cover his ears. Suddenly,the spider shot web at him and hung him up. The spider put him in it's mouth,and the web got cut on it's teeth. He took a Light Arrow
and shot the spider from the inside. Then it fell down,dead. Randufel crawled out and saw a wierd door. Before going through it,he picked up things to give him more energy. Then he went through it and found the center of the maze. He saw Miro there. Then he heard some footsteps and a high-pitched cackle. He then knew that some people were here to fight,and he was to join them.

OoC: ok, my turn!

BiC: Raven carried on through the maze. He walked through the red door and carefuly looked around. All he could see was a large spider that had resently and three other two other directions, one through a strange door and another way opposite him that looked like people had already walked that way. Raven made a desision quickly to go through the strange looking door. Before he walked through the door, Raven took one last look at the spider. It seemed to be utering some words!

"Beware the evil that lurks around the maze, it will hunt you and kill you!" Raven, wondering what the dead creature ment, walked through the door to find Miro and a person he had not seen before stairing each other in the face.


"Miro!" exclaimed Raven looking surprised. "What are you doing here?"

"I followed you here" said Miro. His gaze switching from the stranger to Raven. "Now I'm lost!"

"And who are you?" Raven said to the stranger waiting for a responce.

OoC: Ok, see you all tomorrow!

OoC- hehe, alright then. Time to get with the sneaky.

BiC- Majora pulled a mirror from the depths of his robe, and gazed at his reflection. "I'm so good I even fool myself sometimes..." He said to no one in particular. Maj crept through the darkness, passing through the dark corridors of the labyrinth. He came to a passage where the carcass of a huge spider which he had met earlier lay. He raised a pale hand toward the spider, and with the other, he drew a long, ornamental dagger. He looked in all directions, and he let his chains drag on the floor. "Extend!" he cried, and his chains hanging from the mask on his chest glowed purple, and they grew extremely long. Maj raised a hand and pointed to an upwards passage in the maze, where maze-goers with flying abilities were allowed passage. The chains stabbed their blade-tips into the maze floor, and pushed Maj upwards, until he came to another horizontal passage. He rubbed a hand against the mask he was wearing on his chest, beneath his robes. "...A true work of art..." He then walked until he reached a trap door on the floor, which no doubt led to the warriors he had heard enter this forsaken place. His chains slowly opened the door silently, and he noiselessly used his chains to lower himself into the room, looking down at them. He smiled coldly as he crept into a dark corner in the room. He planted two chain's blade tips into the wall, and put his hands in front of them. He now looked like an old hag who had been imprisoned here, chained to the wall. He then made sure his mask was on correctly, and the illusion that he was an old lady became flawless. He spoke in a hoarse, slightly feminine voice. "Hellllllp..."

BiC:Then Randufel took off the disguise and said,"My name is Randufel. I am an Elf,but I helped the Hylians in the Great War. I have come to hunt,but I have just found foes that are not edible. Something seems suspicous here,but I can't lay my finger on it." Then a note fell down. It said that the only way out is to battle to the death! So it was started.
OoC:Sorry it is so short. If it was any longer I would have to control Maj.

OoC- Guys, please don't control maj until I use him next, I have a planned way for what he will do, revealing his identity and everything. Until then act as if he wasn't there.

OoC: So the battle begins...

BiC: "So a battle to the death it is," said Raven looking from Miro to Randufel and then back to Miro. "I'm sorry it had to end this way Miro, but I cannot lose this battle. I thought we might of been good allies someday, but sadly I must defeat you!" Raven drew his sword as Miro drew both of his and Randufel took out his daggers.

"It was nice knowing you Raven," said Miro.]

"Likewise," Raven replied.

OoC: Ok shade, we can't really do anything else until you post your next bit so hurry up because this battles going to be fun!

OoC:While I'm waiting I'll add a very short thing
BiC:Then Randufel said,"It will be what we do,unless someone finds a way around it."
OoC:Your turn,Shade.

OoC: All I can say is well done linkN64, now you've posted that, Raven, Randufel and Miro can talk about finding a way out without killing each other.

BiC: "What do you mean?" asked Raven looking puzzled.

"I mean there must be a way out of here without us killing each other," replied Randufel. "I don't know about you but I don't want to kill for no reaon."

"I agree," said Miro stepping in. "I found you a worthy opponent in our last battle and it would be a shame to kill you."

"So we agree to work together," said Randufel. Miro and Raven both nodded and together the three of them started looking around the room.

OoC: Shade, I know the title of this thread says its 4 characters but since Raven, Randufel and Miro are now working together you can use your other character or ask someone else you know with a character to help you and even the odds a bit.

I have to cut in here, you guys.

One in character sentance is not enough. We don't like to have restrictions here, hoping people will find for themself that longer posts make better battles, but I have to speak out against a one in character sentance post.

Just don't do it again, ok?

OoC- Sorry I took so long, guys.

BiC- Randufel and the others looked around the room, and their eyes were drawn to a dark corner of the room, where the shadows seemed to gather, and the floor was riddled with moss that grew through the brick floor. A figure was barley visible in the darkness, and they heard the faint sound of rattling chains. A hoarse female voice issued forth. "Helllllp meee...." Miro drew his blade, unclear if this was a danger or not. Raven heard the voice clearly, and didn't want to hurt an old lady. "Wait a minute, Miro...it's just an old lady." The 'hag' turned her head, and looked at them. "Help...I'm chained to the wall.." A drop of moisture fell from above, and landed on Randufel's face. He brushed at it, and listened to the old crone. Raven ran over to the Hag. "Are you hurt?" Miro, with blade still unsheathed, looked at Randufel, and spoke. "You need to get that cleaned up, you're bleeding." Randufel shrugged, confused, and wiped the moisture off of his face with his hand, and looked at it; it was a large drop of crimson blood. "What the..." He looked up, and saw the hole in the ceiling. "That wasn't there when we came in...Raven?" Raven was reaching around to unchain the woman, and he realized that the woman wasn't truly chained at all. "Eee-Hee-Hee--" The hag sent a chain from beneath her robes that wrapped around Raven's foot, and threw him backward, against the wall. The hag stood, laughing at them. "I love to see lively young people like yourselves running around in circles, squabbling amongst yourselves, dying...Eee-hee-hee!" The hag grinned, her missing teeth and wrinkled face locked in a cruel sneer.

BiC:"Looks like we might get that fight to the death after all."Randufel said as he equiped his arrows.
"Looks like it."Miro said as he took out his swords. Raven was still recovering from his hit against the wall. Miro and Randufel protected him until he recovered. then he got out his bow and sword. Then Maj hit Randufel with his chains. He started bleedingin his palm. Then he made a light appear. Maj had been there so long,it dazed him for a few seconds. randufel took a chance and cut the tip of one of the chains.
OoC:Finally,some action!

OoC: Eh... Shade, did you read Ravens Bio? He's male! And garros's character is not called garros, he's called Miro. It might of just been a mistake but I thought I'd let you know.

BiC: Raven had hit the wall head first and he was now lying unconscious in a puddle of his own blood.

"Raven," cried Miro looking round at Raven's liveless body. "You feind," he said.

"We must defeat this creature," Randufel said looking deep into the eyes of the old hag. "You help Raven, I'll keep it buisy."

"It!" exclaimed the hag. "You call me these names but didn't you all come into this maze to hunt and kill? It seems strange that the hunters have now became the hunted."

Whilst all this was going on, Raven lay still in the blood dreaming. Raven said a voice in his dream. Raven you must wake up, you must help your freinds, you must help those that are trying to help! The voice seemed to trigger something in Raven's mind. He began to get up and face the hag.

"So," began the hag. "You want some more. You should of stayed down, that way you wouldn't feel the pain you are about to feel."

"Enough!" cried Raven. "This ends now!"

OoC: This is going to be fun!

Ooc- I was in a hurry, sorry. I had some things to do. I fixed it, though.

BiC- The Hag cackled, and the broken chain tip that Randufel sliced off shot off of the floor. "It indeed takes great skill to cut the chains of my blades...unfortunately for you, that was a detachable tip, that I tend to use for this!" The blade tip flew into Miro's leg, sending a spatter of blood onto the floor. The chain that had it's tip removed slammed into the floor, it's small claws that had been attached to the blade latched on to a brick, and it tossed it with amazing speed at Randufel. Miro winced in pain, and held his leg with his left arm, and yanked the blade from his leg. He then swung Ragnarok at the old hag, and it collided with the chains, and he swung it a second time, and it hit the hag in her face, causing her face to crack slightly. The Hag was enraged, and her voice seemed slightly off-key. "Wretch! Stay away!" She hissed. the brick she tossed hit Randufel squarely in the gut, and he reeled in pain. Raven sent a kick at the old lady's face, making another crack. "Graaaagh!"

OoC: I'll go again since garros isn't here. He told me he can only go on ZU on Fridays Staudays and I think Wednesdays.

BiC: "What kind of creture is this?" Raven asked Miro and Randufel.

"Its face is falling off!" cried Miro limping closer to Raven.

"I think this is a sign that we're killing it!" exclaimed Randufel. The Human, Elve and Derailï looked at the strange sight of this creature holding its broken face!

"Lets put it out of its misery," said Raven wipeing blood from his head.

OoC: Shade, I know I've already said this but you can ask someone to come and help your character and even up the odds a bit because Raven and Miro havn't even used any magic yet and already Maj's face... I mean mask is cracking!
